No idea what the original reviewers were on about. This is a solid little coffee kiosk and probably the best 8oz latte Ive had in a hotel or airport (definitely better than Stumptown @ PDX, Caffe Vita @ SEA or Cartel @ PHX). Sure it isnt hipster neighborhood amazing, but its still very good. And the setting is very cool.

Coffee is fantastic and I had probably the best espresso shot outside Europe. So subtle and smooth. It was perfect. I drink everything black.Employees are always friendly to me and I am there every week. Maybe those other reviewers were having a bad day? And the prices? Well, it’s NYC. And an airport hotel. I mean let’s be real here.

If youre looking for great coffee and an unforgettable, iconic ambiance, this is your space!! Some cthe best espresso you will find in Queens. Located in the heart of the TWA hotel, this quaint coffee shop does not disappoint. You should stop by if your in JFK Airport

Great coffee but you never know, when theyre open and when theyre not. Absolute hit and miss, working hours mentioned here and on their website are irrelevant

One person was friendly but clearly irritated with the other two workers who were fighting while making my coffee. The coffee was horrible too. Such a shame. Next time, go to Starbucks and save your money.

Not sure what was up the with 3 previous reviews but I enjoyed coffee here at this location on several occasions. Cortados and Nitro cold brews were great. Staff was friendly each visit. Maybe they read the previous reviews? Best coffee you will find at the Airport.

Not sure what’s up with the other reviews. Friendly staff and great coffee just as you would expect from any other intelligentsia coffee location. Plus they have a selection of their delicious baked goods
