I Love NY Pizza in other cities:
They are overly priced for their poor quality chicken parmesan hero that was basically an untoasted bread stuffed with chopped up breaded chicken in a unseasoned, watery sauce and hardly any cheese for $7.50! Everything on the menu was pretty much over-priced. My bf got the pizza burger that ended up being a plain old cheeseburger with droplets of marinara sauce. We also had the onion rings which shouldve been a whole onion ring thats breaded and deep fried. It turned out, their onion rings were minced with extra breading. It tasted like a bag of cheap frozen onion rings that came out of an oven. Dont waste your money.
You know whats crazy is before the pandemic this is just one of the pizza shops, one of the many pizza shops in the area. Now Johns Pizza closed the new pizza shop on the cross 174th closed. In the area now
The pizza is very good. The people are nice. I like the young lady who works there, the owner is pleasant.The delivery is fast, the delivery guy is lucky I didnt kick a bone out his neck. (The little twitchy guy), other delivery guy is nicer.
What I’m about to share our facts, Great food, great pizza especially! Great customer service! Though I have a problem because I feel I’m being ripped off. I am a New Yorker born and raised in New York City. I have a problem with purchasing a pie and you take my regular slice and slice it in half and tell me that it is a slice!!!! STOP THE MADDNESS!! You know good and well if I walki into your establishment to purchase a slice of pizza you are not going to slice it in half and try to sell it to me as a full slice of pizza. For that reason and that reason only I will no longer, EVER Purchase any pies again! This must be an upstate New York thing because I find that many other establishments here do the same thing!! Give the customer the full slice of pizza in all your pies!!
I would occasionally go here for zeppoles and knots/twists, after my recent experience never again. It’s one thing to have a miscommunication by saying the same thing in different ways, but this man had an attitude and rolled his eyes at me the whole time. During this he dropped some of the food from my order. That’s not how you treat people especially customers!! Fix it now!!!!
I ordered my food then they called me back after I got it just to tell me that next time I order I need to tip I didn’t have much money and couldn’t tip but that just felt like a threat
I dont know where to start. I ordered a pizza a gyro platter garlic bread and garlic knots. The garlic knots and the fries were the only good thing and I actually ate them. The gyro fiasco with it being the wrong order was fixed but I still did not eat it.The real problem that I never knew excited until I opened it( because I was so focused on the gyro mix up) was the pizza!!! I didnt even bother to eat it! Ill try to upload a picture because it speaks volumes!I gave it 2 stars because they actually was nice about fixing the gyro issue and because I liked the fries(cripsy)!
They should be happy I’m giving them a star, but they don’t reserve it.They’re foods has no flavor very bland and messy.I’m pregnant and was in the mood for a chicken calzone with mozzarella cheese, but instead I got a messy calzone with the whole bunch of different cheeses, and old mozzarella cheese on it.I was so disappointed and upset I ate that mess plus it gave me a stomachache and heartburn.Not good, i honestly would rather starve to death before eat or having something unsatisfying such as there foods.
This the first time ordering here and the pizza is really cold and it was for my kids and thats not good customer service at all and took almost 2 hours i would never order here again I had way better pizza and it never be cold at all so now I have to put the food in a microwave to get hot and thats not right at all the worst time I ever ordered here who ever looks at this dont try to order here cause its my first time and its the worst. NEVER AGAIN 😠😠😠😠
I waited two hours for old disgusting pizza, burnt French fries, and uncooked mozzarella sticks. I asked for bacon on my pizza and they literally put raw bacon on my pizza it looks so disgusting. They forgot my water bottle and the delivery man said some sexual comments when I went to the door to pay!!! I will never order from here again. Oh and of course the food was cold.
Horrible customer service, very rude, they should be thankful that i picked up the pizza, they were threatening me that next time they were not going to put my order soon, with an ugly attitude, excuse me wats the difference between my pick up time and your delivery guy time, Dont worry there wont be no next time, you guys just lost a customer.
This pizza place has delicious pizza as well as their Italian dishes too my most favorite is the meatball sub sandwich with mozzarella cheese and also the Buffalo chicken pizza is very good too.
Ill pay high prices for good food, but this place doesnt have that. Dont waste your money here. Get a beef pattie and keep it moving

First time ordering and it was great.The torollini was delicious and so was the stromboli. Their garlic knots were great, but most importantly their prices were awesome.

The one who answers gives a bad bad service tea asks for your phone to call you when the pizza is ready and does not call and his excuse that one does not answer the phone they do not give a good rather bad service and if you can take it to you, it arrives all crushed and with all the cheese drained awful service

2022-03-01I dunno what the heck happened to this place.. BUT THE PIZZA SUXX AND IS DOUGHY.. Im from the neighborhood and theyre new.. when they 1st opened up a few years back they were Great... Little caesars taste more authentic than this garbage... They shouldnt be able to serve pizza like this in ANY BORO OF NYC...

2022-03-31Its a fine and decent establishment. If youre hungry and youre nearby, get a slice. They also have chairs and tables which is a plus. TV there as well.

2021-08-08Negative stars are not possible, but I cannot write this loud enough: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Tried ordering thru Slice twice, and each time there were issues with delivering the order because the shop wouldn’t honor the prices they listed on Slice. The restaurant actuales called to ask for cash. What a joke and awful way to run a business. Take your money elsewhere as you’ll get anything but pizza at this place.

2021-01-24I shouldve read the reviews. I ordered Chicken Fransese, and a 2 topping large pie $42. 1hr 40 min. Delivered, everything arrived as it came out a refrigerator. Chicken in the Fransese was old not fresh. Because it was at 11pm closing time for them, I had to throw everything out. And for charging more than all the other pizzerias in the area, it was the worst. How can one mess up battered chicken cutlet with a lemon garlic olive oil sauce?

2021-07-26Besides the pizza guy when you ask for a fresh slice he gives you what ever he wants and then try’s to lie about it which don’t make it as bad as what want to be owner at the register that over price time when it comes to guys and when it comes to females he give them low ridiculous prices I had my wife call for an order which I other the same thing the same day and there was a 8 dollar differenceAnd then when you ask him to try explain why the difference he comes out with if you can’t afford it then don’t come to his dads establishmentWorst pizza shop in the Bronx !!!

2019-11-23The lady on the phone took my CHICKEN LOVER PIZZA ORDER. Afterward, delivery guy calls me n tells me his in front. I sent my son downstairs to pay the delivery guy. When my son came up with change and a pizza box, I was confused, there shouldnt be any change. I open the box, it was plain pizza, of course theres change. I called them back told them about the error. She said my order will still be on its way, the delivery guy did a error and gave me someone elses plain order. She said I wont have to pay again for the order coming in, because food cannot be returned, which is understandable. Im sure they also had to re-do the order for that other persons plain pizza they gave me. In this case they lost money for the delivery guys errors.But because of theyre own errors, they no longer want to deliver to me. I tried to order and they hang up the phone as soon as I say my address. Sad, because I have been buying pizza from this place for 15 years. I used to live a block from it. Just sad and disgusted by way the new owner took this error.
