The man who is repairing my device has taken over 6 months total to do it & has been dishonest about the whole ordeal. Definitely do not recommend.Update: I originally sent my iPad in to be fixed at the end of 2021. He returned to me still broken so I sent it in again. It is now June and the man who fixed it told it me he would mail it to me. He gave me a fake tracking number and I waited several MONTHS & it almost got to the point where I was about to press charges for him losing my property. He claimed he mailed it but he said it must’ve been “lost in the mail” my aunt went back up there today & my iPad was there? He must think we are dumb because he claimed it’s a different iPad even though I matched serial numbers .( he said when you back up an ipad that the “serial number changes”) which that is a complete lie given the fact that aware of how technology works. I am completely disgusted with how he handled this. It was lie after lie until my aunt finally was able to pick up my “new iPad
I was assisted by Daniel R. At this location, he was very professional and assisted me with an issue from a prior fix gone terribly wrong. From the moment i first contacted him until the moment my device was returned, he was extremely professional in how he handled my situation prompting me to bring in several other devices for repairs. Everything was done in a timely manner and all work was quality. He communicated with me anytime there was an issue and always had a resolution. Thank you to Daniel much appreciated and i look forward to doing business with you again!
Dan repaired the charging port on my mini IPad. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I called Apple to have it repaired and they told me it would cost almost as much to buy a new one. I really appreciated Dan’s honesty. He charged me $100 and told me there was still a lot of life in my device. I would highly recommend this store.
This place is incredible! Dan is not only an upstanding employee, he is a great person. I had a a major emergency with my phone the night before an early flight, and he stayed past closing time to help me out. I than brought my daughters phone in a week later to get fixed and he showed the same empathy. Thanks for a great experience at your store.
I also just recently brought another phone. The employee there is so knowledgeable and helpful. He has constantly gone above and beyond his role to help me out with the issues that I’m having. I will always come to this store just because of this employee and only for that reason. Thank you so much for your help and Patience. Brought my iPhone XR’s in and was repaired quickly and efficiently. Could not ask for better service.
I had to add an updated review for Daniel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Genuinely the best experience here still. I trusted him with my most precious files, my family photos and videos. He did a huge job of getting everything off multiple computers and cell phones. He just goes over and above. So many screen repairs and issues repaired like no problem and so fast! I am so grateful!Sheikh at ifixscreens in Medford is amazing! He’s helped with so much of our technology. It’s the only place I go now. Brought in a iPad Pro 9.7 that didn’t charge, they automatically figured it was the battery, was charged ~$80 for a replacement, later they called and said it wasn’t the battery and it had to be sent out for microsoldering, when I picked up the device, I was charged extra ~$50 for microsoldering and they told me the battery was also replaced. 1 month later battery expanded and unglued the screen, brought it in for repair, they said battery needed to be replaced and when I picked up the device I was charged another battery replacement fee and was told they never replaced the battery the first time when I paid them to do so!!!! Just very upset I paid for 2 battery replacements when they only replaced it once and wouldn’t own up to their faulty battery(if they did replace it the first time) at this point I could of bought a New iPad :(
Great experience! I came in with chunks missing from my iPhone screen (the glass part and the white part) and I had a brand new screen for an affordable price within 30mins! Workers are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go here again (but hopefully won’t have to 😂🤞🏼📱)!
I came there 10 minutes before the shop closed, he didnt asked me to return tomorrow. He was polite, respectable. Expressed to me how much he loves his job. My daughters Iphone was destroyed. He replaced it at a reasonable cost and put a warranty on his work. I would recommend him just because his kindness alone makes you want to spend your money with the shop
I had a excellent experience with Dan fixing my computer. He is a very nice young man & smart & quickly was able to fix my issues & I was on my way. I would very highly recommend him & any of these stores to get any of you devices fixed.They have great people worling in these places. But at this location Dan is the man for sure !!! A++++++++
Went here to have my sons iPhone 8 screen replaced. Screen was cracked but everything worked. Guy was nice. Said would take about 15 which it did. Brought the phone home to my son. 1st thing he noticed was that while typing it would freeze up. The store put a screen protector on the phone so we thought it was that. Took it off and same issue. Then my so. Received a phone call and could not hear unless he put it on speaker phone. Went back the following morning and the guy looked at the phone and his first remark was “oh i have had issues with the iPhone 8 and when you type it lags” never had that problem before and this was the first time the phone was touched to be repaired. Then he took the phone in the back. After about 30 minutes he asked if the phone was opened up because he stated there are a lot of finger prints on the inside of the screen that he never touched. We never opened the phone. If we new how we would have fixed it ourself. Could tel this was the start of saying it’s our fault. Then he asked me if i wanted to replace the screen with another new one. I stated again what ever you have to do to fix the issue. I told him while he was doing that i was going to talk a walk in the shopping center (this was a little before 12) he stated when i come back the door Locked due to a meeting. I got lunch and still waited 20 minutes outside. Then he told me i would have to come back another day as it has to be a chip bad on the mother board. And seemed very annoyed stating that he did not even touch that part of the phone. I’m not a phone repair guy but we brought in a fully working phone besides a cracked screen and now multiple issue. Had set an appointment to go back today but was told it would take 2 to 3 hours and would hopefully fix it. I called to inform we are just going to take it to apple and let them repair it. $120 spent and hours of my time. Should have been offered a refund. Waste of time and money. Beware

I never Write reviews but wanted to make sure I took The time out of my day to applaud the hard work and dedication from this shop. So pleased and happy!! Glad we chose I fix Screens in Medford to fix it. Would definitely recommend and definitely use again if need be.
Probably not the typical repair handled by this place. I have an old thinkpad external keyboard that I really like, but the right arrow key was messed up. On a whim I decided to call this place to see if they could help out. The owner made no promises but said he would look at it. Anyway, after walking in he fixed the key in 10 minutes, on the spot. Will certainly be coming back here if I have any more computer/phone issues.
Dropped iPhone off for repair, was told would be done same business day and would get a phone call. No phone call, so I called and was told it would be done the following day by 1130. I showed up at 1:30pm and phone was still not finished and never received a phone call not to come. Phone was finished following day! 3 days for a cracked screen, no phone calls when told would receive one. Won’t ever return to this location, horrible customer service and a huge waste of time for a basic repair. 0 stars
Extremely knowledgeable and friendly! MyPhone was fixed within the hour and at a reasonable price, not sure how any of these reviews are saying they were overcharged? I priced out my repair at 3 other places and they were all the same or more! The store was organized and clean and they even gave a fidget spinner to my son, which made his day! I highly recommend this location and I will be using them for all of my future needs.
This place has been an absolute nightmare. I honestly don’t know how they have good reviews - 2 other people came into the store today to get their phones repaired AGAIN because there was issues after their first repairs.I dropped off my lap top on 4/21 to get fixed. Worked completely fine, screen was cracked and I wanted it fixed before it got back. They said they had two screens in the shop so I brought it in. I work 40s during the day and run an online business in the evening so time is a factor and I would have brought it at another time if I knew the repair was going to take longer but the communication is absolutely atrocious.That night I had a personal appointment after work so I didn’t need my laptop but I didn’t get any update. I called the next day because I had work to do the rest of the weekend. I called and apparently they needed a different screen so they had to wait for it. I said I needed to pick up my laptop to work and that I’d bring it back another day to change the screen. I get home 10 minutes before my client calls and my lap top won’t turn on. Its 4:50 at this point and I’m calling the shop frantically and no one answers. I sent a family member to the store while I did my calls on my cellphone and she get there and no one is in the store. She calls the shop and someone texts her back saying they had an emergency. This is about 5:15 and they’re supposed to close at 7.I would believe them if they actually worked during the hours posted but it seems that there isn’t always someone there during business hours unless they are ignoring my calls.I went back during my lunch break to speak with them and the guy that works in the store said he gave it back to me that way because I said I needed it ASAP... so he gave me a laptop that wouldn’t turn on...I asked him to please give me a call back with updates and again he did not.Saturday I called and the guy working had no idea what I was talking about with my laptop by the time he got caught up to speed it was late afternoon and all he could tell me is it’s in the tech’s possession but they don’t know why it won’t turn on. He called me before they closed to say the same thing. That was the only time someone called me back.No up date Sunday.It’s Monday and I called 9 times from 11:26 to 12:43, a few times someone answered and hung up and other times it just went straight to voicemail. I called from my work phone and no answer either. I went to the shop during my lunch break and they checked the phone record to see if I actually called (???) and the guy working the counter said he went to grab breakfast so it might’ve been when he stepped out (really on company time? So no one is there during work hours?).I’ve emailed the corporate office a few times and no answers. At this point I just want to take it somewhere else to get it repaired but I am absolutely livid. So much time wasted and such an unprofessional experience. Absolutely no communication and the man working the front was complaining about all the people calling and coming in when I was there - so maybe manage your time better? Don’t take more than you can do? Communicate with your customers?I’ve been working in customer service for over 15 years and I own a small business so I’m trying to have patience but this is just ridiculous.I am at a 100% loss at this point and there’s nothing I can even do about it because they’re not going to care that I’M out a MacBook.Really bad sign that I was there and people came in with faulty devices after getting them fixed there.BEWARE!!!!
I was at this store after I broke the screen on my iPhone 6. Don was fantastic. He told me what he was going to do and About 25 mn, I was given my phone in an almost brand new condition.During that time Don was very professional and courteous.If you need good service for your phone, this is the store to go to and Don is your man. He is the best.
If I could give them 100 stars I would!!! we were hosting a party and my wife accidentally dropped her phone, we needed it fixed as soon as possible and Taheam was super honest, and opened up the phone and had me out of his store in 15 minutes I’m so thankful for him and his honesty.Happy customer.
My phones internal speaker was not working or that’s what I thought. I stopped in and talked to Don. Don said it’s not the speaker it’s the mic and went in the back and brought out a cleaner, Q tips and a toothbrush!! Needless to say when he was finished the phone worked like new! I read on the Net about factory defaulting it, removing app’s... Don had it fixed in 5 minutes!Highly recommend plus he was a gentlemen the whole time and did not charge me. I work in customer service and Don is one of the best!
This place is absolutely terrible! I never write any type of review but this place needs one. My LCD screen was broken and brought it in to be fixed on Memorial Day weekend, I was charged almost $280 for the screen to be replaced. I was told the screen would be overnighted and arrive by the Tuesday after Memorial Day... the screen did not come in until a week later. I picked the phone up on Sunday 6/2 and was told it is under a 6 month warranty (okay, great), all worked fine for not even A WEEK. Saturday 6/8 my phone screen starts changing colors before turning completely black. The phone itself still worked but screen completely black and not a single scratch/crack on the screen. I bring it back yesterday and was told I will have to show my supervisor tomorrow. WELL they will not fix my screen, saying the LCD is cracked inside???? I am pretty sure I was given a defective screen and they will not own up to it! They will offer me a discount of $245 to fix it again which I am not having them ever touch again. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE- they are a scam and will steal your money
My husband came here to get his shattered screen fixed, his home button did not work - he was okay with that. He got his screen fixed, he left before we could charge the phone because he had to get home to our daughter and said he would call if there was any issue. The phone did not turn back one, and would not charge. They would not take responsibility for this. They just insulted me saying I don’t understand how phones work? Yes of course I don’t that’s why I came here. We would have rather have had a phone with a shattered screen that charged and worked. We came in they put his shattered back and refunded him - but left us with a shattered screen that does not charge. This is absolutely outrageous. We just took our phone here to get broken. I don’t write bad reviews ever. I’ve never even sent back food that was the completely wrong order. This is just disgusting when someone cannot take accountability for the fact we came there with a phone that charged - and ended up with one that did not.
This place is wonderful, even though he could not help me with one phone (COVID Supply chain disruption) he was immediately honest about it and didnt try to pull a let me see if I can fix this charge. He was also very helpful as far as service providers and phone information. I would definitely recommend him.
This location has very helpful repair experts see Freddy he is the manager and Jon and Ali were helpful as well they got my phone fixed that was very important to me that had wedding photos in it . The screen was done right my phone was bend and it was straight as a needle I was recommended good case and protector that I got 50% off on meanwhile others charge a fortune for the protection for my iPhone 6s very affordable and helpful
I was more than pleasantly surprised when i got my phone back. Minus the delay in getting my screen (i was supposed to bring it in on a Tuesday, but the delivery guy got it to the store late in the day) i got my phone back in a hour...like it cane out the box. A little bit pricier than i expected, it was worth it. I cant complain at all. My Samsung S8+ was repaired quick and right. Although i never want to go to this store again...im glad i did. If your screen breaks, youll be in good hands there.
Called them before going in, was told the repair will take about 15-20 minutes. Figured out the problems with my phone within a good price range compared to other stores around. Walked out within 15 minutes, and also received a warranty for 3 months. Keep up the good work!

Extremely disappointed with the service I received. My daughter shattered her IPad screen on Christmas Eve. My husband bought it in to the Medford location where it took 3 weeks for them to order and receive needed parts and fix the IPad. Upon getting it back from them and paying $150 to have it fixed, the home button was not working properly. We brought it back to be told that THEY broke the home button and needed to order yet another piece. Even after them fixing it yet again, we have had problems with the home button. We went back today hoping to get it resolved but they want us to pay another $80 to fix the button and are insisting that it was my daughter who broke it this time. I explained she is 7 and we never had a problem with the home button before they touched the iPad and it was never right after they “fixed” it to begin with. I will gladly pay extra money to someone who is competent enough to fix it the right way. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Walked into the store, was met immediately by employee Reet for a screen repair. It was the fastest screen repair I’ve had by far, only 20 min in an iPhone 8. It’s always been up to an hour and I’ve been coming here for the last couple of years for repairs, very friendly and attentive
Was happy with the service at first after a few hours with the new screen the sensors on my screen stoped working. I went back the next day the said they accidentally put the screen on off centered after a day of it being fixed the screen cracked while I was texting. They said I voided the 7 day warranty and wouldnt cover it ended up going somewhere else havent had a problem with the phone since
Just picked up my iPhone 4S and the screen has a weird color distortion to it now and gives me a headache. They said it would go away after a while and will update if it does. Front camera is also not centered in its cut out from the screen. Its my back up phone so its not a big deal but just shows they do not use quality parts or look for the little details.EDIT: volume button is stuck on the highest point and will not stop showing the volume level. Screen has still not returned to a normal color. This would have almost no use as a back up phone if the screen is constantly blocked as well as also giving me a headache.
If I could I’d do 0 stars this place deserves 1 star reviews... I went her to get my shattered iPhone 6 fix and I waited a couple minutes which wasn’t bad... and then my phone starts acting up and whenever I turn it on static things ,like you see on tv when you don’t have cable, shows up on my phone to the point I cannot use it anymore... I’m extremely disappointed especially that I payed an extra 20 bucks to get the screen protector on it no in total I spent about $90 in the store to get worse than what the phone was before ... I’m warning you if you have an expensive phone don’t go here I’m extremely upset about my phone and will probably get them to look at it again... but I’m not from New York and I can’t get a refund at another store!

My phone was fixed by Anthony who was awesome !!! I thought my phone was finished I cracked the screen horribly but he was able to fix it I had some trouble with my camera brought it back the next day he replaced the camera no problem no extra charge and it was fast service !! Very pleased and I admit I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with but very satisfied! 💯👏🏽👍🏽
Ya Anthony helped u real fast cause they have no customers...They lost my phone that they said they fixed and a month later said they found it so i picked it up and Anthony tries to scam me for a warehouse fee.....after i said noway and was ready to walk out he says ok forget about it...Then i give the phone back to my daughter. After i had to buy her another iphone cause they lost it...And when i got the phone back it still had the same problem and dont work and call corporate and they did nothing and dont return my call....Dont go there...BIG RIP OFF......plenty of other places to go.....
They charged a 233.00 to fix my s7 screen , it lasted a month then went black , I brought it back , the guarantee is useless , he claimed it was something I did , I was extremely careful with that phone, he offered to fix it again for 185.00 , no thanks ,went and bought a new phone. NEVER NEVER GO THERE !!!
This place was terrible the first phone they fixed was a iPhone 8 I had to bring back two times .they are close to my job so it was convenient .the second phone was a iPhone X they fixed it 3 times over a 2 week period charged me 240 and it didn’t work I brought it to apple and they said the phone was damaged internally and could not be fixed so I had to buy a new phone .i suggest finding somewhere else to go because they obviously don’t know what they are doing they refused to give me any money back so I am out the 240 so BEWARE they are horrible don’t go

2022-06-09My computer broke down and originally thought it was a power supply issue. I walked in and was greeted immediately in a friendly manner. My computer was looked at right away and was told it was a motherboard issue. He was able to accurately tell me the problem. I had a new motherboard and brought it back in several days later. He installed it very quickly and my computer launched perfectly fine with no issue. The Medford location has amazing service and skill. 100 percent would recommend

2022-05-14After going to another location that had to close that day because I guess the entire staff had an emergency (so the sign on the door said), I thankfully ended up at the Medford location. The gentleman that helped me was honest, informative and took time to explain everything. Mind you, I needed a new screen which cost a lot but he explained everything!! I will definitely go back with any help that I need.

2022-08-03I had an issue with my iPad and it not being properly taken care of when I brought it into be fixed for a broken screen and also receiving, not the best customer service experience. I had expressed my displeasure with the service and the District Manager of IFixScreens got in contact with me to explain that he does not condone poor customer service and values his business and the completion of the service provided. He assured me he would have this problem corrected and he was a man of his word. I greatly appreciate him reaching out and righting the wrong.

Dan Is Not Only A Great Technician But A Beautiful Hearted Person Who Makes You Feel Welcomed! This Was My First Time Ever Having To Fix A Phone And Im More Than Pleased . 2022-09-04Terrible Experience.My IPhone 12 Mini Screen has Broken .The Shop claimed they fixed the Screen.The Following Day My Daughter Comes to me Saying The Phone was Glitching and The New Screen Has Turned Black Again And Whenever She Puts Charger on The Phone The Phone Starts Acting Weird.I Brought the Phone Back All of a sudden they No Longer Have A Screen for that Phone.But yet when we Paid for the Screen to get fixed they Had a Screen for the Phone The First Time We Came Too Them.The Lady Tells Me We Had to leave the Phone With The Shop for A Couple of Days.Days go By No Phone Call.I Call the Shop Two Days Later The Lady Tells Me It will be There That Afternoon She Will Call me .I Get No Call.I Come to The Shop The Very Next Day Late that Afternoon I Come to the Store to Pick up the Phone.This Time A Male Employee is There I’m Telling Him I’m Here to Pick up the Phone He’s giving me The Run Around about Other Issues that He Found Wrong With The Phone Knowing When We Brought Them The Phone Nothing Else was Wrong With It.They Never Fixed My Daughter Screen All that Time.They Took My Money and Tried to get Paid Double.Now My Daughter has to Bring the Phone To Another shop.Shame On You.Do Not Trust This These People With your Phone.

2022-01-31Every time I get a phone fixed at an iFixScreens, I have to shake my head. Sometimes it takes a day, sometimes it takes a month. They give you your phone back, and you come to find out theyve screwed it up in unprecedented ways. Broken cameras. Broken pressure sensors. They have to fix everything they break, but it will be your time theyre wasting.The last time I brought in a black phone, it came back with white parts on it. Now, if this was my primary phone, I would be hopping mad, but I just have to shake my head. This was a screen repair, so why did they replace the SIM card tray? And why didnt they replace it with a black one? Was there not a black tray close at hand? Could they not have bought the correct part? Did they buy the wrong part and leave me to deal with consequences? Definitely, yes.
