We have been without a working washing machings at colon plaza for months and they havent checked to send someone to fix it. we cant even wash our clothes in HOT WATER. they are the worst company ever. the staff are very unprofessional and rude when you call to complain. 55 apartments and 2 working machines this is ridiculous. I can have Bed Bugs and wont be able to wash my clothes in HOT WATER like they say because the machines dont allow for HOT WATER. POOR SERVICE.

TERRIBLE WE HAVE HAD NO HOT WATER SINCE FRIDAY AND TODAY IS SUNDAY AND STILL NO HOT WATER. DO WE NEED TO CALL THE MEDIA? IVE CALLED 2 NUMBERS ON THEIR OFFICE ANSWERING SERVICE AND THE GUARD IS RUDE AND SAID WE CANT DO NOTHING AND THE OTHER NUMBER NO ONE ANSWERS STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. WHY HAVE A EMERGENCY NUMBER IF NO ONE IS GOING TO RESPOND. THEY HAVE RUDE STAFF WORKING ESPECIALLY THIS FRANCINE PERSON. WE DONT EVEN KNOW WHO WORKS IN THEIR OFFICE THEY NEVER HAVE MEETINGS WITH US AT COLON PLAZA. DONT RENT FROM THEM. WE NEED TO FIGHT FOR A NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

Family owned business, huge renovation of senior building infrastructure inside and out. The business has good intentions and the staff are great. No complaints from seniors.
