Fair pricing and huge selection of games!
Place is great. Went in and they repaired my XBOX today in just a few minutes. Literally wouldnt turn on, and they had the problem diagnosed and I was on my way with a fixed system. They, like everybody are short on last generation gaming systems, but Covid sucks.
Very friendly, and so many options in regards to games for almost every console. The guy at the time was fixing a controller (playstation I think) and was very quick, I am assuming he has experience with fixing them
Probably my favorite place to shop for games.I love modern games but Im also a HUGE fan of retro games and this store is filled to the brim with them. The staff are super nice and helpful, Ive never had a single bad encounter with any of them, and since I shop here so much they all know me.One thing to bear in mind about shopping here is if you decide to return anything you bought here you will not get a cash back refund, but instead in store credit. Doesnt really bother me but its something to bear in mind if thats something of concern.And while the store looks nice, it is a bit messy but with all the games overflowing thats probably something to be expected.Overall, this is my GO TO place when Im in the mood to buy games, retro games in particular. I look forward to returning:)
Yes. Amazing shop, great community feel, they seem willing to talk shop about games or pop culture in general. Quickly becoming one of my favorite stores in all of the north country. For me the prices are fair for what Ive purchased. Also I think one of the owners gave me a free Hydra arcade cabinet that works so five+ stars
If youre into retro gaming or even modern day gaming, then Infinite Lifes is the place to go. This is a fairly small store with very limited parking. But, with all the retro gaming to take you back on a trip down memory lane why would any one care. This store at times are packed with rare gems to marvel at but, dont hesitate to purchase them or you just might regret it as items tend to fall in the all to normal cliché of.. Here today Gone tomorrow!!!
Amazing place for the gamer of any level. Hardcore to novice. They have a great selection and decent prices. They have a good option to where they will actually track a game down for you if they can. Also a great group. Id spend half an hour sometimes just chatting with staff about games.
I bought a retron 5 consol from infinitelives which came defective in the box (assembly error) and even though they have signs against cash returns they spent their time trying to fix it and still gave me my money back. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and will be back
Brought in about 100$ of games and they wouldn’t offer more than 40$, then after denying the offer he picks up the games and slams the bottom sega genesis game on his counter which could have damaged it. I do not recommend going here - very unprofessional.
I do business on occasion with these guys Good Educated guys. I just bought a Classiq N HD from them Got it home it wont work on one tv and tried it on my other tv we get sound and the pixels are horrible So I call them I told him and also said I dont have the receipt he was so cool to say dont worryand printed me out another. I just have one problem after I got the stuff and paid for it I look at receipt it says no cash Refunds I dont like that at all because if I get this other one home and it dont work Id just like my money back. Which he hasnt flat out told me I couldnt but Im just saying
Turned in my PS3, games, and accessories for a PS4, games, and accessories. I was gonna request my trade-ins for in-store credit, and when they told me the amount I had for in-store credit, I was impressed. They offered around $150. I spent $100 for a PS4 that was $250. That PS4 works like it was brand new. No problems at all, whatsoever.
Infinite Lives is a little gem of a game store. You can find everything both old and new. Friendly employer and employees, excellent bargain prices along with a knowledgable staff. I alwaysleave there happy.
Great little store, I was actually reffered here by a gamestop employee. I wasnt expecting much but when we got there, wow I was impressed. If you need a console, a game, or an accessory.... they either have it or will do what they can to get it for you. Everything from original Nintendos and Ataris all the way to the current consoles. Give them a shot and see what cool things you can find around the store.
This game store is awesome, easily over a couple thousand PS2 games, hundreds of PS1, xbox original, xbox 360, PS4 and xbox one games. Also a bunch of NES, SNES, N64 and more games. Best one Ive been too before. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are great and fair.
Great Venue for modern and retro videogames, Its an essential location If you are in any way obsessed with gaming, The staff is extremely knowledgeable and Ready to answer any questions you may have. They also offer system repair and modifications, unlike gamestop, the store doesnt feel streamlined. Its a good local destination with a down to earth staff.
Shop keeper and his employees are fantastic great atmosphere they love to crack jokes with you and are flat out honest with you they wont beat around the bush or try to give you the run around i only regret that i cant go there more often
Brilliant staff, with an incredible work ethic. With a very short turn-around from landing in NY and then returning to Europe, the staff diligently fixed my problem in less than 24hrs. An absolute nobrainer when it comes to computer, gaming, electronics and console repairs.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I have made multiple purchases and was surprised to find all of the items I bought were priced better in the store than I could find anywhere online. Excellent selection as well. I will definitely return, and would recommend to others.
This is where I come to find presents for my brother now. He absolutely loves this store. I have only had to return one game here because it wouldnt work, but it went smooth and they replaced it. This store beats Gamestop in the mall. Come here and support local.
We took our XBox 360 here for a repair and they were able to fix it the same day. Great customer service and the price was reasonable too. Will definitely be coming back.
Mediocre customer service. Not even a hello when you enter the shop. Seems like your annoying them by asking any questions. Will never enter the shop again if the guy named Rueben is working. Such a rude individual.
Rude AF, the dude behind the counter with glasses was very weird. great selection...place need to look a little more professional. Needs cleaning. Prices are too high or fair. Will go back because it is the only place that this town has for old games.
Drove their almost 40 miles found about ten games put them on the counter for price checks n they thought i was ready to buy all games for top dollar $ i can get these on the internet way cheaper but dummy me buys all of them for like 180$ at most it should been 120$ so yeah very high prices on your time n gas too so ill buy online with way better prices !!! Get real
If you were from the 70s or 80s, I know youll love this place. They even have multiple MaxPads for the Nintendo. Nobody ever has those. As of the date of this post, its buy 2 get 1 free, so hurry up!
Its a nice little store, absolutely filled with games. More modern games and consoles like PS3 and Wii, but older ones too. Like Atari and Sega Genesis. Lots of collectables, figures, etc. Love it!

Kinda like a local game stop and if u live around they have coupons in the coupon America booklets in the mail one of em being a free disk cleaning which has came in handy more than once

Tried buying two games, and of course they have to locate them first in the files. They failed to come up with both, we were slightly disappointed handing over the empty cases. On the other hand, they have a sweet selection. Just hope that they can find the game if you find one you like.
Brought my PS3 here to get a hard drive installed and got a call two days later telling me the ps3 isn’t receiving power which is weird since I had turned it on 5 minutes before leaving my house to bring it there but they have no idea what happened to it they just keep saying “I DONT KNOW” and now that I have it home and have had the chance to look at it I found that it has a crack in the front left side that was not there before so of course I called and asked if they know how this happened and I got told that they keep it on the floor and that they have no idea how it happened or in their words “I don’t know” because apparently that’s all they know how to say is they don’t know! I’m beyond angry and will be contacting a lawyer I have 3 witnesses that will agree it turned on the same day I brought it there and didn’t have any cracks or anything like that. EDIT: They made it right and I’m very grateful!

I love this place, they give real deals on videogames and I never feel screwed over when I sell them something. Also their return policy is way better than GameStop.

Had a ps4 fixed for power supply had no problem then all of a sudden safe mode and telling me I have no storage and keeps restarting the ps4.
My husband and I stopped by on a whim during a long road trip. Very kind and knowledgable staff. Reasonable prices! We hope to have an opportunity to go there again!

Friendly knowledgeable staff took the time and had friendly chat about various games.
Got kicked out permanently for making a huge mess when me and my friend did was look at skylanders and play the arcade machines, yes we did drop a skylander once or twice but I picked them up and put it back where it belonged, also when we left there was 0 skylanders on the ground and nothing wrong with the arcade machines. Also I noticed there was two price stickers on something so I took the wrong one off and put it on the right one and an employee falsely excused for stealing. So my point is that infinite lives is a very biased store and I dont recommend.

2022-08-21I love this new location! Plenty of space to move around and the selection of old school games is plenty as well! I found a Space Jam PS1 game here and it was on very good condition! Customer service is really friendly and nice as well! Will definitely be back!

2022-04-17Came here to get hubbys switch controller fixed but hubby didnt want to wait 2 weeks for repairs(they charge $25 for controller repair) so he just bought a used controller lol and it was $35! Not too bad! Owner is very nice & knowledgeable and they have a great selection of games, controllers, devices etc. Great local video game store! Highly recommend!

2022-03-27We found this place while looking for a new place to get games besides GameStop. And we are in love with it!! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They offer all kinds of games. We have an Xbox 360 that at times we can’t find controllers, wiring or new used games. And this place has it all!! Lots of retro games and consoles!! Our new favorite gaming store!!

2022-05-10I accidentally dropped my husband’s super fancy $250 Elite Series 2 Xbox controller and the joystick stopped working. I called two places that refused to work on it and I was feeling super discouraged. My husband is a huge video game lover and we weren’t going to drop a bunch of money on a new one. I called Infinite Lives and they acted like it would be no problem to fix so I dropped it off. And they fixed it!! It’s perfect again!! So glad I found this place and highly recommend! Friendly, capable staff that obviously know exactly what they are doing.

2022-01-16This place is the best! It can be a bit chaotic at times, but overall it’s great. I went in there with a list of items I needed and sure enough they had all of it. Even a switch lite while every other store around was sold out. Whether you’re trying to complete a collection, grab a fun game or two, or even just browse around.. this place won’t disappoint.

2021-07-09Walking into the doors of this place is like walking into Santas workshop! Soon as you walk in you see Rose upon Rose upon Rose of vintage game systems and vintage games. The staff here is extremely helpful and very friendly and knowledgeable. They do have a slight parking issue but otherwise I would rate this as the only place I would ever spend my money for used games or systems.

2021-08-05Worst place to go by far. I bought a ps4 controller from this store. Guy at the counter proceeded to say it was fine and in mint condition they just got it in prior that day and cleaned it up. Bought the controller and the right analog stick kept turning the character to the right. I took it back in with mt receipt and they worked on the controller free of charge. Mind you while working on this controller, they proceeded to be very one minded and rude as I was trying to ask questions. Long story short my controller STILL DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY after maintenance on it. I rate this place zero stars. Not getting my business again.
