Hot and fresh pancakes, bottomless coffee and prompt service...win!! The nuts and grains stack of pancakes has been a solid meal forever...as busy as the IHOP was , the service was spot on and the cakes good! Breakfast for lunch?! Why not!!!

Really good.I had the Halloween breakfast special and I knew wherever my dentist was that they were getting my appointment ready.Make sure you specify which size OJ you want because they defualt to large with is too much for me. Not too crowded for a Friday morning.
It’s alright. I personally think it’s such a small place and it’s always packed. Service could be better but if you want to go out for breakfast and can’t find anything else.. this will do.
Worst IHOP Ive been to, seriously... The only thing that was good was the waffles, French toast and pancakes. The chicken tenders were way too cooked, dry and hard; felt like I was eating a baked cookie or biscotti. The bacon was partially cooked half was undercooked and half was crunchy. The eggs were cold and overcooked aswell. I was celebrating my sons 9th birthday and he was existed but the food was horrible. The waiter was cool and wasnt her fault as the cooks in the kitchen are responsible for a nice presentation, temperature of food and making sure things are cooked properly. The place wasnt too busy so it wasnt that, I have been to places where parking is not even available and food is on point. We spent over a hundred dollars plus tip and was so disappointed with the food I dont think I will ever return to this location, I prefer Dennys, miss Friendlys and should have just gone to a local dinner in the neighborhood, they never disappoint. Sorry IHOP, experience was dry and wack!

Food was good the waitress was friendly BUT with a virus still going around there was no covid protocol followed. This place was dangerously packed, I mean people on top of each other no social distance. I was so uncomfortable. and the tables are super closed and they were all busy.

Food is good but coffee is very weak. Not worth ordering the coffee. Staff said they get lots of complaints about the weak coffee, but owner won’t make a change. I think they use less coffee grinds to save money. Too bad, it ruins a good breakfast. If you agree, please post so the owner makes a change.
The staff was friendly and responsive. Everything was clean and orderly. The food was great! Ordered an omelette, came loaded, they didnt skimp. It tasted great. My server was attentive, and kept my water filled. Great place to stop for some food. Would recommend!

Food was terrible, eggs were ordered over easy they were cooked until yolks were hard, sausages were dried out from setting around too long, hash browns were cold and not cooked right, ham was 1/4 .of a slice cut into 2 tiny pieces....and $3.00 FOR A CUP OF COFFEE service was very slow and then I waited 15 minutes to try and PAY MY SERVER AT THE TABLEFINALLY LEFT CASH ON TABLE AND LEFT....DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK

Its crowded inside like its a pre-covid world. Every table booked. If thats your thing, go for it. They also have outside seating in the parking lot for those who prefer that instead. I placed a phone order for pickup and they didnt have it ready when I showed up 30 min later to pick it up. But Im still giving 5-star review because I got the items within 5 minutes anyway, so its not a big deal. Plus there were some extremely rude customers there demanding immediate attention at a time when clearly everything was chaotically busy for the staff. Staff handled it well. People, be kind to the ones who handle your food!
A four pieces of my toast were burnt. Potatoes over cooked. Eggs and potatoes had no flavor. Coffee was nasty. Orange juice was warm. Terrible.
Worse waitress ever totally ignored my table forgot simple things asked for like more then twice forgot sides halfway throught the meal had to be ask to bring the stack watched her give people that sat after us the same stacks my table was supposed to get

International house of pancakes is just not what it was in the 60s.
I took my mother, who is wheelchair bound, and another woman here for lunch the other day. Suprisingly, it was not too crowded. The atmosphere is much more pleasant since their recent renovation. We were stuffed into a small space near the bathroom (in the pre-renovation days this area would reek of deodorizers but now thankfully not.) Since I was the thinnest, I was wedged into the space between the banquette and the table and I could not get out without everyone else moving. My mother was placed at the end of table and the other woman was across from me and partially blocking the narrow isle that led to the bathroom. Not wanting to make a fuss, we tried to make the best of it. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Just as our meal ordered, about 20 or more loud cackling teenagers were brought to the surrounding tables. We could hardly hear each other over the noise. It was very difficult to get the attention of our waiter because of the chaos. This was quite annoying. All in all a very disappointing experience. On the good side, the food was good. I would just suggest, if you or someone in your party has physical limitations, you may want to go elsewhere.
Best place for a delicious and hearty omelette but they are always so busy during breakfast time (oh, duh!) - Best time on weekends are either super early or after 2pm, otherwise you will certainly wait for over 45 minutes or so. Friendly staff and awesome prices. One of my favorite places to eat.
The atmosphere was nice. The server was friendly but did not know about their new dish. Stick with eggs , pancakes and waffles. Their funnel cake was not good. They should leave that to the experts which is not them it was not crispy like Hershey Park not Busch gardens.
For a Sunday morning it was TOTALLY worth the wait! Waitress was prompt, friendly and helpful. Food was great, hot, timely and plentiful! Will definitely be going back!😋

So I have to go in store for normal chocolateChip. Turns out they got my order wrong and over charged me and gave meThe double chocolate chip. As far as IHOP goes, this is pretty well run place. Sure it can get busy on weekends and the wait can be very long, but otherwise, coffee comes promptly, wait staff doesnt get the orders wrong and they come to check on you mid-meal. Like the calorie counts on the meal to help you make smarter choices, carafes of coffee to reduce wait time between refills, and promo options or weekend specials that is slightly cheaper. Place is kept clean most times (its not immune to occasional weekend mayhem).
Staffs Service was very pleasant. Food brought to the table in a timely manner coffee was refilled quickly. Seating was within 5 minutes. Great experience
Went with a friend around 11am and there were customers outside. I was expecting a long wait but it was less than 15 minutes to be seated and the food was prepared very quickly . Server was really nice and caring.

This IHOP is okay. It always seems to be a hit or miss anytime we come. Sometimes its packed but its just me and my husband so they usually have a small booth open. Its hit or miss with whatever waiter/waitress we have. We have had a waitress who brought us the wrong drinks AND the wrong orders. On the flip side we have also had servers who are friendly and dont mess up our order. The food is good. Typical chain restaurant.
I am very glad I went, at first I didnt want to go because last time I went to an IHOP I didnt have the best experience, but I must say the grinch menu made this visit very different in a good way. The kids(3&4yrs) loved the mint hot chocolate and the green pancakes. The new omelette was very good as well. The place has also got a updated look since last time I was there so it looks better. The staff was very efficient and they seem to work hard to keep everyone happy.
Friendly waitress and positive experience. Booths were clean and great practice of COVID19 sanitary requirements. Food was presented well and enjoyable.
Servers are nice, we usually come once a week, however, I was served toast that wasnt toasted, and without butter, then the second order of toast was sitting there forgotten... not surprised the cook did that on purpose....anyhow, for a restaurant so slow, they need to step up, with the cooks....last visit before that they served a sausage that was burnt to a crisp.....will not come back....
Same phenomenal pancakes for past 40+years!! Everything very yummy! Good service unfortunately like everything else in this wonderful world of ours the prices have gone through the roof but what hasnt good little spot for not only breakfast now lunch, dinner as well!

We used to go every weekend with my elderly Mother and the manager always gave her a senior discount. Then one day he didn’t give it to her and when I reminded him he said “We don’t give senior discounts and never have. Very strange. Never went back. Now we go to the one in Commack. Much better and cleaner.
Here at Ihop have not been here in a few months due to previous issue. Thought problem would be rectified by now after our last visit. Not so much. While eating our food Ants came marching out of the wood work. We asked for boxes and explained why. Yup they asked how many boxes and applied 7 dollar discount to 100 dollar order without hesitation. I really did not want to box and eat at home but I guess that is the price you pay in todays restaurant world.

NO STROLLERS. The host suggested that we put the car seat inside with us in the booth. I told him that isnt possible and unsafe. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Ive read the carseat manufacture manual unless its in a base or in a stroller you are running the risk of positional asphyxiation. For breakfast definetly not worth it. The girl and the host in the front said it was a fire hazard. The place is not big and I understand but it sucks I thought this place out of all places was family friendly. I wonder if they even allow high chairs? They will be blocking the aisle too. Just avoid this place if you have a family. We decided to not eat at IHOP anymore specifically this location.
Deliciously satisfying. Its a wait most of the time, but service is great & friendly. From 2pm to 4pm is the best time to come without the crowd. However, the food options are never ending & filling.

The wait was too long. Upon leaving I saw a family dining with their small dog in their lap eating out of the plate. Staff did not notice dog was in the restaurant and licking the plate. Will not be going back.
This restaurant is wonderful and roomy, the meals was yummy and the rates were very economical. quickly, efficient service and very personal staff. I recommend this place.
Food was what you expect from IHOP but what was really annoying was when we came in and went right up to put our name down/be seated.The lady working said excuse me to people behind us are you being helped and procced to sit them before us, even though we were there waiting.
Much faster than I remember IHOP being when I was a kid. Kids eat free a couple days a week, I think its currently Tuesday and Thursday but call first to make sure.
Well I am never disappointed with this place.. just make sure you dont come early on weekend as it is always packed and you will have to wait to be seated as in any other restaurant.
Been to two different Ihops in the last few months. Both times we placed orders and the servers suggested ordering differently to lower the bill. Very honest, decent food, great customer service!!
Pancakes tasted ok but the rest of the food was way too salty.
The building is small and very cramped. We were there for lunch and it was crowded, which is good for business, but because it was so cramped it was so loud that we honestly had to lean towards each other just to hear each other. Our waitress either forgot about us or was just totally overwhelmed by the lunch crowd along with the noise level. It was not an enjoyable meal/visit with friends experience.
Service is good, attentive, and fast. The food is standard IHOP fare. Renovated interior adds to the experience at this location if you find yourself having to eat at an IHOP.
Staff was great. I ordered for take out. I only was going for a 3 min druve back to my hotel. The food was very cold and very small portioned then like you would eat at there location

It was a bad experience even i order a simple hot cocoa with whipped cream and it was without whipped cream at all and they said they dont have a I split decision Its one of the best breakfast in ihop and they tried to charge me 60 dollar for 2 meals and I correct them and my bill was 36 dollar what a different
The pancakes can be very good (Harvest Grain!), but if you like syrup (Vermont maple or corn) then I suggest you bring your own, as the table syrup isnt very good.They do leave a carafe of good coffee on your table, which is welcome.

10:45 am was a great time to go. We didnt have to wait. By the time we were leaving around 11: 30 the place was packed.
I went here with my dad and even though half the time is very busy, the wait is worth it. They also have IHOP to go if I ever go back Ill probably try that and then I can skip having to wait for a seat. :)
Always love IHOP, I learned on this visit I cannot consume turkey bacon, just will never measure up to real bacon, waitress was very pleasant, my son enjoyed his happy face pancakes, never empty coffee pot, whats not to like...this place is mobbed on Saturday and Sunday mornings, beware
Good food at a reasonable priceAlso what was very impressive was the waiter that we had unfortunately I dont remember his name but I like the way he interacted with the elderly people that was there he actually took time to talk to them not just about what they was ordering but to just have a general conversation with them this is something you dont see much from younger people nowadays

2022-05-11Ordered steak tips and eggs. Got a cooked piece of dirty sponge. It was hairy, wet and smelled like dish liquid and mold. The server tried to explain how “fresh” their mushrooms and insisted it was dirt instead ! Wow. Was that supposed to be better? Zero sympathy or apologies after I mentioned it, just took it off the check and carried on.

2022-01-15Fully packed with a group of strange customers screaming the whole time. Sausages were so skinny like they’ve been fasting for a month. Our pancakes covered by some suspicious blue stuff which we’ve never asked for. One order was missing. The last straw, their coffee was terrible.

The server looked at me and continued looking around when my order was bagged up already visible for me to see and that I had to actually point where it was while ppl were staring looking at me. Then I looked at my omelette and the way it looked was horrible. Especially when I received service from another ihop in flushing with better quality. Never will I return there. It’s horrible when the service and the food sucks.

2021-10-20My family loves coming here. The food is great, the staff works really hard and I appreciate their efforts. Wait time for food is reasonable and the staff is always willing to make it right for you.This location is clean and parking lot is ample. It is not so overcrowded at the times we were there (5:30pm or 8:00pm).Their bathroom is a hit and miss. Some days are better than others, but you cant really blame the staff entirely for that - some customers need to get some manners and potty trained all over again, but thats not IHOP staffs responsibility.Another thing I like about IHOP and one of the reasons I support them. They are do not discriminate when they hire. I work with some people with social and intellectual disabilities and they have jobs at IHOP. These folks tell me IHOP trains them and supports them, and I love and respect that.
