This company is great. They replaced my A/C and heating system 6 or 7 years ago and have done the service since. Today they replaced my hot water heater, everything went smoothly as always. Dean was awesome and Bill, the owner is is a great guy, dependable and fair. Highly recommended !! Thanks again guys👍
I called Integrity to come out and perform system maintenance at my home. They made my appointment and stayed in contact the day of to make sure I was notified prior to arrival. We had a slight disagreement with the work that was performed but Billy Jr was able to come to and agreement where we were both happy. If your in need of an HVAC company I would say they are reliable and communitive and willing to work with you.
Same day service & on time. Technician was very respectful & explained everything. He was honest & gave options . He didn’t have the needed part, but got it & the job was completed on the same day. I would definitely use them again.

Great response time - even on a snowy holiday. I left a voicemail ~8AM and they were here by 9:30. Although the issue I called about could not be duplicated while Billy was on-site, he did a full diagnostic of my air condenser to make sure everything looked OK. He made recommendations on what could be replaced as a preventative measure without pressuring anything to be done immediately. He explained how the unit was supposed to work as he was testing everything and was able to provide information about the unit I did not know previously. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable of the type of system I have and its equipment. Very happy with them.

Our central AC suddenly stopped working on Memorial Day Weekend and we were referred to integrity by one of our neighbors. They were very nice and professional on the phone. They offered to come out over the weekend but we said we could wait until the day after the holiday. They were on time, very professional, honest and reasonably priced. We will definitely continue to use them for regular maintenance.
The service representative, Billy Dean, has always been polite, cordial and most importantly, KNOWLEDGABLE on all visits regarding aspects of our HVAC system. He provides thoroughness to his inspection and offers choices to our alternatives for maintenance.

Billy from Integrity (Father and Son) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very kind and courteous and up front. They showed up within the time frame given and diagnosed and fixed the A/C issue very quickly. Billy then performed a complete diagnostic on my system to make sure that there were no other issues and none were found. The cost for the call and service was very reasonable. I would definitely use Integrity again and highly recommend them!

We think you would be hard pressed to find a more customer friendly A/C & Heating business than Integrity. The business name says it all! Everyone who represented this company was polite, on time, answered even the silliest questions, skilled, informed and really cared about the job they did for us. They covered where they walked with tarps and vacuumed up any residual after they carefully pulled the tarps up…..every day. WOW!
When I called for appointment for an issue, someone came out to look that afternoon. I needed a new motor to be ordered. They told me a few days. I happened to call 3 days later just to check status and they said it just came in and they were coming that afternoon to install. They were on time and are constantly communicating along the way especially when they are on the way to your home for the service. My appointment was 2-4pm and they came right at 3. Integrity is awesome!
Ive been using Integrity Heating and A/C for years. They service my boiler, but also have installed baseboards for me, and this last visit they installed a new water heater. The water heater situation had me in a panic (its 15 years old!) so when I called them, they were immediately responsive. Theyve always had fair pricing, and the employees are incredibly polite and thorough. I highly recommend them.

My central air conditioner broke on the hottest day of the year. My wife is pregnant and the heat was going to be a big problem. I needed to get the air conditioner fixed. I called multiple companies and they told me I would have to wait three weeks before they would send someone out. When I called Integrity , the owner understood my problem and was able to send someone over that day. Billy came to my house and was super nice and professional. He fixed the problem within 10 minutes and had my air conditioner up and running. He answered all my questions in detail and even showed me the ins and outs of my air conditioner. I can’t recommend these guys enough. I will be using them for all my heating and air conditioner needs!

My air con system stopped working in the height of summer, but fortunately I found Integrity Heating & Air Conditioning on line.Bill Dean was extremely helpful & provided the advice & information I required to select a reliable vendor.His son Billy made a visit on the same day to check our attic & current equipment.Billy is very personable & knowledgeable giving me a sense of comfort that I am in good hands.Singed the agreement on a Tuesday & the installation was completed on Thursday just 2 days after submitting the paperwork & 50% deposit.Billy arrived with 3 assistants & the entire job was done in 5 hours.All the installers were excellent, very efficient & a pleasure to have in our home.I can unreservedly recommend Integrity for your air conditioning needs!
I have had nothing but great experiences working with Integrity Heating & Air Conditioning. They have been servicing my house for years and they recently replaced my 30+ year old heating system. They are professional and responsive and just nice people to work with.
Our old boiler died so we had 4 companies come in for quotes. Billy was the only one to look at the entire house, measure the heaters and take the time to figure out what would be best for us. This was part of the reason we went with them and we are extremely glad we did. Their price was fair, the work was excellent and they were extremely helpful and courteous. I really couldnt recommend them enough.

My air conditioner system broke on Memorial Day weekend. I knew the system was old (original to the condo). Integrity Heating & Air Conditioning stopped by and inspected it, they told me that the freon had leaked out and said it could be repaired. I asked about replacing the system and the cost of that vs. the repair. They provided me with a very reasonable quote plus the option of interest free financing. I decided to replace the system. When the technicians arrived they laid out a floor covering and were vey neat through out the day. We are happy to say that the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable.They upgraded the system with a more efficient unit and corrected our airflow problem. Called for major problems with air conditioning as a first time customer. They came right away and diagnosed the problem and they ordered parts and got it up and running better than new. Very happy with the way we were treated and we will using them for any service issue for the future. Very highly recommend them for your service needs, you wont regret your call.
I’ve meant to give this review a long time ago as my experience with them took place 2 years ago. My experience with this company was not in anyway a good one. I was told on the phone that I would have to pay $120 for them to come check out what was wrong with my Central air. When the guy got there he explained what was wrong and continued to run tests and check out my unit. He kept adding more and more to the cost telling me that to i needed several things. The cost finally got up to about 12k in which the man told me that they can take credit card for the job and start the work right away. I told him I couldn’t afford it right now so he gave me a price of $1,000 to fix the problem I was calling about. I told him I could not do 1,000 at the moment and would call them when I could afford to get it fix. He then charged me over $300 for running a diagnostics check. Something that I did not ask for and i had no idea that he was doing or why he was even doing it since he found the problem right away. The worst part was he then demanded cash and said that they are a COD (Cash On Delivery) company, after the fact that he said they take credit card for that big job. Anyway, the guy would not accept anything but cash and insisted so I had to run to the ATM to get this freaking guy cash and pay him an amount I was not prepared to pay for something I did not ask for. I would never call this company again and would never recommend anyway to use them.
I have nothing but great things to say about these guys! All of their install team is very professional, and they walk you through the work they have done and bring up any issues they run into! I’ve recommended them to a few friends.

Bill is helping me replace my heating & AC units in my house. We are moving into a place and need to replace everything ASAP. Bill had the idea of switching from and oil burner with baseboard heaters to an electric forced air unit. This is going to save us money now and in the long run. We were seen quickly for heating issue. The problem was resolved early in the day. The staff were pleasant and informative.
Update as of 6/1/2015 - Spoke to Bill the owner who was very apologetic about the situation and will be issuing a credit. This was handled in a professional manner. I will probably try them again.I called them because my central A/C was out. The lady on the phone acted like I was bothering her. The technician comes to my house with a lets hurry up and get this over with attitude and explains the $99.95 service charge to come out I said yes i understand. Then we go outside, he looks at the condenser unit and the metal box on the wall which has the electrical disconnect. He pulls the handle for the disconnect and looks inside. He then removes the cover for my condenser unit and hooks up the voltmeter. He puts the disconnect handle back in and pulls it out again and says you must have an electrical issue in your house at your electrical panel youll have to agree to a $305.00 diagnostic fee for me to go any further. I said I have to see if I have the money for that, the technician says I dont have time need to know now I have other stops I have to do. I check my account and give the ok. He goes outside and not a minute later my air is on and he comes in and says your all fixed there was a blown fuse in the disconnect box outside. I know he saw the problem when he looked in there twice he just wanted to charge an extra $300 for his 2 minutes of diagnostic work. These guys are crooks. Will definitely never use them again.

It started well, Bill gave me a good deal from a few others out there to replace my unit but from the day they started the replacement of my heating and cooling system, a $6,000 dollar job, we had issues.His guy undermined anything I said about the previous state of our cooling system (most likely because I am a woman) and he made a few errors! Bill came out himeself to correct their faults and and to make sure nothing else was wrong, which I appreciated! But shortly after his efforts he replied to me with back handed comments like At this point Im losing money hereReally, Bill? Youre making a profit for a major job and .and you claim youre losing money? The aggravation alone is enough for me....and perhaps others havent had this experience but mine so far is so unfair!GETS WORSE....I had a second inspection from the town (because my realtors said it doesnt look right) and the inspector now told me he (was another inspector prior) wouldve failed initial inspection because the condenser was not stabilized nor was it insulated-which bill never mentioned anything about the condenser needing a platform to be stabilized with...so the first inspection was done and I bet the passing inspector was friendly with Integrity company because they both told me it was managements/condo associations job to do that, but it this WAS NOT the case, but it was Bills job to inform me of all that before putting the unit/condenser down.If a business has 30 years of experience, why cant tell if the thing needs stabilizing? And he said, and I quote, my job is to hook it upSo basically I, the customer who is replacing a unit for the first time ever, should have known?I paid 6K for a job done that should have been done exactly right!!! I would have been fine even if I had to pay someone else to do the concrete/bottom part, but it was HIS JOB to inform me, and he did not.Now that I am trying to sell my home and realtors are pointing out how the way the unit looks!! I called him several times before in order for him to assist with the proper handling of all this and he said hell send a guy but at this point its not his job to deal with it.....Im done! I will get someone to insulate and stabilize the unit, I would never want to deal with Integrity again.
Requested service on a defective heat pump unit. Owner showed up and had an unexpected reaction. Refused to service my unit because they did not do the installation. Wasted a few days time but glad to move on. They should change their name from “Integrity” as they have none.

Worst experience with a vendor ever!! unprofessional --- Did not honor what they posted on the website as $25.00 off for $99.00 fee to come out to house. When he arrived he was not cordial (actually moody) but put that aside, he came in and immediately made me sign that i would pay him the $99.00, he looked at the system and then said it will cost you $349.00!!!! for me to JUST diagnose what the problem is here and then well charge you after that what the repair will cost. My question Dont you diagnose and see what the problem is first and then tell the customer--- here is the problem and it will cost you this much??? Told him could not afford that exhorbitant fee and then pay again what the repair would be! After he STOMPED out of my home, I called several places and each vendor said they would diagnose first and then explain the problem and what it would cost. I called vendor in Bedford Hills yesterday, they came this morning, found the problem in 8 minutes and then told us what the problem was and what it would cost (which i might add he just looked at it and knew immediately and charged me $238.00), its working beautifully now. INTEGRITY is money mad/and a rip off. The owner definitely tried to take advantage of us and after 10 minutes he walked out of our home with my $108.00 for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. no star is warranted here, except that the office personnel was professional and very cordial on the phone. DO NOT CALL THEM Do your DUE DILIGENCE AND CALL OTHERS before you call them. I will give you the name of the Outfit we used from BEdford Hills.

These people are a scam!Theyll return your first phone call promptly, do a service and then sell you a 3 year contract, with annual checkup included. However, they will not pick up their phone ever again on your account. Last year I called twice a day every day for 2 weeks and left a message, but got no callback. So they hit you up form your money and then provide nothing. I have tried both their 914 and 845 area code #s (goes to the same place) and tried each option, even including sales.Save money and frustration - go someplace else!

I am a homeowner who was trying to fix a boiler problem.I went to N&S plumbing Supply in Brewster NY (A fine establishment) and asked for a fuel pump for my burner. BIll Dean from Integrity was a customer at the next counter/station. He volunteered advice and tips after overhearing my conversation. I bought the pump and went to my car. Then I decided to ask Bill for his card as he seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. As I described my symptoms (I have to restart the burner daily or more, had changed nozzles, electrodes and filter) he said he didnt think the pump was the answer, offered several possibilities and said he would change the (Honeywell) controller next.I did, it worked.I taped his card to my expansion tank and will call him next time I have a problem I cant do myself.

2022-06-27My compressor suddenly stopped working. Thankfully, I had a service contract with Integrity heating and air. I contacted dispatch Sunday evening, and they had a technician sent to my home the following morning. The technician was able to explain the issue and repaired it immediately. They waived the dispatch fee and also gave me a 10% discount. Their staff and customer service are top-notch. I will continue using Integrity Air and Heating for all my future needs.

2022-05-23I called multiple contractors to replace an aging central air system. Integrity responded immediatley, gave a quote (Im still waiting for some of the contractors to show up for the quote!), called back to see if I had any questions and worked with me as I changed some of the parameters. I went with Integrity for the installation, a replacement central air system with heat pump and a new split AC / heat pump unit. Am I glad I did! Cant say enough about the professionalism of this company. Bill and Billy were on top of everything. They made an appointment for installation and showed up on time. They were caring, neat and their staff went above and beyond. You should have no doubts if you are considering using Integrity!

2022-03-30I had a new heat pump system installed as well as a new hot water tank. Excellent service and communication during the entire process. The techs were knowlegable, professional and courteous. They took care of my home like it was their own. I would highly recommend them and will be staying with them for all future maintenance.

Was able to get appointment next day for A/C repair while other companies I called couldnt come for 3 to 4 weeks.! They tell you what things will cost, including parts, before they start the job to make sure you approve the price.

2022-05-20Only thing I didnt like was the $111 dollar charge to come out. I kinda feel once I agree to the service, that extra fee of coming out to my house should be reversed. I didnt notice it at first, I was just happy it was getting fixed. Maybe Im just being petty about it. But the technician was very courteous and professional and did a great job. I would have them do more work if necessary but I hope not.$$$

2022-08-05Telephone response time was fast and the appointment was kept as scheduled - in the midst of a high 90s heat wave.Brandon the technician was completely professional, explaining everything as he worked, triple checking his repairs and the system before leaving. The areas he worked were left spotless.My system is old - beyond its life expectancy. Brandon gave me suggestions on a replacement when it becomes necesssary but never tried to sell me something I did not yet need.

2022-07-10Integrity recently installed new HVAC systems upstairs and downstairs. They replaced the furnace, hot water heater and upgraded the a/c downstairs as well as installing a new HVAC upstairs.Very attentive service, The folks at Integrity truly stand behind their product. They offered helpful guidance and advice. During the work they were very responsive to my feedback and questions. I appreciated that they were so easy to work with.This was a big job and every employee I encountered was professional and helpful. They paid attention to the details and ensured the job was done right.

2022-07-23The response was quick and the sevice was thorough and efficient. Erich was knowledgeable and patient as he did a complete troubleshooting in the unbelievable heat.
