My Doctor Larry Bernstein is great ,only waited about five minutes to be taken in the back and started getting tests under way .This appointment was shorter than usual .Dr Bernstein is very professional and dedicated to his job and care of his patients.

Dr. Maggie is an amazing pediatrician. The office staff who deal with the general public need to be trained better. Theyre not up to par. They give attitudes. What doesnt make sense is that if you have a wellness visit and need to have something checked out they wont combine the two and make you schedule an additional appointment? Why?Their insurance portion of the office are amazing. After an initial debacle with the insurance, not only did the handle it, they kept us in the loop and called back to give feed back every step of the way until it was resolved.

What a great idea to open a pharmacy in the same building as a pediatrician...well that is if you are reliable and open. As I stand outside the office 45 mins after they supposed to be open w a crowd of angry parents w sick kids, this is the fool me twice moment...shame on me. Fool me once was when they first opened and I went to pick up my childs medicine while the clerk fondly told me drug use stories of his past laughing how he now works at a pharmacy.Just transferred my medicine to walgreens after the Dr office got ahold of the pharmacy owner who said the clerk is usually late but not this late - leaving people waiting on meds for 45 mins and counting w no end in sight is not ok. Lesson learned for me and the 4 other families waiting...when things seem too good to be true they are. Stick w your normal pharmacy.
