Clean and professional atmosphere, staff amazing, coolscupting procedure was a waste of my time and money, I wanted to opt out but was advised money wasnt refundable and against my better judgment I proceeded to get this treatment, regrettably, no results, after 1st two treatments and Im not willing to invest anymore. Tell the patrons one will not see results until after 10 or 20 visits so theyll be aware. In my opinion I feel like I was scammed. Well I guess I paid $3000 for 2 fleece blankets, thats the only tangible thing I saw.
BE CAREFUL!!! I had a “free” consult done and told the woman what I wanted done. She went through the payment options and at the end I told her I needed to consult with my husband before moving forward. I got off the phone and my inbox was flooded with emails saying my loan had been processed and all the documents had been signed. I signed nothing but it said I had “e-signed”… She told me that they “have an agreement” with Ally that they don’t check your credit. What do I have an email about? “Your credit score has had an inquiry.” This is a nightmare. I was planning on moving forward but now I will be spending my time figuring out how to fix my unauthorized credit inquiry and unauthorized loan that was taken out.
Completely crazy, did the whole virtual meeting with consultant. Told her what I needed to have done she did not listen. Set up package that would leave me unsatisfied. They bug you with emails,text, and calls. All that and they dont care. I went appointment tech told me I didnt have the right service ordered. Its frustrating when you tell people and they dont listen. They said management would call me they never did. I had to do all the calling. It toke me two calls to get them start processing my refund.The customer service is horrible they dont communicate with each other and dont listen to what you want to have done as a customer. Complete lack of care and customer service.

I was greeted by name as I walked in. My appointment was on time. The staff is very nice and will answer your questions and give you their honest judgment to procedures. I always feel comfortable.
Showed up for my apppointment today only to be told that they cancelled my appointment yesterday! They said they left me a message but I did not get any! I was so mad! I told them they didnt even bother to confirm if I got their message or not? They could have texted or emailed me. They said they dont do that! I will finish my sessions that I already paid for but not getting anymore services and will not recommend to anybody! I was planning to have my daughters get the laser too but not anymore! Very unprofessional and disrespectful of clients time!
I have heen a client with Ideal Image for about a year for my Botox services. Which are pretty straightforward. I recently decided that I wanted to get lip filler, so I contacted my Rochester, NY Ideal Image representative. We went back-and-forth emailing, I decided to purchase one syringe of filler and 20 units of Botox for my Glabellar lines. She sent over the contracts which I signed, even though I was being charged for 40 units of botox. I had asked for just 20, but no big deal I use it later on. I also paid $400 for a syringe of filler, then I was informed I would not be able to get my filler till June. (this is on April 27th) I was not happy, so somehow they ended up getting me in May 17. When I arrived I was super excited for my appointment. The nurse was very helpful and kind, which they always are. She told me she had to leave the room for a moment. When she came back, I was told I can not get fillers at Ideal Image. The representative had not noticed I have a contraindication in my file. This is after I waited 21 days for this appointment. BTW I’ve had fillers at other Med Spas, with zero issues.Ok so now it’s May 22, I have no filler and I’m still waiting on my $400. The providers that work there are amazing, but Ideal Image as a company is all about just getting you to sign those contracts so they get their $$. I’m sure I’ll get the same company issued response to this review and everyone gets.
I received cool sculpting on my chin area. Excellent results when returning fir 2nd treatment. The sculpting technician saved me money by letting me know I didnt need another cool sculpting treatment being that I wouldnt benefit from it. Instead she advised me of the next step of autheraphy for tightening of the loose skin from first treatment. I know I had good results from the first treatment. Instead of the sculpting technician making money for her company, she looked out for me by moving me forward with a autheraphy, skin tightening, that would get me closer to the results Im looking for. Two thumbs up to Ideal Image. I will most definitely refer others. Also, the team at Ideal Image is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and always on time. Way to go!
First time at Ideal Image. Place was cute and clean. Alessia did my Botox treatment and did a great job!! She was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Very happy with the results.
I was nervous but I’m glad I chose Ideal Image. Aside from the affordable payment options and membership benefits, everyone is just so pleasant and helpful. Lisa at the front desk was kind and helpful, Ashley did a great job of doing my Botox, absolutely nailing all the right spots. Stephanie did my Botox touch up and my lip injections. She honestly made my lips perfect and was able to handle my episode of getting kind of sick during the appointment with grace. Thank you Tiffany for coming to help, btw. You both were like angels to me in that moment. Molly was super patient while answering all of my questions. Thank you all. I’m a customer for life 💕
I absolutely loved Nadia Mueller ! She was kind informative funny and really is what closed the deal for me . It’s so sad I paid in full for 2 packages and got pregnant while I was in the middle of my treatment plan. Since I was pregnant and not able to do the treatment they are not allowing me to finish them. So sad since I referred people to this place. Have contacted them on multiple occasions and even called cooperate about this. I even paid for the life time warranty and for what?! Don’t recommend this place to anyone especially if you are wanting to start a family!

Jut had my first bikini laser treatment with Alessia and it couldn’t have gone any better. Alessia was considerate, efficient and had a great bedside manner!
The rep was nice but the ad on FB was misleading. Why would I take out a loan plus interest for laser hair removal. The cost is double the price of other places. Not worth it and I would not recommend this to anyone
Scam artists. The telephone sales people will tell you anything to make a sale, not ask you screening questions that could prevent you from having services done, but also not mention that all services are non refundable even though it was THEIR FAULT.This company exists to profit off your insecurities and wont even have the humanity to not rob you blind.
I been with ideal image for years and today was the worst time ever the nurse didnt event clean my treatment area didnt even ask me if i was exposed to sun didnt do the treatment how i usually do it and left all the white pen mark in my face very unprofessional and thats terrible cause thats why we pay high prices at ideal image to get the best services.. ya just lost a client

Well I cant say that Ultherapy feels good because it sure doesnt, but I must say that Heather was great ! She helped me get through it with her great personality and understanding. I absolutely loved the way she handled doing ultherapy on my neck. She will always be my go too.

Highly recommend you find any other place then ideAl image !! So disappointing after spending thousands of $ for hair removal still have hair growth and there responses is your now in the touch up time frame so I have to pay even more to get touch ups….?!?? I was doing this right before Covid hit so I could of had 1-2 more apts without paying anything more but since they closed I never could get thoes sessions now they want me to pay probably another 1,000$+ to get touch Ups because paying over 5k for half legs and underarms wasn’t enough
There is a lot to say about the way this company lied to me to have me sign a contract with them, used the pandemic to not honor their contract, and repeatedly assured me my remaining treatments of my contract would be honored only to go back on that... but there isnt enough room to detail it all here. PLEASE do yourself the favor and find a more ethical company to receive treatments from.In short, Ideal Image:•Informed me during several visits that breastfeeding was reason to delay the start of my contract, only to later tell me this was invalid and Breast Feeding is not a contraindication to laser hair treatment. Had I been told this was not a valid reason, I would have had no reason to sign the contract when I did and would have instead signed when breastfeeding concluded.•Said that they would honor my remaining visits on three separate occasions only to go back on this at my last visit, telling me corporate changed their minds.•Did not contact me to reschedule a visit they had cancelled as promised, resulting in a further delay of treatment.•Has avoided all attempts at communication to resolve this issue. I have emailed and called a dozen times, spoken to four different representatives at corporate who promised calls back only to never be contacted. The only response I received followed a complaint I had to file with the Better Business Bureau - during which the company failed to address the concerns outlined above or to provide any resolution.At this point, I am appalled with this company. I feel that the company has taken advantage of a global pandemic as a means to not honor the treatments of their customers and am repulsed by the notion that I would be offered a resolution only for the company to later change their mind. Now, I am not only out my remaining treatments and touchups, but need to continue to deal with them if I dont want to lose out on my Lifetime GuaranteeI am happy to provide more details on my interactions for anyone who may be interested.Please save your money and go to any number of reputable laser spas in the area.
I just had my first treatment with Ideal Image, and it was a fantastic experience. Ashley, my technician answered all my questions in a calming manner, drawing on her own personal experiences to give both a professional and personal touch. I would have given this a 10 except I wasted over 2 hours of my Sunday getting information and signed up for a package, rearranged work, and drove 20 minutes to my appointment today to find out I didnt qualify because Ive had melanoma.Such a huge disappointment. Plus I put down over $700 and havent gotten that back yet.
My Ultherapy technician was wonderful and receptionist was friendly and helpful. The technician explained everything for the procedure clearly and everything went smoothly. Was very pleasantly surprised but everything.
I had a very pleasant experience. Heather made me feel very relaxed about the procedure. The nurse practitioner was detailed and friendly. Down to earth, friendly people. Everything went well. Over-all great experience. I would highly recommend to my friends.
I feel like my consultant went above and beyond for me. As with all businesses, make sure you read the contract you sign to make sure its right for you. They offer a welcoming environment and I have never been kept in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes.
Getting laser hair removal is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. The results last!
Read every line before you sign the papers. Be aware the expirations of the perks. One of my perks had a 3 month expiration date. I called a few months before my membership expired and they told me that it was good only for 3 months. Sucks!
Staff members are all super friendly, and the laser hair removal process was far less painful than waxing. Honestly, I found it to be unexpectedly relaxing. I will definitely be returning for future treatments. Highly recommend!
Heather is Always Wonderful!!! See is an Amazing RN and Person!!! She was thoughtful enough to perform all my services in one appointment. Due to the busyness of this location I had to make 2 appointments in one week. Heather saw this and did all my treatments in one appointment. She knew that I was usually early. Between this and her thoughtfulness she combined these appointments. I know that I am not the only one that she does things like this for. It was a Fabulous Surprise and Extremely Thoughtful!!! Tiffany is wonderful at Ideal Image on Monroe Avenue! If you are on the fence about getting any services, put your fears aside. Tiffany makes you so comfortable and is great at what she does!
I’ve received services in the past and were excellent. However, based on my last experience I will not recommend ideal image to anyone. I shared my schedule needs ahead ad of time and they got me into a non refundable contract when they knew they were unable to meet my needs. Ben, the customer care agent, was extremely rude and unprofessional.
I love coming to get my laser treatments with Nadia! She is so personable, professional and knowledgeable. I make sure I get her every time for my appointments!The facility is always cleanly and the rest of the staff is very friendly and welcoming!Definitely worth the price and is always a wonderful experience!
My appointment went really well. From the front desk staff to the tech lady who performed by treatment were super cordial and professional. The treatment was reviewed by a more experienced person and it felt good afterwards, and she covered the areas I indicated the hair was growing a bit more.

I recently had an issue with an incorrect loan financed through Ideal Image & their lender. I must have called the Rochester location 10 times in a course of 3 days in hopes to get it worked out and Ashley spoke with me each time. She was by far the nicest person I’ve ever spoken to in customer service and she helped me each time I called and made sure to get my problem completely figured out. She was extremely patient and understanding and made sure to help in every way she could. I have not yet received services from Ideal Image but knowing that Ashley was so supportive on the back end of things, will definitely influence my decision in using them for future services! Heather was the person who gave me the treatment I had. I had planned on fillers but because of a past health issue I had I was not able to receive that treatment. Heather suggested another type of treatment that would be appropriate for me and she was able to provide that treatment in place of the one I had initially planned. I felt very satisfied with the services I received and hope I will be happy with the results in a few weeks.

When I came into the Monroe Ave location I was pleased to find her working and she helped me set up an appointment. My fiancé was thrilled. Perfect and easy gift!
Nadia is amazing! She did my lip filler and I LOVE it! My lips look very full, yet still natural and perfectly shaped. She is very light handed, and I didn’t have any of the bruising or lumpiness that can happen with fillers. I will be making regular appointments with Nadia to keep this look. I have gotten so many compliments!

My experience with Ideal Image in Rochester was wonderful! The man I spoke with on the phone to schedule my consultation was great. Brianna and Nadine at the front desk were friendly, personable, and helpful. Molly answered all of my questions during the consultation and was knowledgeable.I was even able to get my 1st treatment done that day with the AWESOME nurse! [Apologies, I cant recall her name-she is brunette] She explained each part of the procedure, answered my many more questions, was so easy to talk with, and was a consummate professional. Looking forward to completing my treatment with Ideal and the results!!
**UPDATE** it took a week for someone to reach out and when I put in a dispute for the charges they only offered to give me back $2020 of the $2900 I was charged. A single session for the areas I had done go for about $150 total and now I cannot get a response via email or phone from anyone with the company.**Bought a laser hair removal package for over $2500 and found out a few weeks later the rep that sold me my package added on a $250 membership without my knowledge. My first appt the machine broke and was pushed back over a month, when I went in I mentioned the added charge and was told a manager would reach out. I waited a week and no one called, so I called and let the girl know what happened (again) she sounded extremely annoyed and told me she would have a manager call, that was a week ago and still haven’t received a call. I also emailed the woman who sold me the package (since that was the only way to contact her) and the email just keeps bouncing back undelivered. Definitely wouldn’t recommend purchasing services from ideal image especially when you can go anywhere else and actually feel like a valued customer and not be overcharged and blatantly stolen from.
Everyone was very nice, seeing big improvements already in my figure and its only been a month.
My appointment was at 2pm. The treatment started at 2:30. I got coolsculpt under the chin. Everything was great but then the treatment on my left side just kept popping off and we had to start over every time. It was 45 minutes on each side. So basically I only got treated for my right side and because we tried so many times to do the left and it just kept popping off they rescheduled me to come in Sep 15th to finish the full service. I was kind off disappointed just because I now have to wait to see any kind of results and ended up leaving at 5:25. It was a very long process I wasn’t expecting it to be like that. I wasn’t really sure what to expect since they didn’t go over much. Just told me to stay really still. The staff was great really kind. But the actual treatment that I got was disappointing. I hope when I go on Sep 15th it will work out.

About a year ago, I visited Ideal Image Rochester. I was seen by a nurse named Heather. During my session, we engaged in conversation that quickly took a turn for the worse. In so many words, I concluded that her narrow-minded views on topics were unnecessary. There are various subjects such as race, politics, and religion to name a few that should not be discussed in a professional workplace setting with customers. However, I am well aware that people are entitled to express their opinions on topics, and will not discuss the details of the conversation. Nevertheless, I will say this, please be mindful of what you say to others and be less judgmental. We are all people with feelings, who deserve to be treated the same. My mother and grandmother inculcated the value of treating others the way I would like to be treated. Furthermore, I try to live my life in that manner on a daily basis. Wouldnt it be nice if we all could do the same?
If you have ever thought about getting lip filler, CALL IDEAL IMAGE! I have been self conscious about my lips for a while because I have a very defined cupids bow but otherwise thinner lips. My experience at Ideal Image was amazing. Their team made me feel completely at ease before, during, and after the procedure. They explained everything in terms I could understand and made sure I knew what was going to happen and what to expect. They also prepared me well to heal in the weeks afterward, and even called to check on me the next day to make sure I was ok and didnt have any other questions. All of that- and their entire team is so nice and super professional. The pictures below show the results, Im so happy with them. The first picture is before, the second is right after (you can see that there was minimal swelling and they are so much more even!), and the third is a week after. I love my new smile and am so glad I went with Ideal Image. I will be going back!

I went to Ideal Image for a facial procedure. the front office women was very nice and friendly. I was able to complete my paperwork on line for a speedy check in. the two nurses Maria and Alicia were very friendly and comforting, yet also very professional. they explained the procedure itself as well as aftercare, and it was painless from beginning to end. both nurses were very gentile yet sure. Aaron the PA was also great and informative. I was able to have this all done on my lunch hour with time to spare. I cant recommend this spa enough and I wish I could give a higher rating then 5 stars. being a man I was a little intimidated but all the staff made me feel very comfortable. i will definitely go back to Ideal Image and I highly recommend them to both males and females. thanks so much for such a positive experience.
I wasnt aware in advance that I would basically have to undress for an evaluation from someone I was meeting for the first time, virtually. I would prefer to have a consultation with information about the procedure(s) and potential cost. Its a medical procedure and I want answers to my questions from someone with at least a PA or NP degree.

I had zero result from cool sculpting. And my weight fluctuates around 5 lbs throughout the day no matter what. From leaving my house to the follow up appointment, 3 pounds fluctuated. They offered me nothing, no solution to amend the absolute no result I received for a 2,000$ procedure and told me to “lose 5 pounds and come back” welp. I’m 5 pounds lighter again and there’s still nothing. I really feel like this is a scam. Or at the very least, they don’t really care to take care of a dissatisfied customer. I was upset and trying to explain that I was upset and the Dr locked me out of the building instead of giving me any documentation of my visit or anything I was asking for. I don’t ever want to go back, and now I’m 2,000$ poorer. And sad.
I had a consultation with Ideal Image Rochester and from the moment I walked in the door I was blown away by the cleanliness of the facility and professionalism as well as kindness of the staff. After my informative consultation I knew that is exactly where I wanted be!I had two visits since my initial consultation and everyone from reception, to the sales associate (Molly was WONDERFUL) to my RN I was completely blown away by the care I received. They made me feel comfortable, they were attentive and extremely kind. My RN Tiffany was exceptionally wonderful and is the heart of my experience there. She was fun, sweet and constantly checked on me. Not to mention she followed up with me numerous times days after my appointment. More importantly she made me feel extremely comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. It was important to me that they used the latest and newest technology, but I am sure many facilities are using that, what was important to me was the way they made me feel and that is worth every penny I spent! I had my first treatment on August 6th with no information when I left except to come back to my visit for today(Oct 20th). Upon arrival the nurse told me I needed a CBC to see what my WBC is. I pulled up the last one on my phone and emailed it to her. She had me get ready for my treatment only to come back in 10 minutes later stating I couldnt get my treatment because my WBC was too high. This was the FIRST time I was even told I needed labs done, and why wasnt this explained to me before my first treatment if it is policy I am confused why I even got my first treatment without the labs. So now I have to get labs done before I can get my treatment and they stated the next available appointment isnt until December! I am beyond irritated that someone didnt reach out to me between Aug 6th and today to have me get the labs done so I could proceed with my treatments. Also I have an auto immune disease and my WBC runs high and now they state I may not be able to get the treatments at all. This ALL should have been explained before I even got the first treatment. Im confused why I could get one done with my WBC being elevated but all of a sudden I cannot.
It was a wonderful experience. I do recommend people to contact this company. versus going way to Miami.

Nadia was my nurse injector for wrinkle relaxers,and she did an amazing job! She was confident and efficient, and answered all of my questions. She is very professional and personable, and her enthusiasm for her work shines through. My results are so much better than expected!
She was very sweet and explained everything but before we started I asked the other fellow good the office so I did ask this for nothing. He told me a totally different price. Its a total of $5,000 plus. I was originally told under $3,000. And the examples had way less body fat that I. I tried to tell her that and she said it would work. Yeah it would but how much would it cost me you know
I’ve always had a pleasant experience coming here. It’s quite a drive (2 hours) but the employees are professional and efficient. If you’re in the Rochester area I recommend!
I would tell everyone to hide their purses. Never pay in advance, read every line and make sure if they make a simple change to give you a better rate, re-read everything again. Dirty players.Pay them upfront and they say your not a candidate for the procedure the take your money and you need to go to court to get them to give it back.This us the New Big Fraud. KNOW THIS. You cannot forfeit your rights. Ideal Image Fraud voids any contract in good faith.Use to love to go there. New people, new management. They art of the steal is Americas corporate identity. SAD DAYS FOR THE NEW AMERICA.Never give them all your medical information.... They are not entitled to have.They are Data Mining. They need very little information for any and all their procedures. Its just a scam to collect your medical information they sell. Dont be confused. They can sell all your information without your name attached to the records. They sell and sell and sell all of your statistics.
I got my lips done a few days ago and I am absolutely obsessed! so happy with the results and professionalism I received. the process of the procedure was extremely smooth. they made sure I was comfortable & relaxed the whole time. Ive been to a few Ideal Images in different states but this location is definitely a standout. The girls at the front desk are exceptionally nice and always accommodating when appointments need to be changed. And the technicians are truly professional and committed to making sure your safety is first during any treatment, but they are also incredibly personal, always asking how things are going and are genuinely sweet and competent. I always feel welcome and safe during appointments. I would recommend anyone check this place out, even if youre just curious. They will answer any questions and always make you feel relaxed and taken care of. Amazing job, guys.
April 08 2021 - First time at the Rochester, NY Ideal Image location. I started & completed my initial Laser Hair Removal treatment in Charlotte, NC - Was kinda leery about receiving treatment at a new location-Needless to say, my overall experience was REMARKABLE, from the very beginning until the very end. This location practiced awesome COVID-19 protocols, which as a patient made me feel like my safety is a priority & put me at EXTREME ease-I was really taken a back (in a good way) with the Ideal Image (Roc, NY) representative who conducted my laser treatment - Her name is “Shannon B.” She was knowledgeable, professional & very skilled with the hair removal process. Prior to starting the process, she collaborated with me; ensuring my treatment needs / outcomes were met - Offering recommendations and feedback. This made for optimal results-But WAIT, it doesn’t stop here. Upon exiting I was greeted by two front end representatives who’s level of customer service & skill-sets were unmatched. Ensuring my future dated hair removal needs were met & making sure I was properly charged (very reasonably too 🙂) for the excellent service rendered-All in all, I guess you can say my experience was pretty awesome with the AWESOME professional staff at Ideal Image - Rochester, NY. Ideal image is absolutely lovely. From the kind and enthusiastic receptionists to the professional clinical staff, the experience is enjoyable from beginning to end. They made sure that I had a complete consultation, including a medical evaluation, to be sure that the process was right and safe for me. They explained everything clearly and concisely, and I understood the process before I started treatment. I never felt pressured into doing anything or spending more money than I was comfortable spending. Every time I receive a treatment, an RN performs it using proper safety equipment and after reviewing any medical changes. Every time I go in for a treatment, the staff take excellent care of me and make sure that I am comfortable. I truly cannot recommend Ideal Image enough. If youre on the fence about trying laser, or any of the services that they provide, just go in for a consult! This was truly a great decision for me and my body, and I dont regret it.
The environment was very professional and clean. The girls were great and super informative. It was very nice relaxing environment. They followed all COVID protocol and were very informative, especially about aftercare. They answered all of my questions that I had and took the time to do what they had to do. The attendant that worked on me, was very concerned about me being very satisfiedShe explained everything that was happening and what was going to happen. Very pleasant to meAfter about a month I’m looking at my face and taking photos. I see no difference. I would not advise this. Or perhaps it does not work on everyone. It did not work on meI am saddened by spending all this money and having not to work. Besides a pain in with you I’m getting it.
I meet with Heather the RN in the Rochester NY office and as always she was fun and professional. She did a wonderful job that was as pain free as possible. I cant say enough great things about this facility! As soon as you walk in, you can just tell you are in great hands. I had a less than ideal experience previously at a laser spa company in the area, so I was hesitant to try again at another place. I AM SO GLAD I DID! I came in for a free consultation and was immediately impressed by the atmosphere. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgable, they are able to answer any questions you have. You can tell the equipment is state of the art and the treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. I noticed AMAZING results after my first treatment and am so excited to keep coming back! I will NEVER go to another laser spa ever again!

My experience at Ideal Image has been great. All of the RNs are extremely considerate and the facility is very clean. My only gripe would be that when I was in for my initial consultation, I didnt feel I was adequately forewarned about how painful a procedure could be. (But then again, I should have done a little more research to be more prepared.) Other than that, my experience here has been awesome, and Im so happy with the results of my treatments!
Ideal Image always does an amazing job! I always take advantage of purchasing their packages so Im stocked up for several visits which ends up saving me money. Heather is amazing, whether its for Botox or lip filler, I always leave beyond happy with my results :)

Ive been paying on my Fortiva card since February 2021 for ideal Imaging for a service that wasnt provided and I was told today that I wasnt medically qualified to have the procedure. This was a waste of my time and gas. I just want this procedure canceled since its well over $1,500 I dont want to have to keep paying a charge and interest for a service I cannot qualify for.
Amazing experience with this location. The staff is lovely and you can tell they love their jobs. Made an appointment over the phone for a consult for under eye fillers. Got to the appointment on time, waited 15 minutes, was escorted to an office where I was told sorry to waste your time but we dont do under the eye fillers. Guess where Im not going for laser hair removal or any other treatment? Plenty of other places out there who respect their customers valuable time. Very disappointed.

Ive spoken to multiple people about how I have had zero results on my services and nothing has been done other than me being told it takes more time but Im over a year in and still havent seen the slightest amount of progress. I also have tried calling multiple times to wait on hold for 20 minutes, get transferred to the Rochester office (because I cant call directly?) and then have no one answer, and be sent to their voicemail- which is full.All Ive wanted to do is check on how much longer my contract payments are and if theyre going to honor/extend the unlimited visits in x amount of months because of the closures and not being able to do that. What on earth is the point of having a national line if no one can tell me anything and they transfer me to an office that doesnt answer?Take your business elsewhere. This place has been nothing but a major headache. I will gladly support Bare Element in Greece over Ideal Image any day, and would recommend everyone else do the same.
I had Tiffany help me. She was very nice and I could tell it was important to her than I was comfortable, and I was in and out in ten minutes. Even though Ideal Image is expensive I would rather go here because you know its real and not a spa that says they do laser but it is actually not real laser hair removal. So far Im loving not having to shave my underarms.

My experience with Ideal Image has been fantastic. I started my laser hair removal and then had to stop due to traveling out of the country. Second time getting my lips done here, Heather did them today & she was amazing! Super nice and personable and she was very informative and answered any questions.
I never had services. I did buy a package for service I never received. I took out a almost 3,000 credit line with them and additionally put 1000 on my own cc I intended to have services, then covid broke out, destitute over my job and not knowing I called to cancel this-seeing i am a single mom and do not have the luxury now of making this choice in a pandemic - I explained to girls different people there and even manager. I got no where. All they sad is theyd reschedule me once the pandemic broke and i could get after. I explained my work-I have to recant my losses and id gladly go back when I could...they rudely used the ole...you signed a contract---are you kidding me? During this time your really worried about that. it turned my stomach and made me never want to go back. I filed a complaint with my bank and the new cc I was already getting bills for not even having the service. I told the cc company what was said and they did investigation also told me (their cc people not mine) that I COULD break my contract and that is what happened they never billed me and my own bank also refunded me. HOWEVER< last week when going over my cc statement-I realized I was hit with additional 1000 on a card i almost paid off--so I called and inquired on charges as I have NOT been using my cc....the customer service rep said IDEAL IMAGE hit my card for another $1000---ON something I never approved and was already greived!!! i was livid. i cancelled my card and now awaiting a new one...but buyer beware. IF this is how they conduct business I am afraid they wont be in business very long. I for one never want to return as it is by far criminal charging someones card again unapproveed and not even called upon when doing so. seriously wrong in a time like this and for the record I am not working still so that makes it worse as some still not recovered or back working during covid.I have filed more compllaints and plan to follow up with BBB and also atty general.

Friendly staff. Clean environment. I just do not like how they have signs up showing discount prices and not listing the details about who the discount applies to.... I got excited while reading an offer while using the bathroom and when I got to the counter book next appointment and to ask more about the deal... It was going to cost me 400$ more than the sheet posted, as it did not apply for current customers.

Laser hair removal (under arms) - I was able to see results in as little as 2 sessions. I did have a worry when I noticed random hairs still appearing after 6 sessions, however these are the very light hairs that they did say are the hardest to remove/if able to remove at all (this is all stated in the signed agreement). Ive completed all session and am very happy with my results.

I had cool sculpting done here and had no results at all. I expressed that I was dissatisfied at my follow up and was told to wait for the consultant who I had initially signed up with to be free. I told her the same thing, because she told me when I went for my consultation that if I wasn’t happy with the results they would work with me and/or reimburse me. When we had the conversation this time, she was very cold and standoffish and told me explicitly there was nothing she could do because the service had already been provided. I reminded her of our original conversation and told her that if I knew this would be the actual outcome (them not doing anything to correct the experience) I wouldn’t have done the cool sculpting. I left when she responded to that with “I don’t know what to tell you, there’s nothing I can do”. I now know she was just saying what she needed to say to get me to sign up, even though me signing up was based on a lie. Needless to say, I have steered people away from doing cool sculpting because it doesn’t work and I am now out $2500 for absolutely nothing.

I have never felt more comfortable with an uncomfortable procedure! The staff makes sure everything is explained and that I am comfortable with everything before they proceed. Not to mention the results are AMAZING! They are quick, thorough, and so friendly. I would recommend Ideal Image a million times over!
Everyone on staff at Ideal Image is very professional and I feel very comfortable that I will be well taken care of. I have felt that safety in order to get positive results has always been the main concern. I am about half way through the process and and pleased with the progress thus far, would recommend.

Had coolsculpting done twice and am not at all happy with the results. was not satisfied after the first time and was told by the consultants that i would have better results after a second session. i now have a roll hanging from my belly. i have never had my stomach hang like this before. after paying thousands of dollars and being left with a hanging roll makes me very upset.

Before picking ideal image I looked at literally every laser hair removal near me Elmira Corning buffalo Binghamton obviously Rochester and so on even tho Rochester is kind of a far drive from me totally worth it. When I made the original consultation I told the women that I had to be somewhere at 6:45, when I got there at 6, I was sitting in the waiting room until 6:30 when I asked receptionist if it would be much longer, she explained because of promotion that they double book people. Complete waste of my time. I was not seen and told it would only be 30 minutes. I rushed to get there and felt they just wanted to get people in the door not listening to what they said
I heard an ad on the radio for these guys and at 70% off I figured I would check it out! First the people are NASTY and just assume you know everything about laser hair removal. Secondly and probably MORE importantly just to have my bikini line done they wanted TWO THOUSAND dollars!!! Yes, you read that right! $2,000 for 6 treatments and that was 70% off!!! They are nuts there! Oh and Im strawberry blonde so if I needed less than 6 treatments too bad! I would not be refunded for the treatments I didnt use!I found a local spa that cost me $99 treatment, I will be going there! (Oh and they have a lifetime guarantee too!!)

I would have given zero stars if it let me. DO NOT agree to a loan with them. I have been fighting for a refund after I decided not to go through with the services. HCS the loan servicing company they use sends them the money up front before you even get the service. I now am paying on a loan that I never received services on and no one will return my phone calls or respond to HCS request to return the money. This is a shady business and have filed a complaint with the Rochester better Business Bureau. I will make sure I tell everyone how unethical this business is and what they have done to me and many others. I reccomend going to the BBB website before you give them any money you will see what i am talking about.

The clean very home like atmosphere, The politeness of the staff,From the front desk to the doctors very Professional but at the same time it was like talking with friends.Today was my first appointment for hair removal I was in and out in 30 minutes and I am so looking forward to the other Procedures they offer. 2022-07-11I got cool sculpting on my chin done here and lip injections. i was suggested to use a cream that was $250 for my cool sculpting during my zoom appointment. i was coerced into adding this to my payment and was not made aware that i could not return the product. the person i met with said “everyone gets it” but then when i asked the person who was doing my sculpting about it she had no knowledge of the cream and couldn’t tell me really what it was for. i had not used the cream and asked for a refund and they told me no. i am a college student and already paying the fees for these 2 treatments was enough and then not letting me return a cream that i did not even use that is $250 is ridiculous. i was given attitude on the phone for complaining about my service and how i did not understand why i couldn’t just return the item that i did not use. horrible customer service. i also have not noticed much of a difference with my cool sculpting of the chin and i was told during my zoom call that since my double chin wasn’t bad that i would only need one treatment. i have barely noticed a difference with my chin and i have actually lost weight as well. it seems as though they only care about your money and make it seem like everything is going to work out great and say “you’ll only need one treatment” or that it’ll be an “easy” process for you. i am disappointed that i spent money on these treatments that barely have done anything for me and i do not recommend wasting your money on this place unless you’re ready to do multiple treatments and spend more and more money because treatments sometimes “don’t work out as well”, very disappointing.

2022-04-27The two women I spoke with, Kristin from the main number and the rep from zoom were great! Very personable, super flexible, great positive energy. Unfortunately the cost is well above the worth of this service for me as my hair growth is pretty slow & its not a need.

2022-08-16I had a very positive experience. Honestly, I was super nervous initially but my mind was put to ease by the staff. Alessia did a fabulous job with my Botox and I’m in love with the results. The facility and staff are inviting and knowledgeable and I will definitely be back. 2022-04-06Went flawlessly, from deciding on treatment and making appointment with salesperson Molly Lane to my check-in at the front desk and finally my treatment with Erin, everyone was very professional and beyond informative. I’m looking forward to continuing the treatments and can’t wait to see the end results.

2022-05-27Prior to starting my laser treatments I was granted 3 extra treatments for after my last contracted treatment by one of the district managers, which was solidified in a written email from all of the trouble I was given upon signing up. I spoke with Tiffany and one of the other nurses at the Rochester office and explained to them what I was promised by one of the higher ups and provided them with the email I received. They showed zero empathy and all they said is we cannot comp sessions. While I understand that may be a policy, I should have not been told and promised otherwise. I was also told I would receive a call from a high up and never did. I followed-up in regards to this, and they completely ignored my concern. This is HORRIBLE customer service especially when we pay thousands of dollars for our treatments and they could careless about making the customer happy, which I have only received satisfactory results. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone looking for laser hair removal services.

2022-08-12I had such a smooth & calming experience! They were all super informative & made the experience of getting Botox for the first time so peaceful yet so exciting. Alessia did a fabulous job & I will definitely be requesting her to take care of me in the future. I will for sure be coming back for more! Loved it! Everyone is so sweet & welcoming too.
