Was here for a wedding rehearsal dinner so I cant comment on the restaurant fare. Our catered meal was an excellent buffet with super before meal service and appetizers. The space was separate from the restaurant and was well layed out for ready mingling. I would eagerly try the restaurant based on the nice meal we had.
We had our Christmas party here at Tutto Pazzo. The food was fantastic. Delicious and varied finger food, the buffet was to die for and it was a very well stocked bar. They had Weller Reserve bourbon. I really enjoyed my time at Tutto Pazzo. I look forward to going back and getting dinner.
Came highly recommended, but was disappointed. When I think of NY Italian I get excited, and Ive had amazing NY italian. This was just ok, and expensive just ok. The seafood was fresh and oysters good. The branzino filet was a small portion, smothered in red sauce and other seafood, but fell short on any flavor. The most diapointing was the red sauce. It was simply pureed tomatoes with very little complexity to flavor. I tasted everyones dishes (we all got something different) to see if it was just me. Nope, the lobster risotto for 2 was equally poorly executed. The rice was flavorless, like it was boiled in water, drained and had a bit of tomato sauce thrown in. Linguine with shrimp, olive oil and garlic, sounded like it should be all about flavor, but sadly no, it was very bland and flavorless. Overall, ambiance is awesome, bread 5 stars, service ok, food mediocre.
My husband and I went to dinner here last night. Wow! We were seated on time for a 7pm reservation and this place was packed. We had the artichokes stuffed with goat cheese and the filet mignon sliders as appetizers and the lamb stuffed ravioli and chicken francese for dinner. I am a tough critic because I enjoy cooking and I typically dont order food at a restaurant that I feel I can make myself or that I have had elsewhere and didnt like. With that in mind I must say the food was incredible! The desserts and presentations were outstanding. I had the brownie with icecream and my husband had the sorbet. What distinguishes this restaurant from all of the other restaurants is simply the owners. Upon meeting Luigi he was friendly, charismatic, delivered the food personally to each table with a chef apron on and not a suit, talked to everybody at each table in the room (not small talk), and spoke about his love of not only food but also children and family. We dine out a lot and you rarely ever see the owner out and about mingling with their customers. Five stars all the way around based on my experience yesterday.I have seen a number of reviews that judge a restaurant on an experience they had on a Hallmark holiday such as Valentines Day. I too have been down that road where I was disappointed on a holiday when my reservation at another restaurant had me waiting over an hour ( popular steakhouse) while five months pregnant and was understaffed. I have discovered two things: one is that all great restaurants have the same circumstances on these days and its how the restaurant handles it that makes all the difference in the end and two, dining out on a different day close to one of these holidays makes for a much better dining experience. You dont want to rush your customers and you dont want to keep people waiting. There is a fine line.Update***We couldnt wait to go back and so we did twice. The food was still very good but not spectacular as it had been when I posted the original review. However, we will definately be back again soon.
Food was good. Service was good. Upon asking the owner about a charge on the bill, the owner came to our table and his delivery was rude and abrupt. A polite explanation of the charge was all that was required instead he came out on the defensive. So that my friends, left a bad taste in my mouth. Not a good way to treat customers.
I found trying the seafood Mediterranean salad that tasting this entry was a delicious experience. I ordered the lasagna it was tasty and I found very good portion size lasagne and the sauce tasty made fresh complimenting but not over powering the lasagna. My food I found was excellent, well prepared with great attention arranging the food on the plate. Tasting the seafood salad made me eager to try the lasagna and I was inpressed by my total meal experience. I look foward to my next eating experience at Tutto Pazzo. I highly recommend eating here.
First, Joey and Luigi are amazing owners. Their concern for every patron is second to none. The bar is terrific with a large screen tv...always something great on. Jose is my favorite waiter, first class...oh the food, delish, no really delish...have had over the years almost everything on the menu...and theres something for everyone.
This restaurant makes the BEST ITALIAN FOOD ON LONG ISLAND.The two brothers who own this restaurant are the most accomidatingRestauranteers that I knowWe wouldnt miss a Chritsmas Eve dinner at Tutto Pazzo..We have been going to Tutto Pazzo since they opened ,Hi, Joey,hi Louie... No complaints, I tried everything at our parties table except the bronzini only BC I didnt see it across the table and everything was great. They accommodated my wifes special request for veal marsala too. May go back for out anniversary next week, thanks ltl and Joey!

2020-03-08Across the street from the water this restaurant has great food. Started off with a free basket of bread that was out on table with small rice balls and breadsticks. Waiter attentive and great service. Pasta was homemade and very tasty. Salads were awesome. Great dessert choices. Nice bar area to wait or hang out by. Gets crowded on a Saturday night so be sure you make reservations.

2019-04-07My wife and I went to Tutu Pazzo with another couple and had a very nice dinner. It all started with a nice bread dish but also had rice balls in it. For starters my wife and I shared artichoke hearts with goat cheese and it was excellent. My entrée was the risotto with sausage and broccoli Rabe . I really loved it. My wife Had fettuccine with shrimp and she really enjoyed it. Overall it was a very nice meal and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

2019-02-16This is a place that I’ve been meaning to try forever. However with so many Italian restaurants on Long Island it kept falling off the list.We arrived at noon on Saturday and the place was empty. We were greeted and immediately shown to a beautiful table with a harbor view. The menu is extensive, featuring a smaller portion lunch option. We started with clams oreganato. My husband thought it was the best he has ever had. I thought they were good but preferred something a little less saucy. The petite clams had a crisp breadcrumb topping under a rich lemon cream sauce. We certainly enjoyed soaking the sauce with the bread. This isn’t just any Italian restaurant. The star here is fresh house made pasta. If you have never had fresh pasta before you must try! It is a completely different experience than fresh made and refrigerated or box pasta. We finished with in house made tiramisu. It was awesome and tasted just like our Italian friend makes homemade for special occasions. Fresh cake and solid espresso warrants a crowd just for that.I usually keep my reviews simple. This is a MUST for anyone who truly appreciates authentic Italian cooking. Fresh pasta and fresh desserts. You swear there is an army of Nonna’s in the back.PS: our waiter was first class and there was a changing table in the women’s restroom.

2019-12-16Excellent food and great quiet atmosphere for a company lunch. The fixed price lunch was great and had something for everyone. The wine selection was plentiful and the service was accessible but not intrusive. Id definitely go back again.

2017-08-21I absolutely love this restaurant! You can inside or outside in the beautiful courtyard. The food is delicious and the waiters give excellent service. You have to have the red wine sangria! Their menu is amazing! I can never decide what to choose. Fantastic appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts. They even have fried zucchini flowers! My favorite Italian restaurant.

2019-06-19Went there for a dinner with another couple. This restaurant has been there for years and we had our wedding rehearsal there many years ago. While the decor is definitely dated Italian the food is still excellent. They have a good bread basket with focaccia and rice balls to start. I had the lasagna and my wife had the stuffed sole. Both were great. While I didn’t have it this time their eggplant Parmesan is one of my favorites.

2019-03-19This restaurant is fabulous. The food is great including the owners and staff. Waiters are fantastic - very hospitable, kind and there when you need them. Waiting time is great and they are on the ball. I recommend this beautiful eating environment to all: family, friends and business associates. We were very pleased with all. Thank you Tutto Pazzo for your great service. We shall return.
