I am a SUPER fan of this brand and this store in particular. The manager is AMAZING and super cheerful! The staff goes above and beyond to help me with my purchases. They deal with my indecisiveness so patiently and help me shop over the phone when I can’t come in. Even help me find pieces they think I would love! Extremely delightful experience and not to forget, the clothing is the CUTEST!!! My family loves this brand 🌟

The staff at this location is absolutely amazing ! I first shopped there when my ( now almost 5 year old ) twins were a bit over a year . We moved and I shopped either online or visited the locations uptown . I have to exchange 2 pairs of shoes that I ordered online ( they turned out to be a bit too small ). I called customer service and they located the shoes in Tribeca . Jeanette ( so sorry if I misspelled the name ) was absolutely amazing and super patient with me . They only had one pair in the store and she located the other pair for me , ordered them to come to the store so I could pick them up . As soon as they arrived Clara , who is a super charming store manager , called me to let me know they are ready to be picked up . I saw something else online and didn’t hesitate to call the store again knowing that they would be able to help me . I have to mention that it’s quite difficult to buy two of the same kind and often times there is only one item available . The store didn’t disappoint again . Clara and Raquel came to the rescue . My girls love Jacadi clothes . They are of great quality and adorable .I am so glad that I came across the wonderful ladies at the Tribeca store . I know that I can count on their help and they will do everything in their power to make sure that one walks away a happy customer . That is super rare these days . Tribeca store is certainly a gem !!!

So much unnecessary attitude. I’ve been to this store enough times to finally call them out on their pathetic behavior. I usually shop online because I love Jacadi’s collection but can’t stand interacting with their sales people. I’ve been saying it for years, if you’re not friendly or kind - the sales industry is not for you. The staff is always busy engaging in conversation with each other they don’t even say hello when you walk in. They continue to “purposefully” ignore you even when you have multiple items in your hand - absolutely no courtesy at all. And they think they’re definitely doing you a favor at checkout. Will not help with sizes, inventory or anything. Yesterday I went in to get a gift for a friend and they happen to have a sale going on. I pick out 4 outfits of which one was full price, accessories and toys...I asked them to please gift wrap and I need gift receipts. They said they can’t give me a gift receipt for sale items but can exchange if she wants - that’s what a gift receipt is, exchanges not refunds. I understand it is company policy and not the staff’s fault but they are extremely demeaning and belittling, so this is just one more thing that will rub you the wrong way. They refused to accommodate my request. I refuse to gift anyone anything without a gift receipt. So I said ok I’ll see if I like anything else full price - unfortunately the collection was limited and not impressive so I decided to pass. I happily went to Livly next door - where I was greeted, helped, and truly walked out incomparably happier with my experience. Sales people represent the company at the most basic level - Jacadi should be embarrassed at the level of arrogance and unprovoked attitude they’re willing to put out there. It’s repulsive and honestly makes me never want to purchase from them again. It’s a children’s clothing store - smile much?!

Horrible customer service! Very rude. I came in when they were about to close. I had an emergency need for a replacement dress for my child’s baptism. I told them this. They did not care and stated “We’re closed.” I guess customer service is not part of their training. I will never spend a dime with this company again.

Bad customer service ever, every time I went to TriBeCa location just to buy a gift and spend 100-200$ over there. Sometimes I just asked a few questions and the worker acting like they don’t want to help me out and showing attitude and also disrespectful. unacceptable!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service in this store as of late is stellar .Worth the ride !!! The manager even speaks French ! How lovely ! A bientôt !!!
