Had these folks move my daughters stuff home. They were excellent. Very reasonable price and very professional in all aspects of the move and business. Communication was clear and straightforward; they were very punctual and courteous. The driver didnt do any stops on the way. They also packed and secured tons and tons of fragile furniture and boxes, and everything was safe and sound after the unloading. The team worked together, no employee was alone, and they didnt need any of our help carrying heavy boxes in and out of the truck. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them highly.
My boyfriend and I used them to move out of our individual apartments and into our new apartment together. They were wonderful, from the start to finish they were on time, organized, professional, friendly and amazingly strong. They took great care with every piece of furniture and made the moving experience a positive one. I highly recommend them! I will definitely use them again in the future.
We recently helped our son to move from home to New York after two years in university. It was a seamless move, with packing being done by the employees themselves. Fast and efficient in both place and destinations. For my husband - time from work, truck rental, gas and accommodations to do it ourselves would have been more expensive. Very friendly and accommodating team. We enjoyed our first big move with these guys.
I am blessed with this amazing company! I needed to move from Lyon, France to the US due to business without knowing what to expect for ...however, when I first got on the phone with the great team at Inter International Shipping, I knew exactly what to expect for. They prove me from the beginning that timing and customer service is number 1 goal on this company. I moved 2 years ago and now they moved my parents. I have to move out of the apartment quickly because I signed an agreement to leave at the end of March. Several moving companies werent able to help me, and Inter International Shipping was the last hope. They are polite and careful. All of my stuff was in the same condition as it was before the move. Going with other companies was a waste of my time and money. I should get straight to this one. The team was also very nice and they understood my situation.

Inter International Shipping is a very responsible and reliable moving service company. Everything went well. I experienced early and polite response, they answered my calls and emails. It was ok to reschedule and reconsider some details, as I was sent to a business trip and could not be there. Moving is hard, let them make it easier for you. I hired Inter International Shipping to handle a move from my apartment. One load went to a new apartment in the city and another load to the warehouse. The apartment move went great. The warehouse move was very small, just boxes and a couple of Tv and an office chair and two nightstands. It also went smooth and without any issues. It took half the time as scheduled to get me out of my apartment. I didnt even have to tell them to use plastic and blankets to protect the new floors, they did everything themselves first thing The guys in general behaved focused and careful.
Not only they arrived on time. They are nice and super friendly. Did a move to New Jersey from Germany and had them transport some mailing boxes and three suitcases. I was guaranteed my items would arrive by the date I needed, they fully concluded the task. Everything came on time and safe. The next day after we discussed all the details, the mover called me that the team would be at my place 30 mins earlier, I was glad. This was exactly what I needed.

I have used this company today. They are a bit pricy but provided excellent service. They arrived on time, were very careful not to damage the furniture or the walls, wood floor etc. Very polite and courteous as well - at the office and the movers themselves. They competed the job in less time than the estimate which made me very happy. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody and if I have to move again - will use them.
My father-in-law said that we should do the move to another state by ourselves, because: you are not saving money by choosing a company, you are losing it, as he had a bad experience back in his days. But when we found Inter International Shipping and let him speak to their manager, he changed his mind, and said that he liked these guys, they seemed respectful and honest. I assisted a friend in relocating back to Europe from NY during a difficult time. I practiced due diligence in comparing quotes and companies because the last thing I wanted is adding more stress to an already tricky situation. I recommended IIS to my friend because they seemed to provide honest, straight to the point answers to my questions. All went as smooth as a move can go and I just heard from my friend delivery took place in a courteous and timely manner. It took 6.5 weeks which is a little faster than we thought it would take. Our moving experience with the IIS team was excellent, beginning to end. They were recommended by our building managers, and responded quickly when we contacted them. Their quote was competitive. They carried the insurance required by our building. They answered emails and phone calls immediately. And best of all, their crew showed up on time, worked hard and smart, and finished a complicated move in only 4-1/2 hours. We couldnt be happier.
I had to send some personal home items to Germany as I was staying over there for the next few months for work. Glad Inter International Shipping was able to help me with my shipment. My furniture and other personal items were sent there with no damages and everything was sent on time. Im happy with their services from start to finish and would use them again in the future.
Good experience with these guys. Manager was the one who picked up the phone when I found them via a Google search and she explained how much volume I have, explained the price and the paperwork I need to prepare. I moved from NY to Madrid, Spain and all went just as was explained. They stayed in touch with me and I got my stuff. It feels a little like Christmas when the delivery takes place. If I ever move back, I wont hesitate to contact them again.

I used Inter International Shipping to move from Tokyo to Jersey City. I found their pricing fair and their estimate was right on the money. With such a long haul I was certainly expecting some casualties, but everything arrived just as it was when they picked it up. I was expecting the worst as most do when hiring a moving company, but they came through for me without issue. Highly recommended! Their customer service worked with me to have everything delivered on the day that I was available.

I had research lots of movers to move my family to Weehawken, but I had a lot of trouble finding one. My problem is that Time was running out and Inter International Shipping provided me with a fast solution. At the arrival time, the weather gone bad, but the guys stayed super chill and friendly. I like such a philosophical attitude to life! They had everything ready before the deadline, and they packed everything and delivered my packages on time too. I checked all my things for their safety, and they were all fine without damage.

It was a good experience and I do recommend their services. All contact was done via email and the responses were professional, and friendly and response time was speedy. The manager was answering my calls and emails, and offered a reasonable price. When I needed to change the date, it was a problem at all. On the day of the move, one of the three movers contacted us and told us they would arrive at a certain time, and they were right on time!
Despite the fact that our move was very limited in time, the guys were amazing. They were able to move our things efficiently and at the same time keeping it careful and cautious. The team wasnt noisy or obnoxious, didnt cause damage neither to our nor the common property and possessions (walls, elevator, etc.). If you have some issues, or you want something is done differently, these guys listen to you and find the way to resolve the matter.
Shipped 25 boxes from Boston to Reims France. It just included some personal items and things I bought during my 7 years in the USA, nothing major. They picked up quickly, made a list and delivered to my address in Reims. I wish airports were this easy!

I cannot express how grateful I am to the guys from Inter International Shipping. I was going through tough times in my personal life and moving out was extremely hard. I was going to box everything but in reality I was just sitting in the middle of my house in a big mess not knowing where to start.The crew appeared on time and were just like hurricane of energy!They started to pack everything up. They even had special boxes where they hang my clothes which made it easy to unpack.They took great care of every single item. They even wrapped my cheap ikea dishes in paper not to break it.I have a really bulky couch that they miraculously managed to get on the second floor and through the apartment door. After I retired my husband and I moved to Costa Rica where we had purchased a Villa. We hired the international movers form New York called Inter Movers to do the moving. I found them to be reliable and considerate. They made what could have been a very stressful move a very easy one. Everything was at our Villa as scheduled and we are living the good life on the South Pacific coast of Cost Rica.
My husband and I always wanted to live in Paris and Inter Movers, international movers in New York helped make it possible. Aside for actually moving what we wanted to bring with us, they helped us in making the decision in what we should take and what we should buy there. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!I definitevely NOT recommend this company. Since the beginning, the communication and recativity was very slow. But regarding the others reviews I was thinking its just a busy period for them. they gave me an average of 8 weeks to receive my goods from Texas (USA ) tu Paris France). I receive them after 14 weeks !! the Us agent never follow my goods so after the delay I had to call them several times and all the external service providers because he never answered me cleraly and everyone gave different informations . One day, I called him to let him know thats first of all the delay was huge he told me. every company does the same they gave you a date but it will be always late. Good so he recognized that he is a lawer. what a good commercial and after sale service. I did his job also calling all the external service because it appears even before i receive my goos that have lost one of them. to conclude, the last external service send me an email to let me know that i will delever in 2 days. Maybe they do not realize that you have a job. So at the beginning they just told me be at home all day long . I called and became hungry so they give me an hour. DO NOT USE THEM
Very good experience so far. Customer service oriented, no pushy like many other moving companies, and helpful in finding solutions.

2022-07-29A friend of mine referred me to Inter International Shipping for my recent move, and Im really glad that he did! The guys who did my move were fully prepared with all the equipment they needed to make my move quick and easy and to make sure that all of my belongings were safely transported. They were professional and very polite. Their customer service was amazing every step of the way, they provided detailed information and were honest. They also did a big effort to accommodate my elevator situation. For me, it was a totally stress-free move!

2022-06-16Nothing but fantastic things to say about this company. We sold our house but wasnt sure when everything was going to be final nor did we know where we were going to move to. Anyway, on a 3-day notice, they were able to schedule my move. On moving day, Matt coordinated the packing and unpacking process seamlessly and actually came in under budget. All the guys were extremely helpful as they had to reposition furniture once everything was moved in. Great dispositions despite the chaos. My daughter used them for her company move and had the same great experience.

2022-07-22One of the best companies to deal with. The movers were friendly and professional. They made sure that the move would be smooth and done on schedule. Truly an invaluable and reliable service to hire for such a stressful task. Ive used them 4 times already, and they always have the employees, who knows everything about proper moving! They know how to protect glass, wood, fragile paintings, heavy equipment and how to pack little things into boxes, so there wasnt any damage.

2022-07-29This is the second time I have used Inter International Shipping. First time was a move from Yonkers to the Bronx. Second time was within Bronx. Both times they were incredible! They were constantly hustling around moving my items. They were efficiently getting the job done as fast as possible while maintaining the quality of the move and consistent focus. They always made sure that my items were as protected as possible. Although I hope to not have to call them again (since I just purchased a home of my own), if I ever need to move again, they will be the first people I call!

2022-07-24My recommendation is to be relaxed and calm if you decide to use Inter International Shipping your mover. In my mind, they are professional, ethical, and to be trusted. The movers packed everything into the truck and then storage room in a very organized way, so we could get a chance to go through our things and see if everything was okay. Our ceramic 5-foot vase was perfectly wrapped, like a baby, and was placed in a special box. Also, other pieces of furniture that were wrapped in blankets, werent even scratched.

2022-07-22I contacted Inter International Shipping to move our familys stuff to New York from Paris. Our stuff was in different places, one of them is my house where I have a tenant. We discussed all the details and the quote was fair, due to the complexity and size. Also, I told them to call me an hour before they arrive, so I can be in my house to make sure everything is loaded (there is a tenant in my house), and they did. The guys were really helpful! We felt like they really like their job, and not like a burden other movers made us felt like.

2022-07-23This was a great experience - their involvement made moving very easy and stress-free. The movers looked and acted professionally and very respectful. I would want these people in my home again, and I personally felt safe with them around. I had valuable things in the boxes they transported, and I havent had a chance to go through everything yet, but if valuables are safe and there arent any losses, I wont be surprised. This is an honest company and I hope they will help you as much as they helped me.

2022-06-18I have used this company twice now and have been completely satisfied both times. They completely take the stress out of moving! The office staff are friendly and helpful, and the crews are prompt, quick, and completely professional. This last time they even took apart some furniture in order to make it fit through a door, and then reassembled it perfectly! The price is as good as it gets -- and probably better -- as well. Moving is always a drag, and Im way too old to even think about ever doing it myself again...so do yourself a favor and call Inter International Shipping for your next move. Youll be glad you did!

2022-06-18These guys have moved me twice and I wouldnt call anyone else. They are always exacting, on time, and exceptionally careful with my antique furniture. This time I hired a 3-man crew and they worked fast. I had a ton of stuff [literally] and they handled it all very efficiently and never complained!! I cant count the number of times before I found these guys that I hired movers who complained the entire time, were slow, and didnt finish the job.

2022-07-24If you care about how your furniture is handled, use Inter International Shipping. My daughter was moving from another state to me, and she asked me to research and select a moving company for her. One of the reasons for selecting this company was that their quote and communication while discussing the details. They did everything they promised. They wrapped all furniture with moving blankets for better protection, including tape to secure, covered with plastic all the mattresses, they signed all the boxes so as not to mess up anything. This was what I expected from all professional movers, and they showed they were these pros.
