Quick one-stop shopping for whatever I end up needing at the time! I have often gone in and out in a mere 10 minutes and everyone has been very kind and extremely helpful. I have not experienced being ignored as some of the other reviews have noted (and I walk in quite disheveled sometimes in scrubs and my hair in a bun!... and they still help me despite my non-fancy appearance)Its so efficient and fashionable! LOVE this store.

Ridiculous. do not ever go here. the girl who was supposed to “help” me was so rude. she kept giving me these looks. so rude. my vacation is now ruined, don’t ever go here.

I went in there to look for some white jeans today. Not a single associate acknowledged me- I had to just let myself into a dressing room because I was literally being ignored. Ive tried to shop here a few times and its always the same - rude, haughty sales associates. It really sucks because whoever buys for Intermix has a great eye, but Im just not up for being treated like Im an inconvenience to them or someone who isnt prepared to spend money. I got so angry - I almost wanted to remind them, you work retail, I shop here.

Never answer phone, my order never arrived, and they never called to say if it did. Received a call from intermix in California asking if they wanted me to have them resend the pants to the new york location. Very inefficient,
