I bought master bedroom set and living room set there. Very good quality, fair price and good selection that you can’t find in other stores

2020-08-31Great prices, well made furniture. Cant go wrong. The people that work there are wonderful and are very helpful and if they dont have what youre looking for in the store, they will try to find it for you in their catalogs.

2017-03-18We purchased 2 couches and we were told there is a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 5 year warranty on the fabric. The day after it was delivered the reclining mechanism on one end of the loveseat failed. We called Imex and the man we talked to said what do you want me to do about it? We would like you to fix it! He was rude and not helpful. He said he would have someone call us which never happened. (It has been 4 weeks.) My husband had to fix it. I would NOT recommend this company.

2017-04-30Glad I took the time to read the plausible reviews before deciding to patronize this establishment - the honest-sounding ones anyway. It would have been helpful if the reviews contained the names of the brands of furniture that failed the reviewers, because a recent ad Imex placed in the Observer Dispatch showed many name brand logos, such as Barcalounger. Gotta laugh at the review that attempts to summarize the type of furniture store this is, and the clientele they are expert at serving and are trying to attract. For a moment, I felt like I was reading about the place on Wikipedia!

2017-01-10I bought a bed for my son in July, it took 4 weeks for us to get ulit, had it for only 4.months and the finish is bubbling up, thats not normal a specially if child never sleep in the bed before! Never been satisfied n with this place before and definitely wont ever go back there for anything!

2016-09-09Prices seemed good but the order took almost three months and then I received the wrong chairs with my order. That took 6 months before I had the correct chairs. Not sure Ill go back to this one.
