I had a great experience at this dealership. All the staff is super pleasant and accommodating. My sales agent is Ricardo Abinader and the finance representative that I spoke to was Glenn. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know that is looking for a car. They’re the best!!
Hello everyone, I want to inform you about this Toyota Motor Show, I was there yesterday because I have a Toyota Sienna car under warranty, I had to throw the bottles and change the Motor oil, But the Toyota Motor Show threw the bottles and it seems they didn’t change the engine oil because the cap in the engine is where they pour I didn’t even touch the oil with my hand as it was in the dust and stood in the dust They just washed it and gave the car away I lost 5 hours in vain I was served by a guy named Anthony They kindly meet and kindly see me off. I won’t go to this Toyota car dealership Because I didn’t see that they changed the motor oil in the car, it is better to change it in other workshops, they will fill in the motor oil in front of you and you will see everything that is done with your car, but be careful friends do not go to this car dealership
Prices are too high compared to other dealerships in town. Specially for tires I had to go somewhere else to replace my tires. Then I saved -$414 ,and keep that in mind always keep at least $200 on you before you go there even for normal service.Another bad experience I had with this dealership is that I purchased a car Toyota Corolla 2018 after I sign everything She handed( i don’t remember her name) me just the key ( remoteness)To be honest I’m leaving in NY mostly Cold weather. So why in the world would I Spend $21,000 for a remoteless car. I found that so disrespectful. When I contacted the dealership just to get a remote for my car they told me my car DO NOT Come with a remote.Please before you guys present all the positive stuff about your cars make sure you tell the Clients about some other negative things as well.Then another thing I KNOW the laws Even I signed up everything I could’ve been returned it and call the bank and let them know what you guys did to me. But I let it go.That was my first car so I should be exited but wasn’t.I will NEVER come back again.
I am always happy here 😊 my service advisor is the BEST they explain everything clearly and thoroughly, they tell true realistic wait times…. They even have a shuttle that can take you home. Waiting area is comfortable and they even have a good coffee machine 😉. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else
Very bad service.My ABS light turned on and I was told to take it to the dealership as it was something only they could do. So I go to Interstate Toyota at 9 AM Monday after making an appointment.After waiting all day Monday no one calls me back to tell me the problem. Only after wading through multiple well get back to you in 15 did I finally get a decent response. Then my service manager gets back at 6:30PM Monday. Finally.He told me I have to replace my ABS actuator and I tell him I gotta think about it as its $2,000.Tuesday morning I tell him I want to do it and he says hell order the part get an ETA and call me back. I miss a call from him because Im on another then try to get back to him. I keep hearing hes busy and hell get back to me. By noon no one has gotten back to me. Finally after getting in contact he gives me an ETA of Friday.After dropping my car off at Monday 9AM, only by noon Tuesday do I find out they will have it done by Friday.I declined the replacement here at Interstate and took it to another dealership the same day, they told me Thursday. And they call me back.Not sure if this speed is normal. But most places I take my car in the morning will usually tell me whats up and give me a quote within the same day. Both service and the actual repair seem slow, would not recommend. If you must go to a toyota dealership pick the other places nearby.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Interstate Toyota! I’ve been enjoying my 2022 Toyota 4Runner for over a month now, but would be remiss to not write this review and recommend this dealership and salesman Mark Stephenson to anyone in the market for a new ride! I had very specific requirements, i.e. color, features, trim level, and Mark was very cooperative and super conscientious in finding me EXACTLY what I wanted at the right price…a MIRACLE in the current market!The entire process was seamless; I was treated with dignity and respect by everyone involved. Sales Manager Burton Jean was always available, communicating to provide updates even on his day off! The whole team was knowledgeable, kind and courteous, from sales to finance to parts and service, and most recently I had a great experience with Ludin in the body shop.Definitely visit Mark and the guys at Interstate Toyota! Five stars all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My experience with Interstate has been downright awful. I just bought out a car lease from them. They pressured me like crazy to give them the buy out check the month before the lease was up. Although I only needed to pay them the following month, they pressured and pressured to get the money early. They overcharged me a good few hundred dollars and reassured me I’d get a refund check. It is now almost three months later- no refund check. They charged whopping DMV fees but three months in and I have yet to receive the new registration and plates. And the new title they also didn’t have over. The current lien holder is demanding the title, yet although interstate was overpaid in full- they still have not handed over the title after three months of grabbing the payment. If you want to ever see your money, your title, your new plates, then do yourself a favor and don’t get your lease through this company. They are a nightmare to deal with. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I got my lease through them. When they wanted the money early they were calling you multiple times daily, but when you are calling them to see why you never got the fraudulently overcharged amount or the title that they no longer legally own yet are still holding it hostage - you will never get hold of someone who will take responsibility…Update: as per owners response, that email they provided never is answered to.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Lucas Scimia is friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and professional. Always did what he said would… taking vids of interested vehicle & making other arrangements that made the process welcoming and smooth. Glenn (Finance) Extremely efficient and thorough in explaining the financing details. I live 800 miles from this dealership but I will give them a call first when in the market for another vehicle.
This places service is abysmal. They do all the sweet talk, but never actually do anything for you. Just as an example, when you drop off your vehicle for service, the representative so sweetly gives you (his) phone number to communicate via text on the status of your vehicle. Sweet! Problem is, they never answer your texts! I had this 3 different time, with 3 different reps! And when you ask them about it, they are NEVER at fault. The have a million exuses.This is just an example of how they talk the talk, but never walk the walk.The vehicle is never ready on time, and their prices for service are thru the roof. Do yourself a favor find another way to service your vehicle.
If you need a Toyota definitely head here and get one. From the moment we walked into the dealership we where greeted with smiles and great attitudes. This is not the everyday dealership where once you walk in the door the sales people swarm you. My wife and I where looking for a RAV 4 and we have been to every dealership you can think of all makes and models. The salesmen Stefan helped us start to finish and he was amazing. He went above and beyond from beginning to the end. For example My wife just had a baby 10 days before and the baby was with us the whole time, we had to feed and change the baby and Stefan said, “just change the baby on my desk no need to go anywhere else.” Even the sales manager Fabio came over to congratulate us on our baby and sat and chatted a little about his kids and he was also expecting a baby boy in a couple days. Being at this dealership we felt like family and where treated like it to. I will be heading back here for all my further Toyotas. If you are looking for a new or pre owned Toyota make your way to interstate Toyota and see Stefan for the best car buying experience you will ever have.
I had an awesome an amazing visit!!! The two gentlemen Besione and Juan was fantastic on their service and selling me this car they tried very hard to try to get lower car payments than what I have and I’m hoping in the near future that they can lower my car payments within another year who I can trust!
Thank you, Greg, for a completely hassle-free, low pressure, no BS purchase of my RAV4 Prime. I had been looking for this car for weeks and had been given prices of up to $10,000 over MSRP at dealers around NYC who couldn’t tell me when or even IF the car would come in. Finally called Interstate Toyota and, while yes, they were still selling at $3-$5K over MSRP, they had one available on allocation for delivery in August. I put a refundable deposit down, prepared to wait for two months. The VERY NEXT WEEK, Greg called with the good news that someone had canceled their order and one was available to pick up that day. Plus it was $500 cheaper because it had $500 less of those useless extras on it. He probably could have sold it for $10K over MSRP to someone else, but he sold it to me for the previously agreed-upon (fairly reasonable) markup and didn’t try to add back the $500 of extra useless stuff. Finance guy was also not overly pushy on the warranty sales pitch. Good experience, thank you.
The end of April 2022 I started my journey looking for a used vehicle. I currently have a Toyota Rav4 and wanted a newer model, but was leaning towards a used one. I started my search by looking up all the Toyota dealerships online that were fairly close to me and looking at those with the higher google ratings.I called around and it became so frustrating, because now I had to keep records of who I spoke to at which dealerships, list the used cars that they had in stock with pricing, consider the distance and if it was worth it to travel from Long Island, NY to some of these higher rated dealerships. OMG, I was getting anxiety UNTIL......... I called Interstate Toyota and spoke to a young lady who screens the calls before giving it to a sales manager. I was kind of short tempered when I told her I dont have time to waste, Im a female and I know salesmen love to take advantage of us and I need someone to be direct and straightforward and help me get a vehicle with the least amount of stress. I have my money all sorted out and I will walk away the moment I feel like someone is trying to play me.She knew just the person, Ricardo Abinader!I cannot say enough good things about Ricardo! Let me first say, my university degree is in Hospitality Sales and Meeting Management. In the hotel industry, we aim to please and give the best service. Ive had the pleasure of working at The Plaza Hotel and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to SERVICE. Saying all that, to help you understand the level of service Ricardo gave me.Never once did he ever make me feel like I was bothering him with too many questions or being indecisive about making a decision. Ricardo helped me find my new love, a brand new 2022 Rav4, at what I think is a great price.To the management at Interstate Toyota, YOU HAVE A GEM IN YOUR MIDST and I hope you make every opportunity available to Ricardo for advancement within your establishment. The service waiting area is clean and comfortable. The wait times are about average here. The prices for maintenance are very high compared to other dealer service centers.Not very organized anymore. I used to receive messages updating me on the progress of my vehicle and I keep receiving emails to get my vehicle serviced after it has been serviced.
I was in deep trouble for not returning my leased car on time due to working long hours .A friend of mine refired me to go meet with Fatjon and Tony .they bough the car and did all the paperwork and I walked out with a new 2022 RAV4, this is by far the best costumer service I have ever seen. keep in mind this is the 8th car I have leases over the years. I cant tell you the stress level they took way from me. If I could give 1000 starts I would. I have become a costumer for life. Just take that drive over there it will be worth your time guarantee. Ask for Fatjon and Toni.
Poor experience with the SalesPerson on phone. She doesn’t have any compassion and thinks like an entitled person. I believe 2 pieces of contradictory information was given to me:1. She quoted a price on phone which was $5,000 above the vehicle’s selling price listed on Interstate Toyota’s portal.2. The vehicles was shown in-stock on Interstate Toyota’s portal but the SalesPerson told me that it was not available.She spoke like a person entitled. On a question about the vehicles selling price, instead of saying that “THIS IS OUR PRICE”, I was told that “CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING $5,000 over MSRP”.
I just started my third lease with a vehicle from Interstate. The 2021 Venza and I love it! Lucas was very cooperative and helpful in our purchase of a 22 Sienna limited. I felt no need to purchase the extended warranty from finance btw. They matched the APR I got from my bank so I went with Toyota finance. Their adjusted markup was less then the other dealerships and being a New York dealership the extra fees aren’t there like you get in Jersey. Tell LUCAS Jeff C sent you!!
Interstate Toyota is a terrible dealership. Google should have a zero star for places like this. They were supposed to buy my car and after corresponding with them for some time I brought it in to close the deal. I worked with Lucas Scimia who was really unhelpful and I would never recommend him or Interstate Toyota to buy or sell a car. Lucas offered me a terrible price and couldnt explain why, he just made up bad excuses for his terrible dealership. I brought the car to Ramsey Toyota and received a great price for the car and really excellent service. Buyer Beware, dont visit this dealership unless you want to get screwed!
I’ve probably purchased 10 new vehicles through the years. Interstate Toyota and my salesman Lucas were by far my most pleasurable experience to date. They were super professional and worked very hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted during a crazy market. Lucas’ communication with me went above and beyond what was expected. My girlfriend and I had a terrific experience buying a new car from interstate Toyota. It was really stressful navigating the car market with the current shortages. So at the beginning of this car buying process , I was recommended to interstate from another another dealer who new that the car I wanted was located at interstate. Lucas was the sales person who helped from the beginning, he went the distance for me to get the vehicle I wanted. He is outstanding and was a pleasure to work with him. What I appreciated most was his transparency about everything from start to end. So know this brings me to Glenn Reggio the finance wizard, he was also fabulous, very professional and of course knowledgeable about what he does there at interstate. Both Glenn and lucas are very personable and I hope they are there for my next vehicle I purchase.I live about 45 minutes from interstate but I will be only dealing with them. I tried to purchase a car from them based on pricing they had listed online. I received an email confirmation with the final pricing (MSRP + taxes + fees). However, when I tried to complete the purchase, I was told that there was a pricing mistake and they would need for me to pay them an additional $3000 or the order would be cancelled.I dont have a problem with dealerships asking for market adjustments during the current market conditions. However my issue is that unlike other dealerships, they werent transparent up front and then pulled a bait and switch at the time to write the contract even though they provide an order confirmation with purchase pricing.If you have experienced similar fraudulent or bad practices, please make sure you report it to the Federal Trade Commission (reportfraud.ftc.gov).
Arrived for service at 730 for 8am appt. Pulled up to garage door and waited. At 8am Toyota brought inside 4 other cars waiting at the door next to me!!! When I got out and asked I was told they only take cars from the other door!HOW WAS I TO KNOW THAT?? No signs or instructions. And no one from Toyota even asked why I was there! (At the wrong door).I needed to get to work (hospital). Didn’t get out till 10. Actually, saw my car finished and ready but had to wait another 20 minutes till they gave it back (“finishing paperwork” after standing around talking to each other).Communication needs to be improved and would have made this a decent experience rather than poor.

First mess up was when one of the technicians went home with the key of my car and I had to wait hours to get it backBut then I visited last week again for routine service and when I was done I felt something was wrong with the car , came out to take a look I quickly realized that one of the wheels were not put up properly and the nuts were loose and it almost came down while driving , I really think this place needs a shake up some more responsibility….
After reading all of the wonderful reviews on google, I decided that this dealership would be my last stop in my search to purchase a Toyota Highlander SE. The salesman, Joe, had the car ready for me when I arrived for a test drive. It was nice and cool on this very hot day. The driving course for the test drive allowed for me to really feel how the car handled the road. Joe always walked me through all of the safety features and aspects of the car that make people really love the model. I was SOLD. Joe, the manager and general manager all worked with me to ensure that I was comfortable with the trade-in of my car, had refreshments and that everything was going smoothly. Due to an emergency and time constraint, I had to pickup my child and returned back to the dealership to complete the purchase. Never once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable regarding anything in the process of purchasing the car. Joe showed me the service department and scheduled my car for service in December. When I went to the finance department, Juan was very informative and helpful. He walked me through everything I needed to know and my options. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to making the car buying process quick and easy :-) Now I have the perfect car!
After looking at options at a few dealers I came in an hour before closing on a Saturday. Tony, the sales associate, was excellent to work with. He was professional, courteous, helpful and efficient, and I got a good deal on the Highlander that I wanted. I was in a new car in less than two hours - Tony and other staff stayed after closing to make sure that everything was set up right for me to drive home that day. Also, a big thank you to Glen for setting up the financing that I was looking for. All in all I had a great experience, and would highly recommend coming to Interstate Toyota if you’re thinking about a new car.
It always takes a lot longer to get your car done then stated. At my last visit they probably overextended themselves. My cars alignment could not be fixed. They said they tried for an hour to bend tie rods. I needed new air filter I had just replaced, something seemed shady. My wife needed tuneup as well so they asked if I would bring in? I said yes, will bring over and take my car when done. I asked how long till her car would take. Till 3 but wasn’t ready till 5. I asked if someone could follow me in my wife car to her office and bring me back for my car. They looked at me like I was crazy. Said we close at 5. So now it was my problem and I was out of luck, They finally asked some guy for a favor to shuttle me back and forth. Don’t know why they didn’t say make appointment to bring her car back when you can?!!!3.9% CREDIT CARD SERVICE FEE! Are you kidding me?!? If I had been told up front I would have walked to the bank. There used to be a Chase near by. I didn’t want to give them another dime. There is a little struggling farm stand near me. They don’t have a service charge for credit cards 💳. I’m sure the they added the % they pay to credit card company in to the price of there produce! They don’t stick it in my face! Farm owner “ the reason you’re bill is higher than cost plus tax, maybe not on food, but that’s not the point, the difference is our service charge on credit card’s And maybe that’s not fair since the cost of car repairs are so high and the #ege is a lot. So lower your prices to a reasonable rate. I understand that every business is trying to get back the money lost during the COVID shutdown but give me a break!
Went in October of 2017 for a routine inspection and within 5 minutes of handing over the keys, they locked the keys in the car. Four hours later my car is returned with scratches and marks all over the door and handle from their employees breaking into the car in order to resolve their mistakes. They tried to make amends however not even a year later the paint is peeling. Their customer service throughout the whole process was stressful and disappointing. Beware of this dealership and their unprofessionalism. As you can tell from the photos of the paint they also dont use quality products.
I advise you to be careful with your car/truck when you come in for service. My lug lock key was not returned to me, and the service department refused to help me with this, forcing me to buy new lugs.Also something was stolen out of my glove box, and I didnt get an apology, a call back, or even a chance to speak to someone that seemed like they remotely cared.I would think the service guys at Toyota would carry themselves in a professional way, but this is not the case at Interstate Toyota. Be careful.
I am a ‘Former’ Crestmont Toyota customer. I am now an Interstate Toyota customer. Why you ask? Because my long time, trusted Service Manager and treasured Friend, Roger Wisnewski, now works at Interstate Toyota. When he told me he was changing dealerships, all I wanted to know was where he was going. Roger has been taking care of my Toyotas for 20+ years, and wherever he goes, my cars and I will follow. I trust him and value his opinion and work ethic. If you need a new Toyota Service Manager, go see Roger at Interstate Toyota. He’s the best!!!!!
Awesome experience! From the minute I walked into Interstate Toyota I was greeted openly and helped right away. The sales rep Tony made sure I was comfortable and he really worked with me to find a car. So happy I came into this dealership because the manager and sales rep found me a car on my dreams and a few hours later after filling up the paperwork I left the dealership with a brand new car!! Beyond happy with everything and would 10/10 recommend everyone to go there and check it out!
Dealer did recall service and added CarPlay to vehicleAs promised and since they told me on phone it would beFree, they kept their promise even though they found out later it was chargeable item. The recall was for fuelPump. There was a smell of gasoline so I’m hopingNo issue with that.

I worked with Lucas at Lia Toyota and decided to follow him at Interstate Toyota as a result of my positive first experience with him. He was so friendly, honest, and helpful, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted during a time when inventory is slim. I have been a customer of Interstate Toyota for as long as I can remember/ as long as I could drive. I have dealt with Ricky and Orlando in service for years, and they’ve always gone above and beyond to ensure my car was getting the best care for a fair price (they kept my car alive and running for nearly 20 years!). Most recently, I had to lease a new car, and I had the pleasure of working with Greg H in sales who was nothing short of spectacular. He was patient, kind, honest, informative and really made sure to give me the best deal he could. I would recommend this team of individuals over and over again. They have shown time and time again that they are all professional, honest, courteous, kind and fair.
Made selling my old vehicle an easy process. Friendly and helpful staff. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from them as well. They were willing to meet my budget. I highly recommend Interstate - I’ve been to other dealerships who don’t follow up after a deal is done; my experience here was very different.
I had the pleasure of working with Stefan R. and Fabio for the purchase of my RAV4. Stefan was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, the differences between trims and financing options. He was very patient as I contemplated which vehicle to purchase and did not push me to make any decisions. Fabio showed me all the financing options and incentives available to make sure I felt I was getting a great deal. They also offered a great price on my trade in and made sure the process was seamless. All in all, I was only there for a few hours and didn’t expect to leave with my new car the same day but they made sure it happened. The only dealership I ever purchase cars from is Interstate Toyota. The staff is exceptional and knowledgeable. Mike Quinones is my go to guy! He gets the job done and follows through to get all the paperwork processed and makes buying a car a breeze. The entire dealership is customer driven from the front desk greeter, to the professional finance department and service area. Email/text reminders are sent to assist customers with vehicle maintenance. I appreciate this top notch service and will only do business with companies like Interstate Toyota that actually care for and respect their customers.

I brought my 2021 Toyota Camry in for routine service & everything was done quickly & effectively. I left my car because I was at work & I was able to pick it back up within an hour. I asked the serviceman about taking my car through a quick car wash & he was more than helpful with that.
I need to give them 100 stars! 5 stars are not enough at all. Lucas was my dealer and he was super professional!!! I had so many bad experiences with Toyota dealers in NYC. Im sure many people have been experiences that especially during this shortage of cars due to the Pandemic. Dealers are very aggressive now. As Id had so many bad experiences, I was almost giving up buying a car. But Lucas who I requested an online inquiry before called and told me that they just got a car Ive been looking for. I was about to say no, Im not coming. But Just in case, I checked the reviews of Interstate Toyota and they got really good reviews! And newest review was about good thing about Lucas. I gave a try because the dealer who is calling me is Lucas. I drove up on the day he called me ( I was already under lots of stress) But Ive realized that the dealer from Hillside Toyota in Jamaica Queens who kept my previous cars registration which I wanted to use for trade in to buy a new car. The Hillside Toyota did not even tell me about it. They just KEPT it secretly. I was really, really upset when we found out when I was about to buy a new car at Interstate Toyota. Lucas was incredibly calm, helped and managed the horrible situation amazingly. After I bought a new car, it was already dark but he even helped to unload stuff ( I had so much stuff!) from my old car and to load to my new car! I felt so bad already for him that I took so much of his time but he still went through everything about my new car. He did not rush me at all. Under such a stressful situation, his honestly and professionalism gave me such a relief and I can not thank him enough!!The financial manager, Glenn was great as well! I had to rush him because I needed to head back to the city with my son who came with me as it was getting dark. But Glenn did not make any expression of frustration and was super nice throughout. He explained me very well about the financial plan but he did not push any other optional things that usually other sales persons would do. Of course he did mention those as its his job but when I said sorry. I dont think Im gonna take that , he was just no problem!. I could totally trust them. The office is very large and clean. Plenty of parking space as well. I know that people in the city might not want to travel to Interstate Toyota because its not in the city but you have to! Its only 40mins drive and you can buy your car in such a stress-free situation!! They are very honest people and treat each customer with respect! Even a crazy lady from the city like me rushing, panicking and watching her sons homework during a car purchase! lol I highly recommend Interstate Toyota! Well - Im 60 years old and Ive bought several cars over the years. I just bought my second one working with sales rep. Burton Jean and Ive never had a better car-buying experience. The first car I bought from Burton was when he was working at the Toyota dealership in Westport CT. This time, I drove past Westport and made the extra hour drive to work with Burton in NY. Buying a car, its tough to know if youre making the right choice and even tougher to know if youre getting a good deal...thats why I made the drive - Burton has proved that I can count on getting wise and honest advice, and on getting a great deal. Both times he went above and beyond to make sure I got both. (And I liked the dealership a lot better than the one in Westport!)

I was at the Interstate Toyota dealer in Monsey/Suffern couple of days ago. As always the service was great. Anthony is always a pleasure to work with. There was another customer there who was singing the praises of Ricky, her service person. I agreed with her. The new waiting area is wonderful, modern, and comfortable. The work was completed in a reasonable amt. of time.
Again I go to get a simple oil change. I make an appointment and ask the girl how long sine I have an appointment. She tells me about an hour and 15 minutes so I take a 1:30 appointment. My car was ready at 3:00. I didn’t leave until 3:15 and I had a 3:30 appointment. I was late for my appointment. But the problem was the service advisor. He was too slow to get my paperwork. Never received my multi point inspection. Two printers were not working. Why make an appointment if your not going to be ready in a timely matter.
I went to buy a car at this dealer, there were only three cars inside and lots of used cars outside. I saw a sales person from India hiding— are you a sales man? What do you need? He replied…I asked him questions, what is the most economic car in the the 20000 range, we don’t have anything. I just saw your website I replied ( Camry/ Corolla) oh those are small cars! Well I am not there to buy a boat. The man didn’t want to sale and on top he said we have to pay $3500.00 over the retail price because there is no production.For that price they are asking buy yourself a Tesla 3 and you save on gasoline.To make the story short, I bought a nice Honda CRV , low miles from Carvana. Certified and in minutes! People do yourselves a favor, don’t waste your time there.
I wish I can give this place zero stars. How unprofessional is this place. They completely ruined my first experience of buying a car. I had a terrible inexperience salesman who lied right to my face. The manger was absolutely no help. I highly recommend no one goes to this terrible dealership. There is plenty of other Toyota dealership, please save yourself the trouble and do NOT go to this one Only professional their was they guy who finalized the payment.
Going to interstate Toyota has always been a pleasure. They are very kind, helpful and care about the vehicle you are buying and whether it will benefit you or not. Waited over 3 hours today for completion of service; after over an hour from arrival, rep informed me by phone that they found a nail in one tire. Since I was going to fly out the next day I had no time to get a tire elsewhere and had to use their service to replace the tire. Another large expense I didn’t need. I wanted a diagnostic done on front cameras. Was told it wasn’t covered and I would have to pay for it so I didn’t have it done. Odd that it’s not covered, because it’s a safety issue. Finally, I was not notified when car was ready and found out on my own. Rep claimed she called but I never got it. An off day for the service department.
Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. These people deceived me. The car came with a CarPlay/radio problem which they did not tell us about. I only found out after getting home from buying the car. That means the car wasn’t properly evaluated & they pretty much made paid way over what we should have paid. I feel cheated & deceived. I have a problem with an EXPENSIVE car from day 1, where a key feature doesn’t even work. & some of the people there when I told them of the problem were RUDE and unhelpful.
I was very disappointed because when I called for an appointment to have the fuel pump recall taken care of I was told it would only take about an hour. I was told I would be able to have my car the next day if I dropped it off the day before before closing at 5 pm. I dropped it off Monday July 19th. I never received a call Tuesday and Noone is in the service department when I called shortly after 5.The service associate I spoke with Wednesday when I went to get the car took no responsibility for the lack of a phone call when it was finished, saying I wasnt here yesterday. When I spoke with the manager, his response was that they were very busy the day before.I have never had such a disappointing experience with Toyotas service department at the Airmont location before. I usually always dealt with Ricky Boulotte there and always had impeccable service (attitude, caring, etc.) and wish I could have had him to deal with this time.
Service is obviously the focus at Interstate Toyota. We had a lease renewal and from the moment we arrived Tony was so incredibly nice and accommodating. From explaining and showing me my options, processing of the paperwork and how the car was immediately ready as soon the insurance came back, it was a breeze. I can’t recommend them enough which is why I think I’ll probably remain a customer for as long as this staff is there.One thing I have to mention, during the registration process, Tony caught that they didn’t include my middle initial on the permit. Knowing how strict NY is, he called them back immediately and had them correct it. Not sure how many reps would necessarily care or go the distance like that.-KS
The experience at Interstate Toyota is always pleasant; however, this time it took and extremely long time to finish my oil change and front turn signal light replacement though I had a preestablished appoint. Additionally, the additional items found during my inspection were not discussed with me in order for me to make a decision whether I wanted to complete all or some at the discrepancies while I was there.
Very friendly and honest people if there are any issues they will do there absolute best to make everyone happy in the situation. Mark and Joseph helped me purchase my car and Anthony and Ron helped me in the service department and all around a good team and they just recently expanded to there new beautiful facility.
Roger Wisniewski was excellent. He kept us informed of the stages of our maintenance visit. He knew my husband had medical problems and informed the person working on the car and the person inspecting the car. We were informed that the person doing the inspections was backed up but everything was done in the time told us.
Brought my car in for my regular service. Dealt with the service manager Mike Jackson. He was great from start to finish, kept me updated through the whole process. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this dealership and also highly recommend you ask to speak to Mike Jackson.

Ive never had so much of a headache in my life running around with a dealership that caused me so much trouble.Sold the car that I was promised the night before my appointment, couldnt find anything in my price range so we had to go to Connecticut, didnt even have my correct phone number saved. Mailed my registration to the wrong address. doesnt have a tow truck, got mad at me for not having triple A, and wanted to charge me $1300 for a $400 part that took my dad 20 minutes to install.
I worked with Jason Pinos in regards to purchasing a Toyota Tacoma. From the moment I walked in Jason was extremely helpful and courteous. Having both my young children with me, Jason was friendly, outgoing and made my experience as easy as possible. They were extremely transparent with pricing and gave me a white glove experience. Going forward I will only use Interetate Toyota. I agreed on a deal on a Saturday and was able to drive home on Sunday around my work schedule. Jason then introduced me to Glenn Reggio the finance manager. Glenn was personable and friendly. Glenn went above and beyond with making sure everything was in my contract and made the buying experience very straight forward and easy. Iris the person who sold me my car was pleasant informative and not pushy which I liked. She listened and really tried to work with me. Friendly environment but in the end it the sale felt rushed, not sure if it was because it was the end of the night. I do feel like I didn’t get a good amount for my trade but I let it go. I would recommend buying here but sure to go early so you don’t feel rushed out of there.
I was very disappointed I had a flat tire it was going to take two hours instead it took two days I left a bottle of water in the car it froze instead of them cleaning up the mess not only They did not wash the car t they left residual of glasses all over the place very unprofessional
Service guys are awesome. They were able to save me money by coming up with a way to clamp a loose pipe back to its broken bracket position. Also were able to apply credit to a tire replacement (found a bad bubble on older one) in order to pass an inspection. Very pleased w/their services.
The service here for my Venza was wonderful. I was told everything up front and my car was ready 2 days earlier than anticipated and they worked to get the repair covered by Toyota. Anthony in the service area was so friendly, efficient and professional. Recommend this dealer.
Terrible experience. I had a single speaker out, they originally wanted to charge me ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS for that speaker. I refused. They then offered me FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a speaker. I said ok, came back the next day and somehow the price went up. I refused to pay more. Two hours waiting and the sales associate Joseph was made to apologize to me for lying about the price. He still works there. Worst part is the speaker broke and it has not worked for months. Best part is, it is no longer under warranty even though when I needed to bring it in they were closed for covid. No extension to the warranty. But to this day I still get calls every day asking to bringing the car in for servicing, I have refused for months and the calls keep coming. Worst part is I do need service, but I refuse to go there as long as the employee who scammed me still works there. Originally I decided not to post this because I do understand how one sales associate can ruin a business image, but the fact that I still get calls every day reminding me of the awful time I had being ripped off has motivated me to share my experience. Thanks Joseph, Im down money, a speaker, and a shop to bring my car to.After my review on Yelp I was told to email them directly to discuss my experience. I did and got no response.

I was very pleased with my experience.The price for an oil change was reasonable. The staff was professional and courteous. My Technician explained everything and answered all my questions. Additionally in this time of Covid, masks were worn and everyone was very respectful of social distancing. I will definitely avail myself of their services again

Extensively high prices for new Tires. Later on checked the same tires prices online and other dealerships , they were costing much much lower prices as compare to Interstate Toyota. I am a big fan of Toyota but never seen such kind of Toyota dealership like Interstate any where else. Highly cost labor fees for just changing the tires. Alignment of the tires doesn’t included in the labor fees for changing the tires. Interstate Toyota charge me separately for the alignment of the brand new tires which i bought from them. I paid ridiculously high price for New tires, labor for changing New tires and Labor fees for alignment of New tires. Seriously Interstate Toyota?Definitely not coming again at Interstate Toyota. Highly disappointed by Parts and Service/Maintenance department. I wish i checked the price from the market and other dealerships earlier. I choose them first because i trusted there services like otherdealerships and not checked the market earlier or other dealerships . Big mistake.

I needed an OEM windshield replacement and a recall repair. It took many phone calls to get the windshield repaired. Problem seemed to be in the overworked service manager and technical issues with their emails. Also their administrative staff isnt great: they don’t speak clearly, zero enthusiasm, no ability to convey the messages from the service department personnel to me the customer. I clearly asked to schedule both repairs on same day to minimize time without my car and trips to the dealership. They promised parts and personnel were on hand for both repairs. On day of the repair, they said they had the wrong parts for the recall repair and Id have to come back. They had my VIN number and could’ve checked if everything was there ahead of time. But they did promise a loaner during the recall repair whenever that occurs. Windshield replacement went well. Overall their issues lie in customer service (courtesy, transparency, call etiquette, etc.) and workflow management.
Jack is by far the best! Although I didn’t have any type of credit & not only that, it was my first car.. he tried his best to help me get a car that best fits for my family! Very patient and understanding. I can’t thank him enough. Thanks again. Love the service that was given to me. I definitely would come back and recommend all new and returning customers to get with Jack.
Just got my new 2020 Highlander LE HYBRID with the sales person Mr.Hameed Im very pleased, he was able to help me get the exact car I wanted with no problem. The dealership was also very inviting and easy to work with. Overall experience 10/10, someone recommended Mr.Hameed to me so I took the few hour drive and it was well worth it.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Game playing at the finest. I was called every other day to come in to showroom. Was quoted an internet price, arrived at showroom to have the sales manager value my trade at “fair” (mind you they have done every required service on my current Toyota) and the car is in very good condition. $80 more a month then quoted? No thank you.... Bottom line, don’t bother with this dealership!! Would give zero stars if it was an option!
Service was bad , they returned my car dirty my shuttle was late picking me up. I had to get transportation back to the dealership. Very very poor job, I can see why Lia dealership is a better choice. I will be getting my vehicle service elsewhere from now on. I was very disappointed.

When my car was ready no one came to get me and I had to tell someone my car was ready. Then the man handed me the papers to sign and told me if I had any questions I can call. He never went over anything that was done on my car or if anything needed attention. Now I have to review my paperwork and hopefully everything is good.

Anthony in the service department was amazing. He made sure I received the proper care and devices needed for my car. Punctual with time promising; I came there with my child and he told me it would be about two hours but was able to get me done in about an hour. Extremely satisfied. George Gabr, our salesman, and Steven, the sales manager, were friendly, patient, and offered us an excellent deal on our Highlander purchase. We saved literally thousands of dollars by buying from Interstate over another dealership with the same year, make, and model vehicle.The financing manager, Juan Carlos, was also great. And anytime I had to call, the folks who picked up the phone were polite and professional.We are very grateful to the whole Interstate Toyota team.
My appointment was at 12:10 pm. I arrived at Interstate Toyota at 12 pm. I was told that my car would be ready in 2 hours. After waiting for 1 hr and 50 minutes I noticed that my car still was parked at the parking lot. I asked the advised how much longer I had to wait. He said that I need to wait for another half an hour BEFORE the technician starts working on my car and the service would take another 45 minutes . I left. Looks like that they take more work that they can handle.

I have been to many dealerships and have work experience at one as well. I asked a question to an employee who appeared to be in a rush and immediately dropped what he was doing and gave me his full attention. Normally that would be enough to persuade me to write a strong review. However this was no ordinary employee. I was speaking to Teddy Maldonado the GM. He did not know me or know my background. The fact the GM of the store showed me that kind of respect and attention no doubt will be a reflection of the entire store. Teddy has EARNED me as a customer and referral base moving forward. If you live anywhere near here, and I will promise that it would be even worth your while to drive a little further, do business here and you will not regret. Thank you Teddy!!!
Joseph at interstate Toyota was a great, he helped me find my new Toyota Camry. He took his time to and helped me find a car that fully suited all my needs. After I purchased the car he even went out of his way to call me every month just to make sure everything with the car was going well.

HiService was great and friendly. However I do have complaints. Inside the waiting area were reality shows on TV that had lots of cursing/ inappropriate language which were definitely not rated G or PG. The volume was pretty loud. I would have been very upset if I had brought my kids with me. Same goes for a few staff members. Their use of the F_word and S_word could be heard. We all use it but know when and where.Also .. Over 3/4 of the staff were not wearing mask. Unacceptable. For everyones safety PLEASE put one on.Anyway... that was my first impression of your service center. Great friendly staff but lost a lot of points in waiting area, the constant use of profanity and most importantly the lack of use of personal protective equipment around customers .

Thanks to his help I was able to have my car fixed in a short time while they worked after hours. First off, they were great for texting me multiple times to remind me that my oil change was due. I got an appointment on the spot to come in within minutes of me calling.In addition, they found other issues that I suspected might be problematic. The technician as well as the service advisor was prompt and got me out in the shortest possible time. They are always great to deal with, hence the reason I still come here even though I moved over an hour away to NJ.
Sold me a car with serious transmission problems. We didn’t know and the transmission went 3 weeks (on the highway during rush hour) into owning the 2014 Sudan (back in 2018)... Became extremely difficult to contact and would not help us. Started digging into reviews and found that this dealership had a lot of issues and I experienced a lot of them. Wish I read the bad reviews before getting a car from them. After only 2 years with my 2014 Sudan, I had to trade in at a new, super helpful dealership. Shop thoroughly and avoid the mistake I made.Also, don’t give them the 5-star they ask for right away like I did... Wait till’ you go in for other services or your first oil change... then you’ll see. They are excellent car salesmen.

I love this place! Two years ago they took a chance on me. After my divorce I basically had no credit. I had been trying to build an independent life. They managed to get me a lease for my car. Today I went there to buy my car. It was quick and easy. They have been so good to me. When they got me the lease two years ago it changed my life. After 6 months my credit score went up and I was able to obtain a major credit card. I’m so thankful for this dealership.

I had a great experience at this dealership. John Ramos explained everything clearly and I didn’t feel pressured into buying a car I didn’t want. In fact, I didn’t find the car I wanted on the lot and he made sure to bring over the exact car I wanted. This is the first time I’m financing a car and I couldn’t have had a better experience.

I must say I didn’t even purchase my car here and I live in Long Island. A family member that owns an FJ Crusier like mine highly recommend this dealership. I was taken care of immediately Ricky made sure that they would go over all of my concerns with the vehicle and at the end the problem was fixed. They wanted to change 4 bulbs which I did myself. It cost me $7.00 to purchase at Wal-Mart. It took me 5 minutes to change all 4. To do that Toyota wanted to charge me $111.00. They wanted to change the air filter and cabin filter which I did myself It cost me $29.00. Toyota wanted to again charge me $111.00. Plus they wanted to charge me for other work all totaling almost $900. The oil change would have been $89.00 which surprised me because the last time it was $60.00. When I called and asked what price was for conventional oil they told me 69.00 Plus tax. Ultimately after saying something about the price I was charged the $60.00. So overall. I felt I was being taken advantage if. I was very unsatisfied and will not be returning to Toyota anymire

2022-02-12Buying a car at Interstate Toyota is one of my best experience ever. From the time I made the first call to the point I drove my Toyota RAV4 Hybrid away the staffs were friendly, welcoming, professional, courteous and you feel you are home. The process were very simplified and they went an extra mile to get the lowest interest rate for me. Good customer service is an excellent attribute to have and they showed it beyond my imagination. I don’t really write review but I will say Interstate Toyota made it seems like buying a car is very easy and simple with the current situation whereby you have to book a car for weeks. I got my car within a week. I have been 2 different places to buy Toyota where I made a deposit but this is the easiest place for me to buy a car. They were straightforward, open and listened. They gave me the assurance they will do everything within there ability to ensure I got a car from them and they did. When you have that exciting and happy feeling when you drove that car out of the dealer place, that shows they were accommodating, they did everything so you buy a car from them and kept their promise because as the car came in I got a call to come pick the car. Joseph, Robert and the new sales manager Burton were very helpful throughout the entire process. I will always go back to buy a car from interstate Toyota.

Ricky, Service Advisor on my car was thorough and explained fully the service being made on my car. Waiting room is very spacious, clean and of course, free coffee. 2022-03-17Interstate Toyota was wonderful from start to finish. Lucas is fantastic. He is very responsive to phone calls, emails, and texts. He answered all of my questions and researched anything he did not know initially. He was honest, friendly, and Informative throughout my experience at Interstate Toyota. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at any time during the process of purchasing my vehicle.The financial person was awesome. He answered all of my questions and was able to get me the lower rate that I requested. He also was able to discount the warranties at my request. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process.The interactions I had with the parts and service departments were fantastic as well.If you are in the market for a new car, you should give Lucas a call at Interstate Toyota. 2022-03-31The dealers are good at their job, and make themselves available for you and any questions you may have even after you purchase a car from them. Its the financial department you have to watch out for here. They conveniently forgot to apply the NYS Drive Clean Rebate, that they said they do honor (which I had mentioned the day prior to when I signed the paperwork). They also made no effort to get me a better interest rate despite my 800+ credit score. Yes, I shouldve put in the extra effort to double check that my rebate was applied, and to find my own loaner. However, youd expect a little TLC with customer care when dealing with large sums of money.

2022-02-08Mike Quinones helped me three years ago pick out a vehicle to lease. He was informative, thorough, and tailored the details of the vehicles to my needs. We landed on the 2019 RAV4. Since then he has kept in touch with me to make sure the vehicle was performing to my liking. I‘ve been so pleased with this car that last week I went and bought it. Mike and Juan both helped me and it was a seamless process. They were able to help me understand the breakdown of the numbers and the warranty. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked questions. I am so, so pleased with my experience with them both. I would recommended their services 10/10 times.

2022-06-27Overall nice people on the phone. When it comes to recommendations and service, they dont diagnose. I made markers in the car to see if they bother removing plastic to look at parts, and they dont. There was a recall on a inverter pup on my car and they recommended $3000 repair to avoid doing the recall labor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
