Clean. Quiet. A little expensive. But they have so many pay options. Using my debit card is just so easy. Last wash is 6:30pm.I wanna own a laundromat, i see so much room for potential.

This place is great. Quiet, clean, newer machines. There is a small park right next to it you can hang out in if youre waiting. Best laundromat in the area imo.

Perfectly pleasant. Its bright, its clean,its very cheerful. Space is a little tight. I was there in the middle of a weekday so it was just me, but if there was more than 2 people trying to fold laundry at a time, it might be problematic. My dryer broke and I havent been to a laundromat in quite some time, So I cant give a price comparison or anything. The machines seemed new, everything was clean, zero was wrong about the experience.

I am not only please but thrilled! My laundry was folded and sorted. It even looked like it was ironed. Being that I can not do stairs now due to a broken knee, I will continue to use this service. Wish everyone a person Ihave used was as reliable ,efficient ,and wonderful!!

**Really stupid idea to not let us set drying time. Now it has to be 30 mins. 30 mins is too much time. Ill shrink my clothes. I dont sit in your small store usually. I really dont like the change. Just charge more if you want to raise prices but let us set the exact time so I dont shrink my clothes and sheets like the first time I used dryer here. Also a measuring cup for your soap. Suds are in machine at end.**I do pay via credit card. Im not coming back. I did every week. My clothes are shrunk for the last time. My washer ok comforter has been darkened by over heat. My sweaters and work clothes and undergarments all shrunk. I burned my hands on the items taking them out early after 20 mins. My clothes stayed hot for hours after I brought home. Your dryers are up too high. Im not asking someone to adjust the dryers. Im asking you to. But now youve ruined clothes and work clothes and undergarments. Im done with your business. I see hot steam in your bags going out as well. Its too hot. That creates moisture.

I used a Groupon deal I had which gave you 55 or for 25 dollars. First off the contact sucks trying to get in contact with someone to ask how the Groupon worked and I couldnt speak to a person. I finally received a text telling me to put it in the notes cool so I set my pick up for 10/16 the closest drop off was 10/22. On 10/16 I waited and got a text saying the driver was behind and could they reschedule pick up for early the next day I agreed. The next day i waited till about 4 then reached out to see what time they would be coming and the lady told me she didnt know who I spoke to and why they would tell me that time because they arent in Brooklyn till after 4. They ended up picking up the clothes at about 5pm. So Monday I text and asked what place I was in for my clothes to be dropped off maybe an hour later I got a text saying they had a fire and my clothes werent affected however they couldnt deliver my clothes that day because they had to be rewashed they sent an article showing proof Im assuming but the article was from 10/17 when they picked up my clothes. My issue was why wasnt I made aware of this ahead of me contacting them. They never gave an ETA of when my clothes would be delivered I reached out on 10/24 and they told me my clothes would be delivered the next day but again I had to contact them. Im not asking for a discount but honestly for all the things that went wrong I wouldve liked to offered something. Overall I wouldnt use them again. On the plus driver was nice. ****In response to the owner Ive tried to contact you guys before and I cant get in contact with anyone first thing I stated in the reviews was the contact sucks I cant get anyone on the phone I also texted and received no response

Absolutely love this place! Completely renovated and super clean! Staff is extremely friendly. I have to say the best laundromat in the area by far.

Best Laundromat if you like new machines and being able to pay with coins or credit card. Always comes back smelling amazing.
