I cracked my iPad Pro and took it to ifixscreens they assured me it wasn’t beyond repair. Needless to say my iPad Pro looks brain new. The screen responsiveness wasn’t affected. They communicated the status of my repair via text and it was fixed in less than one week. The staff were very helpful!
BEWARE BECAUSE THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU .Ok since this place have a lot of good reviews I’m sure people will not read over this review . I pad a little over three hundred dollars for my iPad Pro to be fixed . It took like 3 weeks to get the iPad repaired . When I showed up to retrieve my iPad I was told they couldn’t give me a warranty because the iPad was bent a little. I felt like that was odd but I was still happy to finally get the iPad back . About a month later the screen doesn’t even allow me to press apps, The iPad is pretty much useless . That is the last time I’ll spend money at this place to get my devices repairs .

Great shop. My a20 was damaged and they fixed it. The screen seemed to be faulty but elvin fixed the faultu screen at no charge. Really nice and good experience.

Dropped my laptop off October 17th for repair. Was told that the technician was familiar with repairing the diagnosed issue and was assured that it would be fixed. After not hearing from anyone for two weeks I called for an update and was told they were having issues with their technician and he left the company. I was told another technician was assigned to repair my laptop. I had to constantly reach out for updates. After having my laptop for almost two months they reached out to me and said they were not able to repair it & I picked it up December 2nd. Wish they would’ve been honest from the beginning and just told me they were not capable of fixing the issue instead of wasting both of our time. After this very disappointing experience, I do not recommend anyone come here for laptop repair.
Nigel was amazing! I love how professional and courteous he is. Took care of my screen repair on iPhone 7 in 30 minutes.Also came with 180 day manufacturers warranty. No physical damage coverage but covers all the glitchs. Didn’t have to pay extra. Got my tempered glass with lifetime coverage !👍

Excellent service from Nigel!Random accident broke the glass and LCD and rendered the phone unusable. I rely on the phone to access work software remotely, though was able to use iPad temporarily. My iphone is older model so they didnt have the glass in stock, but ordered and received the following day. Was able to get it repaired in 30 mins, during my lunch break - very fair price! Helped me out with a protective cover, too, to avoid repeat damage. Thanks so much! Would recommend and use again. I used to take damaged phones to a specific place in the city, but glad to know somewhere very close to me (even 20 min walking distance) now available.

Ive been to IFixScreens in Forest Hills twice during the past few months. Its turned out to be a cost effective way to fix issues with my cell phone in a local customized manner. The first one was for a broken screen that they replaced and the second time was for an issue with the touch key pad that they solved. The technicians know what they are doing and both my issues were handled quickly and professionally.
I called over the phone to get a price, Nicole answered she was very friendly and she gave me an estimate. I decided to come here because of the reviews and how nice Nicole was. I paid around 100 + tax for my 5th gen iPad screen which was cracked. It took about two hours to get a text back to pick up my iPad but that was cool for me, I had other errands to run. I highly recommend this repair shop, thanks again Nicole.

I broke the screen of my phone. I came to this store to get it fix. the quality of the screen I received 3 times it was bad. They left me without phone for almost one day.I have come 4 times to the store and haven’t still gotten my refund.I wasn’t expecting an original screen otherwise I would have gone to apple at first place but I received no good quality and no good service as well.Never coming back !

I came in with a cracked touch screen and the people were very professional. They explained my options and gave me an accurate estimate of what the repair would cost. They then texted me updates and when the screen came in (they had to order it) I had my computer back the same day.
My Samsung Galaxy S8 screen was cracked before coming in. He gave me an excellent price (significantly below local competitors) and I had my phone back within 24 hours! I couldnt have asked for better service. He was nice, very knowledgeable, and even helped me pick out a screen protector and case to avoid future similar situations.

The screen to my wifes laptop stopped working last night. I brought it over to OEM FIX when they opened, and they fixed it within hours at an affordable price. Soccer Friends USA recently took both of its working laptops to OEM without much hope they could be fixed. However, the technician took his time, and figured out both issues to resolve the issues. Both our laptops are back working like new and it was thanks to the guys at OEM for their patience and knowledge to resolve the issues. They saved us a lot of $$$$ buying new laptops and both fixes were very reasonable in terms of $$$ spent. Highly recommend this company they do everything one stop shop, they fixed my iPad, and later I called to replace one computer and fix another for my local business office here near by in Forest Hills, the owner came himself backed up the data, replaced the hart drive and uploaded back the data, installed new computer and did the same and uploaded back the data.

2022-03-06This is my first visit to an Ifixscreens that merits a glowing review. Nigel at the Forest Hills is outstanding! He very ably fixed two issues with my daughter’s school-issued laptop which required more time beyond the initial visit. In an example of going beyond the minimum, he called regularly with updates during the process, always returned my calls and even agreed to speak with a school administrator if needed. To the company’s credit, they stand behind the 180 day warranty as again, this job was a tedious one taking repeated attempts to get the computer working (as I wrote this he is still at it!) I very enthusiastically recommend this repair shop and Nigel in particular! I remain impressed with his patience and thoroughness; have already returned with a phone repair and will continue to do so as needed! Top marks!

2022-06-08Cant say enough good things about this place. I ran around to no avail trying to get a battery swap for my older iPhone SE with swollen battery syndrome. No dice. It turned out the solution was right in my neighborhood all along. Friendly and fast service: In 30 minutes, my phone was as good as new, and they charged less than Apple would have (if theyd had the battery!). This is where I go from now on.

I wasnt sure why, and Nigel was so so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and skilled in his assessment - he tried changing the battery and other diagnostics. I truly could not have asked for a better outcome - even though my phone could not be fixed. Thank you for your honesty, attention and care.

2022-05-04I have gone to iFix for two separate items. 1st a cracked camera on an android phone and 2nd to fix the charging port on an iPad. On both occasions I have been 100% happy with the customer service and the overall service. They are always kind and answer all my questions. For the iPad I had started the ticket and then canceled it because it would not be fixed in time for a flight - and there was no problem to come back and pick up where we had left off. I am so happy to have a spot in the neighborhood that is reliable. Thank You Elvin and company.
