The worst service! Server was friendly but they only had 2 other tables in use and everything took forever and they brought out the appetizers with the meal (its mozz sticks, they literally take 3 mins to cook) missing stuff and incorrect. And this was the 3rd time coming to this location with issues. Never again
Food is ok.I didnt realize that breakfast now costs the same as dinner. I rarely eat breakfast but from now on if I do it will be at home. $20 + tip a bit pricey even in todays economic mess

Dont do home delivery. Eggs come burned, hash browns are burned, strawberry crepes have no strawberries, even toast is not toasted. Just really poor service.
Always a disappointment. Food seems like its from a drive-through, and service is just okay. Wont be back anytime soon. Pass this place and head down the road to Lollys Hut, a little hole in the wall breakfast/ lunch joint that serves up amazing food at a low price. You might have to wait five minutes for a table. Dont go in Wednesday unless you want to sit and hang out since food is slow coming out that day, but the rest of the week its super fast.
Ive had breakfast here a few times in the past but this is the first and last time Ill have dinner here. The food is by far less than average fast food. Poor quality and everything is cold, old and clearly has been sitting around. The up side? The waitress kid was very nice and if it wasnt that Im sure the majority of her pay relys on tips I wouldnt leave anything.

WOW!! IHOP in Brevard County, Fl is NOTHING like this. I almost didnt go hhe because of the experience of the ones in Florida in my area... I am so glad I came here. The food actually looks like the pictures and is great prices, the staff were amazing and fun, the atmosphere brand new, clean, and fun 50s music playing. Overall had a good experience here. Came with a dog and they were very accommodating, especially our waitress who went out of her way to make him comfortable which was nice. The food was decent, but the hash browns were not what I’d expect at all (seemed soggy and came in a block.) otherwise was happy everything

Drove from Southampton to shop and stopped for all American breakfast. Easy parking, promptly greeted at door immediately was sat. Sever Felicia was right over introduced herself, brought coffee and took my order. I had the breakfast sampler, French toast, 2 eggs, hashbrown and bacon. Clean hot breakfast.

This is what IHOP should always be like...I love IHOP since a kid and havent tasted a perfect breakfast in IHOP up till yesterday 11/15/21 ...steak and eggs and toast with butter and pancakes...all delicious and usually I cant finish it but it was so on the money I ate it all...Thank you for a delicious treat
Happy Hour specials are the best at Riverhead IHOP, why go to fast food chains when you can have quality food at an affordable price. For almost the same price or less than Fast food joints this is the best place to be at. Awesome food, good service and above all at an affordable price. Stop by IHOP for Breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Service was terrible..food was cold. Had to get up to find my waitress to ask them to heat up my sausage. They brought me sausage cold twice...really disappointing meal...left never wanting to go back

My wife and I were seated us soon as we walked into IHOP. We were polite and thanked the person who sat us at the booth. This was the best part of our visit here. We were sitting for over ten minutes and no server came to the table. People that came in after us were served and had their drinks. The restaurant was not busy. I stopped a server and told them the situation and she said she would get a server to us. It never happened. We were there for almost twenty minutes and we hopped out of IHOP quickly. As we went to the front three workers were at the door talking to each other instead of working. I am not able to tell you how the food was as we werent giving the time of day. If they dont want to serve you they should tell you that before they seat you. We were dressed nice with no political statements. We dont wear hats. This should be zero stars as this place doesnt deserve one star. Stay Away!

Nothing but good breakfast and attitude here. People here were very nice and caring. Just like the employees, the food was great as well. Surprisingly fast. Although it wasnt as busy at the time I got here but hey, you cant rush good food. No complaints at all.

Usually have a good experience here but during these times I could not be comfortable eating here. A whole corner of the restaurant is empty but they pack the side room full of people, tables right next to each other with no dividers. The main area did not have alot of people in it, they could do alot better. Will not come back. 0-uncomfortable in 5 minutes. Food wasent great today either
The food was tasty but I wish it was hot and not Luke warm when it arrived at the table. Also I was sharing dinner with my date but 2 flies kept dive-bombing our food and drink throughout the meal. The cost for each was a little over $20. With the pandemic in place, masks are still required until you get to your table and social distancing is still a must.
Went there on a Sunday for breakfast.. not a bad wait- about twenty minutes which I was impressed with because the place was packed and there was alot of people waiting. Nice clean table. Our waitress was Patricia and she was awesome. Got our drinks fast. Even when I asked her in passing for a coffee I got it within minutes. Food came out perfect and hot. Do yourself a favor and try their potato pancakes. A.m.a.z.i.n.gPatricia checked on my fiancee and I a few times as did a manager. Staff was wonderful, food was amazing and bill wasnt bad at all. Will happily go back. Glad I didnt listen to negative reviews.
Wonderful time. Went for dinner with our ladies from a group home. We had a very large table/party with many different needs yet the staff were very patient, friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed. I wish I could remember our servers name because he was very nice and respectful to all of our ladies. 10/10 would take them there again.

Kind of funny writing this review as I have had hundreds of restaurant breakfasts in m 56 years, but the IHOP in Riverhead stood out.Truly, the best breakfast I have ever had!I ordered the Breakfast Sampler from my wonderful server, Jaquelin, and in no time, it was served.Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! Nothing faltered. It comes with sausage, ham and bacon and all were cooked perfectly.Obviously, I cannot say more about the place, but on this morning, the hit a homerun!

The food was ok the server was not very good had to chance her down for everything. My sister got a waffle and no syrup. She asked for turkey bacon they brought regular bacon took 15 min to get the right stuff. I guess for Ihop its ok but not my first choice.
I love IHOP not just for its food , but i used to go here with my father before he passed away . really awesome pancakes and breakfast food!

A very solid IHOP staff is excellent on point the food is good but not great they have to stop making bacon 6 hours before the serve it its just destroys it also for some reason some of the food has that just microwave quality please stay away from the microwave throw it out
Food was good however on the other hand our service wasnt great waitress took forever to get our order after our appitizers never came back till 20 mins after appitzers was gone to take order and never came and asked how food was and had to go find her to pay my bill

Delicious! My wife and I went to get some breakfast and special! Monday through Friday free unlimited Pancakes! Unfortunately I was too full to get another set of Pancakes 😂 lol. But I highly recommend this restaurant because not only is the food delicious but the people who work there are extremely kind! Highly recommend! 👍🏽

Had lunch today at the Riverhead IHOP for the 1st time. This is a fantastic location. This location is bright, roomy & clean. Staff was outstanding., food was hot and exactly as ordered. Spoke with the manager, Michelle and told her that this. Is the best IHOP on Long Island. I give it 5 stars.
IHOP is one of my favorite restaurant for casual dining and amazing food options. We went to this location on my wedding anniversary, as my wife likes IHOP food options. For this location food and service was good, however we got a small hair in the food. Have shown to the staff and they have taken that dish out of the bill. Advice to the location staff, please take care of hygiene.
Get there before 10 am too avoid the weekend crush of families waiting for tables. Good food and fair prices. Jade our server was outstanding! Super friendly, attentive, and responsive. She managed to check up on our table despite the place being packed.
We went during prime time, Saturday morning. Needless to say, it was packed! Therefore, the service was kind of slow. The food is OK, but I would just as soon go to a diner. The kids were really excited for their cupcake pancakes, but they ended up having too much sugar, even for my kids! Therefore, they didnt finish them. Plus, it isnt cheap. Breakfast for 2 adults and 3 kids came to 90 bucks, including tip. Overall, we did it just to say we did it, but we would choose a different place for the few times we go out to breakfast as a family.
The service was good at first when we were seated and got our drinks after that the waitress didn’t come back out to take our order or refill our drinks until 20 minutes later. After she took our order and we received our food she didn’t come back we were sitting there with empty glasses and plates for 40 minutes.We had to ask another waitress to get her from the back so we could pay and leave.
8:00 am walked in and got seated.....place is dead....waiting almost 15 minutes after some of the staff even noticed that we were waiting...then proceed with ignoring us for another ten minutes...mabye because we didnt speak Spanish? Disgraceful IHOP should be ashamed of the service provided at this location.Walked out and went to the local dinner was way better update ,contacted by the manager and quickly realized that the problem is systemic and that nobody cares . Really pathetic and eye opening how this franchise is really going down the tubes

Disappointed by the quality of the food and service. Ordered a burger and it was cooked to a crisp, I asked for medium rare. The service was bad because of a language barrier, our waitress spoke broken English and I just couldnt understand her. She didnt seem to understand me either. Couldnt get a straw for our drinks.

Went to iHop for breakfast @1:44. They closed @ 2. The craziness that customers created for the staff who are working on Christmas Day to provide for their families. The attitude, complaining about how long the food was taking. Everyone IHOP keep a cool and happy composer. The staff was amazing. It made me angry how people act. If you wanted a quick meal on the holidays GO HOME AND COOK FOR YOUR FAMILY. Those staff members couldn’t spend Christmas morning unwrapping presents. They worked. I felt for my waitress. I had to #tipthebill. Thank you so much IHOP Merry Christmas to you all.

It was our first time here since it opened and it wasnt the greatest experience. We sat down, ordered our food, received my coffee, but my husband and daughter didnt receive their drinks yet. Couple next to us sat down 15 min after us and a family of 6 was seated in a booth on other side of us 20 min after we were seated, and Everybody got served their food before us! How to flag down the waiter to find out what was going on thats why my food came out it was a bit cold and the food just didnt taste the way IHOP used to.So to sum it up will not be going back to this particular IHOP again.
Place is great service there was super enthusiastic and happy and the environment was really good. Wasnt much of a wait and the food came out at in a short amount of time. Food is great and the prices are fair glad this place opened up near us!
We are a family of 5. 3 were seated in a booth and 2 was seated at a table. Even though we live together we were separated. My son came home on holiday block from the ARMY. Im on limited time with him and had to eat at another table. Why because they say its covid restrictions. The insanity has got to stop some where.
Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing food experience Ive had in a very long time. After being seated by a sweetheart of a hostess, my friends and I, who were very much looking forward to a tasty breakfast for dinner and finally getting to try the burgers they were trying so hard to promote, we sat for 20-25 minutes without a waiter/waitress to come over to even offer to get us drinks. Even though we had all decided on our orders, we were sadly unable to place them and ended up leaving to take our business elsewhere. We will definitely not be back, and I hope the rest of the East End will stick to the local diners we can rely on.
Unexpectedly, the steak burger was very good! So were the fries and loaded potato soup. This was the first time I have ever had anything other than breakfast at I HOPE. I will definitely be back to try other non- breakfast dishes.
My experience at IHOP was good. the food was great and so was the service. The only reason its not 5 stars is with my pancakes I asked for real maple syrup and they didnt have it which I find strange considering its a pancake house. 4 stars.
Chicken tender was rock hard. . Steak tips I got was pretty bad.. asked for medium and cooked well done. Tried same dish at flushing location and its 100x better at flushing location.

This restaurant is the definition of ok. the food, the staff, the building, its all ok. we got there and was met with staff staring as if we were supposed to go to our own tables, eventually a higher upper led us to one. for some odd reason whenever we eat there (3), we always are put in the same location, near the doors. never once have we sat in the back which is a little odd considering the rest of the patrons were seated there. nonetheless, where we sat was frigid and cold so we deiced to ask if we could move seats, which they did with no hesitation. we were just moved further left of the restaurant, further away from other patrons than before. its fine, as long as were not freezing. keep in mind we went for dinner and it was no where near capacity, they couldve moved us anywhere. we order our food with this guy and everything seems afloat, just turns out the entire staff is filled with teens. hey, im 16 myself its totally fine they work there its just that they were fooling around for like no reason. like, we asked for straws to be met with our server flirting with one of his coworkers for 5 minutes, again ik these are tiny complaints but the straws were right next us. i couldve easily got some but i tried to be as polite as possible. we get the food and theres multiple mistakes, from having the wrong sides, wrong cheese, even to orders we didnt order; but what can you expect from a ihop completely ran by 17 year olds. jesus, maybe, i put too much into this review but i want to get my point across that this restaurant is just ok.
Our server was excellent, but the kitchen was terribly slow. Our server apologized three times for the long wait. The coffee is expensive at about $2.89 per cup (served in a small carafe). The scrambled eggs looked and tasted fake, like they poured out of a carton. The two pancakes were small and tasted OK, but not great. The broccoli was rubbery and chewy. I left hungry. We had the senior discount... Maybe that means smaller portions, rather than an actual monetary discount on a full-sized meal. We were disappointed. I would have given one star but our server was nice. Spend a couple of extra dollars and go to a real diner.

Very good food! One of the best IHOPs Ive ever eaten at! Food always hot, fresh, tasty, and the staff are wonderful! Theres one staff there named Kendra that goes ABOVE AND BOYOND to make sure youre happy, full, satisfied, and she does it all with a warm, friendly smile! I must say this place is well worth eating at!
The food was good didnt look like the menu pictures. Place wasnt busy so you would think our server would be on the ball making sure we doing okay, needed anything you know doing his job. But nope he would rather talk to his co-workers and just leave it at that. Will go again just hope he isnt the server.

4 adults 3 kids. All ordered basically same thing. We sat down ordered fairly quick. 3 other tables of about 4 or 5 people each sat down after we ordered. 2 of them got their food, ate it, paid and left before we got our food. Most of our food was cold...yup I am THAT customer today. I dont normally write a neg review...but I am. It happy today.

The servers are very nice, often time can spark pleasant conversation. The food is decent nothing to over the top of coarse. The best thing are the pancakes which is no surprise.
In the moment what I went there they was opening the store! I loved what I been tasted that day and the waitress was amazing with my friend and I... Right now my husband go in those days maybe this last week and tasted something diferent. He doesnt liked and the store was smell so baddly for him so maybe they can resolved this point soon & continue with their restaurant as always in general the food in those restaurant are really good the service is better than the meals! So just resolved the problem with the bad smelling Please & Thanks!!

Im giving it 2 stars because the food was extremely salty. And by comparison to a diner, subpar and I LOATHE diners. I ordered the french toast hot coco with the whipped cream on the side and it was like sipping from a bag of molasses. So I sent that back immediately.Unsure why I didnt enjoy the breakfast sampler along with the pancakes other than perhaps my palate has matured.
Todays visit was terrible. Waitress was never around, food took forever and then tasted terrible. Worst experience ever. And, when we went it was not that busy!
Service was slow and order was wrong. Brought me change back on my $48 bill and said it was a dollar something and gave me 1.35 with no receipt and walled away. I know its IHOP but come on. Some professionalism and customer service is still to be expected no?

On my childrens birthday they wanted to go to IHOP for dinner. They loved it. One had confetti pancakes and an one had mac and cheese. The staff sang Happy Birthday and we had ice cream sundaes. Thanks to all the staff.
Exactly what you expectIts loud and boisterous, while being clean and friendly. You cant beat the prices for what you get. Great for breakfast an brunch. We have not tried it for lunch or dinner, so I cant speak for them other than to say the prices look quite reasonable.
Came here with the family to grab a late lunch early dinner and was sad at how slow things took to come. It was not that busy but it seemed like things were taking too long. One of the orders came out wrong and it took forever to get it replaced. We ordered two orders of toast and when only o e came out we were told the other was being made 15 minutes later it finally came. Lastly when we were finally done it took over ten minutes to get the check so we could leave. It seemed like the waitress was avoiding us.
Hss been a long time since Ive been in an IHOP. Past experiences havent been the best, but, I was pleasantly surprised by the menu variety, modest pricing and the all u can eat pancakes. And the service, was excellent, very attentive and seemed to be there when u needed..

Okay okay I know people speak Spanish but I’m sorry they refuse to learn English but when I go to get breakfast at a American style restaurant where pancakes are celebrated and all American breakfast. Disappointed and offended by the attitude and behavior of the staff at this location I’m sorry that ihop choice of employee is a person that refers to white costumers as Grigio and punta
1st time at this IHOP and I have to say even though it was busy, we didnt have to wait that long for a table. Our server, Bobby, was prompt and nice. The service was good, quick and efficient! Will definately be back here!
Had a great breakfast, and Great service, really enjoyed our time here, music was a little louder for my taste, our server was Leticia, friendly, patient and accurate.
First I recommend getting there around 8am or 9am the latest. After that time a line will start to form at the door. The service was great and didnt have to wait long which is good when you have little ones. The food was prepared the way we asked. We only been here once, so as soon as I go again I can better compare visits
I ordered the Jalapeno Kick burger meal. Paid over $17. NOT ONE JALAPENO on the burger. I try to support local businesses but I will not return to this IHOP!!! Thumbs DOWN!
I treated my friend for a birthday breakfast. The meal was quick, hot & affordable.
The food sucks and the service is extrelly slow the place was empty but we waited a while to even get greeted managers are rude and prefer to talk to the waiters then to see if people need anything we had to get up to get ketchup from another table! TERRIBLE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!
Always the best and fastest serving food from breakfast to dinner mornings noon and night. Why not switch it up and have their delicious breakfast pancake or omelette dishes for dinner. Either way you can go wrong. Just simply delicious
Zero stars is what this place deserves. Service is terrible. I used to have good experiences. But haven’t had a good experience here for 2 years. I’m never going to this one again. I don’t have issues at any other one.

Service was horrible, sitting for 10 minutes and no one came over to our table. Finally got up and walked out, went to the diner. Always a terrible experience at IHOP., no matter which one we go to. Hire some people who speak english too.
Ordered online. said my order would be ready at 2:11. Got there at 2:15 and still continued to wait until 2:30 for my food to be ready (two entrees). Extremely slow service and confusion among the employees. Will never be ordering takeout again.

Always great food with them. Only thing is the waitress tried charging me for 2 jugs of orange juice instead of 2 regular cups then wanted to argue with me which entailed the manager getting involved
Waited forever and our food came out COLD. NOBODY asked us how we were doing. I feel like I shouldnt have even given this 1 * it needs to be neg. 4. BUT we just got the bill and they took half off for our convenience.

I love that there is an IHOP in Riverhead! Food is Soo good. Just wish they would get with the times and get some dairy free items for my child with dairy allergies. Also, would be nice to have soy or almond milk available for tea and coffee.

Pritty decent place. Went there for lunch. Good service. A variety of options for egg omlets. Love them. Theyve also got a veriety of pan cakes as the name itself says it.

Customer service sucks. Food was cold didn’t taste good. Was here for 2 1/2 hours and completely left after I got my food and found out it was cold. Do not ever come here. Waste of my vauble time and money.

I was so excited to actually eat at Riverheads TGI FRIDAYS. WHAT a big let down. No where does it say TGI. Everything is just Friday(s) which lends me to believe it is not a TGI Fridays. Halfway through the meal we recieved knife , fork and napkin. Food was alright. The place looks dated though, no excitement. Many waitresses run ningbo l over the place.I asked for equal for my tea, but was surprised by the reply, We dont have EqualIm so taken a back. O rush to go back
Friendly service and good food. Lots of menu choices. Pancakes, crepes, burgers,blt and lots of varieties. Saw some lines when it first opened but got seated right away last few times.

2021-12-07This place is very nice and all the staff were friendly. I recommend going early if you would like sitting. They do not take reservations on Sundays. Their food was delicious and on point. They were very fast with everything and very attentive. The only downside was their hot chocolate was way too sweet! Highly recommend.

2022-01-25My kids loved their food but we however, did not love ours. I ordered eggs over easy and I kid you not the egg looked like it was cracked onto my plate and sent out. I don’t even think it hit the heat before arriving on my plate. Our waitress was super sweet and lovely, but for $42 worth of our food there were too many imperfections for us. I’ll be going back to give them another chance, perhaps they had an off day, but I’m hesitant based on our experience.

2022-07-08Came here after a day at Splish Splash and everything was spot on. Just what we needed after a day in the water. I had the Gru Minion burger and it was phenomenal. Its a special burger promoting the new Minions movie so get it while you can. With a side of pancakes? Ohh 👌🏼 hit the spot. The blueberry lemonade was delicious as well. Our server was quick and efficient. Some iHops are hit or miss but literally no complaints here!

It took a few hours, but they never stopped searching and several hours later my item was found. THANK YOU!!AlsoMy daughter and I had a great breakfast with perfect service from Christina!And I can’t speak highly of Maria, Christina and the rest of the ladies.

2022-02-11Great place, clean . Bathrooms are clean. Seating was excellent, quick. No wait. Service was above and beyond. Jose was our waiter. On point, polite and accurate. Wife and I stopped in today for lunch. We both had Senior specials. Good price. Food was hot. Coffee was very good. Jose/Ariel was on point as our waiter.

2022-06-25Very friendly when walking in. We were sat near two tables. A waitress walked past 4 times in 10 min and never came to help us. Finally she strolled over and took our drink order, mind you this is 12:30 pm prime time lunch. There was only 3 tables including us there. After another 4-5 min we got our drinks, I got unsweet ice tea asked for lemon and drink came no lemon so I had to wait another few min to get a old soggy piece of lemon. Waitress took our order, I gave it to her and she repeated back food I didn’t even mention. It was clear this waitress couldn’t be bothered being there. We were never given napkins my husband got up and took them from their station. No straws he had to do that again. It was by far the WORST service I’ve ever had. My husband go out to eat often. When we were done we waited 20 min for the check and it never came so we went to the front and asked if we could just pay so we could leave.By the way a table was sat next to us and they were smart they walked out after 8-10 min of no waitress coming over.

2022-03-22The staff were extremely friendly and service was on point . Tables were clean, the coffee fresh and the food was tasty. I had a mushroom fajita excellent and the pancakes nice and fluffy. I plan to revisit this place.

2022-06-05NEVER AGAIN. If you are planning to go here. Dont. The service is literally worse then the gifts i got on my birthday. I dont think i’ll even consider this place ever again, hair in my food, disgusting gross!
