I was very Happy with the service that I received from the Island Park Lock Smith. My front day lock broke and I could not get into the House.He was very professional, clean and was able to remove the old lock in a short time. I would recommend this Lock Smith going forward.
This is a great local business thats been around for a long while. They have a substantial wall of key blanks. You get the feeling if they dont have the key, it isnt out there.Staff was very helpful and courteous.
Easy and convenient... better priced and much easier than going to dealership. Would highly recommend especially for push button start keys!

2021-03-05I picked this locksmith from their great google reviews and I’m glad that I did. Sam the owner was super friendly and professional, I texted him my door locks and he came out to my house right away and fixed all my locks. His pricing was very fair for what had to be done and I really appreciate his service to our community. Sam is a great guy and you should use him next time!

2021-06-22Best locksmith ever!! I lost the keys to my car and had no backup, the dealership wanted me to tow the car over and have a key made there which would have been a fortune. Island Park Locksmith talked me through the process of getting a new key and came over to my place to program it too. Overall, they saved me the money of towing my car and made new keys for half the price of the dealership. 10/10 would recommend!!

2021-01-06I called them at 8AM and left a message. In 5 Minutes the owner (Sam) called me back. in 15 minutes he was at my house. 10 Minutes later he fixed the issue on my front door which was the cylinder broke and was replaced. this is how a service should work all the time. 5 stars is not enough for him. Great job, I already put him in my phone for next emergency !

2021-01-27Recently had to contact a locksmith due to a situation that needs to be corrected quickly, I contacted Island Park locksmith and Sam the owner was available to me within 10 minutes and promptly corrected the situation. I was charged me an extremely fair and honest price for what needed to be done, where as he couldve raked me over the coals due to the circumstances. Highly recommend.

2019-07-16Stopped by this place last week to see about getting a novelty house key cut. These gentlemen were impressive in not only how fast but how well they worked, with the key being absolutely perfect. Other places were afraid to touch the key blank, yet these guys were excellent with it. Very nice people as well, and would highly reccomend coming to this store!

2017-09-25My lock broke on a weekday late afternoon. The owner advised he had an emergency appointment, but would be happy to come around 8pm. He did, and replaced my lock cylinder. He let me know that the cylinder he was replacing was one that had a lifetime warranty - long story short, I contacted the manufacturer of the lock and they sent me a replacement cylinder. I was refunded the $45 extra this lock cost me , as the owner had promised. Nice and VERY honest. This is my go-to locksmith from now on. Its so rare nowadays to find an honest business man. I very highly recommend him.

2020-07-26Thank you so much for helping me with my Keyless key fob..I have tosay I took a chance that someone was there and lo and behold a very nice person came to the door..The store was closed..I gave the nice man all my information vin# and the keys four no. Id. This all had to be programmed. Then the key cut on both sides. Then has to be checked in the car to see if remote start worked. Well everything worked. You made my day..Thank you. I give this store 5 stars..

2017-07-21I called to have several locks re keyed. Gave me a time, called to see if he could come earlier and showed up exactly when he said he was coming. He even adjusted my front door and put a plate in and didnt charge me for it! Told me I could come by the shop anytime and he would make me duplicate keys...free of charge! Outstanding service and one of the nicest men Ive ever met!!
