Our realtor, Karen, was great. She was so knowledgeable with the properties and different neighborhoods and bringing up points that we had not thought about during the lengthy and detailed process. We really felt she was working hard on our behalf, I couldn’t have asked for more.

If I could leave zero stars, that would be the ideal rating for this companies agent TORI WEISSLEDER. For starters she is dressed like a homeless person who has not made a real estate sale in probably over a year, she is rude, late and smells like an ashtray. When we met she was very impolite and intrusive and I would highly recommend staying far away from this agent because I feel she is only interested in making a sale and not her clients best interest.

I recently closed on a new home and, to be perfectly honest, I dont know that Id have been able to do it without Mr. Farandas expertise (at the very least, it would have been a darned sight harder). 2022-01-30Gloria is a genius in the Real Estate industry. She is a wealth of information. Gloria is an excellent guide wether it be helping first time home buyers through every step of the process or helping people sell their homes. She will advise through every step from preparing the home for sale, safely showing the property and negotiating and scrutinizing offers. I highly recommend Gloria as a highly knowledgeable real estate professional.

2021-07-30J. Philip Real Estate helped my boyfriend and I find our first home. Karen Fossli was very experienced and helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for with our location wants and price range in mind. Karen was the best and always gave us frequent updates about open houses and new homes of our liking coming on the market.
