Would leave 0 if possible. Had my iphone glass replaced due to a black ink spot on my screen and was told I had a (6) month warranty. Next day the screen completely stopped working and went back. Showed up at 10am which is the posted store opening and had to wait 30+ mins until they opened. At which point they refused to honor the warranty from YESTERDAY and refused to refund my $150 from less than a day ago. Instead, Omar said I caused the issues with damage caused in less than a day. I told them I would leave a poor message online and then tried to rectify the situation after the fact.
Excellent service provided for my unforeseen circumstances. I encountered such a scary moment in which I broke my phone and it was not able to be fixed by Apple however the technician (Omar) was able to not only repair the screen but he was able to recover the full functionally of the phone. Highly recommend this location if you want reliable and efficient service!
They fixed my daughters iphone. They were every nice and professional. The phone was ready for pick up within an hour and a half. Would definitely recommend
I have been having mager difficulty with my iphone 7+ for a while, i heard about this store thought a family friend who had a great experience with them i decided to give them a try. This was by far the best help i had received with ny phone it did not take much time and it was at a very reasonable price. Thank you Omar for great results.

After my daughter broke her second phone in 2 months I found this location on yelp. The gentleman at the counter was knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed my Daughters phone in less than an hour at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. I will get another year out of my iPhone 8 Plus. I am very satisfied. Ps the home button wasn’t working either and now it’s fixed.
Stay away unless you want to pick up your device after 5 MONTHS!!!!, more broken than it was before
This place was awful. Brought in a cracked screen and they completely screwed up my phone. Not only did they screw it up, I have been trying to contact the owner to find out what steps are going to be taken to rectify this situation.
Called them today got an appointment today phone fixed with in a hours- young man that was working was kind and professional! Would completely recommend! Love being about to use a local business! THANK YOU! Oh and very reasonably priced!

Thank goodness for this place. They fixed my screen in an emergency and didnt take advantage of how desperate I was. They are beyond reasonably priced, quick and very nice. I dont write reviews often but felt I need to with this place. The manager Candace and her staff went above and beyond to repair my device. I have a Samsung S10 and I took it to another repair shop because I was having issues with hearing from my device. The other shop quoted me for a mother board repair for more than $200, I received a second opinion from this lindenhurst location and the technician said all I needed to do was change out my charging port .. it seemed strange but certainly did the trick. My phone is working better than before for more than half the price that I would have paid at the other repair shop. The technicians at this shop are knowledgeable, honest and really take their time to make sure customers are satisfied and the cost of their service is faily priced. Will definitely return
I called the store during closing time, and Candice was kind enough to let us stop by for an iPhone X screen replacement. She took the time out of her day to do so, and I am truly appreciative of that. In 30 minutes, we got the call that it was ready, so we came back and she did the proper test. The 3D touch works, camera quality is still the same, and pixel density is still the same, the only difference is that the screen is now fixed! When I mentioned a 10$ off deal I heard about, she said that her store does not fall under that umbrella, however she still honored the deal! Thank you so much! If I could, Id give you a 10/10 review! :) I highly recommend, and I never write reviews so this says much...

I walked in and Candace helped me. My IPhone wasn’t responding at all and she diagnosed it immediately. When she told me the price, it was half the price of a cell phone repair in Amityville. My phone was done in one hour and it works perfectly. Thanks! Happy customer
It’s run by a lady but the workers are young kids who are very inexperienced. She at first try to tell me that my phone was bent meanwhile it’s was the cheap quality screen that was messed up while trying to put it on. Then once she brought it to the back to put on another screen it fit a whole lot better but the screen was still having some issues because “my phone was bent”. Couple weeks go by and the screen goes bad and I go somewhere else and the person there showed me how they bent a lot of the wires and didn’t route them correctly. So a lot of the issues were because of that. So once the new screen was put in and routed correctly my phone had no issues and show that my phone was not bent. So be careful here very inexperienced and plus they give incentive for you to write a good review for a discount on the spot. Also forgot to mentioned she dropped my phone while she was having it fixed in the back the and I also asked if they were going to put a water resistant seal and they said yes meanwhile in the back I hear her whispering “he won’t know”. So she’s a hustler willing to do anything for a buck and not care about you.

They fixed my screen but stole my phone battery and replaced it with an after market battery. I didnt even know until my phone started giving me problems and I had to take it to Samsung direct to be fixed. The battery they put in my phone was not the original, and I was informed by Samsung that it has the potential to over heat and catch fire. I will definitely be filing a complaing with the better business bureau.
Sheeeesh... ifixscreen surpassed my expectations and saved my crypto$$$. Let’s just say they are marvel and dc combined. The new superhero in town! My phone means the life and when it shattered Umar saved day... the repair required special screen and internal components, which had to be ordered. Nonetheless, Umar was able to find the required parts and repair the phone. I will never forget the moment I was able to turn my iPhone on and login to my Coinbase. Such a relief. Thank you
I had an amazing experience here. The person who was helping me went out of her way to get me the chargers and earbuds that they ran out of. She drove to my house the next day to drop them off. Amazing place and amazing people working there. Will definitely go back to buy more things.
I normally dont write reviews, but i shattered my screen and i went to ifix and repair. Jayden is the employee that helped me. within five minutes my phone was fixed and it looked brand new! I highly recommend if your screen breaks to take it here and get it fixed.
I got the screen on my phone fixed at the Lindenhurst location and tge screen stopped working after a week. When i went to return it they were closed i keep trying to call thinking it was closed temporarily due to covid. Couple weeks later i called a diff i fix screens who told me email ifixscreens and they will send me to a diff store to get the screen refixed. I emailed the address and never heard back. I tried to dispute the cost but was told i waited to long. Yes this was the one near outbacks in lindenhurst.

Excellent customer service! I was so impressed. They can literally fix any electronic device on earth without ripping you off. The guys are super friendly and interactive. Id suggest anybody in this area to go to them whether you need a new Xbox or simply fix your phone!
I highly recommend this location to anyone trying to get their phones fixed right away. I came in a 6 plus that I thought was beyond repair but they made it like new within the same day. I got a new screen, battery, camera, and tempered glass from them and am very pleased. Their customer service was very good, and they really know what they are talking about!

This place seems to be a reputable company, it was well organized on my last visit. In fact, the staff member who assisted at the time was polite. This level of customer service was exemplary. However, on October 8, 2018 we visited this store as returning customers who the first time were very satisfied with the service 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. This time, we were promised that the devise in question would be repaired guaranteed within a 7 days period ... However, the opposite took place. The device was never repaired as promised, and the explanation as to why ... needed clarity which was not satisfactory. In addition, picking up the altered look of the device which wasnt in the mint condition when dropped off originally was difficult. The store hours were questionable because the hours posted doesnt comply with actual experiences or vice versa. When we went within posted hours of operation, store was often closed. In addition, voice mail was the only option given each time called. Parking is free within the premises of the mall for this store.
My experience at this store was absolutely fantastic even on easter sunday!!! johnny , was extremely helpful at fixing my brand-new iPhone 7 which for no reason just shut down and stopped working. i lost no data , zero wait time , very clean and well kept facility. will definitely recommend to anyone !

Had some awesome customer service today, Spoke to a women named Candance, She really went out of her way and helped me set up my new Iphone, I needed a new sim card with the iphone 8+ and did not know where i was going so she showed me how to get to the nearest sprint to get a sim card because I am not familiar with the area. Definitely coming back for sure!

Ruined my phone touch is unresponsive worst help.When I show them it’s slow they repair it again for free and do nothing.Chargers are horrible break easy and don’t charge.I bought a pair of headphones for 5$ and they tried to up the price by saying “are u sure there only 5” things didn’t even work.I should get a phone replacement cause it was fine when it was cracked.Apps open and I went back 4 times.4 screens in one week hmmm I wonder why I say they broke my phone.

2022-06-29I went in to fix my phones battery. I called ahead of time and they said they had a battery to replace it with. After about 40 minutes (was only supposed to be 20 minutes) he came from the back of the store to unfortunately infor. Me that the battery wasnt working and I would need to come back on another day to switch the battery. I dont live anywhere near Suffolk so I asked for my phone back and when I got it back he wrapped the phone in rubber bands to make sure the back case would stick back to the phone once dry and didnt mention anything else. But once I got to my car and moved the bands, coincidentally where all the rubber bands were located, underneath was a shattered part of my screen . I was going to let it go because it was a Sunday, Im tired from the week but they had the audacity to follow up and text me if I still was going to come back for the battery after. I believe the principal of the issue here is not mentioning an error on your part and keeping hush if a client doesnt notice.

2020-08-09Called up and needed a quick iphone 11 screen replacement late on a Sunday after my wife broke her phone at the beach. They got me in and phone screen fixed in under an hour. Great service will definitely use again if i have any other phone issues.

2022-01-09Umar, the technician was very helpful. He offered me to refurbish my iPhone 12 Pro Max screen, because I only cracked my glass not the display underneath. So I don’t have to experience the poop up message saying my screen is not genuine Apple screen. I saved a lot of money at the same time compare I have to pay around $400 from fixing it from apple store.

2021-05-28Took my broken iPhone 12 here after 2 “reputable” shops claimed the damage to my phone was not repairable & wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to get it fixed. They fixed my phone at this store in less than an hour!! Omar was patient and helpful when it came to explaining exactly what needed to be done to my phone. Thanks to him I was able to walk out w my phone being as good as new; not to mention the years of photos saved. I will definitely recommend them to friend and family. Amazing prices too compared to the other places I went to and overall great quality customer service!

Kind polite and understanding. I definitely reccomend it when you need a phone repaired. He is fair and honest. Professionalism at its best if I could give a billion stars I would.

2021-11-04I went there with a broken screen on my daughter’s iPhone 12. Had it fixed within 2 days.He was professional and knowledgeable.He was very helpful as well. He transferred all my files from my old phone to another. This was without buying anything from him.I found a new ‘goto’ regarding all my cell phone needs.
