2022-02-14Bought thier best battery, they tested the vehicle,, they installed it.Ametter voltage gage from the attenuator read 14v, 5 days latter its totally dead, i called and was told sorry we cant help you customer service? Standing behind your product?NOT AT ALL!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

2022-02-24Best batteries you can get, cheaper than Autozone and Advance, and will install for you. I just pulled up and wasn’t able to remove/install my battery due to surgery and they had me in and out in 5 minutes.

2021-12-28I purchased a car battery here. The technician had trouble installing the battery and had to watch a youtube video to figure out how to do it. In the process of installing, he did not properly tighten things back. I had to spend another $200 bringing it in for service.Do not get your car batteries here.

2021-10-12They do not honor warranty. I had a bad cell in one of their batteries and they will not replace it even though they confirmed it had a dead cell. They blamed my not driving 15 miles a day due to working from home as the reason they will not honor the warranty. Are you kidding me? I have a Nissan sports car that I have not driven in 3 months and it starts every time. Defective batteries; horrible customer service and shady salesman at Interstate Batteries. Several phone calls and the person I talk to was always very rude; told me I had to get my car that will not start to them to look. I had it towed to my dealership because they convince me its the alternator. Dealership said its not the alternator and gave me a new battery which works every time even though I am not driving 15 miles daily.

2018-10-26The batteries that I get from interstate are a much better value than at other retail stores. I also find the employees there very helpful and they seem to go out of there way to help a customer.Also a big bonus that they are willing to recycle old batteries.

2018-09-21Dependable battery. Worth the extra bucks knowing you have a battery can start your car every single time during the 5 or 6 year promised period and beyond. Last battery dd go 5 years problem free and i bought the upgraded version feeling confident for the next 6 year! Yes this one goes for 6 years with much more CCA power than the oem.
