I currently live here and have had a rough time with maintenance, the air conditioning in my apartment did not work properly for a time and left me and my girlfriend without ac. But it took about 3 weeks for a worker to address the problem and it only led to the furnace to leak water due to a clogged drain im assuming, but practically flooded the utility closet and the bottom of the furnace. After they cleared it up they crammed the old wet filter behind the hot water tank and left the 2 inches of water in the bottom of the furnace to more than likely drain out into the lower apartment and cause drywall damage.
I moved out in April after 2 years living there, my dish washer broke in February, they did not fix it until 3 days before my move out date. Last summer in August my a/c broke not once but twice and it took them over 2 weeks to fix it both times leaving me and my dogs with an over 80 degree apartment. The washers were broken the entire first year I lived there I had to go to the Laundromat always. Maintenance manager does not respond to voicemails or take calls. A side walkway railing was hit by a car and taken down, never replaced leaving it so handicapped individuals had to take a different route out of their apartments. They always raise the rent over $100 every single lease renewal. They allowed dogs that is the one and only upside. Then they will charge you a ton when you leave the apartment. I understood there would be a few things that need to be replaced but they will charge you a lot of money when you leave.
Worst experience living in this apartment complex. When we first arrived we put in numerous work orders that never were fixed. Our shower had mold growing on it and it took them over 6 months to fix this issue. We would literally have to go the office and constantly remind them to fix our work orders. The workers in the office constantly give attitude and do not provide clarification. I had an instance where the heat in my apartment was not working in winter and my girlfriend had to yell at them to send maintenance to address the situation. Then upon leaving the apartment they charged us for the same stove that was burned that we put in a work order for so we did not even receive our security deposit. Overall for what this complex charges not worth the headache. I was never late with rent one time , but this is the worst customer service from an apartment complex I have ever received. Then after completing the lease and leaving the apartment we were charged fees that were never mentioned when we spoke with a gentlemen in the office on the checkout process. Jenifer trippys response to that is “He was only working with the office for a month”. Worst experience save yourself the hassle DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
WORST EXPERIENCE . Wish I have seen the reviews before signing the lease. Horrendous move out charges for the poor apartments. Loud noises .Inspection report is a waste of time. Need to send multiple emails and calls for them to respond! Hadnt I been proactive in calling and sending multiple emails , my creditscore would have been ruined by these people.
This review pertains to my experiences living at Idylwoods woodside apartments ONLY (not the main complexes). While initially the apartment did not match with certain details I was told about it, and while it could have been a little cleaner upon move in, this apartment quickly became a place that I was happy to call home for multiple years. This is a COMPLEX, so if you think you wont run into noise or smells or older buildings or wait times with maintenance, then you have unrealistic expectations. Thats just the name of the game with large complexes housing lots of people in one place, so you cannot hold that against the company. I spoke with Jennifer T. in the office numerous times for differing reasons and was always met with kindness, professionalism, and prompt assistance. I never needed to go into the office much, but when I did, I was always met with a smile and asked if I needed help with anything. There are beautiful views and trails through the forest at woodside, and it is something I will truly miss. The trees seemed to cause some mold to grow on my balcony carpet, but when I called about it, maintenance came to replace the whole carpet (at no cost to me) within 2 weeks. I will say that since Morgan Properties took over management here, there have been many improvements in outreach, communication, and renovation.

I have not moved into this property.I totally sold when I toured the apartments. Their leasing agents are horrible not responsive and very unprofessional. I was felt very uncomfortable dealing with them due to the fact that I have to contact them many times before receiving an response. Due to my service, I decided not to move into these apartment. I put down a security deposit but did not sign a lease. I was informed to put down the security deposit simply to hold the apartment and was NEVER informed my deposit is not refundable. Once not moving in or signing a lease, I asked for my security deposit and they refused to give it back. I have tried to contact many people but never received an response. Worst service I HAVE ever received. I would not recommend these apartments for ANYONE.
I have been living here for almost 10 years now and not had this place gone down hill. Specifically the maintenance. Washing machines are always broken. I have put a work order in for the one 4 times and now one has been it to fix it since the beginning of January, thats 3 months now we have been waiting. Back at the beginning of February they finally replaced the one washer that had been broken since November... But they didnt bother removing the large box it can in our the parts of the old washer they left behind. Rent keeps going up and the upkeep goes down. Now we are paying for trash, water, sewer oh and I hear they are planning on forcing us to take and pay for internet and cable that the property installed not at our request with the next lease signing. Why dont you focus on the basics like keeping the property working properly first before you force us to take something we dont want.I have been a good resident, with very little complaining untill the last 6 months but boy is this place going down hill fast. Oh and my maintenance requests... I never even get a response, so its pointless to feel it out.The reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 or no stars is the night office ladies they are very nice.
REVISED-I’d like to revise my rating out of fairness.After speaking with Cynthia Neuland in great detail about my situation, she reached out to the owner and worked out a solution that was fair.I truly appreciated that from her.While I didn’t elaborate on my issues with Idylwood in my previous post, I’m immensely grateful to C. Neuland for making sure that in the end, Idylwood did right by me to take care of my lease agreement and make sure that I was satisfied. She worked overtime to get that done for me and I wanted to be just as vocal about her leadership as I was about my displeasure with other issues on the property.Thank you Cynthia. You are appreciated.
Customer service is horrible to say the least. Whenever I call I get treated poorly and the ladies in the office are incredibly rude and sarcastic. Tried to get in the pool and was given a hard time for no reason when others were allowed right in. My maintenance requests took months to be taken care of. I didn’t have sufficient hot water for 2 months before my tank was replaced. Management does nothing to correct issues. Currently looking to speak to a higher up to address these issues and several more.
The time Ive spent here for two years have been great, honestly. I came here from Minnesota and this was my first rental in NY. Itll always be close to my heart.The maintenance respond to your inquiries promptly and the office ladies are very friendly. They are always willing to help when they can. I would definitely recommend Idylwood to my friends. The grounds are always clean and well kept. Very beautiful. The clubhouse has computers, printers, a fitness center and bigger washers should you need them.The only reason I give it a four star is because my new neighbors smoke weed and I can smell it in the hallway. But it seems like theyre dealing with that as best they can at the moment. Nothing can be perfect. People are still people.Ps: Will update with more pictures. Gotta find them.

Idylwood is a great place to live, the staff has always been warm, friendly and professional. The entire office staff is wonderful to deal with. The maintenance staff are up early every morning it snows thoroughly cleaning off the walkways. The lot is always plowed when I leave each morning. The common areas are kept clean, the grounds are attended to and the apartment is adequate. Overall, I completely recommend Idylwood to anyone looking for a place to live in the area.
Apartments have great aesthetics to pull you in, but the staff is rude. They will do anything to avoid helping you and to get you off of the phone with them. Rudest people ive ever met. They talk over you and will add anonymous fees to your rent. Neighbors steal mail. Drug addicts knocking on doors Additives like washer and dryer are always broken and steal your money. Many problems could be fixed by a better attitude and kinder staff.
Garbage place to live. My ceiling constantly leaks. The construction and maintenance crew have 0 respect for anyone living here. Literally have chop saws buzzing everyday at 8am sharp above my head. They even shorted me a full week on my lease. Having to leave early might be the only good thing about having to live here.Update: Addressed my concerns with management and they basically laughed at me and now have moved a 3 person family into the 1 bedroom apt above me. This place is literally hell on earth.
I had a lease here last year and it was ok. I then moved to a different building and I have had nothing but problems this whole year. When I call the customer service the ladies are rude and act like they dont want to help. There has been broken glass in the pathways and gardens that needed to be cleaned up. I called 4 times for them to come get it and when they finally got around to doing it they were nothing but rude. The individuals that live here let their dogs out to go to the bathroom in the building. There was poop outside my door the one day. Today I found a kitchen knife and trash all over the front lawn and when I called customer service they said someone might clean it soon. I dont feel safe living in an apartment like this especially when nothing is done about the problems I am notifiying them with. I advise not to rent an apartment here.
This apartment complex and company completely ruined my life. From the black mold to telling me I could break my lease with no penalty and then charging me $6000 years after. I signed a no-fear lease agreement saying I could terminate it at any time. My credit is ruined, and I am constantly reminded of the abuse I endured there because of it. I was being stalked and harassed, and was not allowed to move into a different building. When I moved out, my apartment building was torn down due to the mold anyway, so what am I being charged for? Horrible management and horrible people in every single way.
If you enjoy calling Maintance for plumbing issues this is the place for you!On average I have had to call maintenance about some sort of blockage that occurs when I am at work or overnight about once a month. Or the laundry room smells like piss at times.The staff in the office is pretty friendly though and the amenities are pretty decent but you will feel like Maintance is part of your family with how often they will be there!
They are always very nice to me and have a cute newsletter, which has improved from normal print to glossy. The maintenance can usually be requested upon a portal and they are friendly! Theyve replaced my carpets and even provided a loaner vacuum. Maintenance is usually completed within 7 days and without constant reminders. The community centers boasts a keurig and touch screen computers, and even a mobile popcorn station. They host several all-resident and open to the public summer parties and have a horse-drawn carriage holiday gala. They never hurt peoples feelings and handle things like packages and sending out letters. Thank-you!
This honestly has been the worst place I have ever lived. My building was filled with people who were druggies and would party until 4am. I had to call the cops to my apartment as they were partying so much I literally did not have a solid night sleep for 5months we were here. To break lease was almost 2K but it was the best money saved to get out of this hell on Earth. There are buildings with better people but buliding 33 has the worst people right now. When they raised the rent here all the decent people left my building and the party trash below me just brought in another person who also came with a yippy dog. At my signing they told me my building was a cat only building. More lies to fill an apartment. I also had multiple issues with getting things repaired in my apartment.
Property is decent but the maintenance is absolutely terrible. They never address any maintenance request that we’ve sent.
In the past this was a really nice place to live, the grounds and buildings were well kept. But, things are totally different now , Cindi the on-site manager is awful and very nasty. Example it was raining in my apartment I called maintenance and they didn’t fix the issue. I called Cindi to complain and express my concern for my possible damage to my belongings Cyndi’s response was “ that’s why you have renters insurance “ I told her if anything is damaged I will inform my insurance that I made her aware of the repair need and she deferred me to them instead of fixing it. The maintenance department (Ken ) is a liar and the team is very lazy and nasty toward residents the have a superiority issue and love talking down to residents. Example; At my request Ken came out to my apartment and saw that my bathroom was in need of repairs/ updates . He was very nice and said that he would have the work completed but he never came back or returned my calls. I went to Cyndi and she acted as if she was going to help but I Never heard from her either. If something needs to be done they will often ignore request or are very nasty when they show up, it’s almost like you are bothering them vs them showing up for work.
Not worth it. For the price you pay here, you can get a much bigger place with more amenities. I used to live here and have since moved and life has been so much better. The washers and dryers never work, the hallways are run-down and smell, the doors slam, you can hear when someone enters and leaves and their every movement, people smoke inside of their apartments and this smell seeps into your apartment (I am sure this is a fire hazard AND health hazard), and the place is TOO tiny for the rent. Oh, and when we moved in, the apartment was not even renovated or clean! It was a complete mess. Take your money and dont let the little deals they may offer you prior to move in bribe you.
This is by far the worst apartment complex I have lived in throughout the 8 years of me renting apartments in WNY. When I moved in it was like nothing had been attempted to be cleaned - cobwebs, dust, dead insects in the windows. Broken window screens, on the bedroom window, a light switch that shocks me every time I go to turn it on, a bathroom fan that doesnt work, flooding under the carpet by the bathroom door. Flooding so bad (not after rain but from the air-conditioner) that upon stepping on the carpet water came over my toes. I bit my tongue on some of this because I know Im only here for a short while.However, the reason for this post is the notice I received regarding Cockroach Extermination. I live in a complex that allows animals and I have a cat. The notice was less than a week and the preparation they said is such: Empty ALL Kitchen cupboards and other food / dish areas; Empty ALL bathroom vanities and medicine cabinets; Remove dresser drawers and place on bed; All pets must be removed before extermination (and for 4 hours past); All trash must be taken out; All stoves should be emptied; Everyone must remain out for 4 hours.THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Theyre asking me to box up everything I own and then unpack it after removing my pets during the morning on a THURSDAY - WHEN I WORK! Not to mention I have several computers and pieces of artwork I would not want exposed to this extermination.... 6 Days Notice!I have never had this happen - at any complex Ive ever stayed. If they perform an extermination procedure I dont know about it - because a good management team would schedule that after a tenant moves out prior to the next tenant moving in - or if there is a report of a cockroach problem. I havent reported any - and I was the only door with that notice (as far as I can tell).The workout facilities are a joke. Dont use the machines - usually there is a spring / part of the machine laying next to it.The laundry works occasionally, however there are 2 washers and 2 dryers per building (with 8 units). It always seems though that there is 1 washer and 2 dryers, or vice versa due to maintenance.I wont recommend this place to anyone.
This place is honestly the worst place I have ever lived in. Dont walk on the street within the complex with kids unless you want them to possibly get hit by a car since noone stops at stop signs and they do nothing about it. Maintenance sucked. I wrote on my move in sheet about the stove being broke, a year later the stove is still broke. The washer and dryers never worked. I had a mold problem in my bathroom with a 2 year old that was getting constantly sick. It took 6 months and me calling the health department for someone to come in and kill the mold. Which ment not killing it and patching a hole. Seeing as they couldnt tell me what they used to kill it, and that it wasnt any of my concern.
After being a tenant for almost a year now, my family is pleased with our apartment as well as the many amenities surrounding the area...fast food and family style restaurants in either direction leaving the property, laundry mats and grocery stores and convenience stores, Family Dollar and Dollar General.On property is a nice park for kids of all ages (depends on your imagination) swings, slides, basketball court, tennis court, swimming pool, small gym and a community room for booking private events.School in the district are great too.EVERYTHING ISNT FOR EVERYBODY but this place WAS FOR US.
I highly suggest you look everywhere else before deciding to move in here, I signed a lease that agreed to pay for most utilities, then a week later had to sign an ammendment agreeing to pay for almost all utilities or I was told I would have to move out. Stacy in the office is one of the rudest people Ive ever spoken to, and the apartments are not worth the money. If theres is an issue no one is willing to help, the regional manager doesnt respond to any communications. Overall, this place is a trap. If you arent middle eastern you can forget being shown any respect here.
Not the Idylwoods it used to be..I have been living in Idylwoods for more than 3 yrs now. When we moved in, we were told that only one aprt was available, B-type and that too with $31 more than what others were paying at that time. There were many issues with that aprt to start with, all reported in the move-in inspection. The flooring squeaking every corner of the house, the mailbox broken, carpet dirty, etc. It took them over a year to change the carpet and fix the squeaking flooring, not completely fixed though. The mailbox still remains broken after 3 yrs, not taken care off at all. We decided to shift to a bigger D-type aprt, but no luck. The rent has gone skyrocketed within 6 months. The kind of rent we pay, we expect the service and amenities, which is no longer an option in Idylwoods. The flooring sucks, not well lighted roads, it is very dark at times in the night, the game room is closed every other day, which is a whole different story.We contacted the community office quite a few times to fix the game room issues. The pool table is dirty and broken, TT table is shaking, other games are out of use, lights are not working inside the room, temperature control sucks and most importantly the game room is closed every time we want to play. There is an outside entry on the south side of the bulding to the game room directly without disturbing the party in the community hall. We requested them to allow all to access through that staircase, but they never want to. Hence the game room remains useless most of the times.Not enough lights on the streets, in parking or between two buildings, many buildings are not connected directly to the main road Slate creek dr. which makes it harder to access the road during winter. These are the two main reasons behind the recent increase in crime incidents inside the community, which can bet a big concern in near future.The laundry in your aprt bldg takes the money but doesnt work. It happened to me 3 times in last one month, but they did not fix it yet. Every time you contact the community office, they ask you to contact the maintenance, which they could also do it themselves, but they wont. Its high time they should fire the maintenance or ask them to fall in line. Funds crunch is the reason they give behind every maintenance/improvements we suggested and turn down. No sand in the volleyball court or in sand box for kids on the play ground, the swings and slides are broken, exposing a bigger threat for kids playing there and what not. In short, it is high time for us to move out of Idylwoods and find other community where you get better amenities for almost the same price.They increased my rent $30 on average every year, dont know why, which I can pay to other community approx $900+ and get better place for my family. I dont think it is a good place to live anymore.@Idylwoods, please take care of your tenants and their requests/suggestions or else you will soon be converted into a deserted, ghost community.
Weve lived here over a yr , The hallways stink, they clean them with only hot water. Some dog owners DONT CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DOGS. They warn owners, but nothing more is done.Some Dogs run off leash. The grounds off on Woodside are never swept or raked up . Leaving it to look very poorly. Ive complained often , and nothing is done .There are still no gutters, or entry light on the outside of the building I have a great maintenance man i cant complain about that.Front doors have no locks on them. Leaving the buildings less secure.
Have lived here all of 8 months and since moving in, my sink has leaked, refrigerator has been broken, and fans in bathrooms are so loud you dont wanna be in the room when they are on. This place sucks, the hallways stink because carpets are from 1972, people let their dogs poop in the hallway and dont pick it up. just a terrible place to live for the amont of money they want a month.
Absolutely not worth the money . Office staff does not address concerns. Maintenance is non existent . Maintenance requests go dryers unnoticed for months. Washers and dryers are akways broke. The common areas in the building arent kept clean. I do not recommend.
We have lived in idlewoods over a year yes the rent went up when we signed the lease again(IF that keeps up we may move) our building is great even our neighbors. we did have to call a few times about a sink but over all we do like it.
The hallways carpet stinks so bad they STANK! Stank like a ham sub with onions that was left inside a car for 5 hot days! i dont mind that the carpet is original from 1972, Im all about retro! But for the money I pay for rent, someone best put some shampoo on this funky monkey! & also install some locks on the main building doors would be nice so the bums stop loitering in the hallways passed out on heroin! It freaks out my girlfriend when she has to step over sleeping bodies... well hopefully theyre sleeping?*** in response to the owner. We have complained multiple times & we are treated with piss poor attitudes. Thats why we leaving google review because your office does nothing!!! Hence what everyone is saying here! Apt in my girlfriends name explains why my name wouldnt be recognized. We call the Cheektowaga Police Department at least twice a week to chase the bums out when they make noise around midnight hours digging through garbage looking for bottles & cans. You wouldnt know, you work here & go home.... we LIVE here, this is where we sleep... theres a lot you dont know, & when we try to tell office our concerns are disregarded. All the office cares about is the rent check!
I’m disappointed with this apartment rental application. They declined me because of my income is not high enough? But my income is high because I look at this rent price. I can afford it. Also, they don’t tell me the specific income. I will not recommend anyone to apply this apartment. It’s wasting anyone’s time. I planned to move in today (11/29/18). But it’s not happening. Smh.
You I was told it was a great place I went there too get strength training. The occupational & physical therapist are fantastic but the food I would not feed too my dog The other issue I have are the aids some are ok but the rest have a bad attitude I also had money stolen from my purse I would never go back there even if they were giving away free lessons TooBad because the therapist s are fantastic.l

Having cable, heat, water, sewer and trash included in the rent makes keeping up on bills every month so much easier. The staff is always attentive, friendly and available when you have questions. Idylwood provides a worry-free home.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible service from the leasing office, they lose paperwork AND dont keep track of records. Maintenance is horrible except for two good workers who actually care about their jobs and customers. I moved out on October 1st after being there for two years. Multiple times they charged us late fees for rent that was paid A WEEK in advance, and
I lived here for 6 years and it was great. No complaints the ladies in the office were always knowledgeable and got back to me in a timely manner. Maintenance guys were extremely friendly and were there to fix it when ever called. I wouldve still been there if I didnt have to mive out of state. I had a wonderful stay.
This is one of the worst places to live don’t believe the over hype they are very rude I moved into a home a month later my drains and everything would just back up with fouls smells my ceilings leak with water from upstairs showers They have very poor service Jennifer Tripi the lady from the front desk is very rude and laughed about a situation I called her for the entire time.
Was looking at this place online and was so excited! We drive over there and it CANNOT BE FARTHER FROM THE PICTURES! It looks like they don’t have a maintenance crew to do any upkeep, the outsides if the buildings look trashy, and if the inside look anything like the outsides, I don’t want to live here.
I only visited the idylwood apts.ive been in three different buildings there,2 out of the three stunk like weed,all the hallways were were filthy,one stunk so bad I had to go back outside.i was helping someone make a few deliveries there.i can see why they needed a bodyguard,the place has a reputation for being drug infested.no maintenance at all
Since basically the day I moved in nothing but problem I got to my apartment was basically new and with in the first month I started having problem the rain come in to wall and ceiling and now my ceiling has to look like black mold and now since my sub pump broke and flooded my apartment I have this terrible smell in my apartment and I have 8 year with immune system problem and ashma and they dont seem to care I just wish this was as good as my GMA told it was years ago very disappointed with this place
Been frantically trying to find a place to live these past few days so my bf & I contacted Idylwood & they said they would get back to us in 24 hrs. It’s been 4 days & we’ve heard nothing. Thanks for nothing.
Good memories . I used to live there back in my youth in the late 90s and early 2000s I am the one who would climb everything like a monkey . I still do today ! LOL overall good experience at Idylwood

2021-10-16Please believe the reviews idylwood is the worst place to live. Do not believe the pictures they have uploaded. They overcharge for this (pictures). Staffs are unprofessional, unhelpful, very rude they do not care all they want is money. The staffs will deny anything that was said over the phone to them rather they want an email sent to them as proof after discussing with them over the phone. There is no security what’s so ever. The upkeep is very poor. The community is extremely loud every and anybody walks into idylwood it’s not safe to the point cars are being broken into at idylwood. There no cameras you can’t have packages delivered to your door the package will get missing. Everyone has access to any building in idylwood which is not safe. They lease to everyone without thorough background checks. The worst part is having a whole SWAT team across your door. Idylwood is that bad it is the worst. The staff couldn’t even send out an email apologizing for any inconvenience. This is to show who they lease to they don’t care so far as they have their money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You need a place to call home idylwood is not the place.

2022-02-08This was the ABSOLUTE WORST place to live. I never ever write reviews but this was beyond bad. from the very first week to the very last. First week we lived there, my roommate had her tires slashed, mine and my boyfriends car were both puked on. the police were there multiple times, and let’s not forget SWAT. This place is so beyond unsafe it’s crazy. The staff is horrible and only care about getting their money. We had to call maintenance multiple times and no one ever shows up. Please look elsewhere for an apartment!!!! WORST PLACE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars.

2022-04-27Soon as my pregnancy leave is up, I will be gladly willing to pay the fee to get out of this contract. Low budget apartments with a high price tag and maintenance never fixes anything. Not worth the price at all.

2020-03-04Thanking our lucky stars we only signed a three month lease. Y’all... if you’re looking for an apartment complex that cares about upkeep, cleanliness, general maintenance, and overall appearance then keep looking. We had beer bottles and trash on the side of our building the entire time we lived there. Our neighbors across the hall would keep their trash in the hallway for days until they felt motivated enough to take it to the dumpster. The building would reek and the odor would seep into our apartment. Calls to maintenance and front office to put a stop to it fell on deaf ears. The buildings are literally falling apart around you. Shingles are missing, soffits are exposed or the vents are dangling. When we were looking at this apartment from out of state we were sent photos of the model and told that minus the furniture this is what our apartment would look like. Upon arrival at 2am we walked into an outdated apartment with appliances from the 90’s. My parents lived here back in the 60’s and my brother lived here in the early 2000’s. They both agreed that the complex took a turn for the worst. All of these problems and more can be yours for the exorbitant cost of $1,100 a month. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

2021-10-24This place is quite with great facilities pool, tennis, soccer, grills, family park and picnic area. The inside apartments are great with all the appliances you need. Maintenance is a little slow sometimes but with all the remodeling its understandable. The short term lease makes it worth while. I enjoyed my stay there very much. Thank you to all the staff who helped make my stay so enjoyable.

2021-10-31If you’re thinking of renting here, think again. We have had multiple bad experiences living here. Currently my kitchen sink has not worked in the last 6 months and we’ve placed numerous calls/requests. And when maintenance decides to show up, all they do is plunge it and say it’s fixed. But still clogs and my sink gets backed up and floods. So frustrating. We pay all this rent monthly and they can’t fix something so simple. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here.

2021-11-27This place is the worst place to live dont sign the lease. The maintenance is a joke, they keep quitting and noone comes to fix your issues. There was a rain storm 5 months ago and there is still a hole on our ceiling and noone comes to fix it. Their apartments including the washer dryer area in the main level is beyond disgusting there is black stains everywhere with mold in the sinks the washers dryers do not work. We dont do laundry here. And there is smokers everywhere including in the non smoking buildings. They smoke pot everywhere and management does nothing. The funny part is they want to raise your rent to $1,400 for their old outdated apartments. Ridiculous dont sign here

2021-06-08Took a tour of this place this weekend. While the rental office staff was lovely, and I have zero complaints about my interaction with personnel, this place is a waste of your time. The community areas were nice enough I suppose, but the demo unit I visited was awful. Maintenance and general upkeep are clearly not priorities. The building next to the demo unit I was shown literally had holes in the roof visible from the parking lot. Plenty of potholes on the way in to the development, visible problems with the outsides of buildings, and dirty common areas. 10/10 would not recommend you waste your time by viewing this property.

2021-09-27Value is the cost of living plus the price of the neighborhood and the actual upkeep of the property. This property has fallen to pieces in the three years I have lived here and I am greatly disappointed. I used to enjoy ping pong at the community center and swimming in the pool and playing volleyball. Now you can’t see in the community room because of all the burned out lights, the pool has horrid hours which are incredibly inconvenient for anyone with a JOB, and the volleyball court has not had sand replaced since the people who play volleyball did it OURSELVES. The pavilion that is supposed to be a community place has nothing but burned out outlets and broken lights. Fix the issues for the people that live here before you try to get more people moved in. I had recommended two of my friends move in here three years ago and now I regret that. Please get this place together to become a community worth the price point you are trying to hit. And for the love of god get the dumpsters picked up at a timely manner so they stop attracting rats.
