I would never tell someone to leave their car in this parking lot, this is what happened to my car as you can see in the pictures.

Great customer service by Ramon but the interior of the garage needs fixing, my car comes out dressed in white powder and I have to wash it everytime I use it. The garage is already expensive to maintain a monthly space and they should address the issue promptly.

They banged up my car and are very expensive. Go to the lot on 182ed it is half the price. Additionally if you are a monthly customer they require a ridiculous 30 day notification prior to cancellation and they wont prorate for the days not used. I do not recommend using this lot.

Convenient, fast, local icon parking garage located by the Yeshiva campus. The garage is expensive but not bad for NYC prices. It is a safe and clean garage and the staff run by Ramon are great.

I locked my keys in my car last night and this gentleman I was working at The Icon parking lot help me out to get me my keys back out of my car without having to call tow truck. Im pretty surprised they have the equipment to do so right then and there, within a few minutes I was right back on the road
