Two Winters in lockdown due to a pandemic forced me to rethink healthy. I researched and discovered these elixirs and I am so glad. They taste great. I take them straight every morning and I feel they are a great addition to my wellness routine.
The ginger scrolleez is absolutely amazing and I love love the elixers. My whole family consumes it and I love the notes like “keep well” they always add on inside the packing boxes.

For our anniversary, my partner and I drove to ever tea house in the hudson valley in an 8 hour long road trip. It was barely a competition after visiting here, this place was my favorite by far. Its maybe 45 minutes away from home, but I would drive ten times that to visit this place. Its just that good. Knowledgeable staff, delicious teas, and Im pretty sure their elderberry ginger elixer could cure the bubonic plague. A must-visit!!!
The ginger elixirs are amazing, taste great and so good for you. I have been using the turmeric elixir has helped chronic pain that i have suffered from for years. The store has amazing tea selection and so many unique gifts ideas- their espresso salted caramels may be the best thing I have ever tasted!
Just ordered my first bottles. I make my own usually for chronic inflammatory issues. This will be very convenient. My sister brought some home and I really liked the flavor. Just like home made. Nice balanced flavor. Happy day. Can’t wait to try some new flavors. I make ginger lemon. New flavors will be nice.
Stop here. It was calling to me last time I visited and this time I finally did stop. Wonderful, carefully curated collection of local and international teas, artisanal food products (including canned scallops?), chocolates, soaps, lotion, and of course the main feature of their ginger elixirs. You can try any one and they are great for drinking when you are sick, marinades, in cocktails, etc. They pack a punch so be wary. Their tea bar has many options and they have fun trendy and delicious summer options like pea flower lemonade. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and I walked away happily spending over $50, including on beautifully smelling beeswax perfume.

While at a local craft fair, I bought a bottle of the classic lemon/honey. It was delicious. As someone with several autoimmune diseases, this is great for boosting my immune system. ImmuneSchein elixirs and teas are the best! While I love the Classic ginger elixir, I have tried a number of the flavors such as Ceylon Cinnamon and Elderberry and they are all excellent. I have not gotten to the new Tea Haus but am looking forward to visiting in the new year. A visit for a hot cup of tea and a little goody has always been a beautiful experience in theformer venues.

A good friend of mine recently sent me a gift selection of a a dozen or different 2.oz bottles of their finger extract mixed with different herbs and flowers to buoy my spirits and put some pep into my step, and I discovered the regenerative powers of ginger twice a day! I felt lighter on my feet than I had for awhile, and put in an order for myself. Then a couple of days later I spoke with a friend in California who was diagnosed with diverticulosis, and I sent them a similar gift assortment of different ImmuneSchein ginger extracts, as ginger is an excellent digestive agent, so ImmuneSchein has quickly become part of my daily health regimen.
I first tried the ginger elixir when I was given it, after a massage at the Emerson Spa. I loved it and had to find out more about it. It was sold at the general store next door where I often stopped to buy it. We moved about three years ago and I could not remember the name and was trying similar products here in South Carolina but nothing compared for me. I was happy to find you again after a google search and found I could order online! I am excited to try the elderberry as well as my old favorite!
First time I tried this product was at the Lincoln Center Arts & Crafts Festival this year. What a great find! I use these elixirs with my home cocktails and daily smoothies. I have the elixirs shipped to my home and my order is usually received within a couple of days. Excellent service and excellent product! I love the extra ginger, tumeric and cardamon. I rotate taking 2 shots every day and have never felt healthier or more energetic. I highly recommend!
Unique and wonderful products. I was not a tea drinker before but now drink a variety of their teas daily. I enjoy them instead of a snack or dessert and find them more satisfying. The Tea Haus is also a great place to visit and the owners are warm and terrific, just like their teas.

Amazing place, the owner was so nice and accommodating. She was very knowledgeable and we could have stayed all day trying the elixers. The unique chocolate selection was very cool and the tea was great. We will be back and for those of us in the Albany area they sell their stuff at Honest Weight.
These guys are amazing. Not only is their shop gorgeous, its full of fantastic ginger elixirs and is a sensory pleasure. The staff is full of knowledge and eager to share. I got the variety pack of elixirs and they even fixed me a free cup of hot ginger elderberry to head out on the road with as I was developing a cold. I cant recommend them enough!

The Elderberry Ginger Elixir has worked wonders for me!! I have taken it on a daily basis before bedtime for well over a year. I have NOT used any over the counter allergy medicine since I started this amazingly good and tasty elixir. I take about .30ml in a medicine cup every night. I must thank my son, who lives in Woodstock, for sending a gift box at Christmas a couple of years ago. I am a regular customer now! I live in Texas where the allergy issue is not pleasant. Not only are their products awesome, but their stellar customer service ranks up there with the best. The ginger elixir is my *go to* when I need an immune kick, but also when Im in the mood for a craft cocktail. So happy I discoverd ImmuneSchein at a local craft event.
I tasted several flavors of the ginger elixirs in small bottles from the local farmers market. I liked the elderberry and ordered the largest size bottle, also trying the cardamom and Ceylon cinnamon in small bottles. Ive just ordered all three in large bottles to be sure I dont run out too soon. You can put this elixir in anything; I like it in hot and cold beverages. Although I especially like it in hot water as a tea drink and in cold seltzer, it adds so much to anything that I even put it in ordinary room temp tap water!
I heard about their products from my daughter. While visiting her we went to the store/tasting room. The gentleman was very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. I used to visit this shop all of the time when I lived in NY. Even though this item was sold at mother earths food store, I still took the drive to this quaint village and adorable store. The elixirs always do the trick when I need to get my gut healthy, clear my skin & boost my immune system. Having an under active thyroid, the original & tumeric elixirs is a great natural support. I moved to FL about 3 years ago now and have been checking periodically to see if I can get this shipped to me. I am so thrilled that now I can! I bought a sample pack at an art festival. Ive been putting a tablespoon of elixir in a glass of water everyday. Im 71 and I feel great. Had all my blood test done and all are perfect. Blood pressure down too.I love this product.

My absolute favorite organic ginger elixir place ever!! I happened upon the Immuneschein products in 2018 almost by shear accident. I was delivering payroll downstate in Monticello NY for our construction workers who were onsite for a project. I took a wrong turn when I was about 20 miles away and ended up on a road that had a number of interesting little stores. I stopped at what seemed to be a veggie farm, but lo and behold during my excursion inside I came upon a bottle of Immuneschein ginger elixir. I was intrigued and decided to give it a shot. A couple of weeks later at home, I tried the ginger elixir and I was stunned at how good it was, and how it helped with my autoimmune disease (fibromyalgia). I was hooked! I quickly went online and found Immunschein in West Hurley NY, AND I could order online! I have been purchasing elixirs and teas since last year, and I couldnt be happier with the outstanding quality, customer service, fast shipping (and well packaged, nothing ever broken), and downright great tasting organic products! Ive been using the ginger elixirs for several years now. Almost every night, I treat myself to a splash of elixir in a whiskey glass with ice water or seltzer. Better than alcohol, because it doesnt leave me fuzzy and doesnt wake me in the night. Cant prove that they have kept me healthier, but I have had fewer colds and asthma attacks since I started taking them. If its a placebo effect, I dont care - it works and its tasty.

I wanted to start a ginger regimen to help with my heartburn, since I started using this product almost two months ago my heartburn has been SIGNIFICANTLY reduced, and I started feeling healthier and more energized after only a few days of taking one ounce per day. I have been using ImmunSchein Ginger Turmeric Elixir for many years now and it is a great product. I make Tea with it. I marinate my fish with the Elixir when I cook it. I add it to my salad. It is a great anti inflammatory.

Ive had the Tumeric ginger and Elderberry which are delicious. Just add it to water or seltzer, very refreshing. I just added more of the same plus the cinnamon, cant wait to try it.

2022-01-24Words cannot describe how much I love visiting this magical place! Not only do they have amazing products like their loose teas and their Ginger elixirs I also have a ton of other beautiful products including gift items and I love visiting there every single time. Their new building is large spacious and just enjoy to sit in and have a cup of tea. Employees are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and really take the time to explain the nuances of the products that they are selling. Love visiting this place and highly recommend it to all my friends

2021-12-28I have never been to the shop but I have purchased their drink mixes and really like them. I add the flavors to seltzers and plain water. I do not like sugared drinks but I find a little of these mixes goes a long way. I like the Classic Ginger the best.

2022-01-28I was first introduced to this amazing elixir at the Litchfield Garlic Festival years ago. The turmeric and ginger is my favorite! I drink it every day as a pick me up but mostly for the health benefits. I use it as a hot tea and as a great cold thirst quencher. However, it is also great mixed in a cocktail. I figure if you have to drink alcohol you might as well make it healthy! P.S. I am now loving the Schrolleez.

After trying many flavors, we decided to buy the variety pack and I will be ordering regularly. I put some in my seltzer bottle each morning and it really gives a kick start to the day!
