I have had such an amazing experience in the Central Islip office with Yuri and Diana. I have been to 3 diferente immigration offices and waists five years for no results. Went to this office looking for someone to help with my husbands imigration paperwork for his citizenship, Yuri took my husbands case, and we are more then delighted to see how she worked with us. Yuri told us exactly what to bring so we didnt have to make multiple trips, the same day we brought everything in it was all submitted. Yuri was very professional and explained the process step by step, My husband was able to get his citizenship done within 6 months. Everything ran smoothly, they called us from the office to verify that we recieved the appointment for the fingerprint, they called to remind him about his citizenship test and once again to remind him of his oath ceremony. We are more than pleased and will be recommending Yuri to our friends and family.
My experience with the office has been from good to horrible. Mr. Sperling is a great attorney however his team is the one that is questionnable . I engaged them for a second legal matter and paid them them promptly, years went by with no updates, until I got tired of waiting, the paralegal working my case, blew me off a couple of times until I got a hold of an actual lawyer in the office that noted that my case was never sent, he proceeded to send it however months went by again with no updates. Until recently I decided to pick up my files a new lawyer in the office told me they had received a response on my case months and months ago and that there was an error made by the paralegal and attorney that initially sent it. At this point I had enough and now have been forced to engage a different attorney office that will hopefully help me .

I am a citizen of Guatemala and I entered the United States over 15 years ago. I did not have any legal status and as such lived under the shadow. In 2016, I met with David M Sperling at his Riverhead office, seven months later, I received my employment authorization card. Today, I have a better job, medical insurance and the privilege of a driver license. I recommend anyone who has be that needs immigration services to meet with David M Sperling and their associates.
I was searching online for a good immigration law office and I came along to Mr. Sperlings website. I wrote to him via email at about 11:00pm and I have to admit his response was quickly and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. However, when I got there I was really disappointed (the appointment was made for the hempstead office. Well when I got there the secretary wished me luck because Mr.Sperling was almost on his way out (Even though we scheduled an appointment at that time) but anyways, I was able to speak to him, but I did not like it at all ; the meeting was rushed and when I explained my case ; of how I was looking for my options for a K-1 VISA for me & my Fiance. YES we are young (23 years old) but we have pictures from when we were 15 years old, conversations from 2013 until now ; I go to my country and see him .. there is a lot of evidence. He told me it was not a good idea ; called somebody on the phone that also said it was not a good idea because of the age and how they would not believe us. He did not ask to see my evidence. Told me to go get married in my country. Rushed me out the office and directed me to where I had to pay $50 for the consult. Did not follow up with me, did not get me any other advice or information. WORST $50.00 I have spent in my life. I went to another immigration office LAW OFFICES OF RICHARD LA SALLE and the consult was FREE ; he viewed my evidence said I had a good package ; and they helped me with all the paper work. My case was approved. In a couple of weeks I will go to my Country to pick him up so we can come together with a K-1 VISA

What do you mean is no reason to seek another attorney? Your receptionist reflect what kind of service you provide. You allow your employees to be rude to potential costumers? Not a good practice.
I went to the attorneys office to bring my wife to the US. The whole process took 10 months. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him.
Is the worse office lawyer that I ever been the lawyer is so unprofecional that he took 150 dollars from a deposit that I was never informed that he will take. When I came back for the money threatens me not to give the money back because I ask for the money back on cash. NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT OFFICEE. And on top of that the check bounce I had to pay 65 dollars for a bounce check...

Had an appointment today @ 4:30 and left, very unorganized place of business. And a very obnoxious office manager, but most of all a very disrespectful receptionist. Thumbs deffinetly down, waste of my time!!! And they still want to charge a 50.00 dollar fee. Joke!!

Very bad service I have been with a request for more than 15 months and to this day I have no answer I call and they are not able to take the call and if they answered it is something strange and even so the only thing they tell me to keep waiting is terrible service Do you really comment that a lawyer called me to inform me about my asylum case that no one had informed me and you tell me that I feel frustrated??? If they dont give the information they should give, if I dont insist on calling, they dont give me information about my case because you have never received a letter informing me of anything.

If they ask me if I recommend this lawyer or his firm, I do not recommend it. I have a case that is very close to me since 2019. That case has been stuck there and they do not move it. They have already been paid all the money and there are more and more excuses. First, they said qx the pandemic and it was understandable but later they said that the person who was handling the case left the office and took the documents and I ask how it is possible that they work in that way what kind of professionals are they if it is the firm of that firm yes someone leaves as they allow the cases to be taken .. we looked like crazy for that person and then they told us that they already had the documents and that only 150 dollars just to send them to the court this was in April of last year 2020 and we are these dates January 2022 and you do not do anything that you want us to go to the police to get all our money back because they have not done anything to date they are liars or it is because they work for social classes .. we went there recommended by a to a good person who is supposed to know Mr. Sperling but to date they do not show their faces and do not give an answer to anything..

The worst decision of my life is to have used the office of David M. Sperling. The assistants committed, in more than one duress, administrative errors without repercussion. Those same mistakes have cost me years of delays in getting my papers. Even after speaking with the manager who assured that things with my case were going to change, it was not like that. They promised me that they could fix the error but they didnt. And they are not professionals who call you back. And my case is not unique. My mother has years of delays with them but David M. Sperlings office always blames immigration. Last year you received a letter saying that because of a page not included in your application that you are not given residency. Its so frustrating. Please do not waste your money and time with this office. My case and my mothers are still pending with them but the truth is I dont even want to call because I know nothing has changed. I have wanted to make an appointment with the lawyer Sperling directly but the workers in the front have to ask permission from the manager. And every time the managers have denied me. One time I waited more than 2 hours to speak with the Islip Central Office manager. I have already spent thousands of dollars with this office but what hurts me the most is the lost time that I will never ever get back.

Terrible experience almost 9 months ago I went to the offices, looking for help with my case and they asked me for $500 supposedly to look for my record, they told me that it would take about two months and that they would call me and they never called in a few words they stole $500 from me with the difficulty what is to get the money in this time

2022-06-17We had the worse experience at this office all the way from making an appointment to the fact that they messed up our case so bad that after 3 years the only intervention they got was a work permit. They dont follow up on the case and you have to constantly call them to see what is going on. It is very frustrating to know that they do not care about whats on the line when they take an immigration case. They were very quick when payment needed to be given and $4000 for a work permit is a little bit overpriced. The lawer that was supposed to go to our hearing did not show up and they sent a replacement, this lawyer did not know about the case and messed it up so bad that after 2 years we still havent moved from where we started. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They obviously do not care about what is at stake with these cases. This place is a headache, stay away if you want to avoid a big one that will not only take your money but emotionally will drain you

2021-06-23I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of service this team of lawyers/paralegals are bringing to the community in Long Island.Miriam Ebers is by far the ultimate paralegal that knows all the procedures. She’s very detail oriented and understanding. I’d highly recommend her to any person that needs immigration services.Michael Nappos is also a very knowledgeable lawyer, kind and with very good experience on the field.I’m deff recommending this firm to other people.

2019-03-22This is a great immigration office, with great services! My whole family from my younger brother to my mother get their taxes done here. Yuri did my taxes for my whole family and was efficient, quick and super friendly. As well their staff Diana and Chiquita love to help all the clients and ensure that you are seen in a timely fashion. Even my aunts had an immigration case here! Thanks to them today my aunts are in the United States and we are so grateful! My family and I won’t go anywhere else! Yuri, Chiquita and Diana are the best of the best, they truly care about their clients.

2019-03-22My experience at this office has been nothing short of amazing. Starting with the ladies at the office Yury & Chiquita, they were very attentive and helpful along the process explaining and submitting any necessary documentation. At the time of our interview an attorney Mr. Michael Nappo guided us and prepared us for our interview which resulted in my husband getting approved for his residence approved. I am beyond thankful with this team. Definitely recommended! Thank you!!
