2019-09-08Because of the rantings we chose this company. We made arrangements the night before to have a cab at 7 am Sunday. I had spoken with Joshua and it was set. Normally, a cab shows up 5 minutes early to make sure. We were outside at 6:55 in order not to make him wait. We began to worry at 7:10 when cab was no place to be seen. I called and it went to voice mail. I called again and Joshua picked up and told me he is running a little late. By 7:15 I called back and left a message that if he isnt here soon we will call someone else. I left my cell number since we were outside and the house was locked. We get a call on our home phone. My husband had to run and unlock the garage to get the phone. Then my cell rang. He is around the corner. The cab arrived 25 minutes late from the requested time. The driver, Joe , was very nice. The car needed a little cleanidng...I had to wipe off crumbs and a wrapper before sitting. The trunk wouldnt shut and my husband tried to fix it so that it would. Lose screw. Joe drove very well and helped us with our luggage into the RRStationIf we had not planned way ahead we may have had a lot more problems than we had. Just the worry was enough for both of us. 2021-02-20Every time I personally have used them I have no complaints they are normally not to far off from the time they say they will be there most times they show up before the time they gave me if you choose to be quiet they do not disturb you if you choose to be talkative all the drivers I have met enjoy a good conversation all round a good taxi company to the best of my knowledge

2018-05-04Used instacab to go from macarthur airport to mastic they was cheaper than the apps and the other places I called. Extremely clean car and very nice driver. Will definitely be using again.

2018-07-30Scheduled a pickup so I could get to the train station for work since my car died and nobody showed up. Tried calling 5 times to see if someone was coming and no answer. Wish I could give zero stars because no job was done.

2019-10-18I called for a cab that was supposed to be here 20 minutes ago it’s been 30min and i see no cab. I called and was hung up on. I won’t be calling them ever again
