Wonderful experience from check in to check out. Very easy patient enrollment process with slick iPad interface followed by extremely professional and informative appointment. Through examination from very friendly team. Seems strange to say it but already looking forward to my next dentist appointment
I have been to a lot of dentists and I have to say Dr. Cafarella is by far the best dentist Ive seen. He has an excellent chairside manner and was not only thorough but gentle. For someone with mild dental anxiety I can say I felt very relaxed throughout my long appointments; I had a full mouth of cosmetic work done and it looks amazing and so natural. Another plus was that he worked hand in hand with his lab technician to get the shade and shape of the teeth just right. He is by far the best cosmetic dentist in the city. I am fully confident I have found my forever dentist.

Beautiful facilities with a high level of care. Extremely thorough evaluation and cleaning. Engaging and kind staff. Dr. Cafarella takes his time and explains things clearly, as does the staff.

2022-07-18I highly recommend coming in to see Bishoy. Ive never had my teeth cleaned so thoroughly and, just as importantly, so carefully. Bishoy is a consummate healthcare provider, kind, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable!

2021-12-17Dr. Cafarella was terrific. I needed to have a tooth extracted and all went smoothly. No pain at all throughout the procedure. He kept me informed as things progressed. Overall a good experience.

2021-05-18I love the two dentists I got to work with. I would give them both 5 STARS!!! Im only giving 3 because I wasnt too happy with the phone service or front desk personnel. I wish they were friendlier (less robotic). They are the first thing people see when they walk into the office. Their demeanor should be more nurturing.I called once about a bill and she didnt get back to me for three weeks. I had to call her. The second time I spoke to someone different. She didnt get back to me either. The third time, I THANKFULLY spoke to someone named Brittney. She was the saving grace for me.I was truly ready to take my business elsewhere but wanted to follow through with a procedure that was started by my original dentist before he left NY due to the pandemic and family obligations.If you want great dentist, I would recommend them 100%, but hopefully the phone/desk receptionist wont put you off before doing so.

2020-12-10The staff was friendly, polite and took all the safety coved-19 precautions. The office is very clean. Dr. Hassan who performed the work was polite, friendly, confident an out me at ease although it was the first time she was seeing me. She did the filling work nicely and without discomfort. Equally important she answered at length any questions I had. A great visor!

2021-03-26You should go to this dentist.Everyone there was super friendly, helpful, etc.; office was nice (and theyre renovating so should be even nicer soon); and Dr Hassan is curious, knowledgable, and really good at sharing her knowledge. I learned stuff. Cant vouch for the other dentists there other than to say they seemed cool.Looking forward to my next visit!

2020-02-13Dr. Mike performed a complicated extraction and implant and couldn’t have done a better job. The whole process was pain free with minimal bleeding and I couldn’t be happier with his services. Definitely one of the best dentists on the upper east side. The office staff were always so welcoming and prompt in responding to any inquiries that I have throughout the whole process. I am a senior citizen and they never failed to put me at ease with their knowledge and friendly demeanors. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

If you want serious professional people doing their job right, you want this group !From day one I have been treated impeccably and given information to heal my teeth and gums. These people are the real deal. When you get with the right practitioner, it’s just maintenance going forward. Do yourself a favor and go here !
