Mike and his team have been servicing our Chevy C4500 Bucket truck for a while now. Started a few years ago when we had an on the road emergency. Mike dropped everything and came to get us back up and running. They’ve always performed quality service, on time with fair prices.

I was traveling from Maryland and realized I could use an oil change before heading home. I googles auto shops and Mikes came up. I called and was given an appointment the next day. Upon arriving there is the cutest kid area set up and my daughter was able to play. So nice to have this in a shop for car repairs. I must brag next about Tony the shop manager. He saw my daughter and asked if she could have a donut or some lemonade. How wonderful of him to care like this. Not only Tony but all the staff were so pleasant and smiling and genuinely kind. While my car was on the lift the staff looked over the vehicle. They knew I was traveling. They found I needed new front breaks and rotors. I was asked if I had time to wait in order for them to get the parts and make the car safe for my trip home. Then even though I know nothing about cars when they took the rotors off Joey came out and showed me them and explained why they were bad. Top notch!!!!! The professionalism and kindness that was displayed in this shop is beyond what is expected of an auto repair center. You are treated like family in this place. Kudos to Mike and his whole staff
Great company! I was told i needed a new camshaft in my ram 1500 by others. The team at Islandwide identified bad spark plugs and had me back in action in no time at all. They saved my family vacation due to depart the following day. Tremendous Thank You Everyone!!!

Great bunch of guys. Diagnosed the problem with my vehicle worked with me and my warranty company to fix my vehicle like new in only a couple of days . If you need your truck fixed right go here. Brian , Mike and the whole staff are Awesome.
We used Islandwide for our HVAC Company, Caribbean Air Corp in Northport. We can not say enough about the staff from Island wide!! From Christine who answers the phone to Fred and Mike, they all handled our work in a professional manner and the quality and service was spot on... On time, clean, honest and quality work- what more can you ask for !!! He have an old Komatsu Forklift that has been very neglected and Mike brought it back to life!!! Thanks again to the entire team!!!
Top notch guys at this shop. Mike and Brian have been maintaining my fleet for years. They recently replaced a turbo in one of my older pick up trucks. A week later the turbo defected and blew. The guys handled the situation like professionals, explained what was going to me and swapped out for a new turbo. Can’t say enough about these guys. Highly recomended.
Absolutely straight forward with specific needs for repair, management did very professional followup involvement with assigned mechanic on my repair to insure unnecessary work was avoided, and efficiency was accomplished....It has been over a year but I am randomly in the area for delivery so, knowing theyre near is very reassuring....THANK YOU GUYS, AND BE BLESSED..!

Very outstanding working. I have a 2009 passat that nobody could fix and Mike the owner and tony the mechanic worked day in and day out figuring out what was wrong and they nailed it. They worked with me and were great people all the way around. Really appreciate themcand there work highley recommend them if you want it done rigjr!

Not happy ! Islandwide gave me a grandslam and then retreated when I complained ! 100,000 mile service on an allision MD 3060 , no oil sample , no code checking , no old filter inspection , I asked them serval times about flushing cooler ,,,, no cooler flush , 20 quts of transyn fluid @ $ 31.63 dollars a quart !!! What ? Crazy price , $ 156.00 dollars an hr labor ! What ? Very high ! 3.5 hrs to drop two screen filters and 20 qurts fluid ,,, over $ 1500 dollars ! Outrageous! Completely outrageous ! Check your bills people ! Never use them again ! Never ! I’ve been in the Trucking industry on Longisland for over 50 years ! I know people from Montauk to manhattan ,, if it comes up I will bash Islandwide, you can be certain of that !

2022-06-17Incredible work! I came in for a quote to replace my struts, and although they were a tad higher than other local shops, I decided to go with them because they were professional and a pleasure to work with. In the end they were able to get me a deal and I paid less than I expected. I was super happy about that, and the car runs so smoothly now! I would happily return and have future work done here

2021-06-16I noticed a huge screw in the tire so I gave them a call because I had my 6 year old daughter in the car with me. Mike was concerned the tire would be flat and I wouldnt be able to get us home safely.I got to the shop and Tony took us in right away and got us out quickly too. They were very professional and they did a great job. I like that they were concerned about my childs safety. Thank you for taking care of us.Elizabeth

2020-10-26This place is amazing! Extremely quick service! I am a landscaper and my truck broke down. I had to get back to work as quickly as possibly. They were able to diagnose it the same day and found out that it was a bad fuel tank. They replaced it with a brand new one and cleaned all of the lines. The truck now runs great my old tried and true Ford 7.3l turbo diesel runs exactly how it should. Thanks to these guys at Islandwide Auto!!

2020-06-01I had a great experience with the staff at Islandwide. Anthony was very helpful and very thoughtful to follow up with me a few days after my service to make sure everything was okay. The mechanic did a great job cleaning out the animal that had deceased in my dashboard. I very much appreciate the level of cleaning and disinfecting they did to ensure the air in the car was safe and smelled nice.

2021-05-06Have a Ford F350 07 6.0 diesel need I say more had done most work at dealership, and two local shops. Had unnecessary repairs done, miss diagnostics, finally came to island wide throuh my son, who works for Mercedes Corp. 3yrs ago excellent service people have never had a problem.L

2020-08-24Very quick and reliable, I had been waiting for my mechanic to come pick up my car from my house to have the front end redone. 2 months pass and my car was still sitting on my property, until I called Islandwide, they had my car towed in the same day & to my surprise it was fixed by the next day. By far one of the least stressful mechanic experiences definitely recommend

2020-09-08I just picked up my 2017 Dodge Promaster from Islandwide Auto and Truck Repair. I had the NYS Inspection, oil change with my left head light bulb changed. I was told by 2 dealerships that I need front brakes. Islandwide assured me my brakes are fine & I have plenty of before im in danger. That is the HONESTLY of Islandwide Auto And Truck Repair. Ill always take my Dodge to their shop!!!!
