UPDATE: Bumping up to 4 stars, as they updated their website/Google to reflect their correct timings (Hmm.. I wonder why).Good spot for bubble tea with a variety of options for toppings (only thing that really sets them apart), but ran into some issues visiting once since their hours are wrong. Website and Google say 10:30 PM closing, but the store has a sign saying they close at 9:30 PM. What good is your website if its false information?
One of my go-to places for bubble tea in Buffalo. I always get their “Matcha On a Cloud” drink, and I absolutely love it! The menu is not super big, but does have a fair amount of choices. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because the seating area inside is still closed! I understand this is a Covid-19 related decision, but it would be nice to sit inside the cafe and enjoy the bubble tea as well.

Terrible place. Ordered a mango milk with cream foam it is just mango powder mixed with watery milk. Asked for 50% sugar and it tasted like plain sugar water. Disgusting! Waste of money!

Nice people but everytime I try to go the google hours and Apple Maps hours of the cafe are wrong and they are always closed way earlier then I arrive.
Best bubble tea in my opinion in the area. Strong tea tea flavor and the sweetness is just right. It can be pricey , 4.5 for a medium and 5.5 for a large size. Some drink costs extra for the bubble supplements
Went here for the first time today. Their tapioca bubble milk (black tea) was great. I am excited to go again and try their Japanese pancakes 🥞!!! :)
Would recommend their strawberry fruit tea with tapioca.Also love the pineapple fruit tea with lychee jelly.
Classic Black Milk Tea was good
About 25% more expensive than Tea Leaf with tea that is less flavorful. The only draw to this place over Tea Leaf is the additional toppings/pudding (even though theyre also lacking flavor)
The service was terrible. Extremely overpriced. $5.71 for a medium. All I wanted was a bubble tea. Every time I ask for something they give we a reason why I cant have it. 1 star
The guy that opens the store is very rude I was gonna buy a drink spoke to him an he just looked at me with a blank stare said nothing.
Got the Jasmine Peach Fruit Tea with Crystal Boba, it was amazing. The atmosphere of this place is nice and cozy.

Ichas beverages are easily the best you can get in all of Buffalo! My Dad is addicted to the jasmine peach tea and I have never seen him so excited to order somewhere in my whole life. Multiple times a day he says Icha? and then we patiently go about our day counting down the hours until the café opens. It is nice to see how the drinks here are desired by multiple generations and to be able to make a trip to Icha a family outing!Ordering online is so easy to do and their service right now during the pandemic has been prepared exactly to specifications and I commend the employees for their dedication to serving the community during this time! The atmosphere is very elegant inside, with the minimalistic styling offering a fresh scenery not often seen in Buffalo. The containers used for the tea are of the highest quality. The bold and unique flavor tea offerings (lychee, jasmine peach, mango oolong, red bean milk tea, just to name a few favorites), paired with special details like adding fresh citrus slices to the drinks, make the tea drinking experience truly sublime (pun intended).Icha café is easily the premier café to purchase tea from in the whole area. I hope more people discover this hidden gem right near UBs north campus! (❛◡❛)✿

Really good tea and fruit tea. You can pick from Jasmine, black, or oolong teas (oolong is great), and they have red bean as a topping! One thing to note though is they dont have real fruit slushes, which I missed. Tapioca is done well, chewy and not hard.
Everytime Im out in Buffalo for a appointment I always stop by with my cousin after lunch or dinner to grab something sweet but not overly sweet to endulge afterwards. By far better than any other bubble tea place in town, real tea flavors and very accomodating to request. Keep it up!
First thing you need to know is that the prices advertised are not correct. We got the tapioca bubble milk tea for 4.25 and based on the description the price should include tapioca. However, we were charged 50 cents for it because the prices posted didnt include tapioca .... so why did the description have tapioca?The oolong milk tea is extremely watered down and the tapioca is mediocre at best.The service was bad. We were ignored when we walked in and it took them 5 minutes to take our order when there was no one there.Better off going to kung fu or tea leaf if youre in the UB north area.
I asked for extra ice didnt get tht and black milk bubble tea was horrible green leaf is way better more varieties, wont be going back

I got some tea on the weekend and the bubbles were hard and she gave me pre made milk tea. How long was the tea there for? It gave me terrible stomach pains.

2022-07-16As a boba connoisseur I had to give Icha a try while I was visiting from Phoenix. The service was lovely and my jasmine milk tea was refreshing and yummy! Worth a visit! :)

2021-11-09‼️Currently there’s no dining in ‼️Drinks taste good, but make sure to ask for 50% sugar (or less), otherwise they are extremely sweet.I had a Taro latte and my boyfriend had Strawberry tea. Both very sweet, but we agreed that the fruity tea was our favorite. We also ordered a waffle, which wasn’t really that special.I’d probably be a bit more happy with my visit if I could have a full experience of dining inside the cafe and not having to sit outside in a chilly weather.

2022-03-06One of the most inefficient places I’ve ever ordered from. There were only three people in line before me but I’ve been waiting close to 20 minutes for one drink. They have one person at the counter and one making drinks but I have no idea why it’s taking so long. The person making drinks has been walking around the back area but not actually making anything. The service is way too slow for this to be worth it.

2022-01-07I JUST TRIED THIS PLACE LIKE 5 MINUTES AGO AND THE TWO LOVELY PEOPLE WORKING THERE WERE SO NICE!! it was a boy and a girl!! i asked them about their crystal boba (cuz i’ve never had it) and they let me try some in green milk tea and they were very friendly!!! :] i got a peach tea (30% sweet) with tapioca pearls and the crystal boba!!! my little brother got a mango slush with passion fruit boba!!! he really liked his :D i think next time i’ll get 0% sweetness cuz i’m definitely coming back(i don’t like sweet)!!! but i think the 30% is not overly sweet and is a good level if you want to still taste the tea!! :D i really recommend this place!!!! it deserves 5 stars i think. also the decor looks like it would be a really adorable place if it weren’t covid times and you could sit down!! anyways cant wait to try more off their menu!! 12/10 recommend!!! i plan on making it one of my go-tos!!!

2021-03-24Great spot to feed your bubble tea addiction. Theyve got fruit teas, cheese foam teas, milk teas and some really yummy hot teas as well. Decently priced as well and the interior is pretty cute as well! I always get their jasmine peach iced tea, really great as the weather gets warmer. The cherry on top is that theres an insomnia cookie spot right next door!
