We used IndyFASO for our wedding at the Prospect Park Boathouse and were so happy with our choice. Neither my husband or I are particularly knowledgeable about florals and felt lucky to have our event in Indias capable hands. She understood right away the sort of vibe we were looking for, and was able to translate our vague ideas into a beautiful reality. She made us feel totally at ease at every step of the planning process, and on the day of, she and Michael delivered stunning florals to the venue. We had so many compliments on the flowers––from the table arrangements, to our floral arch, to the corsages and hairpieces used by our wedding party. IndyFASO really made our event shine. Planning a wedding can be stressful if you don’t have the right vendors to work with. Luckily, the vendors that I chose were all personable, small business owners who listened to my vision and delivered. India was definitely one of the vendors that lifted a weight off my shoulders when it came to planning the floral aspect of my wedding. When it came to choosing flowers, I had a vision for what I wanted and believed that India would deliver after seeing her work on social media. We met one day where we ran through a list of questions she had in order to get a clear understanding of my wish list. I still remember describing the feelings I wanted to evoke with my bouquet: whimsical, elegant, and wild. India is a true artist. She knows how to take those words and use the colors and textures of flowers to create the feeling. I went in to that meeting with an idea of what I’d want, but she elevated it to a point that really matched my personality and the venue. I can’t describe the elation I had when I arrived at my wedding venue to see the display of flowers that India had set up. My bouquet was absolutely breathtaking as were all the other elements that I had asked for (from the boutonnieres to the simple yet beautiful bud vases). Working with IndyFaso was an absolute dream. They listened to us, perfectly executed our vision, and followed through every step of the way with kindness, clarity, and ease. They were as professional as it gets, but it felt like we were working with good friends--they were unflappable and sweet and truly a delight to work with, and they somehow made it all feel fun. I cannot recommend IndyFaso enough. From Day 1 India was helpful, encouraging, open to ideas and suggestions and brilliant at guiding and collaborating with a flower novice like myself to make the best decisions within our budget. After a crazy year of ifs and maybes, we decided to cancel our original plans at a venue and get married at home. They supported us and rolled with the punches through all the different scenarios, offering their support and help along the way as well as some delightful humour! As we ended up with no venue, we decided to decorate our apartment instead and India made some incredible Christmas wreaths that looked amazing and made our Covid Christmas at home considerably brighter. Our personal flowers were gorgeous, brightened our day and look absolutely amazing in our photos. On the first call with India, she immediately understood what I was looking for and executed it to a tee. I asked for bright colors for a fall wedding (no russet tones here) and she found beautiful flowers and vines that were both in season and colorful.When our guest list shrank at the last minute due to Covid, she was super flexible about reallocating funds from tablescapes to bud vases and a more voluminous ceremony arch.
Unbelievably talented signmaker and extremely responsive/organized vendor to work with. Followed a sketch for several large format chalk signs we wanted for our wedding, while putting their own style on it.Finally, the quote process was really refreshing. India came up with creative ways to reach our budget.
I absolutely LOVED working with India on the floral arrangements for my wedding. From our first meeting to the day of, she was a pleasure to work with and she created arrangements that were even more beautiful than I was imagining. We did end up going over our floral budget, but that was mostly my own fault and India was upfront about the costs of the specific flowers and arrangements I was looking for and offered cost-saving suggestions along the way. Would absolutely recommend working with her for your wedding or event. She also does hand-lettering and created a beautiful welcome sign for us that we got tons of compliments on that night.
My husband and I had a small wedding, city hall + intimate dinner of 30 people. It was challenging to find a florist that would be willing to put in the level attention and skill that we wanted into such a small order. And then we met India and Michael. They didnt care that our order was small, they asked all the right questions and really cared about bringing our vision to life (and just because a wedding is small, doesnt mean theres no vision). And the end product was unbelievable. The bouquets and table settings were the most beautiful wedding flowers Id ever seen (truly). Unique, colorful, bursting with personality and elegance at the same time. I regret not preserving my bouquet. India and Michael were also flexible, accommodating to our shifting plans throughout the planning process. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks again!!
India is both talented and a pleasure to work with. I booked her very last minute (just a couple weeks before my wedding!), but this rush did not phase her. She takes the time to really understand your vision, and seamlessly fills in any gaps with impressive attention to detail. I didnt know exactly what I was looking for, but somehow India did! Our modest budget went a long way under Indias guidance, and we were very thankful for her creative solutions like potted plants and a fabric back-drop for the alter. We received so many compliments on the flower arrangements and would work with IndyFaso again without hesitation.Oh, and she does hand lettering too!! Our seating chart in particular was truly amazing. Great to have one vendor who can play multiple roles.

I met India at a wedding fair in Brooklyn I randomly decided to attend and immediately clicked with her aesthetic. My fiance and I then set up an appointment with her and spent over an hour going over every floral detail for the wedding and reception. India was very helpful in describing how everything would look and what our different options could be for each piece. She made sure that we didnt overlook any aspect of the florals and decorations. I knew wed made the right choice when we asked her if she could make a collar out of flowers for our dog and she was genuinely overjoyed and excited about the task. During the weeks and months prior to the wedding, India was always quick to respond when we had questions regarding pricing and final headcount. When I walked into the bridal suite and saw the bouquets, I was taken aback by how perfectly what we had discussed had come to fruition. All of the flowers used were beautiful and unique. I could not be happier with IndyFasos services and floral pieces.
After hunting around and checking in with different florists, we chose to work with India at IndyFaso because she really made the process as easy as possible for us and she has the coolest arrangement we’ve ever seen. We had our wedding on a farm, so we knew we wanted to keep things somewhat simple and we wanted them match the farm aesthetic (wild, colorful arrangements).We spoke with India about what we were looking for and she was able to quickly put together a mood board of different flowers and arrangement. We also talked through what pieces we were looking for (bouquet, boutonnieres, table arrangements, bar, etc.) and she put together an a la cart option for us with all the pricing. This made it really easy for us to better understand the different costs of items and how we could prioritize items to fit in our budget.Throughout the process, we were able to keep tweaking our order with India. She made some really great suggestions (replacing some of the arrangements with plants instead of flowers) to help us stay within budget. When we were looking around for poles to hold a cloth up over us during the ceremony (the traditional Jewish chuppah), she had some that we could rent. When we wanted to add a lasso ceremony (a Mexican tradition), India was able to easily add the most beautiful floral lasso.On the day of the wedding, India came to help make sure that all the boutonnieres got attached, that the chuppah was setup, and that all the arrangements looked fresh and ready. India also helped ensure that there was a good clean up plan in place so that all the plants weren’t just thrown away and the vases could be reused.Thank you so much India! India made my wedding come alive with her breathtaking arrangements and bouquets! If you want your flowers to look fresh and natural, India is the person to go to. I got married this past June, and she took all the ideas I had for my flowers and made them better. She provided suggestions when needed, and recommended flowers that were best for the season. I received multiple comments on how beautiful all the flowers were that night. They held up all day, and looked as if she had just picked them. Some people worry about their florist, and if they will be done and arrive on time to finish. India is one florist you will not have to worry about. I would recommend her to anyone.
India did the flowers for our wedding just this past weekend and they were absolutely gorgeous! We got married in a Chinese restaurant and I wanted soft colors and something a bit modern to go with the other decor. India helped me to figure out some great ideas and found some pictures online of approximately what we would go for. She then really made it her own using all of the colors and ideas that we had spoken about, and the flowers looked great in the space. I was so in love with the flowers and was so sad I couldnt take them all home! I think my favorite had to be the large arrangements that were placed in front of our chuppah - they were absolutely gorgeous and I cannot wait to see all the pictures. My bouquet was also amazing - lots of different unique blooms - and the centerpieces were creative and beautiful. Definitely use India! She is also very easy to work with as she uses googledocs - it gives you a lot of freedom to communicate about specific parts of her proposal.

India was the perfect florist for our 200-person outdoor wedding at a private home on Long Island. Without ever visiting the venue, she single-handedly created all the arrangements (tall, short, long), bouquets, Chuppah, boutonnieres, etc. herself, and with the help of her husband, did all the setup on the day of the wedding. She nailed the look we were going for -- semi-formal, natural, whimsical, garden party-esque -- with a beautiful combination of flowers, buds, grasses and berries, as well as different types of vases, including vintage gold vessels which she sourced at my request. Prior to the wedding, India and I communicated by email, phone and Google Doc about what our needs were in terms of number of floral pieces, sizes, pricing, variety, etc. She was very flexible, even when I repeatedly changed my mind. I also love that India sources her flowers from local, sustainable farms, which certainly is not the case with all florists. Lastly, India designed a few handmade signs for us, including a 7-arrow wooden post, which matched the outdoorsy, elegant style we were looking for. I would definitely recommend India for your next event! Shes talented, kind and wonderful to work with!

India is an amazing florist. I had a relatively small wedding of 75 people and a small budget of about $3,000. Not only was she so open and flexible with my budget (unlike other florists in NYC) but she was also amazing with her florals. Her arrangements were lush and colorful and exceeded all of my expectations. India innately got my vision and what I liked without any real guidance from me and that was a huge life and time saver! I was so happy with all of her arrangements and even my guests could not stop talking about them.India is truly an artist and I cant wait to have another event so I can use her services again!
It was a pleasure to work with IndyFaso for my wedding in March 2018. India was extremely helpful, insightful, and responsive as she helped me to figure out a flower order that suited my budget and my venue. She was also very friendly and flexible about changes to the order leading up to the event. My fiancé picked up our flowers from IndyFasos studio on the day of the wedding, and the pickup was a breeze. Most importantly, the floral designs were absolutely beautiful. I couldnt have been happier with them, and I received many compliments from both vendors and guests on all elements of our order: the bouquet, boutonnieres, entrance arrangement, and bud vases that we used for both the ceremony and the reception. I can’t give IndyFaso enough stars. India is so profoundly professional, flexible, and knowledgeable in her field. I had a specific look in my head of how I wanted my flowers to be, and India went above and beyond. I only wanted bouquets of yellow, green, and white wildflowers and she never gave me a hard time about it; she just got creative and designed the most beautiful bouquets, boutonniere for my husband, and wrist cuffs for our mothers. My photographer was raving about how gorgeous the flowers were---he said that he sees tons of bouquets and felt these were very unique and well made. I will post photos when I get the photos back from my photographer---they were so beautiful! I really recommend IndyFaso for any flower needs.

She is absolutely fabulous at understanding your concept and made it affordable too!My fiancee and I recently had our wedding at Bergn and she was wonderful at meeting with us and making sure she considered both of our opinions on flowers! She helped us decide what flowers would match our theme and then we selected back up flowers in case of any mishaps. Since lavender wasnt an option (Spring set them back a little) she used other flowers we liked and hit our wedding theme perfectly!I will continue to spread the word of how amazing she was to me, my family, and all of my floral considerations!
We used India for our 75 person cocktail style wedding in lower Manhattan. We had an Art-Deco motif and were looking for arrangements that were a bit more edgy then traditional wedding flowers. She did a wonderful job – most especially with my bouquet. She incorporated some really exotic flowers (proteas/lotus pods/succulents) with some really beautiful quail feathers. I absolutely loved it and received many, many compliments on it. She worked with us on our budget and offered up great alternatives to the more out of season and expensive flowers. I would highly recommend using her for your wedding. She was professional and was very timely on the day of our wedding.
I am honestly OBSESSED with the IndyFaso!!!! India is on of the most the sweetest and nicest people in the world but beyond that her talent is unmatched. India really worked hard to bring our vision for our wedding to life. The addition of the flower arrangements that she created really brought a whimsical and magical feel to the very industrial venue we used for both the ceremony and reception, it was PERFECT. My husband and I are trying to figure out how we can use her services in the near future since we are so thrilled with the quality of work that we received. Honestly, we just love her (Im secretly trying to become her new BFF). Please do yourself a favor and hire her, you will not be disappointed.
Flying India and her team to Texas for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! The 4-foot altarpiece bouquets took my breath away. They felt more me than any pin-board I could have sent her. I dont know how she translated the summery bouquet photos I emailed her into a winter-wedding-spectacle that inspired comments of admiration from all of our guests. And she stayed within our tight budget! She and her team are miracle workers.

India has the patience of a saint! I had no idea how much fresh flowers cost and she gently and kindly answered all my (stupid, annoying) questions over many months leading up to my wedding, resulting in a floral design & execution that was nothing short of spectacular.I will say I think she undersells her talent a bit. I had a vision in my head of what I was hoping for, but nothing prepared me for the overwhelm I experienced when I saw the magic she created for my special day. A wave of balmy fragrance washed over me as I walked into the room. The mantles and tables were overflowing with gorgeous seasonal blooms. The volume and proportions of the arrangements created a luxurious and festive mood. One guest described the effect perfectly: effervescence.India is not afraid of smaller budgets, and this sets her apart from many florists. She worked with me to transport & re-use my florals throughout all three of my wedding events (rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception). Her labor rates are very reasonable which made this feasible. For example: flowers wrapped around the ceremony tree were later draped over the sweetheart table at the reception. Vases used on mantles during the rehearsal dinner were re-used the next day to flank the ceremony aisle and then moved again to rehearsal dinner centerpieces.Her wearable pieces - the bouquet, hair clip, and boutineer were intricately detailed and so beautiful. I had never thought of these items as art or jewelry until I saw them in person on my wedding day! India even provided flower buckets so my bridesmaids could make DIY flower crowns on the day-of, another money saving but fun activity.Throughout the weekend she pulled off everything seamlessly according to the timeline we had agreed on. There were no hiccups, even though the demanding schedule left her very limited windows of time to work in.I HIGHLY recommend Indias work - shell go above and beyond to take care of you, just like she did for me.
IndyFASO is an exotic combination of creative conceptualization and incredible design. Im the Creative Director of a Design and Planning studio, and loved collaborating on a project together. 2022-01-16India and her team are absolutely amazing. Not only is the end result STUNNING, but the entire process up until our wedding day was seamless. India worked really hard to understand our vision (not only once, but twice since we had to reschedule due to COVID and completely pivot our original idea), meeting with us and creating the most beautiful mood board for our day. She is warm, kind and so creative.We ended up having a smaller wedding at our family home in Connecticut and India and her team set everything up beautifully. The table arrangements, the smaller vases throughout the house in the most perfect locations, and the beautiful flower arch that we got married under were all breath taking.Indias attention to detail is unmatched.

2021-11-09India and Michael were absolutely amazing and are so passionate about what they do. You can tell how much time and effort they put into each aspect of the project at hand. We had our wedding in late October 2021. We were originally supposed to have it a year earlier, but had to postpone it, and yet, India was dedicated the entire time to making sure we had the right type of floral arrangements, the perfect look for a fall wedding, locally sourced flowers that made our wedding day unique and special, and ultimately a wedding day that was crafted professionally, punctually and with the utmost care and consideration. We couldn’t have asked for a better florist. India truly knows how to bring out the best of a space and is both creative and practical when it comes to her floral selections. Not to mention, she really knew how to pull out our random thoughts and concerns and address them with grace! As a result, we had the most stunning wedding!

2022-01-12We met the IndyFASO team pre-covid at a wedding event. We really loved their style and they were so personable. Our venue needed EVERYTHING brought in to it to make sure it looked like a proper wedding. So we really leaned on them to make sure the space looked like a modern wedding. They 100% nailed it. The florals were stunning and the space felt so warm and beautiful. A few spaces where they really went above and beyond for us... We had a live band at the end of the night. We told them we needed something to mask the instruments, as they were behind the area we were being married. We needed them to blend in. India had a vision and we totally trusted her to make it happen. She absolutely nailed it. Also, we had asked for flowers to decorate the brides boots that she was wearing post ceremony. And again, they really came through and made them exactly as she had pictured. We couldnt recommend IndyFASO enough.

2021-11-08IndyFaso did my wedding flowers and I LOVED them!!!! India was a pleasure to work with - we did a call to talk through my vision for the floral arrangements and from there she ran with it. The event was in September and she recommended that we focus on Dahlias. I loved that she values what is seasonally appropriate and that she sources locally. I still have people reaching out to me telling me that our flowers were the prettiest they had ever seen at a wedding.

2021-11-26IndyFaso provides dream flowers. I am so happy I got to work with India for my wedding. The flowers were gorgeous top to bottom!I love my bouquet. And, I loved the bud vases. And the boutonnières. I’m also so glad I ordered some greens and grasses bud vases and some greens and flowers. Each bud vase was beautiful and unique and so many wedding guests commented that they’d never seen anything like them.In our first conversation, I came to India with only a single flower that I could name that I liked (blue thistle) and the brief that I wanted it to be kind of fall. She built on my vision and worked within my budget. It was a pleasure working with her and I loved everything about all the florals.

2021-03-16I reached out to IndyFaso a few days after NYC went on pause, not knowing that life as we know it would never be the same. Our original guest count was 120 ppl. India and I worked together to create a floral proposal that was everything my husband and I wanted but within our budget. A few months later, we were in the middle of a pandemic and the city was still on lock down. We decided not to postpone our November wedding, but that we would have whatever number of guests were allowed at the time.India and I were in constant communication as we got closer the big day. India was very patient with me throughout all the changes and last-minute additions and subtractions. What I appreciated the most is that when it was time to make a decision on something, India always gave me multiple options. She gave me her professional opinion on what she thought worked best but always encouraged me to go with what I wanted. The majority of the time I went with her suggestion because I trusted her.Fast forward to the wedding day...our floral décor was more than I could have ever imagined. Our wedding took place at the Greenpoint Loft and I loved how the floral arrangements felt really natural to the space. It felt like I walked into an enchanted Forrest. It was absolutely beautiful. I could not have asked for a better team (Michael and India). We had a non-traditional, gothy aesthetic for our fall event that may have been out of the comfort zone for many florists, but they fully embraced it with a mix of deep reds and purples that wowed both us and our guests. After our initial meeting and discussion of our values and ideas, India came back with a set of gorgeous options for us to choose from that expertly matched our intentions and stayed within our budget. On the day of, we were blown away by how beautiful everything was and how perfectly the florals tied everything else together. It was so great to work with a team of creative, talented, and just plain cool people like India and Michael. If we were going to get married again, we wouldn’t hesitate to call them first.

India worked with us closely to provide detailed photos, multiple brainstorming sessions, and an additional brilliant vision for the incorporation of candles as statement pieces. Overall, when we arrived to the venue, we were completely blown away by the transformation of the space with the help of IndyFaso.
