If you purchase something from this store online, days after you paid the order and received it you will be charge an extra fee for international transaction and they won´t let you know before which is not legal. It seems the online store is based in Italy not in the USA, they will give you the completely wrong impression once you land into the homepage. I asked my bank to waive it, they are trying to do it. Completely scam, I won´t trust hidden fees from this store and of course not buying again. They should let you know that you will be charged an extra fee for international payment because they are not in the USA despite they sell in the American market.
Came here a bit ago while visiting NYC - The staff are very helpful and the woman who helped me was definitely transgender-affirming, so if thats something you relate to, you shouldnt have to worry here; in fact, the person who assisted seemed oddly more knowledgeable about how to help me and specifically what I was looking for than prior experience with intimates store associates led me to expect. Couldve just been lucky with the one, but Id like to think the inclusion and accessibility is a common trend here.As for the lingerie itself, I walked out with a few pieces that I adore and wear consistently, the material is quality (I love their lace). They are very conscious about having matching sets and recurring aesthetic colors, which I really appreciate.Also notable, they have a card/rewards system if you are a recurring shopper, so thats incentivized. Unfortunately Im not local to NYC (nor are there locations in my local area), so that wasnt an option for me.
Sydney was extraordinarily helpful, kind, and attentive during my visit to this store. I found most of the lingerie to be the standard and fun styles available most places. However, this store does not carry A cup or smaller. Nor do they carry XS in bottoms. As such, although I am quite pleased with the service and my purchase, I will not be returning personally. Also, NB: no restroom for customers.
Great place where to buy nice and good quality PJs and lingerie. I truly like that they have European size so that you can find lounge pants and pajamas which are not excessively baggy but still very comfortable. Probably overpriced overall, so I suggest to wait for sales, but the quality of the product is very good.
I went to go return something that i bought from another one of their Locations and they straight up told me they wouldnt accept the return in this location because they only carry some menswear here, not all. It doesnt say anywhere on the receipt that the return must be made to the original location and the people there were not helpful at all. Very blunt and rude on the phone as well. Some of the worst customer service coming from an upscale brand. Super disappointed in the team present the morning of 3/13/2020.
Dear Men: Go See Johnny Upstairs!Johnny made my shopping a breeze. He has everything organized, knew how to relate Italian sizing to American comfort, and was on top of product features. Their underwear is amazing - I had originally stopped by to get stuff for my girl (Dasha was super helpful) and Johnny coaxed me into trying a few sale pieces. After three weeks of bliss, I came back for more! Great product, great experience. Thanks!
Im a returning customer of 5th avenue store! Absolutely love 5 avenue location and their crew. Always have good experience there. But on above date i decide to go and try new location in Soho ... but got the worse experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!On 09/17/18 at approximately 2 pm I was inside your Soho store. Trying to get a new set of lingerie... I picked some items and was taken inside the fitting room by the salesperson . As I was trying on a bra two construction man came inside the fitting room and were staring at me and no one at the store tried to stop them. I felt violated. Fitting rooms should be private.This is unacceptable ...i asked to speak to the manager, when she came out all she said to me was “come down mam come down ok” what can i say im sorry” i tried to stay calm even though I was still shaking a little after this incident, I picked few items that i liked and proceeded to make the purchase, before I approached the counter i saw online promotion saying that i can get a 10% discount if I’ll put myself on the email list...the manager said its just online promotion !Nothing we can do for you here. The manager was rude to me even after my privacy was violated inside her store. The store n SOHO has a very poor customer service.After I left the store I decided to call their Corporate office . Women named Lamessa from HR listened to my story with patients and after I was done offered me to go back to the store to pick up a complimentary perfume for my inconvenience... is it really how suppose to be??? ... she was trying to brush me off ...When the store manager from Soho place violated my privacy !!!! I was very upset and shaken after this accident... i really feel insulted !!! Be carefully ladies !!! No one should have such experience!!!!!
In Italy, half the store is for men, in NYC store, the mens section is just a table. Ok.
Horrible customer service for a “LUXURY” brand. I visited your 5th ave shop thinking I would get better service and help with a return which I DID NOT! Employees are unaware of when costumers walk in, they are not welcoming and they leave you stranded in the fitting room.
Not the most flashy place for under garments, but possibly the most comfortable.

Went to return a gift and was denied because they wont let us take it back since its no longer on sale. I point to receipt and the fact that what shes saying is not written on my receipt and get a reply, Sorry we cant take it.

My first emotion: WoW!Finally an Intimissimi on 5th avenue! Whenever I travel in Europe, Intimissimi is part of my purchases. Simply because it meets my needs and it stands out from the others in its originality.I know the brand well to buy them regularly and very happy with this breakthrough that is taking place in New York. A well-deserved success! And this is the biggest Intimissimi.

2022-04-25High-end fabrics (think silk, wool, cotton) at a low cost. They have classic styles. So worth it. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because if there is a promotion in-store, they do not apply it unless you ask for it and if you need to get a refund on that promotion, you need to go to the specific store you got it from.

2022-05-14I ordered several times there and Im disappointed with the quality of the underwear, especially cotton panties, they tear off very fast and they dont look perfectly stiched. Doesnt make any sense. Ive been wearing these only for a month or two.

2022-08-03The cashier was taking lots of time to check me out and when I nicely told her I’m in a hurry due to a parking meter, she argued with me while stopping the scanning and telling me that she is doing it as fast as she can and that I have to wait. Horrible costumer service on 5th Ave. You should chose your workers wisely. I will not come back. Cashier worked Tuesday, August 2nd at 6:35pm.I just noticed that instead of 5 undies I bought, I brought home 4. The cashier purposely stole one from me. Be on alert, the cashier there was a thief.

2019-05-01I measured something in the store, the size was small. I waited for someone to help with the size - no one came up. I tried to talk to the girl who spoke with another costumer, but she did not even look at me. Really? If I don’t need a size, should I get dressed and go looking? ... visit this store May 1 - 2.40pm

2022-01-18Its been more than a month since I returned the goods and they dont refund the money. I contacted the customer service, they only answer that they will consider my application and thats it. I am so sad that I didn t read reviews about this company earlier , where many people were faced with the fact that intimissimi does not return their money and which conducts its business through fraud .
