Please, yesterday Uber made the decision to close my account, because someone dissatisfied called and lied about me, I would like to have your help.

Take the 5 star class to be reactivated in Uber. Its free you have the opportunity to become a member of this union that represents taxi drivers in NYC. All very well but Uber reactivated my account after 6 days. I took the 5 stars class. I was deactivated from the uber platform for low rating, is free. You can apply for IDG membership. Its ok but Uber take 6 days to reactivate my account.
Beware of this place, is a SCAM !!! They offered free classes but it is a scam because in the end you have to sign up and pay a membership that in total cost around $ 500 (they will try to hook you up saying that you can pay in quotes) and in the end YOU PAY FOR THE CLASSES $ 500. !! The will offer you free legal services for your tickets, and they will tell you the you will be a part of the union but that is not truth because they couldnt help me and my friend with our tickets.NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS LIFE !!!WATCH OUT!!! This site is a scam, IDG the offers free classes but they actually charge you when you become a member. Membership to be part of the Union is $ 500 and they offer you to pay them in small installments and they tell you that they will help you with your tlc tickets but its a lie because they never solved my tickets and neither those of my friend.The Union is a lie! In the end you end up paying for the $ 500 classes because they never solve anything !!! Nothing is free!!!
I am an IDG member and will start to withdraw from the IDG union next month and apply to opt out now.

2019-02-26I took the 24 hour class with IDG and i passed the exam .They have many other FREE classes and programs .Free food and beverages！And lots more. Mr. Chen is one of the best instructors there. He actually knows his stuff and is very good at it. I appreciate it.

2021-02-22I was member for almost 3 years but when i needed help they tossed me around and wont even reply to my queries. Very rude and unprofessional. When i said i dont want to be a member, a lady named tina slammed the phone on me. During the pandemic NYTWA (another taxi union) was more helpful with resources and who actually fought for unemployment and won! Pls be aware anyone looking to join IDG!

2019-07-11I had a great time with this FREE 24hr course. They have free breakfast in the morning, coffee and fresh bagels. They are very good teaching and explaining all you need to know on the exam. i pass it the on my 1 try. I highly recommend this school to everyone!

2019-11-27Uber keep deactivating account without reason even don’t want to explain why deactivate or don’t try to give you selfdefense. It is so injustice 5 years partnership they end up within 5 seconds. They don’t give you any warning, they just want to reduce partner. You should arrange a protest against them

And they have some of the best instructors too. Free food! And lots more. MARK is one of the best instructors there. He actually knows his stuff and is very good at it. 2018-11-18Flexible 24hr courses available . The location is on a industrial area and its very deceiving. But the buildings interior is lovely, as well as the staff at IDG and the instructors are awesome. They truly help you and show you the ropes to becoming a successful TLC driver.

2017-08-06Excellent, informative, and beneficial with free food with and open invite for kids. This is a Gem for all active drivers. Its unfortunate that many are unaware and some have just ignored the benefits that we can get by just signing up with them and its easy as 123. They r up to date with everything and they are our strong voice that speaks for us when it comes to passing bills, lobbying, and regulations. We must join IDG!
