Highly recommend this audio shop. I had an issue with my car amp and I didn’t know why music wasn’t playing I checked all the fuses, so I thought. I took my car here and there was a fuse I didn’t check and it was broken the guy put a new fuse in and it worked and he didn’t even charged me. Great service, Great shop. If anything ever happen to my amp or car audio I’ll definitely bring my car back.
I have a 1994 Miata, radio wasn’t working and speakers. Came in told them my problem and they had it fixed less then an hour. Great shop and hospitality.

I came here to remove the tints on my car and the workers got it done in under 30 minutes. Customer service is really friendly, regardless of wether you speak Spanish or English. Overall I am impressed.

I could have had free installation at Best Buy but their installer was not even close to competent. I decided to take the car to Intense in Brentwood. I spoke to JC who could not have been nicer and he was very straightforward. He installed a new screen head unit in my Cadillac and even though the install was much more difficult than he anticipated, he charged me the price he first quoted. I had extensively researched this job on the internet and it was universally described as a nightmare to get correct. JC is clearly an expert. He completed the installation without a single issue. Everything works perfectly and the job looks like it was done as a factory install. I usually do not write reviews but this experience was so positive I felt compelled to let everyone know what a wonderful job they did. If you need anything audio related this is the place to go. I do not live close to their shop but it was definitely worth the trip.Carlo Sclafani

I was told to come in so that they could assess my car, as soon I got there they guy tells me he can’t do anything for me and that he didn’t have a tape measure I’m disgusted.

Did not get to do what I needed to do place was very busy have to be there early but my first impression of the place was that is looks professional the employee who dealt with me was great he had very good advice for me but I will go vack next week.

The guy vj or jc is a complete a hole. His equipment is way over priced. I did a quick Google search on a radio. He was asking for twice as much. He tried 2 act like it was a different model but the facts were staring him str8 in the face. B4 u go anywhere I suggest u do a little research. I understand we all have 2 eat but lets be reasonable.

2022-07-08I needed my stock radio & A/C unit removed & wanted to install a new touchscreen car stereo & rear camera that i bought from amazon for my 2005 Honda Accord. I called every single audio guy in long island, they all told me they cant start until next week & it would take a few days for $350 or $450 . These guys did it for $275 in 1 hour & took me in the same day. Andy and JC are the 2 brothers who own & operate the place. Even though I did not buy the stereo from them, After they installed it, they showed me how to use every single feature 1 by 1 & made sure i was fully satisfied before they asked me to pay. They even made sure that my steering wheel can control the new screen. The rear view camera works perfect. The new stereo works perfect & they made sure my A/C unit works with it. I recommend these guys for anyone who needs electrical work done, they have the best price, best customer service, are the fastest service, & they do top quality work & show you how to use it before you pay. I will be back here anytime I need any radio, tint, alarm or electrical work for my car & im gunna tell everyone I know about them. You wont be missapointed.

Hes installed my remote starter and always felt that the price and the work is 100%.I always have questions and I always buy up all his dashboards cell phone holders. Lol. Best. 2021-05-09Get there early, usually not as busy. Try to make an appointment, they will give you a good time to come in to get what you need done. I asked to get my speakers replaced and they gave me a quote before working on my car. Good place to go to, friendly people.

2020-09-01This place deserves 10 stars!!!! They provided top notch service from the first phone call to the installation. The owner was amazing as well as his staff. Store was immaculate. They started the job when they said and finished it shorter than expected. I will definitely refer others to them!!!!
