We eat here at least twice a month. Every time is a delicious, wonderful experience! Great service, great food. We’re lucky to have Ibiza kitchen in Chappaqua!
3 Negative Points - We ordered the wrong dishes! - RAP music loud - no one asked how our meal was - 1 Positive Point + Nice atmosphere - I want to support local businessFeb 1 - I am glad the owner replied!- That night ( Saturday maybe 8 pm ish Jan 23) the mix of songs were too loud for us to converse and it included a few RAP songs. ( we asked the waitress to turn it down, she did not)- If we return we will ask questions about the menu as it is not an accurate description of the foods we ordered.

Delicious! Delicious! Whatever you get, count on flavor so delicious you’ll want to keep eating long after you’re full. Every meal as it own incredible flavor. This chef is creative with the food here. Appetizers, Entree, Dessert... you won’t be disappointed.p.s.. ALL THE STAFF are courteous, very nice, informative about their food. It’s nice to get served with a warm smile.
This is a great new tapas restaurant in New Castle. I went there with a big group of my family to celebrate a holiday for brunch & couldnt have had a better experience 👍. The food was great- we had brunch together so out of the many dishes the table ordered the mushrooms, potatoes, short ribs, paella & ommlet were my favorites as they were all fantastic, as was the creme brulee-like dessert. The owner circulated just the right amount of time to ensure we were happy, that my infant son was being taken care of/was happy in his supplied high chair, that the food was good, to take some pictures on our behalf & make his own food recommendations, but he didnt hover or impose in the least. Im usually not an easy critic regarding eateries because I usually find some complaint or criticism to lodge, but the bar had the drinks I wanted plus a small but serious cocktail menu, the food as well as service were both great & the upscale yet causal atmosphere was perfect for a family Sunday brunch, however Im sure its geared to a more mature crowd in the evenings. The decor & environment give you the feeling that its a serious restaurant for dinner, but the brunch we are there was fantastic in every sense so Ill be trying dinner there soon. 👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Warm and friendly service, great food.
We enjoyed a very good meal here, but the service was inconsistent. Not our waitresses fault, but the kitchen could not have our meals ready at the same time. They also need a bartender who knows how to make simple drinks. When they get it together, this will be a great addition to the food scene in Chappaqua
Always wonderful food and great service by Ignacio and his staff. Each dish is made with care and is beautifully presented and prepared to perfection. Save room for dessert, which is just as lovely as the meal.
Ive been here with my family a few times now and its great! Having lived in Spain before, and having a lot of family from Spain, I can vouch for the authenticity of the food. Beautiful presentation, rich flavor, and friendly staff. 5/5

Good atmosphere, service, and food. They had some uncommon Italian aperitifs which was a pleasant surprise! The wine paired nicely with the steak. We are certainly going back for more!
Five of us ordered 13 dishes or most of menu and we shared each dish. The vote? Unanimous that the food was fantastic food and the wines excellent. It is a lively and fun place. We shall return.
This place is the one I always prefer. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The team is very welcoming and the cooking they cook is so flavorful. I would always prefer to have a good meal here. I highly recommend this place.

Food was fresh, high quality and terribly underseason. It is an odd juxiposition that a kitchen that appears to know how to compose food leaves the dishes so 1 note.
Entree of ribs consisted of FOUR, yes 4 ribs. Fish is half a fillet. Service was horrible. Walked out hungry.
Now my favorite restaurant in Westchester. Attractive, charming host and server, and absolutely delicious food. Can’t wait to return.

2021-09-25Very cute restaurant with casual outdoor seating , tables and chairs (no tents, no umbrellas) along a spacious sidewalk. We are in the area and decided to try their tapas. We enjoyed the shrimps a lot. The octopus,mushrooms and mussels are not bad. Serving size could have been better.Cappuccino was very good though served in a small cup. Same was for the coffee. Bread pudding with strawberry sauce and goat cheese cream dessert, good for one person, was excellent .Seems to be a favorite among the locals. If price and portions are not an issue, you can try them if you are in the area.

2020-10-09THE BEST PAELLA IN NYS!!!! call me selfish, but since it opened last year close to us we wanted to keep it just for us, it has become our main restaurant, EVERYTHING I mean e EVERYTHING is fresh and exceptional from the sea you have sardines, tuna, mussels, anchovies to the juice chuleton stake and cabrito ravioli that will melt in your mouth, but wait not only the food is to die for the service provided by Ignacio the owner and his staff is just as delightful, they make you feel special since the moment you arrive. If you are in Westchester this is the restaurant you cant miss you will be transported to the beautiful coast of spain with mouth watering food and extraordinary service. Do not miss this exceptional culinary experience!!!!

2019-06-03Glad I found this place. I enjoy going out to eat and sharing different dishes so tapas is appealing to me. The horseradish gin and tonic didnt have any kick to it but still tasted good and looked cool. Im not a fan of the Spanish style wines so I stuck with a Pinot noir m,y wife had a sangria which she enjoyed but not enough for a second glass. We had 6 different tapas which were all decent but some we liked more than others. The blue crab croquette (special) and the nevat coca were our favorites. Surprisingly the empanada was possibly our least favorite. We both really like LatAm style empanadas but this one was different, possibly using filo dough. I would go again and there are items on the menu Id still like to try (porchetta, duck entree, & calcots)

2021-11-07Our first time to Ibiza. We set out for a romantic evening and this restaurant did not disappoint. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the menu as well good natured. The food was all excellent. Had more tapas and then shared an entree. We will definitely be back.Thumbs up!

2022-01-24Over the weekeend I went with my daughter for dinner, the food is ok, we ordered two appetizers and one main course at the same time, when we finished the first appetizer we ordered the second main course and it never came. When we asked for the check we were told the second main course was coming we had to take it home , they didnt appologize . We were not given the respect a client deserves. Very poorly managed

2021-08-01Have had multiple meals, and Ibiza never disappoints! It is hands down the best Spanish food outside of Spain! The chef/owner is incredibly inventive and talented! We have been there for family gatherings with kids and date nights! This place caters to all occasions! My 3 year old absolutely loves their croquettes!

2021-03-18I went to Ibiza for Valentines Day with my husband for the 1st time and our experience was excellent. They were able to accommodate us at short notice. The food was amazing! The service was amazing! Will absolutely be going back.
