I am 100% satisfied with my IceStone kitchen countertop. The material is beautiful, feels good, is easy to care for and completely functional. It is also satisfying to have chosen a product that is environmentally responsible, made from recycled paper and sustainable.

Wonderful, ethical, eco conscious company. Great people, exceptional customer service, a stunning beautiful, high performing product.I wanted a top of the line look look for a kitchen table for my small Manhattan apartment. But kitchen design firms including Home Depot won’t bother with anything other than a full kitchen renovation if you want access to top kitchen counter product materials. As this company is located in Brooklyn they will work with you for smaller pieces that are scrapes from large kitchen renovations. I now own a gorgeous 46 x 36 kitchen table/counter. The steel base I had customer made from “Ole Good Things” in NYC. The product doesn’t stain, as it comes coated for a lifetime of protection, eco friendly, ethical company culture, and a gorgeous product. Just look at their website. Ive had my icestone for almost 12 years. It has held up well, but it does tend to stain (etching, I believe they call it). It sounds like now maybe they manufacture them to better-withstand staining. Its generally in the area where we make coffee that we get these stains, despite trying to wipe spills. We had a countertop-restoration company completely refinish (grind, polish, seal) them a couple of years ago for $1000 (which of course will vary with SF area), which got rid of all the stains at the time.Overall I was happy to buy a recycled product made in NY, and its a fairly decent product, and I like how it looks.

I fell in love with the Sage Pearl recycled glass stone for my kitchen counter tops. I live in Florida but was able to find a local installer. Due to Covid,manufacturing and shipping were delayed and took several months. But it was DEFINITELY worth the wait!! Exceeding my expectations!! I would definitely recommend Icestone.

Superb customer service, especially compared to other terrazzo countertop manufacturers. I wanted an Ice Stone countertop for a bathroom remodel, and none of the installers I contacted in my area (Daytona Beach, Florida) worked with Ice Stone or any other recycled glass terrazzo materials. When I contacted Ice Stone, they immediately responded and provided me with a local installer. That installer was backlogged for 3 months, so the Ice Stone rep provided me with another local installer who did the job quickly within 10 days.I got recycled glass terrazzo countertop samples from 4 different manufacturers, Ice Stone, Vetrazzo, Curava, and EOS Surfaces Geos. The installers told me that Ice Stone and Curava were a bit more durable and lower maintenance since they had some kind of plasticizer (?) in the material that made it less crumbly when cutting, and they did not need to be sealed periodically as with the other brands. The Ice Stone Cobalt Ice pattern has smaller blue glass particles than Vetrazzos Cobalt Sky much larger pieces, which looks a bit more refined to me than Vetrazzo. Vetrazzo also has some spots where the substrate had to be patched during manufacturing, so there are some slightly different looking spots on it. Ice Stone is also thicker than the Curava countertop I had installed previously.Curava and EOS Surfaces have terrible customer service. Curava was very slow to respond to my queries, taking days to respond by phone or email. EOS NEVER responded to repeated calls and emails from myself and installers, and the sample I ordered from them took a month to receive, so they are essentially not an option at all.Overall I am extremely pleased with Ice Stone and highly recommend them.

For our kitchen renovation, my wife and I wanted to go as green as possible, so we chose Paperstone for the kitchen countertops. Icestone carries paperstone also and was more than helpful in providing us with what we wanted when we needed it. They are great folks to do business with, and we will repeat with them when we are in the market for one of the products they carry.

Its not the place, it is the product. Came in my new condo, and hate it more each day. Very high maintenance and stains extremely easily.
