Excellent to deal with. I needed a part for my 2002 Jeep. They had it, sent me an email to confirm and pay with paypal. I needed help and they were fast and polite. The part I need is in the mail the next day. I would use them again, Mike helped me. He said they have locations in Whippany and Franklin NJ. Great!
Poor customer service, on two occasions I was ignored, it appears that they don’t need the business of the customers, so why are you here if your not a welcoming business. I walked out twice, learned my lesson.
First class service, no really I would just go to my local yard but its been a gamble with them, so I found the best price on a newer part for a Honda 2017 and it was shipped supper professional and fast. 5 Stars coming from outside Boston....Thanks
Please boycott this place. Completely unprofessional. A business that hangs up on customers does not deserve anyones business.
Bought a faulty transmission from the start & had to fight tooth & nails to finally get the guy to agree to compensate. Then I had to shoulder the expense of towing my vehicle 35 miles away to their mechanic & wait an additional month for them to replace my transmission. Unprofessional & shady!
Customer service is poor, no need to call them cause it like you are asking for favor…
Very bed encounter!Make sure before making any payment , you will get your money back if the part is not good. I was offered useless store credit for a faulty part and was charged 25% restocking fee,
-10 they sold me a motor with a hole thru the valve cover and gave me no ignition coilsand wouldnt even negotiate the costs.... Never would i deal with them again
I would rate less than one if I could. This Spanish guy was unprofessional. I highly dont recommend their services to anyone.
They had parts for my 2012 nissan maxima cheaper than anyone else. My door was in great shape thank you!!!!

2022-07-09No one had my part needed for my 8 series. One other junkyard had it listed but when I called they said there data base isn’t up to date and they don’t have it. Only 1 other place left to call and that was J and V!They not only had the part they also gave me such a great price. Besides the great price they had the part to me within a week from New York to Cali!Thanks again Mike!

2022-06-23This place had This one very nasty Spanish guy who I asked to help me open up the hood of my car and he got so nasty with me that I had to just close my hood and leave, if I can give no star I will his attitude is not needed in a place of business at all.

2021-06-01I bought several parts from J&V. I dealth with MIKE RAINONE, this guy is incredible. He went over and above my expectations, doing things he didnt have to. He made bringing these parts across the border very easy for me and without him I couldnt have done it. I will always search these guys for parts first before going anywhere else. On top of that, the parts are extremely reasonably priced and they had extremely rare parts for my Bentley! Thanks Mike! Will see you again.

Called back to make sure he knew that his attitude was bad for business and wanted to leave this review to let others know that customer service here is lacking terribly

2020-09-11When I ordered the part the guy told me that I won’t get a cash refund but I will get the store credit and when I came back to return it he said they don’t take it back and it’s sold a is. One of the worst service ever! Guys don’t buy from here.
