Hello all, I highly recommend IVY rehab and have been going there for a while now for double knee replacement. The physical therapists, young ladies aids and receptions are fun ,friendly outgoing, professional, and very knowledgeable. My one on one PT, Russell, I have had work on me since my first visit is exceptional. Russ was caring, calming, focused, pleasant and so knowledgeable working on my knee replacements.I wouldnt be walking as well as I am today without his guidance and assurance. Emily is also a PT there at IVY and have witnessed her fantastic work and personality. I feel at home here and wish I could mention everyone who works there by name. everyone treats me as a friend and we all have some good laughs and camaraderie. Even though Russ has to hurt me at times[a necessary evil] it is a fun, positive, great results facility.
I’ve had an excellent experience at Ivy rehab physical Therapy. The staff is very professional. My physical therapist Emily is a bright and very capable therapist. She listens to you when you express that something may be too much pressure. She’s great! She recommends helpful exercises that I can do to improve my condition, even at home. Emily is extremely knowledgeable and proactive. She makes each session bearable even with my excruciating pain from my injury. She has a great attitude and is very serious about her craft. I would recommend Ivy rehab physical therapy to anyone going through an injury from an accident or any serious pain. She gets my approval and 5 stars.
This is not my first time doing physical therapy, so I knew what I was looking for and not looking for. Ivy was one of the places recommended to me by my orthopedic surgeon, but I visited the facility before making an appointment. I have not been disappointed. The staff are extremely friendly yet professional. Russell, my therapist, has made a difficult process almost enjoyable with his personal and professional manner. I highly recommend!
I have received the best physical therapy ever at Ivy Rehab of New Rochelle! The staff and physical therapists are excellent! They are knowledgeable, helpful, polite, respectful, patient, always ask how you are feeling, give positive feedback and encouragement. The physical therapists tailor-make, and explain the right plan for your specific injury, needs, tolerance, and level of progress made over time. As soon as you enter you are warmly greeted with a smile, and the staff take the time to remember your name even though you may not be their client. There is much care taken for COVID-19 related mandates in that your temperature is taken before you enter the work area, everyone is required to wear a mask, social distancing is achieved, hand sanitizers are readily accessible and in view for use, and all the equipment and surfaces are cleaned and disinfected after use. The level of attentiveness by every staff member, and physical therapist is exceptional, such as offering water to clients, asking whether you prefer a hot or cold compress applied to the injured area before and after your session, asking which table or area you would like to work at, explain the treatment that is appropriate for you, and allow time for questions and feedback. I am stronger now than before my injury, and have achieved full range of motion of my fractured arm. The physical therapists at Ivy Rehab are miracle workers, and I highly recommend them. Thank you Russell and staff at Ivy Rehab of New Rochelle! You have all gone the extra mile, and I whole heartedly appreciate it!
On July 15 I had a total left shoulder reconstruction surgery. A month later I started PT at Ivy Rehab in New Rochelle. At the time my range of motion was minimal while experiencing a lot of pain during the day. Almost two months later, thanks to Russ and his awesome team ( Joe & Camila ) my range of motion is about 75% and I have minimal pain throughout the day. This is only after one month!! Once you walk in , Aaron ( who is amazing) takes your temperature… just to make sure everything is safe and sound. Then she’ll set you up with all the tools and equipment to start your session. Then the fun starts lol ! They’ll work with you -with patience and sensitivity according to how your condition is . Believe me, if you listen them, put in the work, and do some of the work they recommend at home, positive results will happen very quickly. I have someProgress to be made, but I know with this team I’m on my way to a full recovery. I highly recommend these wonderful professionals !
Excellent experience. Therapists listen and pay close attention and are flexible. Other clinics take too many patients and end up with 3-4 patients per PT at a time. Ivy New Rochelle has a much better patient - PT ratio. Nice atmosphere and vibe. Highly recommend.
I have been to Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy at New Rochelle on three different situations of health challenges. Each of these periods were amazing to me. They got me back to my track. Not only that, the staff treat their clients with dignity. My Therapist, Mr. Ross is excellent. I will always recommend Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy to any one that would need PT.
I must fist say that the staffs are so awesome, they all have great personalities and a high. positive work attitude that promotes recovery. They are always assistive and non judgmental ,you can feel the warmth of the smiles through the eyes . The atmosphere is always frenzy clean and detailed. Good job to the staffs. I hope you all are well taken care of, because you do take good care of the clients. I observe well.
I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Ivy Rehab. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. They listened to my issues, asked questions and gave me a full assessment prior to starting therapy. The staff takes their time to go through each of the exercises and show you the correct form for each exercise. I felt like they genuinely cared about my recovery. I would highly recommend Ivy Rehab to anyone. Russell, Trevor and Kim are amazing.
The facility is airy, clients are well spaced out and equipment are cleaned/disinfected thoroughly before you use it by wonderful aides. The therapists are knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I can testify that the workouts/exercises have made a difference in my range of motion. I highly recommend Ivy Rehab in New Rochelle
Im a physical therapist myself, and when Im injured I go to Russel! Hes wonderful! The office does get busy, so make sure to set aside some extra time during popular hours. Youll be stronger and in less pain, with more confidence so soon!

Let me tell you, Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is the best treatment center! Ive been going here for 4 months and the staff is phemominal. Within my first week of Ivy Rehab, I was already on the road to recovery. My PT Brian is amazing and he really cares about his patients, along with his assistants- Trevor and Raine. Theyre caring, interactive, and wholesome people. Also Lori, the receptionist is sweet as well. I feel at home. Ivy Rehab is a completely different kind of physical therapy place. They care about your health, lifestyle and they are willing to work with you every step of the way.

This place was recommended by the hospital where I had my rotator cuff surgery. The staff here is wonderful! Russ the director really knows his craft and genuinely cares about his clients especially his seniors. Great professional PT team & staff and great atmosphere for recovery! I went to Ivy Rehab New Rochelle over 6 weeks for a back injury. So much better now & really appreciate the time they take to listen, guide and teach along the way during the course of treatment.
I’m really appreciative in these times when everything is closed, ivy rehab is open. I really wanted to say thank you for being open.I’m still working through getting my shoulder injury and trying to be at 100% and Ivy rehab allows me to do so. Every week I see improvement with my shoulder. Their team has been working so hard to keep the place clean, following CDC guidelines such as social distancing and it seems like they are spreading their clients so they don’t have so many clients at once. Personally, I would never cancel my appointments because of how clean and thorough they are. As a costumer, I just have to be aware to wash my hands and take precautions as well (which they have signs and information about coviod-19 everywhere). Once again thanks a lot for ensuring and providing best care for your costumers.
As someone who’s never had a back injury before, I was very nervous to go to a physical therapist and wanted it to be my absolute last resort. I’m very active and couldn’t bear the thought of someone telling me to take some time off. But it got to the point where I could barely even walk. And after working with Russell for a few weeks now, he’s got me to where I can actually run a few miles and feel really good afterwards! I don’t think it would be possible for me to be where I am today with the progress I’ve made, without him. Definitely recommend him and his staff! The clinic is also extremely clean and they take all the proper precautions due to COVID-19. I’d give this review 10 stars if I could!

2022-02-25I had a great experience here. Id dealt with lower back pain for nearly ten years after a car accident. I had an experience at another PT place in NYC back then that made me feel like this pain was something Id always have to live with. Fast forward to now and after only 2-3 weeks of seeing the talented therapists at Ivy Rehab I have noticed significant reduction in pain and huge strides in mobility. There are a handful of therapists who work at Ivy Rehab and I see someone different at each appointment, which I like because they all treat a little bit differently so I pick up something new each time. I have worked with Russell, Emily and Camila and they have all been wonderful. I really benefit from the deep tissue massage they do each visit. They have been flexible with scheduling around my work meetings and I have had no issues with them billing through my insurance. The aids are also very friendly and keep the facility very clean and nice.For other plus size folks, this is also a good treatment center for anyone looking for a HAES physical therapy provider. It is a very welcoming and non-judgmental atmosphere and the therapists are more focused on managing your pain and increasing muscle strength than anything else.

2022-04-16I sprained my ankle and needed PT. So glad I pick this place. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is a very good vibe. All patient entering the facility is greeted by their name. My physical therapist Russ is great he is very knowledgeable and shows passion in his job. All the Physical Therapist there are great. Would recommend this place to anyone.👌 👍

2022-01-11This is a great place, with an exceptional staff. Equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use and It is spacious and very clean. The staff is very patient and knowledgeable. The staff takes the time to explain why and how you are doing the exercises. This is excellent for seniors and the elderly which need any type of physical rehabilitation.

2021-10-03Started my first ever physical therapy session a few weeks and was a bit nervous going in. My nervousness disappeared immediately thanks to the friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. I am always greeted with a smile and prompt attention.I have been very impressed and pleased with my physical therapist Russell. On day 1 he walked me through what to expect, developed an exercise routine for me and impressed me with his knowledge of the human anatomy.Therapy is going well and i would definitely recommend Ivy Rehab to others!

2022-06-27This place is insanely inefficient. They have an appointment request form online where they collect all of your details, including insurance to schedule your appointment.Then, they still call you to collect all of this information again. What is the point of the form? They ask you for insurance, ( again, I listed it in the form already), just to tell me they dont accept my insurance. So why didnt you just say that after reviewing the information from the form?Just a complete waste of my morning dealing with them. Very happy to be going somewhere else.

2022-04-27Ive had only three visits there, but already Im noticing improvement with my low back pain, from which Ive been suffering for years. The exercises are customized to my needs, and the staff is very qualified and patient with me, as I ask LOTS of questions. Happy to give them five stars.

2022-03-08Therapists are friendly and know what they are doing, but beware of the companys billing practices. They have internal billing issues, whether it be wrong billing codes, late claim submission, or some other reason causing insurance company reimbursement denials. They will promise you that you only need to cover insurance co-pay and then bill you for unreimbursed amounts later. Who would knowingly go there week after week knowing that insurance wont be billed and that you need to pay for almost $500 for each and every session. Be careful. Unbelievably persistent collection department fixated by the account balance - GO BILL THE INSURANCE COMPANY. THE TREATMENT WAS COVERED.
