Such a nice experience. I’m new to Brooklyn. I came into the restaurant yesterday & having moved here from Europe I was very surprised at the authenticity. Great atmosphere, and very friendly service behind the counter. I forgot her name, but the girl that was serving me was very nice, courteous, and made my meal pleasant to eat. I recommend stopping in and getting a kebab!

Truly one of the rarest places in Brooklyn where you can get quality and value for your money. And one of the few Turkish food restaurants which serve such a delicious food. Ask for Turkish Gyro sandwich all day special. Very nice stuff will make your feast even more pleasant. If only I could charge You for reading my review....
Very good and fresh food, their meats are one of the best in area in terms of quality and flavor, their presentation and service is also very neat. I live for Turkish food and have tried almost all places in Brooklyn and city and these guys stood out. Def get their rice pudding as well
Everything was AMAZING including the service. We had the Sultans delight, lahmacun, appetizers...super recommended and truly Turkish.
Amazing Sea and Mediterranean food and Gyro we had. Before dine they give us sample of lentil soup which was the best I’ve ever had. Due to their opening . They have very reasonable prices on the menu and many discount on the bill. Sauces are great btw. One more thing is that plates and portions are almost doubled to the similar restaurants.Try it
I used to dine here and order pickup from time to time with no issues, but recently I ordered pickup and the food was not fresh at all. The chicken smelled and was rough. I didn’t even bother to eat it because the stench was bad. The fries were OK and they were nice to give a baklava on the house.

10/10 recommend!!! I love this place. Food, music, servers, price everything was great. House made hummus and freshly baked pita bread.. Beef pide with cheese topping and coffee! It was so good I will definately go back. As soon as I stepped in there were other dudes enjoying food and music already and they were (almost)shouting good food good food! I was like ok..ay thats good😅 enjoy🙃 But now I know lol Please dont hesitate to visit this place cause I want this place to run long!!

They have a great Mediterranean sample platter. The plates are big, the price is reasonable, and the service is the best Ive had in Bay Ridge. They really go above and beyond all expectations.
The hummus was deliciously creamy but the bread was even better, unfortunately their newly built unheated extension was cold despite wearing a jacket with a thick interior sweater.The meat in the entrées was served warm and the vegetables were a bit cold, the Tzatziki was either from a can or just too old.The prices were reasonable and the server was great, but if a restaurant fails to provide the proper dining and entrée temperature, failure will be its inevitable fate.
Everything was amazing loved everything from the mozzarella sticks to the soup to the fettuccine pasta to the pizza Nutella and on the house Turkish tea and rice pudding 💕💕 give this place a 10/10 people where also very nice and the environment was so peaceful will become a go to spot for sure.

Mustafa the boss throughout the years established numerous restaurants which the Turkish food was delicious. Sadly Tuesday June 28, 2022 was when the tyrant Haku bullied him to cease his ownership to the restaurants. When you do dine at the restaurant do know that Haku does not know how to prepare nor cook food, he is ill mannered towards everyone as he shouted at a friend of the co-owner Chad who was assisting in his absence.
Stopped by after a ride along Shore Parkway Greenway. Place looked spacious and had a nice view of the Verrazzano bridge from the outside. Just got a falafel sandwich to go which was quite filling. The falafel sandwich was made with lettuce and hummus inside a thick hearty bread.
The food was absolutely delicious and this treat I got with pistachio in it was the best thing I ever tasted. I would recommend this place. Great food and treats.
We made an order which included two main courses and French fries, after an hour of waiting they brought us only French fries, many visitors left without waiting for their dishes. I dont understand why you take new visitors if you don’t have time to serve everyone and people just leave without waiting for their dishes
Excellent customer service. Very friendly and eager to answer any questions. The food was flavorful. The chicken wings with rice and salad is a great deal and delicious. The lentil soup is unlike any other in the neighborhood

First off the bathroom is so clean and smells great, which sets the tone for me!! The waitress was very friendly and more importantly attentive, she made us feel like we were eating at her house. The food was sooooooo good, everything was freshly made and delicious. I highly recommend getting the mixed appetizers and the chicken adana! My husband had the lamb chops...they were great!! And the little patio area was closed off nicely so you dont have dirt blowing in from the street.

I walked in to place a take out order today. The staff were incredibly friendly, really exceptional. Ive completely stopped ordering takeout from utter disappointment of what is available, I only stopped in here because my mom wanted a falafel sandwich, and I was not expecting to be impressed this much. Might be the best falafel sandwich Ive ever had and their spicy sauce actually has some decent kick to it. I was even offered a complementary desert and it was definitely worth breaking diet for. Whenever Im in bay ridge this is the place Im headed. Ive never written a review for anything before but this place caught me off guard. Great food, amazing staff!

I call to order food and the phone girl hung up the phon on my face 3 times after waiting on hold for almost 20 minutes really disappointed service but the food is great and worth waiting I hope they fixes the problem with the phone our get one more person to help taking orders intend of waiting that long to order food!!

The wait staff was very accommodating, patient, and polite. Even though one of the bus boys was so very clumsy with a number of incidents. As I had learned from my friends upon returning from the restroom. Where was his mind? Who knows. As the experience progressed, the lead server cleaned up behind him within her attentiveness. At one point my friend across the table said- I am not please with this experience. I then told him I was. Because I know somewhere else in the world, someone just had a bomb dropped on their home. It could have been so much worse for us there that night. As it is for so many people in the world. I was counting my blessings. Not the human mistakes.

The location is right across the Verizona Bridge . Restaurant is clean and staff are so welcoming. It is more than an advise. YOU SHOULD TRY THIS PLACE.

Stopped in for lunch at “The Best Istanbul” restaurant while I was in Brooklyn visiting my DadI was greeted by Celil and the chef with hospitality and a big “welcome” and huge smiles!I ordered the chicken kabob; the dish was amazing!To my surprise, I was also served warm delicious pita bread, rice, salad and three sauces ( cucumber, olive oil and tomato).To top it off, after lunch Celil was so kind to offer me Turkish coffee!It does not always happen that a quick lunch stop results in a huge WOW... however, it happened today at “The Best Istanbul”!Highly recommended if you are in the area!

Nice place with nice service. Just randomly walked in and ordered the lamb gyro and Kusbasili Pide -- as it was explained to me, Turkish pizza. I really liked it, good flavor, mildly spicy, everything I wanted in after reading the description A special pide topped with chopped filet mignon, green peppers, red holland peppers, tomatoes and onions. My husband enjoyed his lamb gyro and said hed order it again~ I realized I had to run home for a meeting in the middle of waiting for my food and they graciously delivered it to me! Even included a free lentil soup. Thanks so much! Will drop by again.

2022-06-06This place has the best lamb gyro of all the Turkish places in the area. It is hands down the juiciest and best flavored of all. Each piece is juicy with a little bit of fat. It is excellent. Also the bread is fantastic here and the three sauces are the best of any of the Turkish places. Prices are very good as well, especially their lunch specials. Give this place a try if your in the area.

2022-02-05Delicious bread, soups, appetizers, desserts and everything in between.We stumbled upon this place late evening, but their kitchen was still open and everything was fresh and yummy.The service was also friendly. I loved the eggplant with tomato sauce. My friends liked their tres leches.We stayed for a hot minute but no one pushed us to hurry or order more than we wanted to.

2021-11-17Extremely suggested! You must try out this place, it’s beyond my expectations! Friendly stuff, clean and nice tables. There are tons of choice. Appetizers are amazing! I loved the lamb chops and meat pies. They have take out and delivery, I highly suggest you to try out this place, new in the neighborhood but actually they been in operating in Park Slope successfully for years!

2021-09-25We had delicious Turkish food at this restaurant. It was a lunch special but the amount of food was very generous. After ordering we received a large plate of 7 types of appetizing spreads and a basket of warm crispy bread. We didn’t expect this but we’re sure glad because it was so tasty. Meats were perfectly cooked and tender. We were offered desserts but were full; sorry, because they looked yummy. Our friendly attentive waitress brought us traditional Turkish tea in beautiful vintage looking cups to complete our meal. Service was welcoming and attentive which I value since it’s not common to see. Definitely will be back, thanks for the enjoyable time!

2021-09-28This place is new to the neighborhood. I heard the food was good at their Park Slope location so I figured I give it a try. Wow, the food was really good. My wife got the falafel plate, and I had the lamb shis. Both dishes were really good. The lamb was tender and flavored just right. The falafel was good too. I wasnt expecting to get charred tomato and pepper with the dish. Both were delicious. Though my wife ate the pepper seeds, hot, hot, hot. Anyway, the food was good, and so were the prices. Definitely going to visit this place again.
