Overall a quick and easy experience! The staff was very helpful and efficient. The office was very clean. I would not hesitate to go there for all of my imaging.
Admitting staff was courteous and efficient. CT Scan technician was personable and professional, answering all my questions. Process was quick, and comfortable. Was in and out of the facility in less than 25 minutes.
I am so delighted and grateful that WP Hospital Imaging Center is in Armonk. I know that I am getting the most knowledgable care, the wait is short and the technicians thoughtful, professional and enjoyable to be with. I am also glad to know that the Urgent Care Center is there so that my doctor will be able to see any treatment events.
I had a very nice experience today. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Very clean, well organized facility. Easy to reach & ample parking. This will be my new go to place for imaging.
I am so thankful for everyone at WPH ARMONK URGENT CARE! I was feeling pretty awful and a little anxious as to what was wrong with me. The care and attention to me was like I was their only patient. Doctor ordered a CAT scan and it was done almost immediately and when the results came back I was on my way to pick up prescriptions. I am already feeling better.Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

The facility was great. Check in was easy and the MRI technician explained everything and kept me calm by talking to me throughout the test. Got in and out quickly.

This was my first time with Dr Dondero and White Plains for that matter. I did have to wait quite some time for an appointment but once I arrived I was seen right away and Dr Dondero and staff were all attentive and listened and I didn’t feel rushed at all. It was a very pleasant experience especially for a doctors appointment.
Great experience - PA was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. XRay dept very pleasant and quick. Did not have to wait very long! Would recommend!

I am handicapped and have trouble walking.The handicap parking spaces do not have an easy way to bring a wheelchair onto the property;When leaving the building, the button to open the doors is on the OUTSIDE of the first set of doors;The design of the patient bathroom is not good for handicapped people; put the paper towels NEXT to the sink!“MY CHART” procedure did not match what the front desk had.

I PUT ON THE PAPERWORK THAT I NEEDED HELP WALKING,,NO ONE HELPED ME, NO HELP TO GET ON TABLE. ONE WOMEN JAMMED SOMETHING INTO MY RIGHT EAR WITHOUT TELLING ME WHAT THE HELL SHE WAS DOING,THEN SLAPED ON HEAD PHONES TEST WAS OK BUT THEN THE WOMEN WAS TALKING TO ME ANDI COULDNTT HEAR A WORD SHE WAS SAYING BECAUSE OF PLUGS AND HEADPHONES ONE WOMEN DID HELP ME UP AFTER IT WAS DONE BUT THEN THE YOUNG ONE WAS REMOVING THE SHEET FROM THE BED AND I WASNT EVN OFF OF IT YET AND STARTING TO SANITIZE THE BOOT RIGHT BEHIND ME ON THE BED,,,DONT KNOW IF THEY WERE HAVING A BAD DAY BUT THIS WAS NOT A NICE EXPERIENCE FOR ME THAT DAY,,ONLY THE WOMAN THAT CAME AND GOT ME AND DID THE NEEDLE WAS NICE

This was my first time at the Armonk location and it was wonderful. I usually go to White Plains but this was easier, no parking issues, barely any wait timeThe technicians at both locations are sensitive and precise.I will continue my mammograms at the Armonk location solely because it was just easier for me.
The staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Bryant was very nice but never addressed my BP (177/97) and she spent maybe 5 mins with me. Never asked about my history or any concerns I may have. She did ask me what I was here for??? When I went over for my mammogram, they did not have me on the schedule but the nice receptionist did fit me in. I had my mammogram done, then was told it would be read later as they had no radiologist on site??? I was going back to DE after my mammogram so I was hoping they didn’t need to do another have to redo anything!!! I was not able to have my ultrasound because it was not booked correctly??? Really????
I did not have an appt but after seeing Dr. Vizioli, a Pulmonologist for the first time, he determined that I should have a chest x-ray since quite a bit of time past since the last one. The Radiology staff were very pleasant. The male tech was very pleasant and quick. The experience was very professional.

I would recommend anyone who needs imaging that is available at the Arm k facility that you go there it is so clean and highly organized and the people could not be nicer. Any test I need I check to see if it’s available there and hope that it is and if it is that is where I go they run very close to the scheduled appointment so wait is minimal or not at all.I am so glad I tried this office and have been going there over 3 years now and will never stop.Excellant highly recommend you will have no regrets.

Imaging center was easily accessible, clean & the staff were welcoming, warm & professional.
For the first time today I went to an XR exam, and the place was very beautiful but unfortunately the secretary who admitted me could not offer me a form in Spanish or a translator since I do not speak English. I felt very disoriented and had to fill out the entire form guessing so that I could not leave without my XR exam as it took me a long time to get there.

2022-05-07I have had the pleasure of having several different types of imaging herein the past and again yesterday 5/6/22 for two more and its always a pleasant experience. Everyone is always very nice & professional, from the front desk to the technicians. They are kind and compassionate which is especially important when you are dealing with any typeof pain and health concerns.It is always easy to book appointments and they take you on time.Both the facility and the equipment are always clean and there is alwaysplenty of parking. I highly recommend them!!

2022-04-12I had a wonderful experience. I had 2 back to back tests and staff was excellent in timing them so I could get out in a timely manor. All staff were professional and very nice. The heated blanket was an added nice touch when I mentioned I was cold. Highly recommend this place. Blessed to have it nearby.

2022-04-15Great place! Staff is competent and helpful. All the techs are great at what they do. I had to also meet with Dr Rosenblatt when I was there. I have an issue she is concerned with. She spoke with my Dr and followed up with me days later. They really care about their patients. I never wouldve known anything was wrong if it wasnt for the care and efficiency of all the staff here.

2022-04-23I saw Dr. Steve Andelman today for knee pain. He is such a good doctor; he is kind, compassionate, he listens and has a great bedside manner.His staff are also amazing, especially Lupe, Joanne, and Fernando in radiology.The Armonk location is beautiful and has a very healing ambiance.All in all I give them all five stars.

2022-04-08Very pleasant experience. Staff is courteous and helpful. My mammogram was done on time. The technician thought I might need a sonogram. Another nurse/technician called a radiologist to have the slides read and it was determined a sonogram was not needed. All of this was done in less than a half hour. My results were posted in “My Chart” later in the day.

2022-06-07This place is the best! The people that work here are SO sweet & polite & they make you feel very comfortable! I’m very claustrophobic so Corey in radiology assured me “I would be fine”! And I was! Literally 3 minutes in & out for my cat scan! I came here last year too & now I’m not worried about coming back next year! Highly recommend coming here!
