The staff are sooo friendly, they are like family over there, and the bagels are fresh and delicious, they make fresh juices I love the orange juice and celery juice. 10/10
Ordered from here utilizing door dash and discovered roaches in the food! As a result we threw it all out! I will not be ordering from here again and I advise people to do the same until they clean up their act!

OMG; the Spicy Burger is fantastic. Big juicy burger, I saw jalapenos and avocados, but there were a lot more good things on that burger too. I havent had anything so good in a long time.Mom had the Wild Mushroom Burger. I had a taste, it was up to There with mushrooms, a little smokey, a gentle dose of barbecue. Very good!Next time, I have to try the Black Bean Burger. I never met a black bean I didnt like. And these Amigos do spices very well, subtle or strong as necessary. Prepare to spend time going over a huge selection on the menu. Theres a rumour they also have bagels! And there were sandwiches and wraps, coffee looked interesting -- next time.
Hit and Miss,this morning I got 2 bagels, one with lox spread and one with plain cream cheese. I’ve gotten more butter than they put spread on. Very skimpy , feel ripped off.. watch as your bagels are being prepared.

Amazing, I called in an order for pickup today. I ordered the Godfather Breakfast Sandwich on a Bagel.Although very busy, my order was waiting for me when i walked in. The Sandwich was so good.Definitely will be back.

Food is decent, 1 star for service, i generally dont care to even do reviews but this is the 2nd time i go to pick up an online order and i go straight to the pick up counter and the staff completely ignores me as if im invisible. No greet no nothing and then help 3 people behind me. what company does that? im obviously standing at the counter for a reason. Its like i wont get help unless i cut other customers off, but at the same time im trying to be respectful to other customers. then i get to the car with my order only to realize missing items in my order, then i go back in the store, walk back to the counter, only to not be greeted AGAIN and left standing there. the whole situation was annoying.
Terrible service. Dont acknowledge a line and have the whole staff working on one order. I was a new customer and they lost my business instantly.

Enjoy the affordable breakfasts here. Their food is freshly made, and comes with a bagel and small bottle of orange juice. They also serve lunch. Arrive early, since this restaurant usually has long lines. Staff are efficient and friendly. This restaurant also takes credit cards, with minimum spend of $7.00.
Stale bagel, old lox, tasted terrible...super fishy...extra charge for a slice of onion and another extra charge for a slice of tomato. In my estimate, a tbl spoon of cream cheese...for $13.00. Maybe a pickle?...nope. Ill never order from here again. This is my first bad review....ever! Disappointed to say the least.
Everything is fresh here. Bagels are always fresh. Staff are sandwich experts that move with the swiftness of a well sharpened blade. Never left unsatisfied from this place ever. My personal go-tos are the house-made strawberry yogurt, the carrot cake, and the juice bar.

The best bagels but very unorganized. The same ppl take your order then go make. While lines of ppl wait. They need a line for just bagels without preparation n one line for sandwiches only. Sad to have to wait so long just to pick up your order. They need organization. But I still love them
Nice, clean store with a large menu of lunch items.....Bagels werent as good as Im used too (more bready than slight crisp outside and soft inside) which is what Im used to.....but everything was fresh.
Bagels are fresh, breakfast taste pretty good, they have fresh squeeze orange juice. Prices are affordable.
Flies everywhere, extremely slow service
This place use to be really good. My office orders from them everyday. Recently EVERY order we have placed has been wrong or missing something. Not sure what has changed there but it should change back. I guess we are off to find somewhere else to order lunch.
I was confirming the order and the guy told me to hurry up and finish my order or else he’s gonna hang up. That’s not how you talk to your customers that’s unprofessional and disrespectful. The food was horrible as well I will never order from here again.

Delivery came 2 hours after i called. Food was cold. had to call 2 times to get status of delivery. Had i been told the delivery would have taken 2 hours i would not have ordered in the first place or maybe i would have gone to pick it up. Will not be ordering delivery again from here..

2022-02-10I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a everything bagel. The bagel was burnt. Its not edible.The person that made it could have made another before giving it to me but she decided to smile and say enjoy. I unknowingly said Thank you. Not going back there for sure.

2022-04-07Best bagels and deli food in Long Island. I beyond love their bagels which always are beyond soft even after being toasted. There new owners are beyond a pleasure to meet and be around. Keep up the amazing work and best wishes to the new owners and staff. Susanna made me an amazing sandwich the other day and I will forever be dedicating to island bagel.

2022-03-10Honestly If I could give no stars I would. I ordered ahead of time so I could pick it up and not have to wait because I had to go to work. And instead of accommodating me because I was physically in the store. They took care of all the walk ins that ordered after me first and proceeded to fulfill phone orders before mine. Not only was I late to work because Of this but they forgot I was there and I had to constantly ask them about my order. Eventually someone started making it and I got my order. Overall just awful. The food wasn’t even good and this was all for nothing.

2022-06-21Food was not bad, but what really irked me was the new owner constantly saying he didn’t understand people when what they said was clear as day and going as far to tell a customer to pull down their “anxiety cloth” (face mask). If someone needs to wear a mask for their safety, it should not be an issue. Very unprofessional and unappetizing. The wait is also too long and sometimes there was no one taking orders.

2022-04-26Hello everyone! I, along with my wife, are the new owners of Island Bagel Bar. We are working to gain access and control of this google account but it is taking some time. In the meantime, as a response to any negative reviews on here, I would like to personally invite you back to the store, and buy you a cup of coffee.
