Without reason apoitments cancelation, very slow service. Very hard to get INFOPASS apoitment through web page. . .terrible place.
The best ever officers work in this office! The most polite and professionals of their work have guided us through today. Tremendously appreciate their kindness. Came in early, but were allowed to go in as our interview was scheduled in the morning, among the first ones.
I had very bad experience today. My appointment was 11:35am. I arrived 11:15am. Window 52 took my letter . Didn’t give me any number . Asked me to sit. I guessed someone will call my name soon. Can you believe I waited on the seat 3.5hrs. Asked windows 52 4 times. Still let me waiting. No one meet me until 3:00pm when I was a only last person in the waiting hall. I asked windows 52 again. I was last one. She got someone to help me finally. I hold pee, starving. No one gave me any explanation. Terrible experience.
Arrived 25-30 minutes early, which I’d highly recommend as it allows time to clear security and check in. Otherwise, everything went as expected. Was seen around 15 minutes late but the interview itself didn’t take more than 20. Overall a very smooth process.
Easy experience. Have to go through security and metal detectors before you get in. The wait for interviews varies but was not long for me.
Was one of my best days , we going ready for bad , but if u real not fake You good 100% everything was awesome and the girl was the sweetest 😻😻 Alhamdullah

They were closed in a snow day and didnt have the decency and respect to let the people with appointments know they would be closed. Clearly they do not have a sense of respect to communicate such important information. Not a single post on their website or anything.
The staff on the 3rd floor is terrible. A teller told a Spanish woman that this is America and she should speak English. Made the woman cry.
Long time ago ,I got my citizenship, tomorrow my wife have the appointment interview to become a citizen also, so happy,

2022-05-25Building open at 7 am. They didn’t update open time after Covid. Security doesn’t follow citizenship interview scheduled time but go there as early as possible because you’ve to wait on the line for a very long time. First comer get the interview first.

2022-05-03The staff once inside are respectful and overall very helpful. I would give them 5 stars all day. Now when it comes to the security guards at the enterance they are horrible. They treat you like trash, theyre extremely disrespectful and they dont have any consideration with the elderly. I came im with my 80 year old grandmother today 5/3/22 around 1:30 and it was a nightmere. I even got accused of spitting someone when it was impossible for me to have done that because i never took my mask off once i entered the building. Hope someone higher up sees this and investigates further on the matter. That lady guarding the door where the metal detector is nothing but worthless to what a federal building is supposed to be.

2020-09-03Opened back August 2020 with restrictions enforced on number of people inside. Entrance from Worth Street. There is a queue and you are only allowed entering if your appointment time is near so really no point to arrive too early as you have to wait outside. After security check and inside building cab a little bit confusing where to go. Check your appointment document for numbers like 7-700 that means take an elevator to the 7th floor look for room number 700.

2022-02-17The Broadway side construction of this building has taken 3 years and disrupted pedestrian traffic. Its unfair that they can shut down a busy sidewalk bc they are a govt building- youre here to serve the people!Instead of making a pedestrian walkway, they have a lane for parking. This area takes advantage of people by making everything for a few cars. Meanwhile, 100s, if not 1000s of people are inconvenienced daily by having to cross the street 2x to go up Broadway.I will add a photo but am fed up with this, even thru the pandemic they didnt make a lane for pedestrians. NYC is a walking city!

2021-12-07I am pleasantly surprised about this place, i still havent recieved my decision yet, so this is purely on my experience. The line outside can get very long but it goes by in seconds, security guards are quick, a little harsh but they get the job done. Shoes off jackets off everything in a basket and put your own basket away. No matter how long the line is, you will be inside in less than 5 minutes. My appointment was at 10:45 and they didnt let me in until 10:30,There are no seating areas, youre not allowed to sit on the floor or stairs, they do have bathrooms so its a plus, cafeteria is closed so dont get there an hour before or youll be tired. I was in my interview by 11 and out by 11:30 (wait times may vary depending on what type of appointment you have). Immigration officer with hand wrapped on the 7th floor was the best, so kind and made me feel comfortable i honestly cant explain how relieved i was when i saw how nice she was. Thank you for such an amazing experience

2022-02-25The buildings staff was super nice and they were very caring and respectful, expect for one lady that sits in the 901 room she was super mean, she was the security guard. She was very very very rude, other than everything was good.

2021-11-23Horrible experience here. Had to wait 3 hours beyond the scheduled interview. They really need to have an organized way to call in people for interviews. Even After informing person in charge I was told to wait for 45 mins more. Simply ridiculous. They should learn to value peoples time.
