Have used Immediate Care West many, many times and they typically dont disappoint me. Family members and I have been there for everything from minor injuries to illnesses and they take good care of us. Generally were taken care of quickly (last evening we didnt even get to sit in the waiting room before being called out back.) There are times when theyve been packed and its been a long wait, namely on weekends or holidays, but I expect that. Glad to have them around.

Slow, inefficient, with no attempt to prioritize injuries. Brought my 8 year old daughter in with a bleeding wound that required stitches. After waiting 25 minutes, 3 patients had left the office and no new patients were taken back into rooms. When I inquired how much longer the wait might be, I was told there were 3 people ahead of me, but they were easy things like sore throats, so probably only 45 more minutes or so(!!) I left, went to 5 Star Urgent Care in Fairmount. My daughter was put in a room immediately after checking her in, assessed, and prepped for stitches in less time than we waited at Immediate Care West. Wish we had started here - will not make this mistake again.

I usually go here rather than a Wellnow urgent care because these guys have been here for very long and heard of them thru word of mouth. They are usually quick for me and even with a line they had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and explains everything throughly. They are very nice to you and it looks like any regular primary care, they branch a small office in a huge medical facility like North Med.

A very positive experience from reception to initial nurse to doctor. A clear understanding of my needs and a successful solution. Id had hearing issues for 3 months prior, assumed it was wax, got it removed even though I had not softened it prior to just showing up. No pain, 100% gain. Thank you.

I would definitely recommend friends and family to go there....as soon as I walked in the door I went to the desk...told her my problem and also told her that I did not bring my insurance card because I cant find it...within 1 minute she had all of my insurance information...I then had a seat..within 5 minutes i was called to the back...They were all very nice and professional. I was there no longer than 45 minutes...I will definitely be going back if I need to!

Called first and asked if they can do ultrasound as I suspectedy wife had a blood clot. I was told they can until 4 pm. Got there by 1 pm and saw the doctor who said it may be a blood clot and we would need to go to emergency room to get a sonogram. When I called him out and said I called before coming in and was told they can do that he said o let me check. Low and behold we egot right in upstairs and was treated great. And it was determined she did have a blood clot

Went to Immediate Care and I was seen by Doctor Gregory Steencken. It was a very positive and professional experience. I appreciated the entire visit and the team that works so hard there.

I know the rudeness is normal in NY and I dont miss it at all. Got what I needed and that was why I went there. I guess I have been in the South too long for attitudes and rudeness to be acceptable

CALLED AT 9:37 TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE MACHINE SAID THEY WERE OPEN FROM 9AM- 6PM. THEN THE LADY ON THE MACHINE CONTINUED TO INFORM ME THEY WERE CLOSED. HOW DOES THAT WORK?? ID LOVE SOMEONE TO TELL ME. HOWEVER THE LADY HAD A NICE VOICE SO I RATED THEM TWO STARS. :/

Was in and out in 30 minutes. Very satisfied with this facility and the people were very nice.
