I submitted a request for quote for Aiphone video intercom installation on our 10 unions brownstone house in Brooklyn NY through their website in the evening, received a email back on the next day Monday. and meet with salesperson on following day . after site review, they send the quote to me on same day. From I agree the price and sign the contract .they schedule within 5 business day and job done in one day .perfect. super fast and very professional!!

Mark was the only person I could find that would replace our 100+ year old buildings intercom/entry system for a reasonable price in a timely manner. The time between having him come out to estimate the job to completion of the project was just over a week - great service! Mark was very creative in finding a solution tailored to our old buildings particular challenges. He was able to use existing wiring to connect the new system without ripping walls apart and making a mess. I had an issue with an intercom, which services 29 units. The original installers spent 3 hours and couldnt find the problem. After speaking to Mark, who returned my call quickly, we scheduled a date and time for him to inspect. He, unlike so many others, was right on time. He spotted what the problem was pretty quickly. I had one of the worst experience is my life hiring Marks company for my intercom repair. They were very shady and the price didnt seem right. I tried being reasonable, but on top of everything they very late for our appointment. I dont recommend this to anyone. What a waste of money and time.
