I had a terrible experience at your dealership yesterday.When I called in the morning, the car I wanted was in stock and the internet quote was the price we were buying, and so I made a reservation and visited at 2pm.The store was slow and the staff was there but no one wanted to talk to us.Eventually we contacted the salesperson. But this salesman sat at his desk, looked at his laptop and cell phone, and answered us with an annoyed and angry faces. He must have had an annoying situation to deal with is what I thought to myself.The car we wanted was out of stock and the internet quote was an advertisement, so dont bother him anymore. And he didnt tell us any more. I truly believe this dealer does not want to sell the cars.I cant understand why you did such a hard and annoying thing to me and my son. We were customers who wanted to buy a car.Is it because we are Asian?Ive been to a few dealerships in the US, but Ive never had such an unpleasant and annoying experience.We dont want to buy a car here anymore, so we just left.Im Korean, so I went to buy a Korean car, but Im still angry about why Im being treated like this.

I went for my first maintenance service for my Kia Forte and before they looked at it I told the girl at the desk and the mechanics that gave me my paperwork that one of my tires keeps showing up as low tire pressure even though Ive filled it back up multiple times. They said okay well take a look at it. They said they find nothing. 2 weeks later and the low tire pressure light comes on again. My father takes a look at it and finds a nail. So, I think its safe to say that Im extremely annoyed by the service here. Its clear they lied straight to my face about checking my tire. Probably because Im a girl who wasnt with my father or boyfriend and they assumed they could take advantage. Now I need to go out of my way and buy a new tire when this place could have simply checked my tire while I was there. Thanks a lot!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am always pleased with the way the staff at Island Kia takes care of customers. However the cost and fees for servicing your car there are outrageously high. The labor rate is about $175 per hour, so the slightest repair always costs hundreds of dollars. A smart person will take their car to an independent mechanic at a local garage to save money. I only use the dealership mechanics if I have a coupon or they offer a special deal on whatever my car needs. Otherwise I stay away from the dealership for repairs.

Just picked up my new car courtesy of Island Kia! I have to say I didn’t know what to expect being we had to do the entire transaction over the phone due to the COVID-19 restrictions but I have to say Kim from Island Kia made it very easy. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and also didn’t push anything. She worked with me on the price to best suit what was good for me. I would absolutely recommend not only Island Kia but make sure you ask for Kim whether you do it now on the phone or wait until normalcy returns and do it in person.Considering the strange times were in it was a fantastic experience!

2022-04-06We got a Kia Soul Turbo. Its a muscle machine! I admit I was hesitant about the red trims, but now I like them. The engine power is amazing for a small car. Easy for me to drive. Salesman Vincent M. was friendly, no pressure, extremely helpful. He took time to make sure we understood features, and that the Kia App was fully functional. Nice guy. Good dealer--easy location, good selection, on a Saturday morning we parked right in front on Hylan Blvd.

2022-07-17I just had my 2020 Kia serviced with 15K miles checkup. Their maintenance service facility is pretty impressive and fast. Waiting area could be better but I only had to stay there a little over 1hr. They also washed the car. Neat.
