I was looking for a company to clean all my area rugs before moving into a new house we had just built. Tyler was super great at communicating. They picked the rugs up for us and dropped them off. We will 100% be using them every year for our rug cleanings.
This is the second time I have used J & Rs Carpet Cleaning... On both occasions I worked with Alex, one of the owners, and he has been great to deal with. They are very responsive, do an excellent job and show up on time. I am very picky and not easily impressed but Alex impressed me. Strongly recommend!
I worked with Nick, who patiently answered all my questions and worked through all my scheduling conflicts. Incredibly professional, he explained what they were going to do, the protocols they followed for COVID (which made my wife really happy), and asked if there were any follow-up questions when he completed the cleaning. He also took care of little spots he noticed without any prompting from me which was fantastic! Next time my carpet cleaning is due, Im calling J&R!
I got two upholstered chairs and an area carpet cleaned in-house. Everything turned out great. The chairs especially look brand new! I’ll be using them again for a deeper, off-site clean for the carpet once my little ones are beyond the drool/spill stages in life!
I have used J&R‘s for years there’s no chemical smell when they’re done which I love. what they use smells awesome and does an excellent job on the carpets and any stains that I have. I’ve also had them to clean my furniture with the same result

I own a rental property and my carpets got destroyed. The repair was beyond the capabilities of my Kirby Vacuum, so in hopes of not having to recarpet 2 bedrooms and hallway I called in the professionals. Having doubts that they could even clean my carpets the cost was worth the risk. The carpets ended up looking beautiful! They cleaned them in one visit, I am extremely happy with the results and thrilled that I wont have to install new flooring!

2022-01-07Alex was courteous and efficient. He took great care in bringing his equipment into our home, covering his shoes, protecting our hardwood floors, and wearing a mask. He cleaned 3 couches that were in desperate need of a deep clean after being in storage for a year and being subject to a baby and a dog. They look fantastic! He even took one of the cushions back to the shop to work on a sticky spot that didn’t come up with regular cleaning. We would highly recommend J&R’s Carpet Cleaning!

2021-06-25J&Rs did a great job, protected our wood floors to get to our family room and cleaned front and rear staircases. Came out great, smells wonderful and looks like new carpet again. Cost is very reasonable and we were able to schedule easily, I highly recommend using them for carpet cleaning

2022-01-12I cannot recommend J & Rs enough. We recently PCSd out of state and needed my home cleaned and carpets cleaned before closing. I had scheduled cleaning and once I had a time, I called J&Rs to schedule the carpets the day after. I had a few communication issues with my cleaners, which ultimately resulted in me needing to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. Everyone that I worked with along the way from scheduling to the techs were excellent and so understanding. To say my stress level was maxed less than a week before closing and thousands of miles away, is an understatement, however after about 30s on the phone with J&R I knew I was going to be taken care of as best they could.Nick did an excellent job, sent photos of residual stains that he was unable to get up (fingernail polish art of a toddler), offered to return if needed and remembered to lock up the house when he was finished.Thanks again!

2022-03-23I contacted J&R regarding a wet carpet at my office from a water leak. After getting the carpet dried, Alex came out last week and did a cleaning for us which turned out great. We were concerned with lingering odor from the carpet being wet a couple days, but now its totally fine and looks nice and clean. I would highly recommend J&R and contact them again for any carpet cleaning needs.

2021-10-13I was looking to have my carpets cleaned and I found this company online and chose them based on the customer reviews. They quickly returned my phone call to set up a time to clean. They were great at communicating and Alex did a fabulous job. Prices were very reasonable. I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend them.
