I travelled from London to New York and was highly recommended this place for years as the best wings in New York! And lets say i wasnt disappointed, the wings are perfect everytime and the flavors are insane.Definitely check this place out! You wont regret it!I just wish they had one in London 💯💪🏾
They say “there aint no thing like chicken wings.” @internationalwingsfactory is everything a restaurant should be and the story behind the place makes the food even better. The small and unassuming storefront is in a residential area of the Upper East Side. The concept is the vision of @deepakballaney, who came from India to work in the hotel space. He was making lots of money but he wasn’t content - he wanted more. Something he could call his legacy. So he went on a journey by way of the @theculinaryinstituteofamerica to create the best damn chicken wings out there. People travel the world for his wings. Everything is made with love with flavors and ingredients you don’t get at @wingstop !Whether Mango chili, tandoori, and Lemon cajun or his handmade dipping sauces, there is no winging it here - his recipes are gourmet and sophisticated yet unassuming and not pretentious. He still uses the same blender he did when he opened the place!
Top quality wings, All Natural and HALAL. But when I spoke to the owner as to why he doesnt advertise as Halal, he mentioned that the vendors might jack up the price and he might not be able to afford it. So he doesnt want to start a practice and not able to keep up with it. But when people ask he and his staff gives them accurate information.Cheese fries were awesome, salty for me, I guess that is what shows that the cheese sauce is homemade. Intl wing factory sauces are superb. Some of the best wings in nyc.
I eat wings often so I think my opinion might be useful. My opinions on the wings: the classic is pretty standard, nothing special but its not bad either, the garlic parmesan wings are delicious but I tasted more butter than garlic, honey mustard is good and taste like what you expect, BBQ wings also taste as expected. The bacon cheese fries are amazing, the macaroni and cheese is good. Service is lovely, and the staff is kind honestly no complaints.
Nice little hole in the wall restaurant to grab take out or sit down and eat. Not a lot of seating but that’s okay. The wings were delicious in my opinion. The right amount of crispiness, flavor, sauce and heat. I got the hottest wings and it reminded me that my judgement for what spicy is may not the best because I blew right through them. Overall this place is great, I would make it a regular but the wings are little pricey for my liking.
The wings here are out of this world. Not only can you control how well you want them cooked, but they have a really good list of flavors. The only downfall is that they had to raise their prices and its has become way too expensive to eat here as much as Id like. Otherwise, the staff are polite and The food is really good.
By far, the best wings weve ever had! I usually get boneless out of convenience but I was convinced to try bone-in and I was not disappointed. So juicy yet somehow so crispy at the same time. The butter parmesan is to die for! We also get the mac & cheese, fries, and brownie - all delicious. Perfect meal for game day. The owner and staff are very friendly too - highly recommend!
Very overrated set of wings! They are very overcooked and and too tough for my liking! I use to go there once in a while to help support the restaurant, but this was the final straw and I was not impressed at all. If you want really good wings, check out ATOMIC WINGS!
Our flight from LGA was cancelled and ended up having to stay in NYC overnight. Found a great wing shop on 1st Avenue. The wings, and sides were great. The sweet potato fries were incredible. Many wing flavors and dipping sauces. Great stop for easy American comfort food, wings and fries.
The portions are really big for the boneless. I ordered 4 honey bbq and couldn’t finish them. It doesn’t come with carrots like most restaurants you pay for that separately. The staff is really nice and tend to your needs. We went at around 2:40 and the staff let us stay even though the store was closed for their lunch break.
I thought everything I had was fantastic. This was the best buffalo sauce (original confession) I ever had. I also tried the brownie and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was with the berry coulee. I cant wait to go back and try other flavors. Pictured - top Original Confession, left Garlic Parmesan, right American Gold.
I dont mess with anything except the wings here and they are ALWAYS great. Its my go to spot for take-out wings in the city. I like to consider myself a wing-enthusiast. My suggestion -- Always order extra crispy and sauce on the side. Pour the sauces on when you get home and you get hot, crispy wings every time.
Anybody can make hot wings, but it takes a real chef to bring invention, creativity, and brilliance to what is traditionally considered junk food. Chef Deepak Ballaney has done that with his wings. Unconventional flavors from global cuisines you never considered to work with wings, like Parmesan Beurre blanc, absolutely shine here.Add the fries with the dustings and absolutely try the panko-crusted brownie with the blueberry compote. It is worth traveling across boroughs to enjoy these delights.
I couldnt tell you if the wings are good or not since this is what this place seems to be known for. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich. Bread was stale, chicken was okay, why cucumbers and not pickles I dont understand. Mac and cheese very very bland and tasteless. Sure its expensive but this Manhattan not Virginia.
ZERO STARS. I am so disappointed. I ordered the bacon cheese fries based on a review that called them amazing. Theyre not. Theyre disgusting. First of all, I was expecting real melted cheese, or at least something resembling real chesse. Instead, I got fries with that liquid cheddar cheese-like stuff that they put on top of your nachos in the movie theatre. Nasty. On top of that, the bacon was barely cooked. Im not even sure if it was actual bacon or those fake bacon bits that some people sprinkle on their salad. Foul. If I go back, it will be just for wings and regular fries because I know exactly what Im gonna get: average wings and greasy fries, but theyll be completely edible. These bacon cheese fries are going in the trash.
Pretty unimpressed with the food. I got boneless buffalo wings and the buffalo sauce was sweet, which is strange and not at all what I expect when ordering buffalo. The boneless wings also have no breading, its just a light dusting. The upside is that the tandoori spiced chicken was good.
Great wings overall. They are very crispy and a little too dry but still very tasteful. If you want softer wings you should order them tossed in sauce. Fries were to die for. The service was incredibly fast and they were ready even before the anticipated time. To try if you are a wing-lover!
This place has the best cheese fries I’ve ever had. Usually places that sell cheese fries tend to have soggy fries underneath the cheese but theirs was still crunchy. The wings were soooo bomb too. Sadly I was too invested in eating to take a picture. It’s a little more pricey than your local wing spot but it’s so good which makes it worth the price.
I came here with a few friends and got some of the best wings Ive ever had. Crispy, not breaded, and plenty of great sauces. The owners were really nice people and the service was pretty quick considering we ordered over 100 wings without letting them know ahead of time. Definitely a great place to stop if you really love quality wings. Just a heads up that the place is fairly small though so you may want to order out if you have over 6 or 7 people.
Small, simple place with really great wings. Ive had several flavors, all have been good. The sandwich meals are surprisingly tasty and are served with a generous portion of French fries that somehow stay crispy after the time it takes to get them home.Staff is friendly and the food comes out quick. Happy to have this spot in the neighborhood.
Amazing Wings! Amazing Staff! Amazing Burgers! Amazing everything! I tried every flavor and the price was reasonable. This place is a hidden gem in New York. Wing stop nope! Buffalo wild wing nope! International Wings Factory YES!!!! Must try not only that the burger was phenomenal and Fries with cheese and bacon has a kick to it. Let me not stop the Mac & Cheese is to die for also. Yes I pretty much tried all there food and look like a guy that hasn’t eaten in a year but it was worth the money! Thank you IWF!!
So this is a small little wings shop in the Upper East Side. I think it’s a fantastic quality fast food spot if you’re looking for decent priced but great quality.I went there for the chicken wings which were not bad, but I think they were very small and there was not much meat on them. However, the burger, fries, and Mac n cheese won me over because they were soooo delicious and well cooked. Plus, the service is great too. The staff understand it’s a busy place and try to make your time there as comfortable as possible. They’re also super attentive to their customers. If I’m ever in town, will be back again :)
As fans of Portland Oregon s Fire on the Mountain wings, when we moved to NYC I was always on the search for a wings place that was just like it. (Dont even consider any of the chain restaurants) and Wings Factory came pretty close. Each order is made from scratch, good variety of sauces (you need a peanut Thai sauce). And the service is great! The owner is friendly, never to too busy to talk to you about the selections and even opened up early for us one day between lunch and dinner when he saw our disappointment at the close sigh on his door. Thats someone who cares about his customer!!
I really enjoy this place. The Thai Mango flavored wings have a decent kick, all their sauces have their own unique vibe and they arent terrible for the price. I recommend this place for their wings. Ive never tried their sandwiches unfortunately. Not sure if its worth the risk to try a sandwich at a wings factory.I have only ordered delivery through Seamless so YMMV for service.
The other day we stopped in to order some wings. This tiny place is a Mecca of wings. We ordered boneless and I have never eaten the boneless like this anywhere. So fresh and chunky. Sauces had so much flavor that I’m still thinking of their blue cheese dressing. This place has limited seating and gets packed. They have no restroom or ice machine. So finish your job before you get there or you will have to use pharmacy like us.
I came across the lunch special sign on the window and decided to walk in. The place was packed with kids. So I ordered and waited on my table. The owner told me that he will wait to start my order as the kids would stay for bit. I was in no rush and I waited . The whole experience was a memorable one. The kids were loving this place. I just happened to ask the kid how were the wings there and they all screamed that these are the best wings in newyork city. When I got my wings, I couldnt believe each piece kept up to my expectation, the bleu cheese and hot sauce was nothing I have tasted before.
Delicious! I ordered my wings xtra crispy and naked with the bbq sauce on the side. The wings were perfect! I love the fact that you determine the crispiness of your chicken. They have a few other sauce flavors which I will try the next time I visit (which will be very soon!). They know how to fry a chicken wing! #teamflatsHighly recommend
The staff and the food were great. The only thing that bugged me was the healthy roach I saw on the bench next to me as I was leaving the place. Now, was this bug brought in by a customer or does it resides there. All I know is that if I had seen the bug before hand, I would not have eaten there. The wings were good but, the bug experience was not, so I will not be returning.
Great food! Great service (both on site and delivery). Decent prices for the quality of food. A 12-piece, plus fries, and a couple mini-Kings Hawaiian buns will suffice for two (very hungry people). Credit cards are only taken via online orders. We got the Soul Purifier sauce and it was great; for the dusted fries, we got the spicy garlic (along with a side of chipotle mayo sauce). Definitely a great local spot!
Seriously, all categories get an Excellent from me. Their chicken, whether it be boneless, wings, or their colossal drumsticks, is SUPER good. The fries are excellent. And they have a bunch of great burgers/sandwiches I havent even tried yet. The owners are awesome. I go here often!!! Hope it stays around for a while, because I really just love it.
We came from London and had heard about this place from our friends back home. Honestly we love anything chicken but till date we have never had wings this good. The warmth of this small place and the strong flavors of the spices won our hearts. Wish they had one in London.
Their wings are excellent.Crispy, moist, and huge. They dont skimp on the poultry here :-). Its great to have a place that serves good food. Its kinda small but allows seating for probably 15 people and it gets busy during lunch.I usually just call in and have it ready for pick up.My favorite sauces are the Pure Heat,Spicy Thai and Vietnamese Mango..
The wings are sooo crispy and juicy and the flavors are phenomenal. There are three doneness options on the menu for how youd like your wings, and I love love love that they have an extra extra crispy option. Soft, saggy, sad wings are my pet peeve, and you cant be sad here. I tried the regular doneness and it was still crispy on the outside and juicy inside, but you cant beat the crunch from the XXcrispy. The dry rubs were my favorite since they packed such a great punch. The Tandoori is the BEST with a hint of heat and the lemon Cajun is great, too. For the sauces, my favorites are the garlic parmesan (so buttery and creamy), the Sichuan chili garlic (love the fire) and the Vietnamese sauce. The seasoning is crammed into every nook and cranny and yet the wings still keep their crisp. Love it. We usually make it a meal with fries or red onion rings, and if you can, save room for the burger! You can get it with any of the wing sauces and its perfectly cooked! So glad this is near the UES Q train so I can come here more often.
I made my account specially for this restaurant. I saw the awesome reviews and thought of checking out the hype.My friend showed me the photos on facebook too. This place is legit wings arena. So many flavors to choose from.We loved what we had, suchuan and buffalo.Staff was so friendly and helpful. They asked us half through how was the meal. Not many restaurants do that. The restaurant is small but buzzing busy.Dining was packed and we had to wait. Deliveries and take outs were non stop. The chef owner swung by and in his conversation mentioned that if he could sustain, he would never deliver wings. Seemed proud of his product. Who would blame him.
By far the best wings in NYC. If you are a sauce guru like me than than this is definitely the place for you. Its a wonderful family owned establishment that really cares about each and every customer. Ive tried just about every wing place in the area and this tops them all!!
First time ordering and I hated it the wings were salty and dry i had to throw it away i would not order from this place again. Waste of money..... sweet potatoe fries were soggy not very appealing it was doubled fried Staley do you guys treat people like this its disgusting
We came for the wings.....noticed someone eating the waffle sandwich and added it to our order. The sensation brings the meat to levels that are rarely reached. One bite into the sandwich and we were totally quite. If you are in NY and dont try this youre nuts. Totally at must do.
These are the best wings I have found in NYC so far. Its either 2nd or 3rd place in my all time list. The storefront is very small with limited seating and some flavors are not available for takeout. Went here for lunch and the wings are cooked perfectly, well sized, and excellent sauce coverage. Tried the Original Confession Buffalo sauce, which is very good flavor and heat wise. Also tried the Garlic Parmesan Beurre Blanc, which is dine in only and tasted very good. This will be our go to lunch place for wings. Note they are closed for lunch on Monday and Tuesday
The wings are never as advertised (crispy/fried), and to top it off their menu has the option of selecting extra crispy😤youll get extra rubber skin😖I wish I could rate this place a zero, for all the money they charge and to walk out expecting to get what you paid for😤 ONLY 2 find out you got rubber skin chicken. This place is HORRIBLE and FRAUDS. Food inspection should be mandatory for places like these.
This place is a travesty. Im not sure what my previous commentators saw in this establishment but i have had one of the most ridiculous dining experiences even fast food considered. Very overpriced. A scoop of potato salad should not be $4. The wings were less than average. No plates provided as the do not carry dishware or even ice. I would recommend going to eat at a place rated as a C versus this place which was an A. I believe they received an A rating because lets face it they have no stock or operation to maintain. I felt like i was in a 3rd world country....enough said !!!!!!
I became an instant fan of this wonderful place after just one visit. there is nothing fancy about this place but it makes you feel like home as soon as you step in ;very welcoming, clean, warmth and tasteful foods prepared in a very unique way.Must try are buffalo wings, especially the boneless one, and pilatia sandwich, it is very good and moist. there are variety of home made sauces that you can try, sauces are so special that every dips worth every cents you spend.
IWF is a heaven for wings lovers. We go crazy with all the sauces options they have.Their wings are full of flavor and juicy. My daughter loves traditional wings & boneless wings with chili mango sauce. Their sandwiches are incredible too. I wish they will open more locations.
The best wings and drumsticks I have tasted! I could eat the Garlic Parmesean Beurre Blanc sauce on everything. (I really should try other sauces, but I love this one!) I bought a burger for a friend, and he was pleased. The Masala dusted fries are delicious! and make you think you are eating healthy French fries. They are really good.A friend from another country always comes here when he is stateside.I hope they are around for a l-o-n-g time!
We first tried them couple weeks back and since then my family is addicted to their wings and their sauces.Their wings are very tender and sauces are great.Even their turkey wings have lot of flavor.Tried their fish sandwich yesterday and it was the best I have ever had.
Yesterday, I came in and the staff there greeted me and were friendly. Right when I was deciding what to order the girl picked up the phone to take a phone order. While I was waiting for the girl to finish the phone call, the other girl asked me if I was ready to place my order. I told her what I wanted, I paid then she told the kitchen my order. Meanwhile, the manager or owner was sitting down on his phone the whole time. Fifteen minutes went by and every pick up order was ready then a woman from the kitchen brings out what looks like could be my food out. (I ordered a 12 piece wings with mozzarella sticks). The girl thats on the side packing the orders then gets a visitor whom shes familiar with and is talking to him/ flirting with him and the manager/ owner is familiar with him as well. He then conversed with the guy and the food that I think is mine is still sitting there. I guess the manager sees the frustration on my face because now 30 mins goes by and I inquire about my food. So the girl PICKS UP THE ORDER I THOUGHT WAS MINE AND I say so that whole time that food was just sitting there? I could have had it 15 minutes ago because you werent paying attention. She looked confused and lost so I grabbed my food and walked out but I thought about it, why should I give them my money when they didnt care about my money or my time? So I went back and demanded a refund because now Im mad and they dont care. The manager then tries to stick up for the girl saying she was busy. SO IF HE SAW THAT SHE WAS BUSY WHY DIDNT HE BRING ME MY FOOD? THAT MEANS NONE OF THEM WERE PAYING ATTENTION AND NONE OF THEM CARED ABOUT ME WAITING FOR 30 MINS!! They only care about pick up orders and deliveries because those orders were flying out of the kitchen. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!
International Wings Factory offers a unique food experience.Their wings here are spectacular, nice and crispy.Sauces are packed with lot of flavor.I have been here three times and have tried most of the sauces.None of them disappoint.Such gourmet quality wings at such low prices.I am a fan.I hope they expand and open more locations.Such a gem of a place in UES
Had been checking out this place since they were doing their construction.Had ordered delivery few times and their wings and sauces are amazing.Tried them for Super Bowl again and we were not disappointed. We ordered two trays wings and boneless each and a combo of sliders and fries.IWF is a welcome change to the neighborhood and cannot wait for them to be fully open and try their burgers and sandwiches which I heard is going to be on their final menu.
Have been visiting this place for over 2 months on my way back from work atleast 3-4 times a week.I usually call in to place the order ahead so I dont have to wait once I get in.Their wings are exceptional quality and their prices are so affordable. The sauces have amaaazing flavor and I have tried them all. They dont disappoint.Their fries are always a great addition to the wings and sandwiches. My favorite is the spicy garlic but definitely try them all.Their coleslaw and potato salad although not very traditional deliver huge flavor. Its a small place, nothing too fancy about it but they serve high quality food and thats what matters.I have called in for delivery several times and although it takes a while but its still bang on time and hot and nicely boxed.Great addition to the Upper East Side and by far my favorite wings place.

2022-06-17First time here and I must say the food is pretty good. Wings were crispy and cooked well and came out piping hot. The sweet potato fries weee amazing and had a hint of spice to to them. Service was friendly and attentive. I agree with some other commenters wings are expensive, after a 10 piece it is 1.90 per wing. It adds up quickly at that price. Overall good place to grab something to eat. Definitely will go back!

2022-04-10The wings are pretty good. Crunchy and juicy as they describe it. They are expensive though at $1.90 each. You get a dip for free if you buy 10. Otherwise the dip is $.90. They service was good and the food came out in about 10 minutes and it was hot.

2021-12-06EVERYTHINGGGGThe best wings period period! First of all, they ask how you would like your wings cooked, which is revolutionary. I don’t eat chicken like that and was honestly not going to eat anything and just chill with my friend that was eating, but when you open the door for me to have extra extra crispy and dry and not be demonized, I’m only human . They actually brought the wings to the table before tossing them to ask if they were done enough 🤌🏽 the serviceeeeThe Nashville hot is a dry rub. It was my least fav of my choices but only because it had a lot to contend with. The soul something was exactly what it promised: flavorful hot buffalo but not painfully hot. The lemon ones were bomb too.My only note would be to get plain fries because it just felt like too much going on with bacon and cheese with the wing flavors.7 starts

2021-12-29It was my first time here. I got the lemon Cajun wings and the mac and mozz. The wings were nicely cooked, seasoned, and crispy. As soon as I walked in everyone was so nice and welcoming. Great place, small but cozy they do have the dine in option. Clean and the staff super friendly definitely a 10/10.

2022-01-01This place has delicious wings HANDS DOWN. I was craving some wings for New Years Eve and decided to search via Uber Eats and this location was one of the highly rated places. I decided to order the lemon cajun wings and American gold boneless chicken. All I’m gonna say is finger licking good. The wings were cooked to perfection and both the flavor and dipping sauces tasted fresh and delicious. I also ordered spicy garlic sweet potatoes fries 😋😋😋. Thinking about it makes me want to order some right now. You should definitely try this place out. THE END!

2022-07-03Wings are good! I got their soul purifier sauce on the side incase it was too spicy, but its not.. i would say the soul purifier is around a habanero kick, i thought it would be ghost chili or something spicier

2021-11-16So amazing ! We were staying at the hotel Mariott and staff recommend this restaurant. We ordered the Mango chili, tandoori, and Lemon cajun. Staff recommended the side sauce. Brought back some fries and Mac and cheese. Everything was super delicious.

2021-08-14I ordered online and these wings are simply amazing! You gotta try the Vietnamese Chile Mango sauce - it is the perfect amount of heat and tanginess - best sauce I have had for wings! If you are looking for great wings - give them a try! :-)
