Though I have been there countless times, I must say that THIS visit was the absolute BEST experience!Their hostess, took expert care of me as my server (Jasmine), took over in making sure I got service that would have me coming back for more.She is as amazing as she is beautiful, and SURELY worth her weight in gold!Oh yeah... The food was delicious!
What can you say! An American Institution like baseball; hot dogs and apple pie..You gotta love it!!! Its not just pancakes anymore.
Dined in, it was a small yet very clean, personable and organized location. My only complaint would be the size of Ihops fruit salad. The waiter was very nice, the service was great!
I LOVE this IHOP site. Ive been going to this particular IHOP for over 20 years. The food is always great, and the staff is courteous.Just one thing... bring back the Harvest Grain Pancakes. Last time I was there I tried the Protein Pancakes. The Protein Pancakes are TOO HEAVY. I ate half of them, but didnt like them. I hope no one gets in trouble for this...but I asked the waitress to see if the chef could still make Harvest Grain Pancakes for me. The chef was kind enough to do so. (Yeah the diet went out the window for those Harvest Grain Pancakes. I ate them all. It was worth it). Protein Pancakes are a healthy choice I make when I cook at home. When I come to IHOP I want a healthy TREAT! BRING BACK HARVEST GRAIN PANCAKES PLEASE. I plan to come to by next week I hope Harvest Grain Pancakes are back on the menu. YUM!
The staff were excellent. I would definitely go back. The only downside was the coffee was a little weak and they could have used better quality creamers. Would give a 9.8 if they put the options up there LOL. Overall I would definitely recommend.
My first time at this location. It was clean and well maintained.The staff were accomodating and our waitress was personable. I will return in the near future.

Many sweet waffles. Some combos (waffles & sausages, omelet) are also good choices when you are hungry. Coffee is offered by thermal bottle. ( however, coffee is considered with not so good quality). If you like sweet, here is great place.
Anthony was my server, he was the best I asked for grilled onions to add to my sandwich, this was my best experience at a IHOP. I will go there again

It gets crowded, but you can get a seat if your vaccinated. Food is fresh, staff is friendly, and the prices are moderate.
You can’t put a price on the type of service and efficiency at this IHOP! All the employees were so well together and have a smile on their face.

So I must honestly say this location is my all time favorite ihop. The food here is just so amazing!! The food is perfect.. today it was extra special. The pancakes were perfect.. the waffles were perfect the eggs and sausage and bacon were just sooo amazing. The staff is always great. I had a server named Sophia she was kind.. attentive and she deserved every scent that ws given to her. We will be going back and asking for her! Please go here and ask for her.. shes amazing!
The service was prompt, friendly, professional, my issue was the staff using the Hand Washing Only Sink to wash serving trays,and other items for food serving,which is a health Code Violation.
I usually goes to I hop with my mom every Sunday & Saturday, but since the pandemic and vaccine start and Social distancing stop . We have not been back, I finally went back the had a modorate crowd i deside to try to order take out for delivery , but i was unable to had signal problem, however I went in and she look at my phone put my order in, and about 5-15minutes I was out of there with my meal and all condimentsGreat service. This is the best ihop Ive been in within New York City, im from manhattan and nothing compares to this location. Very affordable, super friendly manager dark skin dude with pink collar shirt and the waitress and staff are all very comforting. Will recommend this place over any other iHops!
We went here the day after Christmas it wasnt as busy as I thought it wouldve been.we ordered and waited almost 30 mins before our food came. Which I was surprised it took so long seeing that it wasnt so busy and cpuld hardly spot our waiter to ask about the long wait .But overall was ok.
Good, clean and efficient ihop. The server was good at their job and didn’t skip a beat. The food came out quick and didn’t taste rushed. Even though it was crowded, my party didn’t have to wait long to be seated.

Let’s talk about how over priced the cost for orange juice and soft drinks $4.79 for soda and $4.99 for orange juice. Final bill 85.00 for two people for breakfast jesus christ inflation is real .

Server was not rude but not nice either, looks like her shift was finished and lefts us all alone, i had to go back and forth when ineed something, ordered one thing and got something else, without informing us on availability. Before even ordering coffee pot was stained and dirty like it was never even washed! Very disappointed with the service at this location. I rather drive further to get better treatment and knowing that where Im eating hygiene and safety food practice wont give me a virus ect.
This place is so unprofessional. On 10/30/21 at approximately 11 am me and my daughter were at this location and the lights went out. No announcement was made they just went about business as usual. When the food came my order was incomplete and once I asked for check my server tells me cash only. I expressed that I only had debt he said I would have to wait till lights came on and I asked for manger. I had to leave my debt card information on a receipt paper with my security code as well. The most they could have done was take a percentage off for the inconvenience.

Fast great service for years. Ask for Sophia she is the sweetest server and has been there over 20 years Im sure!! Everything is always made exactly as we order it.
I preffer coming to this location compared to the others around. The wait staff are patient and kind. The food looks like it was made with care.

Food was blend and nasty. I ordered a bacon cheese burger in fries. I also ordered a milk shake this was all take out in the milk shake was 8.99 in they gave it to me in a kids plastic cup, so small for 8.99 in it had to much syrup in it. Never again I wouldnt recommend to anyone! Waste of money!!
Its new york I guess but eating outside because I didnt have my vaccination card thats wild. there were hornets all around it table probably wouldve been worse if not for the hornet traps. the food was good the servers were nice but the overall experience was horrible especially when the bill came for almost 60 bucks for 2 people.

I live in South East Queens there are maybe 5 iHops I know of in a reasonable distance but this one is my go-to. Ive never been there and seen a overwhelming crowd, the wait staff is always nice, and the food is made to order. Plenty of parking.
Placed order over the phone. The order was not only correct; it was very hot even when I got home to eat. The containers were perfect for keeping the food nice and hot and to top it off everything tasted Amazing and fresh.
Had a lovely breakfast here after a pickup from the airport. Our staff was professional and attentive, the food was well-prepared and came quickly despite a busy morning. IHOP gives hope in a dark world.

Waitress was very attentive, pleasant and checked on us fervently. I dont really like the new menus (which I am pretty sure it is to encourage customers to use the online menu via the barcode scan). The meal was great except for the scrambled eggs which I order with green peppers and onions. It looked like the eggs were cooked first and then they just mixed in the green peppers and onions, which was not good, but otherwise than that very good customer service.
Check your food for hair. I visited this establishment and was eating my food with my family member when he found hair in his food. That completely grosses me out even though it was not in my food, thus, I lost my appetite as well.The manager did comp us for his meal, but I also could not eat my meal and she claims she was not able to comp my meal, which they had to throw away because I was totally turned off and could not eat it. She then said the only solution was to call the cops after I asked what else can be done. Maybe the Department of health should be called because they weren’t cleaning the chairs, as evidenced by food particles from prior patrons were on the chairs; or perhaps because hair was found in the food??This establishment receives a lot of business for many years and people should be warned to check their food for hair. I also had to ask them to clean the chairs prior to us sitting , because the chairs had Food on them. It seems like they were only were cleaning the tables. Other than that, the waitress was very attentive and courteous. If it was not for that experience with the hair And how the manager handled it, I would definitely come back here.This establishment receives much business, that I doubt they will even care about my comment regardless.
We usually eat here. Its good to support the local business. The food is good and the service is good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Covid protocols are followed, and during the pandemic, they took our temperature. There is a parking lot so usually parking is available. The kids like to eat here so they usually get what they want.

We wasnt goin to ask to switch fries, sandwich,nor etc due to the fear of have tampered food. Will NOT return to this locatn.all 3 of our dishes 👎👎👎payg $86 plus tip & all 3 of us takg rolaids, NO TY✌.

Went for after school graduation brunch with the family and Waiter Anthony was amazing. The food was fast enough and good. Had one of those bowls.
I went to this location and it was horrible. The manager is very unprofessional and doesn’t even have a name tag on to present himself. I received a coffee with a lot of lipstick in it and I didn’t realize this after I had drank almost all my coffee. During this time with Covid you try to trust that the restaurants are doin everything to protect their customers however when I reported it to the manager first off he lied about his name and said it was Alex but when doing the report his actual name was Juan . When I shared my concerns all he did was say he’ll removed the coffee from the bill which isn’t the point because the 4 dollars that the coffee cost means nothing it’s the principle that’s at hand . He then stated to “do what you gotta do “ when we was sharing our concerns. This place was very unprofessional and I work at the hospital doing food and nutrition services and nothing about this situation is acceptable especially with the manager showing no concern about it.
I love this IHOP out of the rest in queens but this is nasty and in my belief its unsanitary to be at a table next to where my family & I eat

Ive been going to this IHOP or years with my family. Most of the staff is nice but our server seemed to have a bit of an attitude. The food was good however Im really disappointed that they changed their hot chocolate. Its not as rich and creamy as it used to be.

Its nice when people take a personal interest and serving your breakfast not only did they remember the special effects but they took their time to make sure that we were very satisfied it was even better than having breakfast at home

Visited recently during the pandemic. Store was very neat and orderly, the staff were well protected, masks, headcovers and gloves. Store wasnt congested at all and they were very quick to get you pick up your order. No in-store dinning yet as per state regulations but they had a small tent outside for people who wanted to eat there. Overall, an excellent store pickup experience.

I placed an order for pickup because the restaurant was full and the outdoor seating was full, and the order was made very quickly and was ready to go before the estimated time. The food was hot, not warm, even as I walked 5 mins to the car and the cup of coffee provided was 16-20oz which is very generous. My recommendation is the Breakfast Sampler which you can customize to your liking. The management staff inside was very friendly when they did the handoff for my order and everyone was working hard to keep a 6 foot distance and wear face masks/shields. The restaurant entry way is on the smaller side so it’s easy for people to bunch up near the door and a security guard will be right inside the front door leading into the restaurant and he is very helpful as well with holding doors and keeping people spaced out. The food was carefully packaged in numerous plastic containers and in a sealed bag, and many condiments/syrups/butters/sugars/utensils were provided which was very nice. The pancakes were made especially well, because some places will make them too doughy/floury and these were an absolute delight to eat: perfectly balanced. The outdoor seating features very large tables with large plastic chairs to sit in underneath a massive tent. Depending where you might sit on a rainy/drizzly day you may feel some rain droplets, and don’t sit near where the garbage/disposal area is as there might be flies (even in cold weather). All in all, a great location!
The waitress forgot to get me a refill or even the extra napkins I requested. The manager was very helpful he eventually got me my refill. If it wasnt for him I would still be waiting. Thats why I gave them a 4 star. If not it would have been less stars. Overall the food was great.

Saw they had gluten free options for my sister. So she ordered Belgian waffles. Turns out theyre not actually gluten free. She was in pain the next day. If youre gonna have gluten options, make them actually gluten free. Wont be ordering from any IHOP ever again

We ordered on the app, when we got there the food was ready. The staff was very pleasant. Easy handled. We ate in the car😁. The 2go containers are awesome as well.
Food was great but the place need some deep cleaning. Carpet was dirty and garbage behind the cubic seats. Pretty soon people will realize that the is a health hazard, specially for children. Service was good our server was Laura she was nice and professional.
Nothing special about this place. Its usually crowded, located off the turnpike with a small parking lot. Staff not too friendly. Seated in the back corner where the was a terrible draft. After explaining it was too cold I asked for another table only to be moved to next table. Not much difference Breakfast for two cost around $40.00 with tip. Not worth it just to have eggs toast pancakes and a pot of coffee (2 1/2 cups). and a draft on you. I will not be back.
I loved the professionalism of the waiter and the host. They consistently followed up to ensure my party was satisfied. Some are probably saying duhh thats what theyre supposed to do but lately a lot of places dont do a good job, dont follow up and dont care, just there to collect a check. At this location I actually felt the warmth and pleasant spirit of the staff.

Its a bit pricey but the food is good and the staff is awesome. I kind of like it better before the upgrade, it used to feel more cozy. The only complaint I have is, even with the renovations the female bathroom is the same, only one toilet! I mean come on thats just ridiculous.
The service is good for the most part. I would rate a 4.5. The seating is good and they have space. There is a long wait so do not be surprise to wait and have everyone in your party with you or will not be seated. The food was excellent. I would have put a picture up but I ate it. This is one of the best IHOP that I eaten at.
I called to order my usual so I can just pick it up. The lady on the phone had a lot of static noise so I could hardly understand. But I still ordered my usual and when I picked up order, it was almost $18. That price was ridiculous because It is always around $12. She said .. “this ihop is different”. She was cold and had a ..I could care less attitude. I will never ever go here again. This ihop overcharges and it’s disappointing.
This pancake, waffle, omelette restaurant is not consistent. I went there recently, my waitress was fantastic. We ordered the banana strawberry pancakes with cream between the two pancakes. A ham, cheddar cheese, onion, potato, and tomato omelette with 3 buttermilk pancakes. A pitcher of coffee. The home fries were good. All of the food on this visit was surprisingly good. Previously, when I ate here, it was not that great. The manager was very attentive on this visit. I give her compliments. I would go back, due to the great service of the manager. Prices were moderate.
Its just not what it used to be.Thr pancakes are always great,thats a fact. The steak and eggs was actually tasteless🥺But the server was Excellent,and going at 830 am is your best bet for parking and not a long wait for a Sunday morning. Just wish the food was seasoned better.
Staff was nice and friendly. Our waitress, CHARLENE was brite, quick and witty. Enjoyed her energy. The manager tall and handsome with a warm smile was working well with the nice jovial staff. CHARLENE definitely on her game brought our order quickly and maintained pleasant through some quick banter. My order of the DOUBLE BLUEBERRY PANCAKES with side of SAUSAGE could only have been better if Id doubled it. When I cut into the pancakes you could actually see the steam coming from them. Fresh and hot off the griddle. The sausages although very skinny were very tasty and not salty or greasy. Would definitely come back to enjoy a good tasty breakfast and enjoy the wonderful staff and handsome manager.

Went there for the first time. It was my bestfriends son graduation. I ordered the cowboy burger and it was delicious! The appetizer sampler was also very good, chicken fingers, onion rings, and the mozzarella sticks. Staff were nice, clean environment, good food. We enjoyed.

The manager on duty needs to be replaced. She is extremely rude to the employees. During my familys last visit, we had a table close to the reception desk. Within a minute of sitting down, my kids and I could clearly hear this woman screaming and cursing at a couple of the servers and as well as one of the cooks. At one point, the cook said Im sorry 3X... and the woman still had an attitude. The food is consistent, but the public display of arrogance (specially the cursing with young children within hearing range) from the manager should not be tolerated from the corporate level. Employees who work here should speak up.Her lack of professionalism completely killed my appetite.We wont be coming back anytime soon.

Hopefully they keep the Mexican tres leches on the menu forever one of the best set of pancakes Ive tasted in a long time. If its only for a limited time you should try it before it disappears. The service was amazing got seated in no time and the waitress was very nice.

The IHOP in Rosedale looks great. Total overhaul. NewManagement. Our waitresswas right on top of things. And the food was delicious IHad French toast and my husband had an omeletteand loved every bite.We will. definitely return again soon.
The food was hot that was one plus. the chicken tenders and waffles were amazing. The Big steak omelette was nasty. the steak was over cooked hard and chewy. For $16.00 i expected a higher quality dish. The crispy potato hash was mushy not crispy. The omelette sat in a Bed of Oil and grease. Literally in grease. The sausage was also soggy from being saturated in grease. i recently had gall bladder removal and opted for the omelette for health reasons and i couldnt even enjoy it. $50 for a less than mediocre meal. IHOP do beeter please. i do not recommend eating here. save the money and make your own breakfast. trust me.

I like my food piping hot, my coffee just as well and my service with a smile. Ive eaten here twice and each time my food was cold and I became sick. They wont hire anyone new and honestly thats a shame because whoever is cooking...shouldnt be. I give this place a 3 because the service varies from girl to girl or whoever assumes she will or wont be tipped.

The food was on point and the service was good.
I absolutely love this IHOP. The staff are extremely professional, the environment is very laid back, the tables and floors are clean, and the food is great! I am fortunate to always have Serena, shes polite, and cares about all her customers. If youre in the area, stop by and if shes working, ask to be seated at one of Serenas table; youll thank me for it.
Food is good however service is mediocre. They often get your order wrong and when you tell them they try to deny any responsibilities and blame other shifts or co-workers.

Staff was great.... I went to eat with my mother. We were serve by Mr. Niquan. His great, fast and fantastic. Always keeping a smile on and making us laugh. He works 9am-3pm and off Tuesday & Wednesday. I recommend him... We are coming back and to his section too. ;-)
The breakfast was good and the seating was quick (No more than 4 min wait). Great for a Sunday
My visit at IHOP was very nice and satisfying. My grandson LJ enjoyed his meal and ate all that was on his plate and liked coloring the mat.The staff is Very professional yet friendly and courteous. As you leave its a pleasure to hear the staff thanking you for visiting and telling you to enjoy the rest of your day.This IHOP deserves a 5 star rating.
The service was not bad, but I recieved an omelette laced with plastic (cooked in). The waitress was apologetic, but the manager Rose was abrupt and nasty. Not only did I loose my appetite, I had to apologize to my family for selecting this location.
Just ordered $30 worth of food through DoorDash, total ~$40 w/ fees from this ihop, and I regret wasting money this morning. Ordered French toast that was still soggy from egg batter, cold in some areas, missing powdered sugar. I ordered Swedish crepes, crepes w/ strawberry topping was sent instead,and crepes weren’t made properly. I could’ve done a better job. I’m just disappointed. Only part of the order that was good was the OJ.
Its veterans day and I had the worst experience ever. The server didnt even give me the free pancakes even after showing her my ID. Then she brings me the bill and I had to ask for a military discount. Im not saying that I am special or anything but its once a year that us veterans get thanked for all that we do and when people treat you like they dont care, it makes me want to ask them why they havent served our country???

There is a male waiter who greets everyone with an awesome HELLO FAMILY.. He will take your order n give you whatever you need. Makes you feel good. His service is excellent.
Waiters are having a great conversation amongst each other and very loud made my experience bad. Im used to a quiet environment while eating. But the service was OK. Grits tasted burnt. But otherwise ok.
We was seated fast and promly. The waitress took a bit of time but it was ok
.its becoming a tradition now, every other weekend my daughters and I go to this franchise for a nice Sunday breakfast. The staff are very polite and welcoming, and the manager is awesome and lets not forget tge food is great. Looking forward to going back soon
I went here not too long ago and I have to say the fried chicken ceasar salad was delicious and very filling. Im giving it three stars because while the food is good the parking is not great. To many people want to eat here I guess and it can be crowded and loud especially in the back.
Service was good and meal was enjoyed by my family and I.
The French Toast was dry. A tiny cup of hot tea costs $3.50. The pancakes were good as usual per any IHOP. The company of friends I was with made up for all that was lacking in our meals. We all agreed that we may have had a better brunch if we had gone to the Applebees across the street instead.

I went to go eat ihop today with my boyfriend and my little sister and it was time to go and I tipped the lady (dark skinned short reddish hair ) 5.00I don’t know how the system works but in my head .. if you get a tip then be grateful. Because if I was a bad person I wouldn’t have tipped anything. And went along with my day.So she looks at the tip and stays standing over our table and she puts the check down and she goes“Why do ya do this” I said excuse me ?All confused. And she goes “I work 34 -36 hours this week and look at my paycheck. “I told her i didn’t want to see her paycheck but she insisted .She shows us her pay check and it was an amount of 100 and something dollars. She told my boyfriend and I that she lives off tips .Okay I get it but I’ve never been disrespected like that at a restaurant.Despite that the food was great the manager was nice . But that lady ruined my morning. Never have I felt like an asshole to leave a tip.
Food tasted horrible. Ordered online just to show up during pick up for them to tell me they didnt receive the order so I have to wait for them to make it. Okay thats fine, stuff happens. But than the food was cold and tasteless. How unfortunate should have just gone to chipotle..
My girlfriend and I went here for breakfast on Wednesday March 13th arriving at about 9 am. We looked at the menu and I settled on the breakfast sampler. Truth be told, the breakfast sampler is my favorite, Ive had it my way at other IHOPs with no problems: eggs over medium. My girlfriend ordered her breakfast eggs over hard. Imagine my dismay when my eggs came over easy. They ran all over the plate the moment I put my fork in them. I sent them back, explaining to the very nice waitress that they werent what I ordered.My girlfriend Michelle and I returned to pleasant conversation.Moments later, one of the managers came to our table with has to be the worst customer service skills, or lack of, that I have honestly ever experienced. She began to berate me to her perceived fact that there were only eggs over easy or eggs over hard, there was no middle! When I attempt to explain what I usually get, even cooking myself professionally for patrons, this woman went on to scold me and said that shes in the egg business!Needless to say, this was absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had at a IHOP, let alone, any restaurant in my life. Me and my girlfriend, nor anyone that we know will ever patronize this location again.This woman was adversarial from jump. What ever happened to customer service?Only positive, our waitress was very understanding and attempted to mitigate the problem.

THE BEST IHOP LOCATION BY FAR! Been going here since I was a little girl. Very traditional, home like feeling. Food is always GREAT. Love the chicken n waffles, cheesecake pancakes, stuffed french toast! !! Hash browns! ! Fresh fruit... I recommend!!!!
Any time I frequent an IHOP I order the same thing... the veggie and mushroom omelette with hollandaise sauce. The sauce needs to be the same at each establishment but its not. My spinach was on top of my omelette instead of inside. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

Surprisingly fast service due to the all you can eat special promotion. My lil daughter enjoyed our scrumptious pancakes and we had a very nice waitress with a pleasant attitude and an infectious smile.
On a Sunday afternoon this place is packed BUT they move quickly. Whenever I come here, I only want Niquan to serve me. No diss to the other servers, but he is AWESOME & treats each of his customers as family. This kitchen is on point too. Best quality food Ive ever received at any IHOP.
No issues with the place or the great staff. My only problem is that the online app needs to be a little more flexible with the combos. Not everybody eats meat.
This location is way bigger then other ones nearby and the food taste better..Great Service also especially a waitress named Evelyn..First time I ever went to a restaurant and we didn’t have to call her over for anything..She was always two steps ahead..Magnificent Service 😊😊
Chicken stake with mashed potato and broccoli...yummy, tasty and a belly full! Clean atmosphere (except for the bathroom - needs more regular attention) SIMONE, our hostess was a delightful sole and full of pleasantry. Just in her early 20s and persuing her law degree, which Im sure working and doing so at the same time can be quite a challenge, but she never forgot to smile and engage in conversation, checking on us all the time. Replenishing our table and making sure our items remained hot. Her exuberance left us introducing our selves to her and making sure she knew what a wonderful hostess she was.
My server Shawna was AWESOME! She made my family and I feel comfortable and catered to our needs with ease. She made sure to check/clear our table often. Pleasant personality and a welcoming host! Our chicken fried chicken stake and beef stakes were on point and tasty. Broccoli was done al dente and fresh. Overall the place was clean, including the restroom
Great food and our server was the best! Attentive, friendly, and curteous. We were seated in less than 5 minutes and when our food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering in a full house, we received it hot! Im impressed! Emeka did an outstanding job at making us feel welcomed and even accommodated us when we made an unusual request. I would definitely return and will definitely request him to be out host again. Good job IHOP, Emeka is a STAR employee!!
The staff were arguing about taking my table and we had to wait 10 minute before a server came to my table. once she got there she was okay but we could tell she was bother by it. She forgot a few things that we order and was just whispiring with the order staff members. I ask for dessert and handed a dury menu and went back to taking with the other staff member we waited for her to take our dessert order 5 minutes she was just taking I had to take my daughter to the bathroom and I saw her hiding bihind the cashier she saw me and got up and by the time I came back my dessert order was in.😞 I know working in this kind of place is hard with long and crazy hours but we as customer go to have a good meal and great service so please manager get your self together and your people.
Our waitress was soooo nice and sweet. She checked on us often and asked if we was ok or needed anything. I work close by and now if Im feeling IHoppy Im going to go to this one cause she really made my day and even gave us a new drink to go

Good turnover service even on crowded days. The staff and management are warm, friendly and accommodating. The food is great and they also have healthy alternatives. Theres parking but its not a big lot. You may end up having to park on a narrow side stret.
The service was very good, and the food tasted very good as well. There was a man that was at the table across from me had something floting in his drink. I didnt think anything of it until half way through my drink I notice that there was a DEAD LADYBUY in my drink. I think that there is something wrong with their ice Machine. And they either need to clean it or get a new one. I was very discussed and could not keep my food down.
I love this IHOP!!! They make everything nice and fresh and amazing. The service is also very good, they are very polite and willing to help any way that they can. Great place, a bit small though so large groups may have issues but they will accommodate as best as they possibly can.

2021-12-10This place gets crowded. Was hoping theyd take bigger real estate across the street but its understandable that theyre comfortable where they are. Very popular place. Staff is extremely nice. Waitress Teyana was a pleasure. It was my sons birthday and she gathered the staff and they sang happy birthday to him. Great place. Tastefulfood. Free parking and theres extra parking a bit further down road. Ask if you need parking.

2021-12-28Over price, the food was below standards, I HOP...is not what it used to be....I got the Breakfast Sampler and it was horrible...🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮small portions, missing items will never go there again, very disappointed.Seems like if you buy the affordable breakfast they apparently and on purpose make it below standard.

2022-05-10We took our son here to have lunch (today is his birthday). This is the first time there since covid-19. Social distancing is practiced here. The place was clean and the service was prompt and courteous. The food was good, as I remembered. The atmosphere pleasant and peaceful. We enjoyed our visit and will return soon.. 😊

2022-03-14Im rating it five stars because of the workers. I was speaking to my friends about something I need and i was going to wait for our waiter to come to ask. Another waitress from another table brought it over immediately. Whoever trained these employees need to train at other ihops. That made my experience that much better.

2021-10-30Sadly I’ve been coming to this ihop for many years. Usually would dine in but with the pandemic I’ve choose to order via Uber eats or door dash and let me tell you. The quality of food had been trash. The below pic is my last order which was suppose to be strawberry cheesecake pancakes. Which the strawberries are suppose to be packed separately. There had been times missing items or utensils or condiments. My wife spoke to a ROSE who is a manager very rude and dismissive and even with the inconvenience of having to reorder which has happen several times we asked for a courtesy extra strawberry and she’s literally said no out charged us $5. Meanwhile im paying double for food. Double the time to even eat. Its unacceptable I’ll be reaching out to corporate.

2022-06-26The parking here is terrible but we luckily ubered over and didnt have to worry about it. The food was exactly want I would expect from IHOP and was consistent with other locations Ive eaten at. The wait staff was great, very friendly and helpful. They didnt mind us taking our time which we appreciated.
