Very nice looking IHOP. I cant complain, I came in at 1120am, waited only 5 minutes before I sat down. My server came pretty quick. The food did take sometime, no fault in my opinion of the staff, it was after all their peak hrs. Food was delicious and came out how I wanted. I was extremely happy to see their corn beef hash was really corn beef and not the canned version like some diners.
The servers at this IHOP were so wonderful and friendly, and even though the restaurant was very busy at the time (it was 10 am on a sunday), me a d my nephew were seated promptly. The service was very quick, as I felt the food came out with us barely waiting at all. The waitress was always keeping up and asking if I needed refills on my water, and the hosts were incredibly sweet to my 2 year old nephew, who kept standing up to look at them through the window. The parking situation was excellent as well, which I honestly feel is unusual for an IHOP. I will definitely recommend this IHOP to family and friends!
Didnt even know this IHOP was here, and judging by the open tables 9:30 on a saturday morn..im not sure many others do either. Came across it on accident on my way out of the tri-county lot. Pretty on-par with most other as far as service and food quality, but what set it apart was the lack of wait for a table and the waitress REALLY being on her game for condiments before the meal came out and refills. She even said we could leave the bill at the table to save a trip to the register.
If you are ordering take out from this Ihop, always make sure you check to make sure your food is all there before leaving. Today makes the second time they have forgotten part of our order, making us have to drive back, we live 15 minutes away. When we went back today to pick up the missing pancakes, they still managed to get it wrong again, only giving us 2 pancakes. When my bf went back in to complain, the girl at the front tried to tell him he was wrong and it was only supposed to be 2 pancakes, but he showed her the receipt where it clearly said 3 pancakes. I don’t know what’s going on here but we won’t be coming back to this location anymore. Too expensive now to be having to deal with this every time we go.
I have been going to IHOP for many yrs. I went the big one in Levittown and have gone there often.The only thing is I was a little disappointed over a few changes that were made on the menu.I have always enjoyed reading, 222 meal and unfortunately it was not there anymore. 2eggs, 2 pancakes w hashbrowns.I had to order from the kids menu. It wasnt even on the over 55 portion.But the food is always delicious.
Very slow and confused staff. Changed my coffee mug twice and ended up asking for a paper cup as it had lipstick on the first one and dry egg on the second one. Waited for spoons for coffee for ten minutes. Waiter didnt come or check on us even once. His bandana face covering was completely open nose, so no reason to wear it at all. Food was barely warm, disaster all around.
Store# 3564. Absolutely the worst!! There was 3 people in my party. We waited 45 minutes for our food. When the food came out of course it was wrong. They messed up all of our eggs, my pancakes were wrong and the other 2 didnt even get their pancakes til the end of the meal. I had to send the pancakes back 2x. I took my pancakes to go and in the car noticed the bottom pancake was raw!! This is a new location. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Came in with my daughter for breakfast, hostess/waitress was friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was very empty with maybe 5 tables occupied. Waitress was very attentive to us took our order food came out in a timely fashion but my meal was wrong. Chose something else off the menu that was quick enough to get out of the kitchen and waitress took the original meal off my bill. Ive been here before since the closest IHOP closed near me, and I would come back again due to its friendliness and cleanliness.
So I want to start off with it took 20 minutes just for my wife’s water and my coffee, and within those 20 minutes there was a table next to us that got served, ate, got their check and was out the door and the table next to us behind us was an elderly couple that one of the managers was very rude to them when they were simply asking when they would be helped. I’m very unsatisfied and my wife who is pregnant was very upset and when the waitress was asked when the food is coming out 30 minutes later we ended up leaving because she was just hiding in the back. Never coming here again.
First off my friend ordered an egg dish that came with pancakes for her daughter, but didnt want the pancakes. The waiter told her that she had to get the pancakes. She said no, but would pay for the full dish. They insisted so she got them and it went to waste. Guess they like wasting food!I ordered a BLT. There was a small bug on the lettuce.We sat there for about 45 minutes without the waiter coming over to see if we wanted anything or give us the bill. Finally caught his attention and called him over.Poor service!
Not sure about in door dining but their takeout/delivery is consistently terrible. I gave them a few chances bc I’m not one to penalize a place over a mistake or two but this is my fifth time ordering from them, and not once has the order been correct. There is constantly something missing, a special instruction not followed, hair in the food (twice!), wrong items, no condiments. Now it’s possible their service inside is better but as a customer these experiences do not make me want to find out. Turns a person off from ever going to dine inside.
The WORST ihop ever. No one is trained, the manager needs to be fired right away. They charge you for all the items but always items are missing. The IHOP management needs to take a look at this location. My advice to anyone visiting this location is be careful. When I complained to the manager he gave me a hand written note that I will get credit next time, what’s the meaning of this, it’s not the way you take care of your customers who are waiting for the food and are mistreated. And of course they forget to provide you with any syrup or condiments
Usually our go to spot for breakfast. But last 2x coming here it has really gone down hill. Food takes forever, service is terrible, and prices has become quite high. Ordered a stack of pancakes, breakfast sampler and burger. Pancakes and breakfast sampler came out within 30 min but burger took an additional 30 min and by that time we were ready to leave. Waiter never came back over to check on our food or need anything else. No napkins, never asked if we needed a refill on coffee. Just really bad, slow service. This will definitely be our last visit at this location.
The food is good but I’m not crazy about the costumer service I think they should get more employees because IHOP is always full and it’s annoying that they only have like 6 tables and 3 employees when theirs 18 families waiting to be seated! I waited 1 hour just so my family could get seated U don’t go there for breakfast anymore U usually just go for dinner
Amazingly done! I was starving and was craving IHop badly and it’s been a while since I’ve eaten at this place and boy was I happy I did come again ! The new Waffle they had with blue frosting all over it was so delicious not to mention the whip cream! Servers were helpful as well :) place was a little cold but nevertheless this place made my night, will most definitely return soon!!
Long wait time! Not good service made us wait 45 minutes at a table with no food just drinks , was being ignored . Finally talked to a supervisor to see what was happening then she disappeared, so my family and I had to take our business somewhere else!(children 4 and 2) had to leave with them crying!P.s. Westbury, N.Y. Much better location!! Fast and professional!!
My family loves ihop and it’s a tradition to go once a month every weekend. This weekend we went to ikea and as always wanted to have ihop. Long story short once we are there we proceed to order, I ordered a coffee, no spoon or stick to stir was given.. fine not a big issue.. once I asked for one I was given disgustingly dirty cutlery…. Like disgusting, there was pancake crumbs from previous use stocked to it. Then waited literally an hr and 15 min for our food.. everything came out separately… food was cold, the eggs were not well done. The scrambled eggs were literally dripping the uncooked eggs. So imagine a 2 year old eating that. Raw eggs could give salmonella!!!! So I got my pancakes and my omelette came out 15 min after. So yeah I was very disappointed to have waisted my money and time at this location. Never again!
Havent been here since the pandemic. I was pleased to see that it wasnt that crowded and the sanitizing protocols were being excerised by the staff.The wait was short at 7:30 in the morning and seating was quick. The servers were attentive.The food however could use a bit more tlc to it. Had the French toast combo which came with eggs, choice of meat, sausage or bacon and home fries. Not a big fan of home fries, they couldve skipped this addition as the French toast was large and filling on their own. However the toast tasted heavily of the egg mixture as if it was over saturated in it before cooking.Their crepes were good as it comes with the lingonberrys sauce and choice of additions.Over all its good bet for breakfast. Just as with many places, the prices have taken a hike, but the food is filling and as a treat, its a good food spotPaking is easy as free, which makes it easier to get to.
Horrible.. waited 30 mins to get the table... waited 45 minutes and when the food finally came out was ice cold. Spoke with the manager who said she would take care of it, how it was her job to make sure we left feed and happy. Waited another 20 mins... and only one set of pancakes of 2 breakfast combos came to the table. Then the waiter came back and asked if we needed anything else...I have never had such horrible customer service. At that point we told the waiter we wanted the combos off the bills since they still didnt come out.. manager never came back. Never again...I should have known when a we were walking in..a lady leaving said god I feel like we were in there 3 hours.
Worst experience ever. I came in on Saturday June 9th, everything was fine. Went on on June 20 fathers day around 2, half the restaurant was empty and there was a 1/2 hour wait. Finally sat down, everything the waitress brought was wrong. No silverware, we asked for a spoon, they brought us plastic package silverware, no spoon. I had to get up and go ask for a spoon. Still got package spoon. Brought out coffee, no milk or creamer. They brought out small kids cup of milk. Finally get our food, two meals were not complete. When they went back to go get it, the food we did get was all cold. The fries, pancakes, chicken sandwich. Went to the manager said they would re do our whole order. I had already been there an hour and i said no, we are leaving and walked out of the place.
As always, IHOP is great for pancakes. Beyond that there is not an awful lot to say about this location. Its clean and the service is acceptable. Avoid being seated near the kitchen if you dont want to listen to Spanish music and gossiping waitstaff. Management should take note; music from the kitchen should NEVER be heard in the dining area.
Although i should have known better during holidays. Do not go during a holiday...the text you whn we ready did not help at all. Waited 40 min to be seated and then waited over 40 min to be told they are so backed up that it will be even longer to get our food. Being ignored by the waitress did not help. I had to flag a waitress down.
I visit IHOP today, does pancakes get expired? Because my pancakes taste sour lots of people sent it back, I felt really bad for the waitress because she was doing her best before I had taste it…The coffee wasn’t as good as expected… I was on my way to the bathroom and I sow the “manager” screaming in the kitchen-pancakes are good I don’t know what the fuxxx they want- I sow the manager cooking so it’s very obvious it was her saying the wrong comment… IHOP Levittown is not as good as it was… I’ve been a customer since they open lots of managers come and go… this management is very disrespectful towards customers… is this the customer we deserve now? I was sitting by the window so I was clearly seeing who was cooking and I was able to see her and another chubby guy.
Horrible experience! I don’t know why i keep going back to them. It took over an hour to get a curbside order that i had to go inside to ask for... my order was not complicated at all, all i had was pancakes!! Pancakes over an hour for pancakes. The manager kept disappearing. I finally get my order and it was made wrong. I asked for an egg white omelette, got a reg omelette. Asked for a side of fruit, fruit looked bad. And my other food looked like it was just thrown in the containers.. & lets not talk about Covid. The waiting room was full of people waiting to be seated. Never going back there again.
Dont order from the Levittown IHOP. This restaurant is so poorly run. I walked in to this place and its packed definitely not following covid-19 protocol and I understand its Valentines Day. No one was 6 feet apart and they put all the online orders on 1 table all of these people standing around waiting for their food touching all of the bags on the table. Its a pandemic this place is awful and the food was cold and on top of that they had 1 girl in front who I had to ask 3 times for the hot chocolate from my order. I would recommend you make your pancakes at home and not visit this restaurant.
08-15-2020: Visited this IHOP location today, and unfortunately I have to drastically lower my review.The wait to get a seat wasnt as long as Ive seen it at other locations, but the wait for food was ridiculous. There were 3 of us, and we waited over an hour to get the food, and then they didnt bring my plate! We later found out the server gave it to the table behind us (that table confirmed getting food they didnt order), and didnt acknowledge their mistake, so I had to wait 20 more minutes for my food to show up. We asked for a coffee pitcher since we only got one cup of coffee, and apparently they were backed up with dishwashing so that took almost as much time to get as the food to show up. They said they were short staffed and backed up due to delivery orders, but as much as possible, priority should be given to customers in the restaurant. In the end the asst. mgr. gave us a freebie, but better service would have allowed them to get a valid sale. Only the server got a tip.Clean, wasnt crowded when we went. Food is as good as any IHOP. Friendly staff. Didnt feel rushed. Coffee was a little bit weak.
Came in to eat with my family. After waiting to be seated, we were seated and waited for 20 min before even being attended to. When I asked a waiter what was going on, I was interrupted and told “we are only 3 so you can either wait or leave.” I chose option B and will never be back.
Not interested in going back. Prices were slightly higher than the IHOP in my neighborhood with smaller portions, but far from it being the reason. The waitress had stains on her shirt, she did not make eye contact with me on several attempts to get her attention. After that she would disappear for extended periods. Then before I was done, she shows up and says heres the check, which made me feel like she was pushing me out the door. Finally after waiting about 7 to 10 minutes for her to take my payment, I walked to the front entrance and asked another waiter to process the payment. The waitress appears out of nowhere and says Ill take your payment and ask me am I ready?! My reply was Ive been ready for about 10 minutes. She replied with a rude comment as if it was so, which was neither here nor there, you were using your phone. The location was convenient and it was beautiful and spacious but that waitress completely destroyed the warm welcome ambiance!
Placed an online order last weekend at 11:01am and was given a 11:30am pickup time. I got there early, around 11:15am, and called from curbside pickup as directed to on the confirmation email. They notified me that the food was not ready yet but that was fine as I had been significantly early. I walked into the store to pay around 11:25am since I havent seen anyone come out for any of the curbside pickup spots. They notified me that the food still wasnt ready. Around 11:40am, I called to follow up and they put me on hold and never picked up so I walked back into the store. I asked if they could just follow up to see if my order was ready. They walked around but never to the back of the kitchen to find my order so I had to ask again. They finally went to the back and came out to tell me that my order never made it through but the manager is aware and is putting the order in now. Please note that they were able to pull up my order when I paid for it AND they had multiple opportunities to call or let me know in person that there was something wrong with the order. I asked for the manager to see what was going on and was told she was on her way out. However, after 10 mins of waiting in the very crowded lobby in the middle of COVID, she was still too busy cooking. They took my name down and said that she would call me back but has never made the attempt to do so.
I had placed an order online for pickup. When I arrived I was told it was being packed up and itll take a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes until my food came out!!!!. Before I left I checked my order and an item was missing. Had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be done. Absolutely horrible service. Never coming back to this location
This particular ihop seems committed to screwing its customers. The problem with this ihop is that it was double the price of our Hometown I hop. The Colorado omelet was a whopping $17 the Is senior meal was over $10. We were so incensed that we called the corporate office of ihop and it could not care less. After I wrote this review I saw previous reviews and people are just as sticker shocked as I am.
Food,Sevice Good.Price for a Breakfast for Only 2 I think Expensive.With a good tip came close to 40 bucks.Might want to come up with Breakfast specials IHOP.Especially during these covid times.Breakfast SHOULD be the cheapest meal Ive had great dinner specials for less money 💲
No staff, no management on duty, no direction. Waited half hour for food to be served cold with no utensils. Had to get up and find the one server to get utensils. They left older couple waiting to be seated for 15 minutes only to be then told they were closed. It was 745 and they were told because they close at 8 they would not be seated. Gentlemen asked for manager and was told no manager was available. Employee walked away.Will never return to IHOP.
Ordered from here by phone because I didnt want to mess the order up. Pick up my food and they left a plate off. At first they said, oh you thought you ordered 6 plates. I said no, I called so there would be no mistakes, it was put in short. I was then told they couldnt help me. I can wait another 20 minutes since it wasnt busy if I wanted the missing 6th plate
Very Clean, Good Service, The Omelet I had was not very good. The chef stem portions of the peppers in the Omelet. It was a new Spanish style omelet with shredded chicken but yet the sauce resembled a hollandaise and it was not very appetizing. The French toast was very good and the hot chocolate was outstanding. My brother thoroughly enjoyed the Tres Leches Pancakes Sausage and eggs. Overall Good experience
-1 stars I could rate this honestly. Due to the pandemic, I guess servers forgot how to work. There is no reason for MULTIPLE tables of people to wait 15-20 for a server to come. We walked out after 20 minutes of waiting. When we asked a server walking past for help, he only responded this is not my section and walked away. This IHOP is horrible!
Tried it tonight for dinner. Not great. Service was poor, ordered an appetizer which came out wrong. Food took almost an hour to come out. We order simple stuff. Drinks brought wrong. Asked for the manager to come over, ignored us. Sadly we were surrounded by people that were just as pissed and some were walking out. We got 20% off bill but I would have just rather had faster and better service. I hope they fix this soon or this place will be doomed. Maybe a new manager. One that will actually deal with the customer.
First the waitress brings coffee in a heavy soup cup. When asked why-said due to pandemic we cant bring coffee pots to table. But observing around everyday else had reg cups.Corrected that- waited 15 minutes to try and get a second cup. Finished already. How was everything she says? Told her ng- so sorry she kept saying. Not going back
They were not following proper covid guidelines, but if that doesnt bother you the horrible service from highschoolers or undercooked food will definitely annoy you. Like I paid a extra 3.99$ for a quarter of a banana not even cooked into my pancakes that were undercooked aswell as my over easy eggs.
I recently took my dad and family here on his 90th birthday and let me tell u we might as well had food from the garbage outside than this AWFUL FOOD! Awful and they get a less than a star . DO NOT GO HERE AND U WILL READ THIS AND SAY I SHOULD HAVE READ THIS REVIEW !!!!!
Service was good. Been going there since they open today was the 1st time i had bad experience with the food. I order chicken and waffles the chicken was dry and burnt. The manager came out and said that if the make me a new chicken it was going to come out the same way. I guess the cook dont know how to cook perfect chicken. So i just had my pkain waffles.
The first time that Ive been to an IHOP, in a long time, that the food came out hot and good. (My toast didnt have butter but with the waiter disappearing all the time, I just used the butter from my daughters pancakes). The service was horrible. My coffee cup came with lipstick on it. When I finally saw the waitor again, it took another 15 minutes before I got another mug. Between ordering our food and getting our food, was 45 minutes. I totally expected the food to be cold. Which leads me to believe that he forgot to put our order in. We spent about 90 minutes here. For an omelet, eggs, and kids pancakes. It wouldnt have bothered me but everyone else was getting service. Coming and going while we sat there waiting. And waiting. Looking around for our server; even asking others for refills and to see where he was because we couldnt even see him in the restaurant. He never even came back to check on us. At all. We even had to wait for our check. At this point we didnt wait for him to come back to take our money; we went up to the hostess stand to pay. A woman said the server would take it, we told her we werent waiting anymore. The manager was there and said he saw how long we waited for everything and that he would take our check. (If you saw us waiting forever and constantly looking for our waiter, why not come say something and check on us.)Im giving 4 stars because the food was good and hot and all the other servers were doing their jobs. Well be back, but asking for a different table if we get that server again.
The server was great. The food came out fast. But my order was burned the country fried steak was dried out and burned. They forgot the gravy for it. Kitchen wasnt on point. Second bad experience there. Might not go to this location anymore. Even though its so close to home.
I was brought a coffee mug with lipstick on it. That set the tone. Coffee tasted old and bitter. Both the scrambled eggs and the sausage were undercooked. I asked for hot syrup and ten minutes later when the waitress finally brought it my pancakes were cold. Which didnt matter anyway because not only was the hot syrup not hot but it was so thin and runny that it poured out like water into my plate. Disgusting. Worst meal ever. Dont know what happened to this chain but they need to get it together if they want to stay in business. I purposely drove to this one 20 minutes away because they closed the one down near my hometown. I guess now I know why...
It was very busy Sunday morning, as expected. The staff were doing an excellent job. Had a 3 egg omelet with chedder cheese, spinach, mushrooms and onions that came with homefries which was very good, and a pot of very weak coffee.The bill was over $21, which I consider to be expensive.Staff 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸Food 🔸🔸🔸🔸Coffee 🔸Price 🔸🔸
Ordered a chicken sandwich, halfway through the sandwich it was hard to bite because it wasnt cooked all the way through. I was asked did I want anything to substitute the sandwich, I asked for fries thinking it was complimentary. However I got charged for them. The staff didnt seem apologetic, it seems they were trying to get through a busy Sunday.
I brought my mom and sister here for breakfast the third day they were opened we had to send all of the food back.. My pancakes were not cooked all the way, eggs were also not cooked and the bacon was absolutely disgusting! While we were there there were a bunch of other customers complaining as well. I went back the other day with my other sister to see if they improved anything but our food took about 45 minutes to come out and the waitress was horrible we got our drinks 10 minutes before our food came out. I hate to say it but that place is not going to last..
Worst service I ever received! I get there, get seated and within 10 seconds of getting the menu I am being pushed to order. I ask for a minute and literally ordered one minute later after I got my coffee. After a few sips I went to use the bathroom and upon coming back they cleared my table and gave my booth to another family!!! I looked around and they scrambled to find me a new table and gave a faint apology. I got seated and another waiter had the nerve to give me another menu and asked me to order. Btw after that embarrassing and unprofessional display, they still charged me full price! I will never come back here again and the people managing that place can go to hell!
Great location. Good service. And just like other IHOPs they are willing to show you other stuff that you may like to try besides your favorite order. Their only disappointment for me is the outlets where you can plug up your phone is not functional. Other than that, I keep going when I have the time.
Waited 10 minutes to order food (several other tables were served after us). The food arrives and I ask the food deliverer to please bring warm syrup and napkins. That takes 15 minutes. The food is now cold, the syrup and napkins never arrived and the server is hiding somewhere. The manager promised a complimentary meal and that seems to be delayed as well. 😠
Great staff, very quick service, now I don’t personally stay to dine in but on Sunday’s I usually call in an order and it’s ready pretty quickly and I can get home to enjoy a beautiful meal with my kids without having to wait an hour and half in a waiting room. I have never had a bad experience here and highly recommend this location to anyone!
You know I told myself, being in the restaurant business for so long, that I would only write 5 star reviews but life makes you jaded and sometimes things need to be said. Plus this is a successful chain so it wont hurt anyone. Ok first i know, i ordered a burger from IHOP, but it was rather terrible. Overcooked, no seasoning and the portion of fries wouldnt fill a toddler. Now to my girlfriends food. French toast was good but both plates, and i repeat both plates, were not dried before they put food on them so there was literally a puddle of water on each plate rendering her eggs inedible and just making her overall meal kind of gross. Now I KNOW we couldve said something and maybe had it replaced but she refused and thats a fight Im not going to win. So yeah guys. Dry your plates and serve better burgers. Also your wait staff groups up and sits on their phones and hides which helps to the fact that i dont like sending food back when you can tell the employees really dont care.
Went there last night on a date and the service was satisfactory. I found out they had just recently open, which was nice because it was convenient in terms of location and parking. Our server seemed to be busy with a lot of customers, and eager to get our order seconds after being seated, which I did not really like. Other than that, our food came out quickly. I enjoyed how the place was set up too. Cute new set up to an old timey favorite.
Our wait was 15 minutes just as the host said which isnt bad. Looking at the crowd we thought it wouldve been longer. So during breakfast the power went out and the computer system shut down. Our server was very nice she made the best of the situation. Breakfast was just a little longer due to the power issue. But the cleanliness thats an issue. Chairs are torn and stained, and dirty tables. Ughhhh
I take my wife and kids sometimes on Sundays. Food always great but depends at time what server you get. 80% you get a good server takes care your kids foods ASAP but at times you get bad one. Forgets you are even there or your kids. It takes a kids cry to get There attention.
Literally the worst experience ever! I would never go back to this ihop!!! They really don’t care about customer service, I’ve called in my order, got there 15 mins later to find out my order was still not ready! (Not the first time). I’ve address the situation with one of the staff and apparently they only had two chef! Ordered a coffee, came to my office to realize the lid was not close and spill on my desk! Do NOT GO TO THIS IHOP! there was a next customer there as well and they messed up on his order too!
The service was bad. We had to wait for nearly 40 minutes to get our breakfast. At the end my husband told the front desk that we will be leaving if we didnt get our food in 5 minutes. They come out soon but with attitudes on their face like we did something wrong. Never again will we be visiting this IHOP for sure.
The food of this place is good but the administration is poorly really disorganized I call before to ask what was the waiting period it was 30 min but when I got there they make me wait 1 hour and them the manager came out and told the hostess to seat the party of 2 first no matter what it was disrespectful and unprofessional and lack of management too
Franchise owner sticks well to franchise menu (meaning no matter what IHOP you go in youll always get the same thing) Theres enough staff on being the size of this IHOP. Your attended to quickly.The staff were kind. I saw girls in front of house be very patient & understanding with elderly clientele.That was nice to see. Food was good IHOP food. I love the chocolate chip pancakes which you cant get anywhere else & we got there early and beat the crowd however walking out I saw there was already a wait which I asked how long it was, less then 15 min. Which I know when you have children is a long time. They give kids crayons and things to color so it passes quick
Waits are not as long as they initially say. Food is always accurate, but can take a bit long to come to your table occasionally. The only annoying thing, is when either the owner or General Manager is walking around hovering over the staff constantly. He seems like a jerk. Also, they only have orange juice with pulp.
Sat down and waited 15 minutes before anyone even approached us for anything. Wasnt the first time this happened either. Menus were sticky, and gross to touch. Orders were all messed up, missing items from on top or inside.Once the items were received the meal wasnt bad. But the waitress needs to learn how to move her butt. And then waiting for her to come pick up the check and pay? Another 10 minutes without any sign of her. 2 stars are bc the food was alright.
Did an online order at 845am to be picked up at 905am. Got my food at 940am !!!! Order that came in after mine were completed before all because they were delivery service. This is unacceptable i was asked by multiple employees what order i was there to pick up for and they kept saying the same thing its coming. Never going back to this location.
2nd time here always horrible service.Today we were sat immediately, it is not busy here.Waited 15 min no one acknowledge us. Got up and asked for our own drinks. Then after about 20/25 min had to get up and ask for someone to please take our orderWith this now being the closet ihop, i think IHOP is over for us
Love IHOP but this is not the best location they have. When I order online they never have my order ready nor do they know what you ordered they have to ask not like other IHOP’s where you give your name and one and done you have everything. Pancakes are the worst thing made here one side look nice while the other looks undercooked
I went here a couple of weeks ago to catch up with a friend. We both had a craving for breakfast for late dinner (it was around 8:30-9ish) and IHOP was right in between where we both live. Parking is very convenient and the place is clean. I found the dinning area to be smaller than others, but given that it was quiet and not a lot of people were there, it wasnt bad at all. I got a waffle and one of their fruit splashers (I think thats what theyre called) and it was pretty good. The food was generally not bad; it was what you expect from IHOP. There was a note that said my drink was refillable, but after we received our food, no one followed up with us so I couldnt request for another one or even more water. My qualm is it seemed strange since it was quiet that night. With that being said, Id go back to this location.
It is very crowded ready to wait there 20 to 30 mints but service is quick once you get the table, I would love to give 5 stars but I didnt like it when we were eating and they bring us our check...made me cery uneasy and I started rushing... other than that food was good. Will go there again
Place was empty on a Saturday...I came here specifically for the loaded bacon potatoe soup and they did not have it, very dissapointed..everyone I came with seemed pretty happy with their food. Would I come to this location again? NO WAY..but I must say the workers were really sweet,and they sang my brother Happy Birthday by surprise..
My daughter and I came in for breakfast. When her omelette came she found a piece of black her in her food. We notified the waitress whom quickly took it away and only to come back to us with the same omelette. No apologies or a word from management. To add insult to injury..we ended up paying for the meal.Our 1st and last time going to the Levittown IHOP!!
A Gem for lunch/dinner. This IHOP, much to my suprise serves great Hamburgers & fries/onion rings. This particular location staffed with particully attentive nice & Knowing staff. Always eager to please and provide the customer great service along with darn good food. The onion rings to die for! Probably the best Ive Ever had! Past 25 years eating them acroodvthe country! Absolutely give this IHOP a try, Im sure thier breakfast is grand based on quality of lunch and dinner...!
Place has been open a few months now, figured they would be over the break in period but it sure isnt, first I ordered a lemonade ice tea, the waitress brought back a lemonade stating they were out of lemonade iced tea, I didnt want lemonade so she asked if I would like iced tea instead??? I gave up and settled for a pepsi. Then I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, when I got back there was someone elses credit card and a bill sitting there; the person I was with said another waitress had just put the card there and walked away, if I was a thief I could have been having a party on amazon. Then the person I was with had ordered raspberry crepes, they crepes showed up sans raspberries, then waitress said we could get you some strawberry to put on top, how could they actually even bring the crepes to the table, shouldnt you inform the customer so they could pick something else off the menu prior to bringing them something they didnt order. I had ordered a ham & cheddar omelet which looked a nice size with cheese sprinkled on top however there was no cheese inside the omelet only some 1/4 inch cubes of ham that had been rolled inside, they have the egg cooked similar to a pancake or crepe then roll the ham in after cooking. At 9:25 the manager came over and asked if we would like a box for our food even though the person I was with was still eating and they dont close till 10pm. He then brought us 2 boxes and the check, within 5 minutes our waitress came to collect payment, I asked for another pepsi and she brought it in a Togo cup. It was now 9:35pm they must really have wanted to close early. Not impressed at all.
Ordered spicy chicken burger. As I started eating I noticed it was undercooked but it wasnt until I got to the middle where it was absolutely un cooked. Called the waitress and she politely said we will get you another one. This terrible manager Valerie comes over speaking loudly claiming chicken is fine. We asked her to cut the the chicken with a fork and even she couldnt do it. I simply told her to leave us alone..other waitress felt bad and gave us a replacement. Never going back to a place that argues over uncooked burgers.
Love going there every Sunday with my girlfriend. The service is excellent and I recommend anyone to get Peter as your server. He is excellent and great person to converse with when hes not too busy! Lol but I am very upset that the wall outlets dont work and there is no public wifi in such a brand new IHOP. Please fix that and Ill be SO HAPPY TO GIVE THE IHOP 5 STARS!
Mothers Day breakfast. I wanted the black raspberry pancake combo $8.45. I was told they did have any. So I asked can I have a blueberry substitute. No. But they can do it for $11 instead. I said can they make an exception since its Mothers Day. They said ok. Had to send back my bacon. Had to send back my pancakes. Westbury is so much better. But Pete our waiter was awesome!!!
I had a really bad experience and I will never return here again. I waited online to place my order because the online system was down and when I finally got called to order my food, the young man told me I had to wait until he had everyone behind me seated. Ridiculous, what’s the point of making a line? Such a jerk, I just walked out!
Great restaurant, but lousy staff,at times u enter the restaurant and find no one at the reception and wait der for several minutes just like waiting for a free meal,I honestly love IHOP but feel disappointed with the customer service,hope the administration looks into it, nothing changes, bad management, anyway its my last visit here( updated nov 23,) if der is a zero rating would give that....
The Stars are for friendly staff. We came in from Miami (FL), comparatively, the chocolate pan cakes at this Hempstead facility were very small, almost half the size of what we get in Miami. HUGE disappointment when we opened the boxes at home. Higher Management needs to inspect this facility for quality.
Food is good. Service is great! But they have a sign that says WIFI and they never have Wi-Fi. It never works. It is always slow. We asked the workers about it constantly and the answer is always we have been trying to fix it. Ok let me know when it is fixed; not working since they opened! Fix it already!
This location is amazing I always come get and the service here is good . But on different occasions I wont see the service for 15 min or they sit in the corner and hold 20 min covertions with their coworkers .On one occasion all the services and host went to the back to celebrate someones birthday this is unacceptable.But overall the are amazing
This is the new ihop on Hempstead Tpke in Levittown. Much nicer than the Sunrise Hywy ihop.Breakfast is varied and good. Best surprise is the coffee (served in those hated urns) was actually quite hot and tasty. Nice and quiet since it was a school morning that I went.This review is only for breakfast foods...have never been here except for breakfast on school days only. Noise level is intolerable on weekends and holidays

2022-06-30😓 Refills, no more, I can only ask for a glass of water, and I waited for a long time for the water to be delivered. Burgers choke me, I need this water! 😢😢😢😢 If you ask me where this store is good, ice water is the best. Please improve service quality, table cleanliness, food preparation process.

2022-01-17About an hour ago I came at this IHOP to eat something light. Service was good overall, but as soon I took a bite of my chicken tenders… I did not expect it to be RAW. You would not expect this at any IHOP, but this was surely DISGUSTING and DISAPPOINTING. I was charged for the for the RAW tenders, but the server came to give me another set of chicken tenders and stated that they won’t charge for the new plate. Please be careful and speak up if anything like this happens to you.

2021-09-01Update: visited again and the waiter was Chris, he was amazing! The service was fast, the tables were clean and food was great!After a long exhausting day, I was pleasantly surprised by the service here. The servers name was Oscar, he was attentive, kind and hardworking. The food was great, the pancakes nice and fluffy. The tables and restaurant was very clean and well maintained, I will be recommending this location to my friends when they are looking for a place to go to eat.

2022-05-02I wonder if past functioning lights, whether or not these guys have working electricity. The cooks either have to be asleep or in the middle of diabetic episode to truly believe the food was ready. Seriously, a microwave could’ve melted the cheese on my omelette to a socially acceptable point. Even the butter on my pancakes got comfortable and ate with us. My favorite part was the orange juice they served me; it came in at whopping “firm clammy handshake” degrees. I thought about how annoying it was to finger every portion of my meal to find whether or not my food was hot enough and moved from 3 stars to 2 stars. Seriously, I would’ve rather the waitress tell me the whole staff hates me to my face instead of doing it so passive aggressively with my food.

2021-12-30Good service and variety of available food options. There was only one waitress at the time, who also doubled as hostess. She was very friendly and accomodating. She also wore a mask on her face and gloves. Even though dining in is an option again, there were only a couple of other guests seated. The dining room was clean and well maintained. The floor was being swept and cleaned by another staff member. The food was fresh and tasted very good. Scrambled eggs were fluffy and well cooked. French fries were crunchy and hot. Pancakes are still the best option. Fluffy and buttermilk made, theyre delicious comfort food, especially topped with strawberries and whip cream. Syrup is served in small individual sealed containers *The regular syrup jars in a variety of flavors are now back on the table.. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.

2022-05-09Food was good, disappointed they had runout of crepes but the pancakes with bananas and strawberries were good. We were surprised 😯 to see that this location actually carries the popular 4 pancakes syrups on the tables which are gone in all other locations we have visited. This store could use a little updating. The highlight of the visit was our server a young person person named Dogukan, excellent 👌 service and manners. Great job.

2021-06-13Good food as consistent as the brand, the service if friendly but expect to wait they are slow and very confused... wait 10 minutes before thw server acknowledged we are at the table, another 10 minutes before you have to ask why at least the coffee and drinks are not at the table... expect a 40 minute to 1 hour wait for the food to arrive... IHOP is a great breakfast stop but this place is for those with lots of spare time and no rush to do anything but sit here, was 14 minutes to get the appetizer with still no drinks... not even water

2019-04-06The food was cooked perfectly and our server Leslie was very kind and how. The only thing was the wait for the food was rather long considering it was just simple breakfast food. It was nice and clean on the inside with it looking like it had a recent remodel.
