IPhone 11 Pro, back screen crack repair. I had an on-line quote that I received 2 months ago and the price was $179. At this shop, they offered me 15% discount but interestingly the price was exactly the same and was $179. I accepted the offer given that they said the fixation would be within 1hr. Time is more prioritized to me. I paid a deposit and scheduled a date for drop-off. That day, I was noticed that the repair takes 2-3 days after drop-off due to the lack of way to bring my phone to their lab and so I wanted to cancel but the deposit was not refundable. Finally, the repair was completed and it took me 27 hrs to get back my phone. The system of their business was not well organized.

I had the screen on my iPhone 8 Plus changed twice by this IFixScreens location, with a screen protector put on. Each time the screen broke again within a week. The second time it broke, the screen protector was intact even though the screen had broken. I had the screen that originally came with my phone for years without it cracking. Clearly the screens they use are of very poor quality. Avoid.
Called the store when my Samsung phone battery started to fail on Saturday (2/6). Was told to come to store for a check and new battery at a good value (few dollars less than competitors). Went to store parking in meter nearby and was greeted by rep/tech, Orlando. He was professional, checked my phone; cleaned the connectors; installed a new battery; then tested the phone charging ability. Took 1 hour and 10 minutes which was great. I waited. Gave me a 6 month guaranty on the work and sent me an e-mail invoice. 3 days later phone is charging well. Recommend this store with 5 stars.
Has has my Macbook for over 3 months. Theres a new story every time. Im only writing this review to get my laptop back because I do not know what else to do at this point.
I’ve tried using this place two times. The first time they kept my laptop for about a week and were unable to get the part. After about a week I took back my laptop and paid for their diagnosis which was the same thing I told them when I dropped it off.Yesterday I took in my wife’s phone because the camera was acting up. They took the phone for a diagnosis and told me to come back in half hour. When I went back I was told it was hard to open it and they will call me back. About an hour later I got a call that they can’t fix it and now the touch screen wasn’t working. Nothing they could do but send it out for repair. It will coast over $150 and they need the phone for 2 weeks.No acknowledgment that they messed up the touch screen and no apologies.I had to go purchase a new phone.So basically twice they failed and the second time it coast me hundreds of dollars to fix their mistake.I will not be going back.
Went in to replace shattered screen on my iPhone 8 Plus and the guy there seemed a little out of sorts but I didn’t care, took a couple hours and I got my phone back, seemingly normal. The next day I notice a couple cracks across my phones screen, and I didn’t even drop it or do anything with it that would’ve broken the screen. When I called about the warranty on the screen replacement, a lady answered and offered a slightly discounted replacement even though it was their fault. Just get your screen replaced at the apple store, this place sucks.

They charged me 3% extra over the invoice receipt after the fact on my Amex card. They gave me an invoice with a grand total, but the charge that appeared on my credit card was higher. There was no explanation or mention of a surcharge in writing or in person.

I shattered the screen on my iPhone Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. I called the Great Neck shop at 7:10pm and spoke with a very nice man named Shaun (sp?). I was at the store by 7:20, and was out by 7:35. My phone looked as good as new and worked perfectly. The customer service was great and he even honored a competitors coupon which saved me a considerable amount of money. I will definitely return to this location if I ever need to again (I hope not), but I will certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of service.

Nice, clean storefront right across from the great neck train station. The owner took my son’s IPhone 6S immediately and had it promptly repaired in 15 minutes. Price was a little better than his main competitor over on Northern Boulevard. Won’t go back to the competitor because I used them once before and had problems afterwards with the Touch ID.

I went to this store to replace my iPhone 6s screen. After 15-30 minutes, my iPhone 6s screen was replaced. The iPhone 6s worked as normal. But after those two weeks, Apple came out with a new update. I updated my iPhone 6s. After about 10 hours later the screen had black & white lines running vertically throughout the screen, & was unresponsive. I immediately spoke with Apple support through the phone. They made me go through all of the trouble shooting necessary that they thought that would resolve my issue. I then made an appointment with the Apple Store in Manhasset at the Genius Bar. My phone was replaced, free of charge. He said repairing your iPhone through a third party voids the warranty. What they do is take out most of the hardware & then replace it with non-Apple parts. So when you update your iPhone 6s, the software couldnt communicate or deal with the the hardware in place, which caused all the problems. I would suggest for everyone with an iPhone to make an appointment with Apple ONLY. Although more expensive, but they provide the repairs necessary for their products.
**HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR SURE!! I’ve been to numerous repair shops and this is by far the only place where I got treated the best with grade A service. They are always upfront, and honest with the work they do, especially the kind manager whos name is Shaf. Will be back for more.
The service and experience was excellent. The manager went out of his way to make sure my iPhone 6 was working perfectly after fixing the screen. It took very little time and he was extremely cordial.
Never go to this place, I had a crack on my HP laptop screen, they charged $326.25 to fix the screen with original HP parts, they installed a wrong screen and i have been going back and forth for over 6 months, they promised 5 times that theyll have it fix properly and every time they failed, they promise to give my money back and the laptop, they lied, they are still playing, scaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam.
Great place! I Actually came on my lunch break to get a smoothie and right next door was ifix screen and it so happens my screen was badly broken so I decided to give it a shot. He told me he can fix it in 25 mins and he did just that! My phone looks brand new. Price is good and he gave me a free screen protector and 6 month warranty you can’t beat that. He’s my go to guy!
WOW!!!! I brought in my iphone 6 + and they fixed it pretty quick with a very reasonable price. I was a bit nervous about how the quality of my screen would be afterwards but my phone looks brand new, you cannot even notice a difference if it was broken before. The store and staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I brought in my Ipad 2 which had a cracked screen and the guy (saed?) was very nice and helpful and had it fixed within one hour. He also charged me $109 which is almost 50$ cheaper than a price a friend told me he got his fixed for. Highly recommend and will bring all my screen issues here. A++
Best place to get your phone fixed. Theyre fast, trustworthy, and friendly. Hopefully I wont need to get my phone fixed again but if I do, I will call them first. Prices beat the deductible you still have to pay with most phone insurance!
I would give zero star if I could. I have terrible experiences with this store. I went there to replace my cellphone screen. The store manager fixed the screen, but my cellphone couldnt charge at all. It turned out that the charging port was broken when he was fixing the screen. So I left the phone there for another couple of days for him to fix the charging port. I was told the charging port was fixed,but my phone was unable to charge again after one week. I had to take my phone back to store. Its been over a month, my phone is still not fixed. I paid full amount of money and I dont have a phone to use.
Coming late today to get my cracking phone fixed. Joel Bonny is the guy who helped me. Hes very patient and helped me changing my screen, very fast and great job. The phone looks brand new. Also bought the screen protector. Too bad they dont have a case I want, if so, I would definitely get everything done with Joel. Highly recommended!! Brought my sons I pad in for fixing twice and both time they fixed it on the spot with no issues. He dropped it and the glass shattered both times. Easy fix. Have another issue and will bring it back tomorrow but have been telling everybody about this company and location. Awesome work and friendly staff. Gave my phone to you to be fixed. Your techs broke the usb port that was working so that I no longer could charge the phone. I went back to the store about 15 minutes later complained about the problem and was told that the manager said he wont fix it. I called amex, disputed the charge and ended up getting a new phone. One star is a fair assessment.

Beautiful store with great customer service and they fixed my Iphone 5 in just an hour. I also ended up buying a temperglass and an otterbox for a reasonable price to prevent it from breaking in the future. I would recommend this store for anyone who breaks their phone, especially as frequent as I do!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. BEWARE if you were a previous customer before the 19th of this month- the owner has changed and they are not upholding your warranty for anything you had fixed previous to this new ownership. My name was never even put into their system by the previous owners for either of my two repairs either according to them. Never mind they got rid of all the previous owners employees- wow, what kind of owner is this? Not one I will be giving any business to. Good luck!!!
To be honest I went there about four times for a simple cracked iphone fix. The man said it should be done in about a hour, came back he said he hasnt even started it. Ok so then I waited another 45 minutes past 8PM at this time, still there was some sort of issue. The people advised me to come tomorrow morning before I start work at 10 AM on a Saturday. I was there 10 on the dot and no one was there. I waited another 20 minutes and thought that someone would pop up, no one came. So then I came in the afternoon and the guy told me there was something wrong with my phone that it has some damage on it but that shouldnt affect the screen. Three days later my screen pops out and was upstate and was phoneless for a good 4 days. So the $140 I spent to fix a screen went down the drain. After I come back he says he doesnt remember me and that I am not on the system and gave me this attitude and said that he had this black scratched up screen available for my iPhone that was originally white. I had no other choice but to accept it. He put it on and of course the screen wasnt put on correctly it was like all dangly. I had no choice but to take it and go because I was about to miss my train. As I was on the train I noticed that the screen had a bunch of scratches and wasnt even new it was used before and he just threw that on. I was fed up and took it somewhere else who was willingly able to fix it for $75 and as I was there he showed me with my own eyes taking that screen off that they never put in the appropriate screws and he told me a little bent on your phone doesnt mean the screen wont fit in. It was a bent on literally the bottom of the phone where the speakers were and when he put the screen together with the appropriate screws it went in perfectly. So I just spent nearly $140 to people who say they fix phones but really dont. Beware guys they over price and honestly dont know what they do when something different comes in. I do not recommend this place at all.

My laptop has been there a week, i payed for the screen to be fixed, when i call i keep getting a runaround, i now been calling for two days and no answer... my husband went over there and the laptop still isnt fixed and now they refuse to give it back,and refund me.... what is going on !

Got my iLuv charger here which stopped working after 2 months and was under warrenty. The guy tells me ownership of the store has changed and so warrenty is no longer valid. Do not go to the store under the new owner.

2022-01-25Amazing service and even better technicians. My phone got ran over by a truck and I thought it was dead!!! I took it to Apple and they said they couldn’t do anything. I stopped by IFixScreens because of their great reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. In less than 2 hours my phone was fully functional and back to life. 2022-01-25My phone wasn’t charging. I’ve tried multiple chargers. Orlando one of the workers there Diagnosed my device for free. They discovered it was simply dirty and cleaned it. No Charge!!! They fixed my charging port for free!!Good, honest folks there.

2021-10-21I was a walk-in, needing a replacement of the cracked screen on my iPhone 6S Plus. The phone was evaluated quickly. I was told that it would take 45 minutes. When I returned 45 minutes later the phone was done and looked like new. Outstanding work at a fair price!

2022-01-20Kept calling regarding a MacBook left by my boss for months and kept getting different answers from Orlando and their workers. They have said they’ll receive the laptop back from their lab by the end of the week three different weeks in a row.We have still yet to receive the MacBook back. I was told I’d receive a tracking number within minutes of the call but when I call back, they don’t pick up and they have yet to send the tracking number for when the laptop will come back from their “lab”.

2021-07-25Stopped by their shop with a phone that wouldn’t turn on and no signs of life. The manager Orlando was very professional and understanding towards my situation. I was freaking out over the state of my phone. He explained to me various issues that would cause the phone to not work and that they can fix any one of them. Turns out water got in my phone.Came back in 40 minutes and my phone was like new. I recommend. Good job guys, thanks

2021-07-26Had my husband’s iPhone 11 Pro Max repaired. The screen was pretty jacked up and could touch properly. The owner Orlando was very nice and was very knowledgeable of the issue. 45 minutes later the phone was like new! I highly recommend them.
